Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Cliff went above and beyond to repair our old house electric wiring. He stayed longer to get the job done, way longer than we both originally expected the job to take. He was courteous and professional.  A+ thanks Cliff!

Chris and team helped us to install window blinds and some minor works. Scheduling and work is smooth.

We had our refrigerator stop cooling.

I looked at GE's website for a service call and it would have been 4 days to get a repair. I called J&J at 7:30am and John scheduled it for that day at 10am! He showed up on time (with only an hour window of time instead of the usual 4!) and, after diagnosing the problem (and defrosting the freezer), had it repaired in less than 2 hours.

Very professional and friendly. No bs, no run around. Just good old fashion service.

Keith Lewis and his crew are absolutely amazing!!!!  Very professional, explained everything that was going on and offered some great advice as to what I can do in the near future. I  was in a very bad predicament, I had no lights in one of my units.  Keith and his crew rectified the issue in a efficient amount of time. I am eternally grateful for Keith, he is truly a GOD send.

In the early morning hours my riser pole was ripped from the side of our house by a tree falling into the utility pole. After discussing with ComEd I was instructed to start calling electricians.  So, I left a message for Frank at probably 3am. He called me back around 8am and quoted me an excellent price.  

Frank and Franck showed up right on time and got to work. They were both courteous, kind, and efficient.  On top of that their time estimate for the work was right on the money.

I would highly recommend Adrian Electric for all your emergency and non emergency needs.  I feel very lucky that not only were they available,  but that they gave us a fair price and did such outstanding work.  

Additionally,  Frank was able to give us information about our breaker boxes and the size generator we should invest in.  His knowledge and candor have cemented him as our go to guy for all our future electrical needs.

Joe swapped out light switches on a very complicated job that we could not figure out. He gave a call about 15 minutes out to confirm his arrival time, showed up on time and hustled to get the job done. He was also super pleasant to speak with, I enjoyed having him in our home and will absolutely bring him out for additional jobs.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

Half of the outlets didn't work in our kitchen and we couldn't figure out why. We called JMR and Jose was very polite and professional on the phone. Luckily he was going to be in the area so he got us in quickly. He was very through! He would not stop until he found our answer and kept us informed the whole time. He was very reasonably priced too. Jose is the owner who serviced us

Needed couple of electric jobs to be done , jaime showed up , was very professional and explained  everything  in detail ( which I appreciate ) .came back next day took care of all of theme and did an excellent clean job...now I hired him for my other business locations ..will definitely recommend

Need some work done before I headed out of town for about a week. Called in on a Saturday and said they will have some one by first thing in the morning Sunday. Sunday morning come about, I get a phone call stating one of the guys didn't show and that Louie had to push the timeline back due to him being with family and needed time so he can come out himself.  With the changed timeline, he was right on time and even 10 minutes early. We have dogs so he gave us more than enough time in advanced to get them situated. Very polite, courteous, and well manner. Offered to take his shoes off before hand and knew exactly what's needed to be done to get the problem fixed. Was done in about 20 minutes. Even gave a military discount which I paid in full anyway since his service was outstanding. Only criticism I have was when I initially called on Saturday, he answered his business number with a 'hello? As if I reached a residential number. Was a little confusing and rough around the edges but it was a bit late for the call. All in all, great service, great price, and well worth the awkward first phone call. Highly recommend!!

Mixed thoughts.

Started out on the right foot...I needed an electrician to check out my smoke/CO2 detectors as they were on the fritz and randomly going off - not cool. JD Pro (Dominik) was the first to respond to my Yelp RFQ, always a good sign IMO.

On the day of the job, Dominik was punctual, professional and we agreed that replacing all 6 detectors was the safe bet. We got to talking and I told him I was thinking about having some other electrical work done - projects that would be significantly more profitable for him.

Then I got the estimates and an invoice back from Dominik. This is where things took a different turn. His estimates for the other projects seemed on par, BUT then I noticed he had charged me over $500 for simply replacing 6 smoke detectors. I get the cost of goods aspect and flat service fee, but did it really cost me over $220 in additional labor for him to simply click in the new detectors? I could have connected them myself in under 5 mins. Lesson learned.  

The saddest thing is Dominik apparently didn't have the foresight to realize he could have made a lot more $$$ if he would have been reasonable on the simple project. Oh well, I still wish him all the best.

James did an awesome job helping me figure out my door bell situation. He was very responsive to my messages. He's super knowledgeable and friendly. He was even able to explain to me the mechanism of how all the wires could work (because my doorbell had 12+ wires too it instead of the standard 3) in simpler terms. Overall, I would highly recommend him. Thank you!

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
