The project ended up looking spectacular, with a few hairy moments that only made the outcome more satisfying. Hitch was always willing to go above and beyond for our project, and to teach me about electrical nuances that I'm more worldly to have understood.

I was extremely impressed with the service that Titanium Electrical provided. I needed an electrician to come and assess an issue that I had with my apartment. Not only were they super responsive and made their way to my apartment right away, but he really did try his very best to fix the problem I was having. He was able to provide a solution that fit my needs & budget and was so timely to every question/request I had even after his visit.

After searching at length for a great Electrician to work with, I found Rich and his team. Rich was responsive and prompt with arranging a time to come, assess the job, and provide an estimate. Devin did the actual installation of lighting in my living room. His work is impeccable and quite perfect. His attention to detail is admirable. Don't even question using this company, just do it! Highly, highly recommend!

Mickle responded to my call quickly and came out the next day, sent me an estimate that evening and was able to start work a few days later. He always responded to my text messages within minutes.
I asked him to install a few new electrical outlets to eliminate our tangles of extension cords in a living room with only two outlets.
He was very cordial and polite, explained things to me, worked conscientiously, didn't chatter or waste time, cleaned up later. It looks great and functions properly.

We had a wonderful experience.  Had an emergency situation requiring a Saturday service call.  Easily made arrangements on Friday for that Saturday. Ralph arrived on time and quickly troubleshot the issue.  He had all equipment needed in his van and returned quickly to complete the job. He was professional, skilled, neat and friendly.  He changed our electrical outlet, added the necessary components to our electrical panel, and patched and sanded the wall. When he was done, he cleaned the entire area and left the space in the exact condition it had been in when he arrived.  We highly recommend Ralph and NYC Electricians.

Gasteon, the electrician, was there when he said he'd be and worked hard to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Decreasing the amount of time necessary for the installation, 3 hrs, would have earned a 5th star but I'm happy enough to go back and employ his services for future jobs.

Was lucky to find  Conroy Electric. Dan the owner, was able to give me an estimate right over the phone and schedule everything as I needed. He confirmed the day before that he would be there and he arrived at the scheduled time that he said he would be there. Went right to work finished the job in a timely manner and was neat as a pin. In addition he encountered several issues in my old house and yet he was still able to persevere and continue to do the work as needed. Highly recommend Conroy electric and Dan. You will not be disappointed.

This guy is incredibly unprofessional and likely hoping you are uninformed so he can overcharge you. I called him asking for a quote - he then called me back, and I asked where he was calling from. He refused to answer the question and asked if I was getting other quotes as well. I said yes, obviously, as everyone should be - and then he abruptly hung up. He then did not answer any of my calls. The positive reviews, I'm guessing, are not real.

First off when you deal with CEL Electric, you're dealing with the owner of the company not just another employee. Scott has done several projects in our 120 year old brownstone and these are not simple or straightforward jobs. The building's wiring is original and needs to be handled with great care and that's exactly what we've experienced on each job he handled for us. His electrical work is first-rate and he is meticulous working with outlets and switches on old, dry plaster walls and fans on ornate ceilings and that's something often overlooked with electricians. Each and every time I've called, he's been super responsive and we've had no qualms with his quotes. No reason to even think about using anyone else and that's a great feeling.

We ran into a problem installing a high-end low-voltage LED track system in our loft. None of the transformers supplied by the manufacturer seemed to work, and our electrician advised us to get replacements, which we did - at no avail. Having almost given up on the entire project, I decided to call someone else to help me troubleshoot the system. I had no hopes of actually figuring out what was wrong, let alone fixing it that same day.

In less than an hour, Ilin identified the problem: indeed, the second batch of transformers we received were also defective (Tech Lighting pieces-of-shit), and it had nothing to do with the Soraa bulbs we wanted to install. At that point, most electricians would just tell us to bring it up with the manufacturer. Not Ilin: not only did he correctly identify the problem, but he also took it upon himself to fix it. He went to Home Depot to find a reliable replacement, and after discovering that they had ran out of the model he wanted, he went to a second Home Depot. Three hours later, armed with 5 different transformers (just in case some were defective), he returned and fixed the lighting in the entire apartment. While he had never worked with this system before, he figured it out in no time. Yup, he's that good.

Ilin's rates were extremely reasonable, especially considering we were about to call it quits with a lighting system worth several grand. I wouldn't think twice about calling him again for future installations.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. They scheduled an appointment to come see the project, and didn't show up. I asked them what happened and they had forgotten (I get it, it can happen). Same thing second time. I tried to contact them again, no luck, no answer, no apology.

Waste of time.

Excellent plumber, extremely reliable and quick! I had a leaky kitchen sink, I was able to explain the issue over the phone and with a simple picture via text he was able to identify the problem. He was at my home within 30minutes and fixed the problem in less than than 40 min. I would highly recommend this plumber, he was fair and upfront with  pricing. Only fixed what needs to be repaired unlike other plumbers who try to upsell you and tell you you need more than you do.  If I ever need a plumber again he would be the first person I call.

Lights in house were flickering, completely shutting off and on. Called in the morning and received a helpful tech within a few hours. Was able to change a switch and figured out what was causing the flickering. Nothing on our end and more of ConEdison, but they helped get in contact with ConEdison to make sure a service ticket was in place and on their way. Thanks again!

Katie did a fantastic job recaulking our bathroom. She was responsive, very professional and has great attention to detail. Cannot recommend her more!

I arrived home from a short trip to find my refrigerator off and my freezer rapidly defrosting. Roman was able to come by within an hour of me calling and set to work immediately. His diagnosis was a shorted out line in the walls but rather than recommend a time consuming and no doubt expensive fix, he was able to rewire the fridge outlet to a nearby rarely used outlet and now everything is back on.

I was in my apartment while he worked and he talked me through the steps he was taking. I highly recommend Roman to anyone needing an electrician.

After seeing all of Gladiator Electrics 5-star reviews I had high expectations. Mike and his team exceeded them all. I contacted them to hang two TV's, install recessed lighting, hang 2 chandeliers and a few other projects. The team worked quietly, efficiently and left the job spotless. We finally found a reliable electrician!
