From price quote to the actual work, T&D electrical was very responsive and knowledgeable. The project we needed help with was to install three ceiling fixtures (including taking down old ones) and replacing two smoke detectors. The staff (Shaina) who helped me with price estimate and scheduling was very good at confirming what's provided vs needed. She also helped manage COI quickly as our HOA requires it for all contractor works. Rodrigo was the electrician who came to our place and did the work. He was very respectful and knowledgeable - he answered my questions patiently and helped provide some tips on replacing halogen bulbs for track lights with LED bulbs. Overall the experience working with T&D electrical was great, and I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately my house is out of his service area, but his responsiveness was excellent.  Super quick reply time.

Joe was fantastic. He corrected on my miswired pantry lights, installed can lights in the kitchen, and rewired the ceiling fan as well. Moving the switches to a new wall he made look so easy. He did this all in one day! My mother came in and said, the lights look like they have always been there. My son came in and said, Where's the dust and mess? Joe also has a cover for his drill that he created himself to eliminate the dust offspray. AAAA++++ professional and a delight to talk with. Will use again and recommend undoubtedly. Go with joe!

I reached out via Yelp on a Friday, and Chris came out on Saturday to take a look and provide an estimate (work across two units in our multi-family building). Ryan has been extremely responsive to our service requests.  Each time when we have explained our issue and the urgency (different kinds of contractors were arriving for the non-electrical elements of the project), Ryan was able to visit on relatively short notice and within the window quoted.  The 2nd time was an evening but, we were close enough to another job he was finishing and we were not charged any kind of after hours surcharge.

Ryan is professional but friendly and each time, went went out of his way to educate us.

Highlights Chicago was extremely responsive and helpful. They provided a free estimate and followed up in a timely fashion. They installed the outlets we requested as well as added a wired motion sensor light to the building. They were extremely efficient and quick! Highly Recommend!

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. Wow! We are so happy with our experience with Tweaks & Finishes.  Jose and Rodney were excellent communicators from start to finish. They listened to what we were hoping to achieve, gave their suggestions, worked speedily but with great precision, and made our place look fantastic!

We had everything from electrical to painting done in our condo, and it all looks and works spectacular. We will definitely be using their services again and HIGHLY recommend them!

Jake and Lenox were a great team- they were efficient and were able to locate the source of our electrical problem. They replaced 2 GFI's and have literally brought light back into our lives! We'll definitely be using them again.

Great Experience.  We set the appointment up with Neville (only through text messages after leaving a voicemail), and it was super easy.  Johnny arrived in the time window he said that he would, he was really nice and accommodating. He didn't have a problem with my gigantic dog, and I enjoyed hanging out with him for a couple hours while he corrected a lighting problem and hung a light fixture.  The pricing also seemed very reasonable, we'll be using them again in the future!

Needed two new light fixtures installed.  There was a mix up on schedule but they were able to send someone same day.  Issac did a great job and made sure everything back in place.

A++ in all aspects. I had great pleasure to hire Tom's company for our house project. The project included multiple rooms. Complete Bath and kitchen electrical renovation. Two bathrooms received outlets, switches, can lights and fans. The kitchen received  new can lights and outlets. Living room got new can lights. We also added wired smoke detectors throughout the house. Tom was a total professional when he came in for the estimate. Everything was explained so that there were no surprises any time during the project and he made sure that we understood the work that was going to take place. Prices were very competitive, and work was done in the time promised. Tom made sure that everything was done right, to code and left everything clean and spotless. I would definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

Alex did a great job replacing a broken switch. He responded quickly to my initial request and was fast in communicating throughout the scheduling process. We are very happy with the quality of work.
We'll likely have to have most of our old wiring replaced and are looking forward to have Alex and his team back. Seems to be a newer company, and I'm glad we took a chance on them.

These guys are great!  Moved into a new place and had a few different projects that covered different specialties (plumbing, electrical and locksmith). Ricardo came in and got it all done and was courteous and thorough in his job.
I'm calling again when I need another job done!
