These two electricians are the very best.  I would highly recommend them.  My outside lights were all out and they fixed them quickly and efficiently.  They are prompt, neat and fairly priced.  I would trust them with any of my electrical needs.

Art did a wonderful job converting a hardwire connection to an electrical plug.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job for a fair price.  I would definitely recommend AZ Electrical and will use them again.

Called over the weekend due to dishwasher not working and requiring electrical assistance. Don said he would call back Sat afternoon- which he did. Then he said he would call Monday for a better estimate of coming by. Never called, listed immediate cost of service and work required.

I called another electrician who provided a walk through over the phone to try to trouble shoot the issue without paying. Excellent guy who then came out and charged much less.

Purchased a new house and had a few electrical items to address.  Found Prolite Electric on Yelp and felt good about their reviews.  After leaving a message, Jack called me back that day.  Went over his pricing and I felt he was very reasonable so I made an appointment.   He sent his technician Matt over to fix the items and I was very pleased with Matt's service.  He was on time and very professional.  I'm looking forward to using them in the future.

Update 1/3/2017.  Again Matt does another great job.  Had a laundry list of items to get done and  Matt's work was perfect.  Jack is very affordable and this will always be the company that does my electrical work.

We have had OneStop Pro do some work for us a few years ago, and they did a great job them. So, we saw their special advertisement for the home evaluation/check up for $99, and we made an appointment for today!  Rob M. was right on time. He was very thorough, and very knowledgeable. He, also, gave us some tips re: safety, pointed out where we needed things i.e. GFI's, etc.  After he explained his recommendations on what he saw needed to be taken care of, he told us how and when they would proceed with the repairs and updating of items, if and when we decide to have that work done. It was then I remembered we had a gift coupon from them, and Rob applied it to the $99 charge. Wow!   He was courteous, and up front with us.  Thank you, Rob!  We will be calling OneStop Pro to get the recommended work done to make our home safer, and up to date.

We have an old two flat that we bought a few years ago and it needs some work. The lights in the back stairway were not working and Jeff fixed this for us and installed a new fixture too. He also converted 2 outlets for us that the previous owners had used as 220V outlets. Jeff was professional and pleasant to work with and is an experienced electrician.. We would highly recommend him to friends/family and will use him again in the future as we address others parts of the building that need updates. Thank you Jeff!!

We have had several great experiences working with Charles and Safe Electrical.  He has done considerable work inside and outside of our home and has always been prompt, honest and efficient.  He has gone out of his way to make sure we got what we were looking for in every job and was amazingly clean and neat in his execution.  He gave us competitive bids on each job but provided extra value each time, whether it was re-seeding grass that he had to dig up outside or revisiting/rescheduling when we discovered some of our lights for installation where broken from the manufacturers.  I would highly recommend them for any inside/outside job you have.

David at Next Level has done two jobs for me at my new house, one was running a new line out to my detached garage and the other was installing outdoor outlets. We're very happy with the work he completed and the process to get there. He is a clear communicator, he is clear on his pricing and the work is completed efficiently. He also worked with us to keep the price manageable for the garage power by suggesting my husband dig the trench himself. Much appreciated (although my husband underestimated the effort, ha!) David will stay our family electrician as long as he is in business.

I was very pleased with Randel Electric. Randel Electric did work for me over a holiday weekend. They showed up on time, fixed all my issues knowledgeably and quickly, and were very fairly priced.  It is hard to find dependable service professionals nowadays, but Randel was top-notch. I highly recommend.

We had a potentially large electric problem with some lines from our house to our garage.  They were old, frayed and hanging low.  It was easy to set up getting a quote from Edwin though the Yelp site.  He responded very quickly and arrived on time at the appointed time.  He diagnosed the problem and provided a quote via email.  I accepted his proposal and he let me know when he was available to come and do the work.

He arrived on time, on the scheduled day.  It was a big job which included taking down the old wiring and, digging a trench and sending all new wiring out to the detached garage.  Since the home and garage are both over 100 years old, diagnosing our wiring is like a million piece jigsaw puzzle. Edwin did a great job and everything works great!  He even did a great job to not disturb the landscaping.  You can't even tell that there was a trench dug.

Highly recommend!

I have used Homer's Electric service for some major projects, replacing a storm-downed power line at my home, and installing new service to a rental property. He solved a conundrum at the rental property, that other electrical services couldn't, which was to construct an electric room on an open porch that had been converted from an enclosed porch. All work was done with permits and sign off by a City of Chicago Inspector. This is in response to Nessie X's negative review on this site, that claims he is operating without a City of Chicago License. His license and billing are under VT-Tech Service Inc which IS listed on the City's site with a current license thru 1/2024.

I called HandiCo about needing some work done and I got a response almost immediately. They were very upfront with me about the rates and scope of work, so I booked them right away.

I was looking for someone to replace and install a chandelier and ceiling fan on a very high ceiling for my parents. I'm on the east coast and my parents live in Plainfield, IL so I looked on Yelp for an electrician and many of the businesses I called were closed. I came across Corey's business and was surprised to see that he was still open. I spoke to Corey and explained what I was looking for and he didn't hesitate to say that he could do the job. You see, the chandelier is one of those geometric shapes and other electricians told me that a scaffold was needed and/or the chandelier couldn't be installed on a sloped ceiling. Some electricians never called me back after seeing the chandelier. Corey sent me a link to the contract by text and I signed it electronically.  Both items were installed that following Wednesday (AND, he used a ladder and not scaffold).  He did a magnificent job! My parents were extremely happy and so was I after seeing the photos Corey sent me. If you are looking for a professional electrician that provides quality work you definitely won't go wrong with Corey.

a tree branch fell and took out the pipe to our electric meter. I called 3 companies , a to z was the first one to come out. the estimate was clear and professional .  only one other company  came  out, and was miles off and vague on their  estimate . Bob was efficient fast and super respectful . Highly recommend them.

Called for a big job, replacing kitchen and bathroom wiring. He was late to the quote and no-call, no-show for the actual work. I called him to ask how far away he was and he said he forgot about it and can he come the next day instead.
