After having a home inspection while in the process of selling our home, we learned that we needed to have some minor electrical work done.  I called Advantage Electric, and Mark agreed to meet me within the hour.  Just a few minutes later, our work was done!  I was very impressed with Mark's speed and work ethic.  Best electrician in the area!  We would highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future.

For the very reason of NOT getting services from Lincoln Home Services is why they're getting 5 stars. Eugene took the time to walk me through a few steps I should try before he came out.  He was patient, listened to my problem, and then encouraged me to try two things before having him come to my place.  He was also clear that if those two steps didn't work, he would be to me THAT day.  In contrast, another place I called before Eugene asked all my contact information for billing purposes before they even asked what my electrical problem was.  So, while I didn't technically use Eugene, he still solved my problem, and I will ABSOLUTELY call him again when I have an electrical problem that I can't resolve.  Incredible service for a person who wasn't even a customer.  THANK YOU Eugene!

I used Pure Voltage to convert my electrical panel from fuses to circuit breakers, and to upgrade the electrical outlets in my home.  It was a big job, as it entailed relocating the electric meter and setting up new wiring.  They did an excellent and efficient job.  They were professional and personable, totally responsive to any concerns that I had. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend their services.

Argen did an excellent job scraping and painting my exterior window trim.  The language barrier was a bit of a challenge at first.  (I thought the paint and supplies were included as they were in other estimates I received.  That was my fault for not asking, and it cost me.)  Once he was on the job and we switched to communicating strictly by text, there were no issues.  He has a great translator app.  Besides doing a great job, he alerted me to a potential future issue without upselling the job at hand.  He was very pleasant, polite and respectful at all times

I recently moved to Glenview and had several projects. I wanted to find MY electician. One I would use for years to come, so I broke the projects into three parts and hired them out to three different agencies. Honestly, Greg struck me as the most confident and calm, so I gave him the jobs that other electricians had said were tricky, complicated or had rejected. Specifically, he ran a high-powered line to the garage for an electric kiln and created a cut-out for a ceiling mounted fixture in a room with a tongue and groove wood ceiling. His price was reasonable, slightly over another quote, but that quote was a bit wishy/washy about possible complications. Well, Greg came, saw, conquered, cleaned up and was out in a couple hours. He did an awesome job, and even when I added an extra 15 feet of run and 3 turns to the kiln line from the original quote (changed my mind about location), he kept to his original quote. By far he outperformed the two other contractors (one of whom I thought did a fine job though on a simpler task) and I will always call GDM in the future. Oh, plus, probably the best mix of friendly/efficient/professional that I've ever met.

This electrical service company has extremely poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend proceeding with them.

They're technician cancelled the appointment and no accommodation was made in the service fee charge for a rescheduled appointment.

Their company was able to inconvenience me so I was without air conditioning and did not believe any accommodation should be made.
