I had a complicated issue I had no idea how to start solving. I contacted Mike via a neighbor's recommendation. Even though he said he probably wasn't the guy for the job, he meticulously walked me through root causes that could have prompted the problem: essentially sky high coned bills in spite of my low power use. Mike stopped by after consulting with my neighbor who is contracting him for a job, and he and his teammate Paul took a look at my meters. They invested the time and energy outside on a very cold day, in walking and talking me through how to troubleshoot the issue I've been struggling with. They were more helpful than various electricians I spoke to, even one who stopped by my place earlier that day. I could not recommend Mike wholeheartedly enough, for his kindness, diligence and thoughtfulness.

We contacted Titanium Electrical after the first contractor showed up and left. He to rework his bid because he wasn't able to do the job the way he thought it was going to be done. We were disappointed that our first contractor left but so glad we reached out to Titanium. They came by soon after and looked at the work. There were some considerations but we discussed them all and both sides (us and Titanium) were well informed and knew all the things that we could possibly encounter.
Titanium came by the following week and the work was done professionally, cleanly and on time. Because they figured out a way to do the job more efficiently, they saved us $300. That has never happened to me. It was a great job, done the way we wanted, on time and on budget. We couldn't ha e been happier.
One thing I must mention- I like work and workers who clean up after themselves and treat my home with respect. Titanium was all of that. The last thing I want to do at the end of my day is to clean up someone else's mess after a day of work. Titanium was clean and they left my yard and garage in great shape.
I would use Titanium again and I recommend them.

Rich and Johnny were exceptional, responsive and went out of their way to ensure the work was done.  I needed a fixture change and switch-check for my Mom and Johnny was quick, professional and friendly with such a positive, up-beat demeanor. Their attitude and customer service was a true breath of fresh air. Good, reliable electricians are very hard to find so I am happy that I now have one I can call on.

Mikhail was EXCELLENT - turned up at the appointed time, worked really quickly and efficiently, and got our under-cabinet lights up-and-running in no time. Highly recommended!

I agree completely with the last two reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about NYC Electricians and specifically about Ralph. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. I have used them three times in  two months and will continue to do so from here on.

Plugged an old appliance into an old outlet and saw a big scary spark, the entire house went dark and my phone had 10% battery left and my hair full of conditioner. I called the fire department and they did not want to turn back on my lights because of safety reasons. They told me to call an electrician. I called about 4 different places/handy men from yelp and none of the  places were able to make it out but thankfully I came across Nair and they were wonderful. Someone picked up the phone asked me a few questions and had someone out to me in 30 mins! I felt so comfortable with the electrician that was here. He fixed the problem and my lights are back on. This company is professional and licensed which gives it a perfect rating!

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely love the work that Erick and his team at Eco Electrician did on my bathroom fan. This fan used to have to be plugged into an outlet to use like a dive-bar. It was annoying and very frat house-y while Erick was doing another job for me, I ran this by him and he blew me away the results from today's install. Crispy clean work, as usual from Erick. Super amazing with response and stellar craftsmanship! Check out my other reviews for Erick and his team, they've done a lot of great work at my house.

First off when you deal with CEL Electric, you're dealing with the owner of the company not just another employee. Scott has done several projects in our 120 year old brownstone and these are not simple or straightforward jobs. The building's wiring is original and needs to be handled with great care and that's exactly what we've experienced on each job he handled for us. His electrical work is first-rate and he is meticulous working with outlets and switches on old, dry plaster walls and fans on ornate ceilings and that's something often overlooked with electricians. Each and every time I've called, he's been super responsive and we've had no qualms with his quotes. No reason to even think about using anyone else and that's a great feeling.

Super quick response time and very good service and very professional. I would highly recommend this company. Price was competitive as well. Fixed my electrical issue in 10 minutes.

Ilya really is as good as everyone else on here says, including cleaning up after himself, which, as anyone who has had anyone come to their home to fix something can tell you is very, very rare. Extremely personable as well.

Don is a great, kind, affordable, and efficient electrician. When we were looking for someone to install some lights and outlets and to repair some broken lights, we spoke with some other electricians whose estimates were exorbitant. Don was very fairly priced and was very flexible in scheduling with us. He did such a great job-- we have recommended him to all our family and friends in the neighborhood! It's great we found a knowledgeable electrician!

Eugene is fantastic - works quickly and efficiently and he is VERY responsive to scheduling appts, etc.

Lights in house were flickering, completely shutting off and on. Called in the morning and received a helpful tech within a few hours. Was able to change a switch and figured out what was causing the flickering. Nothing on our end and more of ConEdison, but they helped get in contact with ConEdison to make sure a service ticket was in place and on their way. Thanks again!

Katie was responsive, professional, and, above all, extremely handy. I hired her to fix a plaster wall and reinstall shelves after the last guy I hired made an absolute mess of it. As soon as she assessed the damage and explained how she would go about fixing it, I knew I was in good hands. And sure enough, it looks like new again. So glad I found Katie! I would 100% hire her again and you should, too.

Roman came yesterday afternoon after I called him in the morning. He and his assistant Jason stayed until evening when the job was done and did an amazing job! We had a pendant light installed (in a new location) and 5 other fixtures changed out. They did a great job and vacuumed up everything at the end and took out all of the trash and boxes that accumulated from the install. Roman is incredibly personable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who has electrical work to be done.

I recently had my service upgraded and a generator transfer switch installed.  Mike and his employees were prompt and extremely professional.  No hesitation in recommending Gladiator, and I will use them again.
