Mike was really friendly, very helpful, and fast. He replaced the ballasts on a few of my business's fluorescent light fixtures. He even offered the diagnostic for free because he wanted to try out a new piece of equipment. I don't know if he normally does free diagnostic visits, and I wouldn't expect it, but I think it shows that he's a businessman that cares about making the customer happy.

My best experience ever with an electric company. Very fast response and service: arrived within 30 minutes, left within 30 minutes. Klod (the owner, J believe) was very clear on pricing, which was very fair, and professional, explaining and showing me everything he was doing. He fixed not only the problem in my home office I initially hired him for, but also another problem in the kitchen that I had him look at since he fixed the first problem so quickly.

Mickhael helped remove an outlet that was in my apartment that was not grounded and not up to code in under 15 minuets. He then removed my under cabinet lighting in under 45 min. The replacement fixtures that i bought were not the correct kind so he went out, looked at 2 different stores for me and finally found what we were looking for. he installed them that day and it took him 40 min. total to install 6 fixtures and fix our main kitchen lighting fixture. I highly recommend him. he is professional and VERY fast. his work is fantastic and i could not be happier!

We are definitely going to use him again if we need anymore work done to our apartment!

on time, professional, friendly.  I will have two more projects coming up and after dealing with some frustrations in the past, using Ralph is a no brainer now.

I highly recommend Nair.   My circuit breaker panel starting having problems (a loose breaker was causing other circuits to turn on and off) on a Saturday.

Gaston picked up the phone, provided a quick guesstimate, came over in a few hours, and fixed the issue.  No fuss, no hassle, no problems.

John was quick to respond with our communications and easy to set up time with. He fixed our issue quickly while thoroughly explaining the background of why the problem was happening and why the fix would be helpful. We'd definitely work with John again for future electrical needs.

Danny was a pleasure to work with! He responded to my inquiry immediately and was flexible with our schedule. He brought all that was needed, swapped out a new light fixture and was ready to address any additional issues (gaps, new switches, etc.) and installed a dimmer switch seamlessly. We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I hired Eric and his team to put in new outlets and light switches in my rental apartment.  They were totally professional, diligent and did an excellent job.  Also, they are nice guys.  I will definitely use them again for future jobs and highly recommend them.

Yoni came to my house as promised on time. He called me back very promptly yesterday, was very polite and answered all my questions without any kind of pressure or hard sales tactics. I truly felt that he meant what he said in that he wanted my job to be done the right way, and in a manner that I would be happy with.

It was a simple job that I needed. I had an older dryer hooked up to the circuit breaker, I asked him to disconnect it, then, install an outlet that would enable the new dryer to be hooked up to it. He was very patient answering all my questions, and he checked out the specs to make sure that the amperages were sufficient and that all would be smooth for the installation of my new dryer.

I felt pleased with his initial estimate, very pleased with how quickly and efficiently he worked and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Highly recommended.

I thought I had already left this review a long time ago but apparently did not, so here it is at last. Sorry for the delay Ilya.

The first floor unit of my building is a commercial unit. These bozos were doing some electrical work downstairs and oops they completely cut off the lines that power the thing (hot water heater? furnace? something) that heats the entire building.

Ilya rolled up. Saw the mess that was in the basement and was able to connect the heating system to the grid in the building again.

He somehow also casually managed to get the boiler going so I didn't have to  pay a plumber to do it, without me even asking him to.

Everyone needs a reliable roster of technicians, plumbers, auto repair guys etc.

I'm happy to have worked with these guys so I know anytime i have an electrical issue, I got a guy who can take care it.

Initially, we were impressed with their professional manner.  They gave a quote which seemed reasonable.  Because of the extensive work we needed, the owner said he had a construction crew that they worked with.  Well I'd like to say this story had a happy ending, but it did not. We were hit up for another 10K for supplies .  Our mistake, lesson learned.  Never give money up front.  Their construction crew did not know what they were doing.  After a week we decided they needed to leave as we were not only furious at the shoddy construction, but every night we would shake our heads in disbelief.  We called in a real professional who apologized that someone in his field would actually call it a professional job.  Imagine that.  We are still trying to correct the mess they left us with.  With regard to the electric work, we were naive and probably would have done things differently.  The job was ok, but just ok.  Moral of story:  NEVER give money without proof of work.  ALWAYS, know what you want and how you want it done.  ALWAYS get references.  ALWAYS get a reference from people that you know.  FINALLY, check YouTube.  There is always video for any work that can be done by yourself.  Would NOT, and WILL NOT recommend this company.

Great guy... Came on time, wore gloves, gloves mask and booties upon entry. Had a leak that i couldn't figure out. Water from the 2nd floor leaked into the first floor. I went ahead and cut the sheetrock on the first floor to locate the pipe. The position in which the pipes were located were extremely difficult to see let alone view.
  He did a few tests and found that that the leak in fact is not coming from the pipe which i was surprised to hear but im not a plumber so ill leave it to the expert to conclude. We went back and forth upstairs and down running the faucet, the tub, the shower, the toilet... No water was leaking. We finally splashed some water onto the tiles which i didn't even think about doing. Low and behold, the water started to leak.
  Appears the tile came loose where the water ran in between the grout allowing it to flow into the 1st floor kitchen. Not knowing what the problem is has to be the worst part. Even worse than the solution. Either way, problem solved. His main focus is plumbing so i didn't expect him to repair the tile. Will need to contact someone else for that.  
  My only complaint would be the initial visit. He wasn't there for more than 30 min and the trip charge was a bit pricey considering only troubleshooting was done and no repairs but i can't fault him for that as i knew the cost going into it and agreed.
  I would use him again in the future if i needed plumbing work. He knows his stuff, is prompt, reliable and answers his phone.

After an initial problem involving miscommunication on both sides, I ended up contracting with this company. I found their customer service and quality of work to be excellent. Although this was a relatively small job, it was handled with care and professionalism. My husband and I were very pleased with the service.

Katie is the best! After 3 horrible experiences with different handymen in Brooklyn (light fixture dropped and smashed mid-install, yelled at for having trouble hearing him on the phone, etc.) a friend recommended Katie and I'll be using her services forever. She's extremely knowledgeable and everything we've had her install or fix is done skillfully--but she's always willing to answer questions, talk through her work, etc as well. Thanks Katie!

We had a great experience with Conquest Electric. My boyfriend and I live in the Nomad area and Roman was able to quickly diagnose and fix our problem on the same day that we called him.
