With Duplex it's like having a family member helping you. These two brothers are seasoned electricians who work fast, do great work and clean up everything before they leave. Very friendly and outgoing guys who I trust entirely to be in my home. Especially if you have an older home these guys have the experience and skills to solve any electrical problem.

Art worked on several projects in our house. We would ask him any time again. He is very professional, takes good care of everything. He installed a new washing machine, added a 250V outlet and a new receiver for our ceiling van (which was really high up). He always gave us an appointment very quickly. I can really recommend him.

These guys are amazing. It's been a very hot summer in Chicago this year, so I'm sure all HVAC companies have been really busy. I needed to permanently move my AC unit about 10 feet to gain access to a sewer line directly beneath it. I initially communicated the job via Yelp messenger. All of their communications were concise and prompt. The work they did was clean and thorough. They even patched up the holes from the old lines. Needed about five overhead lights replaced, some with bad wiring and others with very old fixtures. Jeff came out to our home, resolved some of my 'creative workarounds', offered suggestions, spotted some bad wiring, addressed said problem, and gave me an estimate for other wish list work.

Overall, Jeff was very easy to work with and I'd have no problem recommending him for this type of work.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Charles and Safe Electrical.

First off, Noelle (who took my call, scheduled my estimate, confirmed my appointment, and followed up with me throughout) was great! Friendly, prompt, and professional.

I had them out to give me an estimate on installing 3 ceiling fans (2 outdoor with no existing electrical hookup, and on inside), and install 2 outdoor cameras.  On the day of the estimate, Charles came out on time and walked my property with me while talking me through the plan. He also noticed some additional things he suggested to me could be done around the house.  He gave me 3 estimates in 3 budget ranges and I chose what was best for me.

The work was completed on time, and his team has AMAZING customer service skills.  I will not ever use another electrician, and would HIGHLY recommend Charles and his crew to anyone looking for a reliable electrician with a focus on customer service.

Had a great experience with Randal Electric. I'm selling my condos in Chicago and some very minor electrical work popped up on the home inspection report. I called a few different electricians on Yelp in the area and a lot hung up on me because my request was too small for them to set an appointment. I communicated with Randy what I needed to be done and he was confident that it would be a quick and easy fix, plus he'd be able to put me down for an appointment the next morning. Eddie was my electrician who was right on time this morning. He was polite and professional and after he was finished with the breaker he even asked if he could review the home inspection report to make sure everything needing an electricians attention was covered. I appreciate honest businesses in home services. While searching for electricians I ran across CR Electric and they tried to upsell me on an entire new panel a 4-6 hour job that would have been unnecessary and over the top. Eddie was able to make the breaker safe and eliminate the double tap breaker installed by a 10+ year old alarm system company that I never used in 7 years of owning the property. I'm glad I called Randal Electric and if I need electricians for the next 4 condos about to go on the market I know who I'll be calling!

They were fantastic from start to finish. Professional demeanor, communicated with us very well throughout. They initially quoted us on the job based on my explanation and a picture but then we soon realized after they got to the job this would not work because of a brick pillar that would have been very difficult to fish wire through. They assessed the situation and gave me different options and were very fair on the price.  Cleaned up afterwards and were willing to answer all of my questions.  Thanks again to Edwin and Brian. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Homer and his team are the best. They were courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We had two workmen come in and replace two old (and potentially dangerous) electrical panels in our new condo unit. They worked quickly and efficiently and were able to do the work in less time than scheduled. They were friendly and cleaned up the areas nicely after they were done. Despite our condo management being clueless and slow to respond, Homer and his team did an excellent job.

While shopping around for contractors for this job, we received a lot of quotes; Homer's estimate came in the lowest.

I had an issue with the apartment a floor above leaking into mine from their HVAC. I had Tom as my professional from HandiCo and he was amazing. Quick, so tidy, and did a fantastic job fixing my ceiling. Literally not a speck of dust left after he replaced drywall and painted.

a tree branch fell and took out the pipe to our electric meter. I called 3 companies , a to z was the first one to come out. the estimate was clear and professional .  only one other company  came  out, and was miles off and vague on their  estimate . Bob was efficient fast and super respectful . Highly recommend them.

Called for a big job, replacing kitchen and bathroom wiring. He was late to the quote and no-call, no-show for the actual work. I called him to ask how far away he was and he said he forgot about it and can he come the next day instead.
