I needed a chandelier and ceiling fan installed, and a discrepancy with my fuse box investigated. Getting on their books was a bit of a challenge because they're so busy, but once I did the electrician was prompt, clean, kind, and efficient... and the invoice I received was very reasonable! They emailed the invoice after the service and you can pay online, which I personally prefer and appreciate. All in all, I would absolutely recommend North Shore Electric and use them again for any future home projects!

We hired Goran to correct some code violations in my mom's older home, replacing outlets with 3-prong and GFCI and adding some additional outlets in the garage. The same day I called he came and did a free estimate. His work was quick and efficient and he did not charge more than his original estimate even though I had under counted the number of outlets that needed replacing. He is easy to work with and we thought his work was excellent. We are going to need more work done and will definitely be calling him. You will not go wrong by hiring Goran.

After searching for electricians I found small tyme Electric emailed Norh and we were so happy we made the right choice. I could not recommend Scott and his crew enough!! Not only was Scott very responsive but he also did his best to get our issue resolved as fast as possible. Mike was able to help me over the phone fix a track lighting system that had a transformer that tripped. Cannot say enough great things about Mike and his responsiveness! Not to mention my lights are back to working and it didn't cost me anything. Highly Recommend!

One of the best electricians in the area, won't charge an arm & leg like the competitors. He installed new lights in my living, mounted my flatscreen & installed two ceiling fans. He is extremely knowledgeable and very timely. All services were done very quickly with no issues.

Buying a backup electric generator is expensive insurance. If you've decided that you need to keep Ur sump pump, fridge and some other appliance running during a power outage, then call Penco Electric to do the job. I have yet to find a team of trades work so well on a project. It took all day to complete the job, but they still had time to clean the area, review the unit operation and meet the village inspection to follow. Satisfied with the whole project from the sales effort, office contact and that the owner came to check the job.

I had called 8 different handyman services off Yelp that also had great star reviews! You know how you get the feeling of if someone will be good or not just off the phone? Well Chris was the one!! He was so accommodating! We even got disconnected while we were talking and my son woke up so I couldn't call back right away. He not only tried to call me back but three times. He showed up the very next day on time with his brother Jaime. They were both very nice, courteous and trustworthy! I was even given helpful tips on a few things!
I'm in the real estate industry so I know good work when I see it! I feel these days good work is hard to find! They were so efficient and were in and out in no time! They cleaned up after themselves and left our home near and tidy too!

I had Caval Electric do some work for me today and I was really glad I did.  Carlos showed up early, which is always a plus in my book.  I did something really stupid with my hard-wired smoke detector and lost power to part of my apartment.  However, it turned out that really wasn't the source of the problem:  when I was monkeying with the fuses in my old-fashioned fuse box after the incident, I removed one where the socket was defective. I couldn't put the fuse back in properly and thus the power loss.

Carlos discovered the problem in my fuse box, crafted a solution to it, and reconnected my smoke detector.  He was friendly, polite, and quick, but he took the time to explain to me what the problem was and made sure I understood how to replace the battery in my smoke detector and reattach it to the ceiling.  To top it off the price was very reasonable.  I will be calling Caval the next time I need an electrician.

We made an appointment for an estimate and nobody showed up. I called and only received voicemail and nobody returned my calls. Based upon other more positive reviews, I was disappointed in the unprofessional treatment.

I was having my new office fitted out and at the last minute realized I had not arranged for an electrician to connect the desks cable to the main outlet (a 1 hour job).  After calling around I was struggling to find anyone that could do same day.  After contacting Mr Mighty Electric, they had an electrician on site within 3 hours and he completed the work efficiently and effectively.  The gent was polite, organised and cleaned up spotlessly.  I paid for the time he was here, so considering it was last minute, I was extremely happy.

Tom was incredibly responsive and had his team on the job the same day I contacted them...a real blessing after all the problems I have had with my contractor. They did an exceptional job and were a joy to have in my home...even my cat loved them! They were professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I will definitely have them back and I would recommend them to anyone.
