Best Electricians in Chicago, IL

I found Mark back in 2007.  I called 10 electricians to come do some work at my 100 year old electrical nightmare of a house in Wheaton.  He was the only one that wasn't scared off by the spaghetti factory of wiring that has plagued the house over the years.  Little by little we have been slowly correcting and upgrading the house.  I also use him for my house as well as my other rental property in Glen Ellyn too.  Honest and easy to work with.

Eugene and his team are amazing at what they do and very personable as Eugene explained things all along the way. I needed new electric to be run underground from house to garage and Eugene made it all happen in one day working with his crew from 7 am until 10 pm!  They were meticulous with the clean up and the attention to details. I will now be using them for all of my electrical needs!

I used Pure Voltage to convert my electrical panel from fuses to circuit breakers, and to upgrade the electrical outlets in my home.  It was a big job, as it entailed relocating the electric meter and setting up new wiring.  They did an excellent and efficient job.  They were professional and personable, totally responsive to any concerns that I had. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend their services.

Argen did an excellent job scraping and painting my exterior window trim.  The language barrier was a bit of a challenge at first.  (I thought the paint and supplies were included as they were in other estimates I received.  That was my fault for not asking, and it cost me.)  Once he was on the job and we switched to communicating strictly by text, there were no issues.  He has a great translator app.  Besides doing a great job, he alerted me to a potential future issue without upselling the job at hand.  He was very pleasant, polite and respectful at all times

Greg responded to my request for a quote within 20 minutes.  He came out the next day to look the job over.  I had him provide a quote for two jobs, which he did, but we decided to just go with one at this time.  When we told him about the change, he had no problem and kept the quote for the first job the same.  Greg came out the following Monday promptly at 8:00 AM as promised.  Greg was prompt, very professional and did a great job.

I would definitely use Greg again for our other projects and would highly recommend him to others who need a great electrician.

This electrical service company has extremely poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend proceeding with them.

They're technician cancelled the appointment and no accommodation was made in the service fee charge for a rescheduled appointment.

Their company was able to inconvenience me so I was without air conditioning and did not believe any accommodation should be made.
