Not only did they upgrade the electric box and service as they were supposed to, but they also added 3 extra small outlets for my cable service and other things that now look awesome. We had issues with an outdoor outlet nuisance tripping during heavy rain, even after having a new cover installed.  Unfortunately this outlet shared a circuit with our bedroom and office outlets, so the tripping caused heavy disruption.   It was particularly bad very early one morning after a stormy night, which left me scrambling at 7:15am trying to find an electrician.  Greenline answered immediately and was able to come out later that afternoon.  After some troubleshooting and exploratory work, the recommendation was to put the GCFI outlet on a dedicated circuit to prevent further disruption.  They came back the next day and did so quickly and efficiently, and even replaced the cover with a more durable one.  They also thoughtfully replaced our old and worn bedroom light switches and a scarred outlet for free - I really appreciated their thoughtfulness here.  They did all this for a very reasonable price and were easy to work with and communicative every step of the way.  I highly recommend them if you need any electrical work done!

Ryan is professional, kind and a knowledgeable electrician. He is fast to respond and is often able to come the same day. I highly recommend him- he is our go-to electrician.

My electrical power went out in my bathroom on the weekend and I called Highlights Chicago on Monday.  They were able to send a tech out within hours.  Jimmy figured out the problem in no time - the electrical outlet was worn out and needed replacing.  The problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour.  Let there be light.  I'll definitely call Highlights Chicago again.

Rogelio did a good job on our building. Repaired some outlets, in the apartment, garage, and outside of the building. He shared photos of his progress. We talk over the phone to clarify details and got a quote on the spot for additional work that was necessary and was finished the same day after getting the parts needed.
He is also bilingual, what helps communicating easier for a larger population group.
All good overall.

They did an awesome job with a painting project at my townhouse! The painting looks great, and they were very reliable and pleasant to work with! Needed a Tesla wall charger installed in our garage.  Jake showed up on time and offered a few different options with full explanation of each.

Once we agreed on scope and price he went to work.  You could tell he has installed a ton of these.   Job was completed in a timely manner and he left the area cleaner than when he started.  

Charger has been used daily for a few months now without issue.  Would recommend.

I called Neville on a Saturday 2 weeks ago when the power went out in my garage & he responded to my call within minutes.  He talked me through many steps via text to see if I could fix it myself.  To make a long story short it got fixed & there was no need for him to come out.  I have been working with electricians for years on my house and a property I own & this is was by far the most helpful & responsive one I have dealt with.  I will be using him in the future when I really do have a problem

I don't think five stars are enough to rate them. A class organization from top to bottom. I'm so happy I used them to rid my home of some pesky knob and tube wiring. They really are craftsmen when it comes to the old homes that dominate the Oak Park and surrounding area landscape. I can say that the efforts they exerted to take care of my home were very impressive. I have recommended them to neighbors and will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs to have electrical work done.

A++ in all aspects. I had great pleasure to hire Tom's company for our house project. The project included multiple rooms. Complete Bath and kitchen electrical renovation. Two bathrooms received outlets, switches, can lights and fans. The kitchen received  new can lights and outlets. Living room got new can lights. We also added wired smoke detectors throughout the house. Tom was a total professional when he came in for the estimate. Everything was explained so that there were no surprises any time during the project and he made sure that we understood the work that was going to take place. Prices were very competitive, and work was done in the time promised. Tom made sure that everything was done right, to code and left everything clean and spotless. I would definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

Ted changed out fixtures throughout our house, including a difficult chandelier in our dining room. He also fixed a hot outlet and looked at our garage electrical. He was on time, fairly priced, and did great work. We'll be using him again.

Very responsive and responsible. Alex tried to help us trouble shoot over the phone to save us money. When that didn't work he showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the bad breaker.

I was VERY pleased with the 3 tasks my Fixer completed! He installed a motion doctor light and camera over my garage, installed a lazy Susan in my cupboard and replaced a rubber ring (that lines the door or my clothes washer. I had all the parts on hand, but had no clue how to install them. His work was professional and he worked quickly!! Highly recommend this company!!
