I am extremely satisfied with Mike's services! I chose Mike over other recommended electricians because he came to my home to see the project (relatively small - I needed an outlet for a washer/dryer in a closet) before giving me an estimate. Other electricians gave me much higher estimates over the phone, they understandably didn't want to trouble-shoot and take the time to figure out a solution. Mike is a meticulous worker, he planned the job out in advance, asked for more information and had me email pictures to minimize the chances of any surprises (or extra holes in my walls!!). In the end, the cost of the job was less than his estimate, which was already quite reasonable. He didn't charge me for any of his prep/planning time. He provided me with his certificate of insurance and license number. Communicating with Mike was easy, he arrived promptly at the appointed time and cleaned up after the project. I would strongly recommend Hitchingham Electric!

I live in a very, very old building in Astoria, NY. I got ten dedicated new electrical lines installed across two separate apartment floors. Also got two splicer boxes installed, lights replaced, and additional outlets replaced. It was a very big job that was done quickly and professionally. Richie, Devon, Pablo, and Johny were all superb.

I researched several people for the job, and found both Richie's pricing and personality best.

Yeup, this one star was not a mistake. This rating does not regard his work, but his lack of communication. I called this guy up and after hearing that I only need 1 outlet installed, he immediately didn't want to talk to me. He brushed me off and told me to text him. He never texted nor called me back. I understand if the work is very minimal and he just doesn't want to do it. It's best to let me know than have me sitting around all day waiting for him to call me back.

NYC Electricians is great! Spoke to Anthony on Saturday during the snow storm about my circuit breaker tripping and having no power in two sections of the house. Though no one was available Saturday, as promised, he called with the name of the electrician on Sunday. Ralph came out, was on time, was courteous, handled the job quickly, gave us a fair price and did it all with a smile. I would recommend them-especially Ralph- to anyone. We liked him so much we plan to call him back to do a larger job in the house. Thanks again Ralph and Anthony!

Just used Dan again and another job well done. Answered my message right away and was able to come fix the problem the very next day. He fixed my pool pump and tested and secured an outdoor outlet. My kids were thrilled that he was able to fix our issue promptly and that they were able to swim that same day. He is honest, professional, and overall a really nice guy. We will always use this company for our electrical projects.

Called to get a quote on replacing the circuit breaker. They couldn't fix it but then said it would be $120 additional just to check the outlets. And charged $160 service charge for nothing. STAY AWAY!!!!

We had 2 prior Electricians look/work on our home, and they left it worse for the wear. CEL was referred to us, and they came through spectacularly.
They replaced our panel ,added outlets and fixed our lights.

My building super has anger issues and threatened to cancel electrician he scheduled when I asked why he never communicates with us. Super told me to find my own electrician and hung up so I asked for a quote from Danik and was contacted within a couple minutes. The electrician asked me to send him photos on the phone so that he could maybe walk me through the issue without coming out (to save service cost). While I was talking to him, the electrician that my super supposedly cancelled showed up and I had to tell Danik that their services were no longer needed and they were completely nice and professional about it. I will definitely be using them for anything in the future to avoid the headache that is my super.

Ilya did some handyman work at my apartment this morning after only getting in touch for the first time yesterday.  My fiancee and I were very happy with his work.  He called shortly before he was scheduled to arrive, telling us he'd be a few minutes late.  After hearing all the things we needed done, he gave us a quick and fair price.  (He did some odd jobs such as hanging a pot rack, replacing a light fixture, and installing a towel rack.)  Because of the somewhat flimsy construction of the walls of our kitchen, he told us that if we have any trouble with the pot rack that he would refund our money. He  was friendly and efficient throughout the morning.  We highly recommend his services.

I could not be happier with Don from DLP Electric. He is super knowledgeable and professional and showed up early. Last week, he helped me resolve an issue with the entire electrical wiring in the house where I rent an apartment. Don's expertise is going to get me thousands of dollars back from my landlord for overpayment of PSE&G bills. There were 2 electricians here that day, and it was clear that Don was the true expert. Ajay from G & R completed a job for me yesterday. He was professional and

accommodating. I had a new dishwasher installed that was sticking out

considerably due to the wiring behind it. He relocated the electrical box

and wiring.  I am completely pleased with the job that was done.

My wife and I were having problems with a low-voltage track lighting system that was over twenty years old and no longer manufactured.  Avi was terrifically helpful in accommodating to our schedule and getting someone out to assess the issue as quickly as possible.  Gerry was on time, professional and extraordinarily helpful.  More specifically, he patiently diagnosed the problem and ingeniously found a way to rewire the failing track segment thereby bringing it back to life.  All the while, he was a gentle, easy presence in our apartment (and tolerated the occasional interference from our three cats with good humor).  Not if -- but when given its age -- our lighting fails again we will not hesitate to contact Electrific, just as we would for any other electrical problem we might encounter.  All of which is to say, we can't recommend them more highly.

I'm psyched about finding Handyma'am. We needed quick help with our dining room table just a few days before hosting seder. She came to assess Tuesday, and promptly returned Thursday (was willing to come back Wed, but I wasn't available). She'd made multiple parts to fill in for the missing piece. She was calm, steady, happy to chat about what she was doing and explain (since I like to learn as much as I can in situations like this). As she was working on the table, she came across something else to fix and happily did it.

No joke after a year of trying to get an electrician to our house and consistently being put off or businesses not returning phone calls, Mike was recommended to me. I'm in the service and repair business and I am a firm believer in top notch customer service. Mike and his team from Gladiator came to the house. Replaced a ceiling fan, installed some light/fan dimmer switches, replaced a switch in the hallway and repaired some defective wiring for the kitchen light. Totally professional and through service.
