Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Had Clint and team come out to do a little electrical work that required a little creativity, understanding of the code and the goal of the project.  Clint designed a solution that would work, came in with some great ideas and finished the work in no time.  Him and his team were awesome and friendly.  Highly recommend Safe Hone Electric

We used Hilman to fix some drywall issues, paint our house and install some wainscoting.  Chris was thorough and the price was very reasonable.  We plan on using Hilman for future projects and highly recommend Chris and his team !!

John is very nice, honest, and reliable. Did a great job for a good price on fixing my dryer. Will use again if I need this type of service. Was on time too.

Keith was very professional when speaking with him and his prices was reasonable from the other quotes that I received. He started the work that was on his list and He even did things that was not in the quote which made me know that he's does this profession for the love of it. I am grateful for his great services.. I was referred to Frank by someone who's a general contractor so I expected a certain level of professionalism and responsiveness. He was quick to respond and come to see what we needed to have done around the house. He had to do some research on one item and promised he would get back to us within a few days with a quote. I called my GC contact and thanked him. Unfortunately, I counted my chickens before they hatched.

We have no major projects so we weren't requiring immediate attention but over the course of 1.5 months, I left several messages (whenever his VM wasn't full) and texts with no response. Just when I was about to give up, I gave him one last call and he picked up. He was apologetic and said he'd get back to me in a few days....that was over a month ago.

Joe has done a number of handyman jobs for my old and new condo from installing track lights, under cabinet lights, and fixing electrical, to installing shelving.

He is very dependable.  Very honest, and you can count on him.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

Half of the outlets didn't work in our kitchen and we couldn't figure out why. We called JMR and Jose was very polite and professional on the phone. Luckily he was going to be in the area so he got us in quickly. He was very through! He would not stop until he found our answer and kept us informed the whole time. He was very reasonably priced too. Jose is the owner who serviced us

Jaimie was very professional and did the work with great care. After completing the work he also cleaned  up the area. I recommend you hiring this company.

Just moved to Naperville and needed help. Spoke with what I think was an office manager or assistant who said the owner would call to set an appointment. Never heard anything so followed up a week later and got hung up on. Fascinating business practices but time to move on.

Don't know he never show up went back and forth, finally text and said really busy can we meet on Friday May 18, 2018  , I agree at 4pm, he text back ok, haven't heard from him since

I had an outlet making noises that I knew were not right and that it was an urgent situation. I shut off my power and called a bunch of electricians who were too busy. I called Big City Plug and James answered and was over in about 90 minutes. He fixed me right up and I'm having him back to check all my outlets. He's fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. So glad I found him!

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
