Stefan installed an EV charger outlet in my detached garage and I am very happy with the work he did.  His first visit was to give an estimate and describe the work to be done. I thought his quote was very reasonable and decided to proceed. We scheduled a date and he came on time and again went through what he will do in detail. He answered all the questions I had and completed the work on time. He paid attention to detail when running a new conduit and made sure everything is working well before leaving. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends.

Started off working with Darrell for a consultation on what I was looking for. I was clear he understood electric/lighting work and was able to give many suggestions as well as pictures of previous jobs for reference.

Day of install Darrell brought Enis and Ando (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly!). They followed COVID protocols and all wore masks the entire time. They worked diligently. They even fixed a previous electrician's mistake to ensure I got the best quality of work and did not just put a bandaid on a previous mistake -  I greatly appreciate that kind of work ethic.

100% satisfied with the work they did and I will definitely be using them again for any future electrical work.

Great customer service!  From the time I made the initial call Marianne very friendly and helpful.  She set up an appointment for Marcus to give me a proposal.  Marcus explained the work that would be done.  Rodrigo and Christian completed the job cleaned up and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction.  Do not hesitate to call!  The communication from start to finish was outstanding.  They sure know that customer service goods a long way!

Ted is seriously the best. He is super reliable, really professional and smart. I have had him do a few things in my home. Everything is done correctly, on time, and exactly how he said it would be. My husband who doesn't like hiring people to do work in the house thinks that Ted is worth every cent. I actually decided to write this review because I was looking for his number to do some additional work in our kitchen and came across his name on Yelp.

So I just purchased a new home and having some circuit breaker issues. Found Chris on Yelp very nice guy. Very responsive. Had some electrical troubles in our new house we needed fixed and addressed. Ryan was out at my house within an hour of calling him. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to not only do a thorough job but explain everything he did each step of the way. Was quite a long project as we couldn't locate the problem immediately, but after some troubleshooting and enjoyable conversation, he located the problem and solved it. I don't know anything about electrician pricing but was told from my family who knows a thing or two about the business that his pricing was great and extremely fair for the job he did the length of time it took. Highlights Chicago gave me a very simple and reasonable quote. I had them install two ceiling fans in my condo. The quote was for the job and not by the hour. Mike was great, very professional and did a wonderful job. I can't wait for warm weather to come to Chicago so I can use my new fans.

Rogelio did a good job on our building. Repaired some outlets, in the apartment, garage, and outside of the building. He shared photos of his progress. We talk over the phone to clarify details and got a quote on the spot for additional work that was necessary and was finished the same day after getting the parts needed.
He is also bilingual, what helps communicating easier for a larger population group.
All good overall.

High quality work for a great price. Very impressed and will be hiring them for more work in the future. They hung a chandelier in my house with very high ceilings and it looks great.

I called Ted just a couple of days before Thanksgiving with an emergency electrical situation in our 110 year old home. He was clearly booked up, but understood our situation was dire and was willing to find a way to fit us in to a very busy schedule. He sent Tara out with an hour and she was able to solve the problem and get our service restored. Ted and his crew are extremely professional and do fantastic work. I recommend Kinetic with my highest regards.

Could not recommend a better electrician!

I had a desire to install ceiling recessed lights and ceiling fans in a few rooms for some time. After doing some research on Yelp, I found Tom and gave him a call. We were able to set up a in-person consultation soon after, where he walked me through the options for recessed LED lights (4in vs 6in) and spacing of said lights. We agreed on an overall plan and start date.

During the project, Tom and his men were timely, clean, and very efficient in their work. They carefully calculated and marked out the placement of the lights and fan on the ceiling in each room for my approval before starting to cut into the drywall. In the end, they had to cut into a surprisingly small amount of the drywall to put everything together. In the two places in each room that they did have to open up the wall, they carefully replaced the drywall, saving me from having to make any large patches before repainting.

I wanted to use a particular smart dimming switch (Brilliant), but it was backordered and did not arrive in time. Tom hooked up everything using temporary switches and came back later to finish the job once they arrived.

Overall, I would definitely use Tom and his men again! I have a couple other projects around the house I've been thinking of (electric car charger, exterior light, replacing track lighting with more recessed lights, etc.) and plan to use Tom for these projects in the future!

Alex responded to my posting quickly, was clear on costs, and came out at 8am the following day as promised. I gave wrong information on parts and he was ready with solutions to salvage the job and gave great advice. Would definitely hire again.

We need to play musical chairs with a ceiling fan in our house along with installing two new ones. Edgar and his trainee Jalen were on time, friendly, and so very efficient. Not only did they save us a ton of time and grief, but the experience was especially pleasant.

There is no doubt we will be contacting Fixer next time we have a small project that is above our abilities.
