Mike was super helpful, he even tried to help me trouble shoot things over the phone to get things done quicker and avoid me having to pay. He seems like a stand up guy who truly knows what he's talking about. Although I did not need to use his services in the end, he will be on the top of my list the next time I do.

Ritchie was very responsive and came within 24 hours of my call to repair an outlet that was having an issue. He fixed the current problem (sorry) and made some recommendations for potential future work that should be done. He was good and efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I called NYC Electrician and left a message over the weekend and never received a call back. Three days later (today) I called NYC Electrician again and spoke with Anthony, who was easy to speak with and scheduled me a same-day midday appointment with Ralph who was already in the neighborhood. Ralph gave me a call 30 min in advance so I could meet him at the apt, and fixed both minor recessed light issues very quickly and with a smile (total time was approx 35min). He was very polite and friendly and diagnosed the issues (#1 - recessed light socket needed to be replaced and #2 - recessed light transformer needed to be replace) and proceeded to make the repairs.

My only gripes are that my initial call was never returned and the opacity of the service charges. The replacement parts I described cost less than $20 in total, but I paid more than 15 times that. But at least he got it done and quickly.

Gastil was awesome.  I called on a Sunday evening, he came within an hour and was able to solve our problem of a ceiling fan whose light fixture no longer worked.  He was friendly, professional, pleasant, and completely respectful of the fact that we had a freshly-cleaned apartment and a sleeping baby.  I'll definitely use him again.

John was very responsive. He returned my call quickly. He was also responsive communicating via text. John arrived on time for the job. While here, he was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Danny is knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and fair. He quoted me a fair price came when he promised and did the work neatly and correctly.  He did outdoor plugs, indoor smart plugs and outdoor lights. I would use him in the future without reservation.

I will definitely call Eco Electrician for future needs. I just had an issue with my outlets blowing, and was troubleshooted through how to get them back on without requiring a home visit. All the other electricians I called previously quoted hundreds of dollars to come by and troubleshoot, and Eco Electrician just talked me through it quickly on the phone. Thank you!

Scott was very communicative and able to come out on short notice, no hoops to jump through. He saw the job through until it was totally fixed and remained available and responsive during a small hiccup with the project.

Sergey was awesome. We had a broken bathroom ceiling fan. Sent him photos and got a quick response, even came to fix the fan on Labor Day. No complications, showed up at the time he said he'd be there and did the work. $220 for labor + $25 for the new fan. Thanks so much!

I hired Avi/Electrific to sort out two malfunctioning ceiling fans. He was extremely good at scheduling, communicating, and the task. It was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home--he showed care in ensuring there was no damage to furniture that was near the work area and was one of the most pleasant people I've hired in recent memory. We had time during his visit to tackle a pendant fixture replacement and that was hung perfectly. I recommend him 100% and I'm not someone who recommends everyone I hire. Great work; thanks!

I can't recommend Katie highly enough. She was punctual and methodically accomplished a list of tasks for me: hanging and anchoring a very heavy mirror, installing a rack, reinforcing a dangling curtain rod, and assembling a cat tree with a lot of parts. Not only was the work itself perfect, she was neat/clean with her tools and workspace, and finished within the timeframe she estimated. She's also really friendly and kind. I'm so glad I found her!
