just had north shore electric fix a light switch outlet that wasn't working and looked like a fire hazard. The electrician was very knowledgeable and reasonable for the work he did. 5 stars isn't enough to say how satisfied we are.

Highly recommend Norh! Very professional, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. We had the electricity in one part of our room go out, and put off fixing the issue fearing it would be very expensive.  However, after seeing really positive reviews for Norh, we decided to get an estimate.  Norh was very responsive (providing an estimate on a holiday!) and his estimate was very reasonable.  We feel grateful for finding such an honest and professional electrician and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

He has done several smallish projects for us in the past few years. The most recent was installing new under-cabinet LED lights and a ceiling pendant in the kitchen -- life changing -- so bright! And the peace of mind in knowing that the job was done right.

He is prompt in responding to  requests for various electrical work at my home.  Always on time for appointments  and even contacts me if he will be able arrive earlier than our scheduled time.  Great work at reasonable prices.  Neat, clean never leaves anything for me to clean up when the job is done. Buying a backup electric generator is expensive insurance. If you've decided that you need to keep Ur sump pump, fridge and some other appliance running during a power outage, then call Penco Electric to do the job. I have yet to find a team of trades work so well on a project. It took all day to complete the job, but they still had time to clean the area, review the unit operation and meet the village inspection to follow. Satisfied with the whole project from the sales effort, office contact and that the owner came to check the job.

We needed repairs within a tight timeframe and as soon as we contacted The Good Guys Handyman, we knew they could help us to get the work done.  We spoke on the phone, sent them a list of needed repairs and had a quote within a day.  They promised they could meet our timeline and got the work completed three days before our deadline.  They were skilled, efficient, and helpful.  We will be keeping their number close at hand whenever we need help in the future.

Highly recommend this company. I had a faulty circuit breaker leave us without power to our coffee bar and bathroom. They were out early the next morning to fix it and also switched out a faulty GFI outlet. They knew what they were doing, were prompt and professional. I'm so glad my home warranty referred me to them. Will definitely call out again for any electrical problems I need fixed.

We made an appointment for an estimate and nobody showed up. I called and only received voicemail and nobody returned my calls. Based upon other more positive reviews, I was disappointed in the unprofessional treatment.

Both Eddie and Luis worked on my newly purchased house which had some electrical problems. I appreciated that safety was #1, all electrical outlets and fixtures and fuse box was checked, and all was explained to me. Everything now works, and system is safer, thanks very much!

I live in a very old apartment building (about 125 yrs old) and I was in need of getting two closet lights fixed.  I found Dosie Electric here on Yelp (who was nearby my residence) and called to request help.  Mr. Dosie explained his pricing and set up a date to come out.  This man is very prompt and very professional.  He had to get some parts for the job and was able to come back the next day and was able to use my existing fixtures which saved me money.  He will not sell you what you don't need...he does only what is necessary and it's very important to me because we know how expensive an electrician can be.  It's wonderful to have somebody who is old school and won't try to rip you off. His prices are VERY reasonable and I cannot say enough about Mr. Dosie.....I will definitely keep him in mind if I have any other electrical work that needs to be done.  I highly recommend him!
