Can't say enough about these guys - I needed extensive work done at a building and they were reasonable, showed up when they said they would (which can be rare amongst contractors), and, well, did excellent electrical work.

Also, they were kind enough to trouble-shoot and fix a problem another contractor caused and did great finish work on the interior as well. Highly recommended!

I needed my new light fixtures installed ASAP and CM Electric came within a few hours. The electrician was great! He was kind, professional and accommodating.
He made sure the length of the pendants were exactly how I wanted them and was happy to make adjustments until I was 100% pleased

Could not say enough great things about Milan at MD Advanced Electric. Hired him to hardwire my pool pump. I kept getting delays in my pool install, and Milan was super flexible. The day he came out to do the work, it was well over 100 degrees with the heat index. Milan got all the work done quickly, and even took the time to show me that all the safety aspects of the install were working.

Would absolutely hire again!

Billy is absolutely awesome! As a first time homeowner with a lot of questions (and repairs needed) Billy was there to help every step of the way. He took the time to show me where certain things were in my home (without me even having to ask him) and he gave me thorough explanations on every question I had. I had the team at Bright Electric install a transfer switch in my home to enable portable battery backup devices to run critical circuits in the event of a power outage. This allows me to keep my family warm and safe when the grid is down. The team was prompt in responding, consultative as we talked through the solution, very professional, clean, and quick. Al is the best. We needed an electrician to move some junction boxes for an hvac install and Al came out and took care of it right away among other jobs around the house. He does great work and his rates are extremely fair. I strongly recommend him!!

We've used Master Handymen in the past. The work has always been great and Gino, the owner, is honest and fair. When a pipe broke in our basement on a Saturday evening he was the first person we called. Two hours later our pipes were completely fixed with a new shutoff to prevent future freezing, all for a reasonable price considering the circumstances.
All in all, I can't recommend Master Handymen enough: professional service at fair prices.

I wish I had found this company sooner. I bought a townhouse last year and have had a list of to-do's a mile long since moving in. I had no idea where to start. Now, I'm getting ready to move again and will be putting the townhouse up for rent. With a week left before moving, I desperately started searching for someone to help complete my to-do's. To be honest, I didn't even know handyman companies existed, I thought people just knew a guy. I am so happy to have found Welter Home Services, they are now my guy and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.
Kevin contacted me very soon after I submitted an inquiry on Yelp. My desperation must have come across in our conversation because he was able to get me in his crowded schedule right away! His rates are extremely reasonable and the quality of service is worth every penny. Handyman Dan arrived at my house right when Kevin said he would. Dan is impressive. He's a very friendly guy with a huge amount of talent, I don't think there's any task he can't handle. And, best of all, he's a master at multitasking - the guy doesn't know the meaning of downtime, no dilly dallying with Dan!
Some of the tasks Dan completed for me include: mounting and testing a dishwasher, fixing the rolling mechanism and rescreening a sliding patio door, removing an old garbage disposal and installing a new one, correcting a drywall patch that someone else had done poorly, figuring out how my fireplace works and testing it out, stainblocking water stains in my ceiling, mounting a cabinet in my garage, and looking into a problem with my refrigerator. There may have been more to the list, but that's all I've got off the top of my head. I seriously thought this would easily be a 6-8 hour day, I was doubtful when Kevin quoted me 3-4 hours. However, Dan had it done in 4 hours! I'm still in disbelief.
So now my house is in the best shape it's ever been. Everything works, everything looks good. My only regret is not having found this company sooner so that I could enjoy my home in working order a little longer before I move.

If you've got anything lingering on your to-do list, call these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Wow!  Added 3 surface mounted spots in the ceiling and a wall switch in our 100+ yr old house in Wilmette. Zero mess. Nothing to paint or patch. Ryan arrived - covered everything with tarps - neatly laid out all the tools and parts needed, consulted on location with my wife and finished before 3pm. Could not be more satisfied.

Called and they came within a 1/2 hour! Fixed our problem, were honest, professional and courteous. I would recommend them for any electrical issues you may have.

CLC total electric helped us wire and instal a chandelier in a dining room that previously didn't have any overhead lighting. It was a big project because there wasn't an easy way to access and wire but they did an incredible job explaining everything to us and walking through options. Everyone was so responsible and respectful and we felt the quote was reasonable too. They also recommended another contractor to help patch/paint where the drywall had to be replaced (necessary for this type of project) and he was awesome too. Overall we are SO pleased with CLC total electric and will use them again!

Very satisfied! Called, got my appointment same day as he was willing to come in the evenings to accommodate my schedule.  Electrician replaced my light fixture without charging any extra for extra parts and from the hourly rate he had quoted which was VERY reasonable.  Overall, couldn't have worked out any better.
