When you call an electrician you expect to be misguided and ripped off. It's like having heart surgery without medical insurance. You cringe and anticipate the final bill. You expect to have more work done than originally expected. You look to hock jewelry to pay this surgeon of voltage. That was far from the case when calling these guys. Mike quickly diagnosed and quoted an estimate on cost. Repair was done within 2 hours and quote was on point. It was like having your favorite uncle come over to fix the situation. Three adjective to describe... Fair, honest and funny. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Ive used these guys for more than one project and EVERY TIME they are reliable, quick, clean, friendly and very thorough. They are amazing and they charge a fair price as well.

Highly recommend and will continue to use Rich's services in the future. He & Devin helped with a couple projects around the apartment and went above and beyond by running out and picking up warmer bulbs for other areas of my home to match the new bulbs I had gotten. Their first quote was not the absolute lowest I received when I was originally searching, but I think it was accurate and I'm super happy with their attention to detail & professionalism so I was down -- I know I won't need to hire anyone else down the line to fix their work or waste a day waiting them to show up for an appointment.  All around thumbs up & high fives

So grateful for Yelp leading me to Mickhael. I needing someone to properly install my air conditioner because I failed. He responded more quickly than anyone else, was communicative the whole time so I knew exactly when he was coming, did the job quickly and pleasantly. I feel so much more secure knowing my ac was professionally installed. Would definitely contact him again for handy work needs.

We had gotten in touch with NYC Electricians to come out and fix a dimmer switch. They were prompt and EXTREMELY friendly and cooperative. Mark got straight to it (we only had 5mins to get the job done), and the job was finished in 5mins and we were able to get right back to business as usual! And at a great price too! If you need a professional, quick, and friendly electric job taken care of you should definitely reach out to New York City Electricians (and ask for Mark!!)

Nice and reliable guy but...  it took two visits, 5 hours of work in total and a $900 bill... to find one outdoor electrical outlet that was rusted and creating a short.   What was more disappointing is that the same outlet creating the problem was apparently tested during the first visit but deemed in good working order (not sure how that happened).  When at the end of the second visit we discovered by luck where the problem was coming from (we heard a pop in the faulty outlet while testing something else)  I pointed out that the issue should/could have been identified the first time around if tested properly and as a result I politely asked for a break;  my request received no consideration - my time is my time I was told.  I respect that.  But so here it is: 2 stars and I am tempted to add  my opinion is my opinion so be it.

John was very responsive. He returned my call quickly. He was also responsive communicating via text. John arrived on time for the job. While here, he was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. We would definitely use John again if needed and recommend him to others for a job well done. Thanks John!

Danny is knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and fair. He quoted me a fair price came when he promised and did the work neatly and correctly.  He did outdoor plugs, indoor smart plugs and outdoor lights. I would use him in the future without reservation.

They helped me figure out the problem I was trying to solve quickly, and it saved me unnecessary costs. I appreciated their quick responsiveness and competence.

This guy is incredibly unprofessional and likely hoping you are uninformed so he can overcharge you. I called him asking for a quote - he then called me back, and I asked where he was calling from. He refused to answer the question and asked if I was getting other quotes as well. I said yes, obviously, as everyone should be - and then he abruptly hung up. He then did not answer any of my calls. The positive reviews, I'm guessing, are not real.

CEL was a lifesaver.
We had 2 prior Electricians look/work on our home, and they left it worse for the wear. CEL was referred to us, and they came through spectacularly.
They replaced our panel ,added outlets and fixed our lights.
I will recommend  this company to anyone who needs Electrical help , when all others have failed

Fantastic job! Yonatan helped us install a light on a 15'2 tall ceiling. It's not an easy job for most but they got it done with ease. They provided me a reasonable quote, showed up on time and were easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Ilya and Michael come to install a chandelier and did a fine job. They also replaced the light kit on a new fan/light I got that was defective.  They were quick, clean and efficient and very good natured. Highly recommended.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. G & R Electrical Contractors immediately impressed me as I called Mr. Ganesh that late evening for estimates to upgrade my electrical panel. After their reasonable estimate was provided. The electricians Omesh and AJ worked flawlessly together that early morning into the mid afternoon. They were highly motivated and worked in unison. Omesh answered every question I had. The electricians troubleshooted and provided vital insights regarding my home's electricity. I would high recommend G & R for any electrical task. Thank you, gentleman!

Called and was told he would be here in 15 and he did!!!  Had to have my old kitchen faucet replaced,  it seemed like science to me and he finished it within 30min.  Reasonably priced!!! Totally recommend!!!!!

Did great work. But my wife had to handle payment while I was away. And he charged her TWICE what he quoted me. He also created another issue by moving our dryer in front of a window we need access to. When I reached out to him about this. He just relied thank you. Would NOT recommend.

I can't recommend Katie highly enough. She was punctual and methodically accomplished a list of tasks for me: hanging and anchoring a very heavy mirror, installing a rack, reinforcing a dangling curtain rod, and assembling a cat tree with a lot of parts. Not only was the work itself perfect, she was neat/clean with her tools and workspace, and finished within the timeframe she estimated. She's also really friendly and kind. I'm so glad I found her!

I've had the pleasure of hiring Conquest Electric to upgrade several light fixtures in my house. I'm very glad I chose this company for my electrical needs since the service I received exceeded all of my expectations and was all done quickly, promptly, professionally, and at a reasonable  rate. The team left the job site broom clean, the high hats were installed and look great in my house. We highly recommend this company and will certainly use in the future.

Mike at Gladiator knows his stuff. Fair pricing!! You never want to go with the cheapest guy. He did a service upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp. Also installed a charger for my plug in hybrid. Soon after he left my dehumidifier went out and he got back in 15 minutes and determined it was a faulty extension cord. Problem solved. Next day noticed that our dryer vent duct had been inadvertently damaged by his crew, sent him a text and there he was with a new vent duct which he installed. For me that says it all. Competent and trust worthy!!!!!
