Professional, honest and trustworthy! I will definitely come to Mike if I ever have an electricity problem. The review is a bit late but it is never too late. My air conditioner was acting weirdly last summer and I texted Mike via Yelp for a quote. He replied me immediately and offered to call me before he can give the quote. On the phone I explained to him the issue and he told me a few simple ways to determine it is truly an electricity problem. He can easily charge me for coming to my place without the initial assessment. Instead he helped me on the phone and turned out the air conditioner needs a cleaning service. I really appreciate the help he offered.

They were amazing to work with. My electrician bailed on me and Klod was my savior.  He is from BK and came to Jersey city to give mr a quote.  He was able to complete the job in one day.  He was professional and I would highly recommend his services.

AMAZING JOB! - I had an apt booked for Friday (2 days from now)  to help with lighting and bulbs and transformers,  they called and said they had someone in the area who could come today - His name is Ralph and he ROCKS! - knew exactly what had to be done, gave great suggestions, and even went over and above to check circuit breakers as he noticed some burnt wires, turns out I need a bigger circuit box as mine is overloaded - I will be using New York City Electricians from now on.. Excellent job, kind and super helpful! THANK YOU RALPH - We really appreciate it!!

The technician, Guston, came on time on a Saturday morning (on a short notice, without charging us an emergency fee, which other electricians have quoted us) and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. It was also convenient that he had some light switches with him so he was able to replace my old one without me having to go buy it myself.
He also took the time to explain how certain things work and showed me how to test my outlets and lights so that next time I can do this myself instead of spending hundreds of dollars.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

John picked up and installed two dimmer switches in my apartment according to my specifications.
He also had the foresight to identify my current lightbulbs as non-dimmable and brought me all new bulbs.
John is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, 100% would recommend.

I called Conroy electric and the owner was very nice  I have electrical problems in my house I have light fixtures  that didn't work I have switches and outlets that did not work and my fuse box was outdated he install new switches a new fuse box now all the electric Works GREAT in my house. He did a wonderful job his prices were very fair and I would hire and over and over again until he retires I am going to tell my friends and my family about him.

Yoni installed three new outlets, three lights, and rerouted a switch to make room for a sliding glass door. He is very meticulous with his work, and will go out of his way to make sure you're satisfied. He will make honest recommendations, is practical, and takes a lot of pride in his work. Yoni does outstanding work, and is priced fairly. He is very neat, reliable, and respectful.

Excellent service, well priced. I used this company to repair/replace two light fixtures in my apartment. The work was done in under an hour. They were on time, respectful and great on communication. A receipt was provided at the end of the service. I definitely recommend using!

As a home inspector in New Jersey I try to get advice from the best qualified professionals in each field when Im stuck on something.  Don at DLP is my go to guy as far as electricians.  He's accessible and quick to reply to messages, honest and by far one of the brightest electricians around.  Im lucky to be able to pick his brain and refer him to my clients whenever possible.  He makes me look smarter!!  If you're looking for a quality electrician, one that this home inspector relies on, Don is your guy.  Electrical work should not be a DIY and is not for the inexperienced.  With Don you get experience, quality work and confidence.

I need a complete electrical upgrade in my home and a 220V line installed for an electric stove. One of the owners of G & R responded to my call promptly, was very engaging and seemed knowledgeable. He drew up a diagram, took photos, and explained the process we'd have to go through with Con Ed. We even discussed future work that he could do for us. He promised to send me an estimate within a day.....3 weeks later, I still haven't heard from him. I called for the first week and got no answer and his vm was full. The second week I continued to call and was able to leave a vm. I was ready to give him a deposit, but now it's back to searching for an electrician.....VERY disappointing.

I reached out to several plumbers to get a quote and he was the only one to respond so promptly. He messaged back within a few minutes and by the next morning at 10am he showed up and fixed the faucet in my shower. Awesome!

I hired Avi/Electrific to sort out two malfunctioning ceiling fans. He was extremely good at scheduling, communicating, and the task. It was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home--he showed care in ensuring there was no damage to furniture that was near the work area and was one of the most pleasant people I've hired in recent memory. We had time during his visit to tackle a pendant fixture replacement and that was hung perfectly. I recommend him 100% and I'm not someone who recommends everyone I hire. Great work; thanks!

I have used Katie's services for a wide range of projects and have been very happy and perfectly satisfied with her work.  She has:
- installed window blinds, coat rack, and hook
- fixed a door that would not close
- installed light fixtures
- sanded and painted my bathroom vanity (looks new!) and some bookshelves; spray pained some items in the apt
- put together a futon frame

We needed 2 bedroom ceiling fans to be changed to different frequencies.  My bro called one electrician who was 2 hours late to the appointment and he spent 20 min dissembling the fan before he pointed out that we need to change the circuit breakers and need to replace ceiling boxes as the weight of the fan was too heavy for the boxes.  His suggestion was to make a bigger fuse box panel as there were too many high end appliances attached to the itty bitty fuse box.  He expected a whole day to get someone to bigger hole in the cement wall and get his guys to help with rewiring the fans.  His total was about 5K but he was going to give a $400 discount like he was doing us a favor.  The only two things he did was remove the ceiling fan and turn the switch to the remote.

We wanted to get a second opinion and came across Cooper Electrical Services.  Thank Goodness for Roman and Victor who were extremely friendly and professional and throughout the whole process knew what was going on.  The moment they came in they examined the fuse box and the complicated wiring of the ceiling fan.  They got right into identifying the problem and work on it very diligently.  They were patient in placing the complicated fan back to the ceiling and took the time to explain everything that was done with their work.

No joke after a year of trying to get an electrician to our house and consistently being put off or businesses not returning phone calls, Mike was recommended to me. I'm in the service and repair business and I am a firm believer in top notch customer service. Mike and his team from Gladiator came to the house. Replaced a ceiling fan, installed some light/fan dimmer switches, replaced a switch in the hallway and repaired some defective wiring for the kitchen light. Totally professional and through service. He explained everything that was performed to me and made recommendations. If you need electric work performed, this is the company to call.
