Our ceiling fan stopped working and it was quite a while before we could find anyone to complete the repair job.

I contacted Stephan and he responded quickly, was straight forward with his pricing and willing to take the job immediately. He arrived on time, got the job done and was very accommodating, polite and kind. Unfortunately that seems to be more of a rarity nowadays. What a refreshing transaction. I highly recommend AC/DC!

Called Sims and Sons last week and was able to get an appointment immediately. Unfortunately our work schedule changed and we had to push our appointment but they were very accomidating and still got us another appointment quickly. Enis came out and got right to work exploring our issue with a bedroom light switch and fixture. He came up with two solutions and we discussed pricing, work involved, etc.. Everything was explained well from the issue, solution, and pricing. Enis was great to work with and I highly recommend him for your electrical issues.

I reached out via Yelp on a Friday, and Chris came out on Saturday to take a look and provide an estimate (work across two units in our multi-family building). His prices were reasonable and we were able to get scheduled within a few days. He and his team did high quality work very efficiently. We'll definitely call him next time we need electrical help!

All around great first time experience. I called on a cold snowy night and the owner had someone (Leeroy) out to me within a couple of hours. Leeroy was great, and fixed my issue with my outdoor GFCI outlet almost instantly. So thankful to have a great electrician in my phonebook now!

The power went out in half my house on Sunday morning. After resetting all the circuit breakers and calling Comed. I starting calling electricians. My call was promptly answered, and Mr. Ryan explained that he was out on a call, would be available in a couple hours, and he would call me back. He did call me back, but by that time, Comed had restored the power. While he did not actually come out and provide service, I was satisfied with the response and would not hesitate to call Ryan Electric in the future.

Upon purchasing our house we had a lot of electrical work that we desperately needed done in a very timely way. I called Highlights and within one day we had a consultation visit and a contract for the work, set at a very reasonable price. Two days later the work started and went smoothly throughout. The electricians are BAD ASS!!! No job is too difficult. They troubleshoot quickly, and clearly love what they do. They are professional by all standards and their work is clean, precise, careful, and rigorous. They care for what they do and they respect the budgets of their customers. They are also very responsive to their customer's needs and reply to text questions immediately. Communication with Highlights is great and they are always on time. I can't say enough good things about Highlights and when we need more work done we will have no hesitation to contact them first. Doug and Carlos just installed 4 inch can lights in the living room of my new house, and the room looks terrific - a vast improvement!  Doug and Carlos were on time, very professional, did a great job - just great guys.  They moved the furniture for me and cleaned up afterwards - couldn't even tell that they had been there, except for the beautiful new lights.
