Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Cliff was very good to work with.   Quick responses to my inquiries and very fair pricing.   He was able make all corrections to the items needing attention and explained things along the way.   I would hire would hire him again.

Chris and his employee Alex did an excellent job on our full bathroom renovation. From the proposal phase to project completion, Chris was great about communicating and setting expectations, providing guidance as we purchased materials, and promptly completing the renovation on time. Frank at Adrian Electric was fantastic to work with. He installed a ceiling port and fan and multiple can lights in my home. The lighting made a huge difference turning my home from a dark cave into a livable space. Very polite and professional. Spent a lot of time walking me through what needed to be done and helping to map things out to ensure I was happy with the end product. He even sent his crew back to adjust the light brightness after I contacted him. Great business and I would highly recommend working with Frank and his crew.

Joe is great! I called him to diagnose a problem with my  bathroom vent fan, install a new kitchen faucet, and repair my dishwasher mounting. He was very polite and professional, and completed all 3 projects efficiently.

Afterwards, he threw in a few tips on appliance maintenance and showed me how to reduce noise from my steam radiators.

In the past I have used another, more expensive handyman service in the neighborhood. Joe's prices were better and he's just as knowledgeable. I'll be sticking with him from now on.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

Half of the outlets didn't work in our kitchen and we couldn't figure out why. We called JMR and Jose was very polite and professional on the phone. Luckily he was going to be in the area so he got us in quickly. He was very through! He would not stop until he found our answer and kept us informed the whole time. He was very reasonably priced too. Jose is the owner who serviced us

Jaimie was very professional and did the work with great care. After completing the work he also cleaned  up the area. I recommend you hiring this company.

Just moved to Naperville and needed help. Spoke with what I think was an office manager or assistant who said the owner would call to set an appointment. Never heard anything so followed up a week later and got hung up on. Fascinating business practices but time to move on.

Don't know he never show up went back and forth, finally text and said really busy can we meet on Friday May 18, 2018  , I agree at 4pm, he text back ok, haven't heard from him since

I had an outlet making noises that I knew were not right and that it was an urgent situation. I shut off my power and called a bunch of electricians who were too busy. I called Big City Plug and James answered and was over in about 90 minutes. He fixed me right up and I'm having him back to check all my outlets. He's fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. So glad I found him!

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
