Howard is the man. Straight and to the point. He fixed our electrical breaker problem and was honest about it. I got other electricians to come out and they all said I needed to replace the entire electrical service to the tune of about $2000-3000.

Howard told me that he would not replace the service unless need be and he did not think it was necessary.

He will be our go-to electrician from this point on.

Call Howard, you wont be sorry. He may be busy so be patient and wait for a call back. It is worth the wait for someone honest and whom will save you money in this day and age.

Five stars to North Shore Electric for integrity and good customer service! I recently purchased a ceiling fan for my home, expecting a contractor to install the fan. Unfortunately, the member of the contractors' staff who was supposed install the fan had a family emergency so was unable to do the job. Then, I spotted a North Shore Electric truck at a neighbor's house. I asked the electrician if he could install the fan. He quickly came over and worked diligently to install the fan. Unfortunately, after several attempts -- and quite a bit of effort on electrician's part -- it became apparent that a wiring issue in my nearly 100-year-old home made it impossible for the fan to function properly. The electrician, who was hard-working, neat and courteous, and helped me identify some possible approaches to rewire the house - but didn't charge me for the failed attempt at installation. I would definitely call North Shore Electric for help on a future project and happily pay them for successful work. I recommend North Shore Electric.

Goran arrived on time, identified and addressed the issue while on site, and had the best rates of anyone we found in our service area. Two thumbs up!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Norh quoted me for several projects, and ended up running a 220 outlet for my dryer across the house, and adding an outlet. He also helped me figure out a problem I had with some switched outlets. His pricing was really fair. If I need an electrician again, this is who I will call.

Frank was prompt and very willing to work around my work schedule.  He and his assistant, John, were professional and friendly.  I will use them again!

Contacted Scott and got a reply in a matter of minutes. R came out to do a quote on a Nema 15-40 as well as a broken outlet. He was willing to work around my right schedule that morning and made an effort to get there as early as possible. Sent my quote shortly after. Looking forward to working with him when we are ready to get it installed.

We have a new go-to electrician. Mike is extremely responsive and detailed in his communications. He agreed to help install a new light switch for my elderly aunts. (It turns out, they are neighbors!) Unbeknownst to me, a caregiver fixed the light before Mike even got there for the appointment. Instead of being annoyed, he double-checked the work and made a change to make sure it was safe. He did not take any money from my aunts, and instead gave them a card and reassured them if they had questions or problems, they could call him. Kind, honest, conscientious and detail-oriented. Thank you, Mike!!

So glad I found Marcin. He has been my go- to electrician for many years now. He is prompt in responding to  requests for various electrical work at my home.  Always on time for appointments  and even contacts me if he will be able arrive earlier than our scheduled time.  Great work at reasonable prices.  Neat, clean never leaves anything for me to clean up when the job is done. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain how he will be doing the job.  
I have referred Marcin to my daughter and son-in-law and also a couple of my friends. They were glad I did!
All that said, I will continue to use him any time I need electrical work done at my home.  Keep up the great work Marcin! You're #1 in my book.

Highly recommend Penco Electric.  The entire staff is courteous, professional, and focused on customer service.  I had Penco install a whole house generator and couldn't be happier.

Needed a vintage door installed with barn door hardware to cover my stacking washer/dryer. Chris got back to quickly to discuss the project and estimate a quote. Got me on their schedule right way.

Jamie did the install. He addressed any issues, went to the store to pick up items my project needed, explained the process along the way, and delivered a well done product at the end.

I am looking forward to using them for future projects in my unit and around the condo building.

Highly recommend this company. I had a faulty circuit breaker leave us without power to our coffee bar and bathroom. They were out early the next morning to fix it and also switched out a faulty GFI outlet. They knew what they were doing, were prompt and professional. I'm so glad my home warranty referred me to them. Will definitely call out again for any electrical problems I need fixed.

Sam came to my home to add a 220 line for a hot tub I had installed.  the work was impeccable and he took the time to explain things, did my special requests, and even came back to hook up the hot tub after they delivered it as part of my job. he is very reasonable and quick to respond.

We had a chandelier hung and a dimmer installed. The team, Jay and Eddie Jr, were very fast, friendly, and professional. I especially appreciated both the email and texting communication before and after the work was completed.

My original review was one star due to Some real garbage work and high pricing that one of their new workers did. Kenneth refunded some of the money but it took many months of arguing which I didn't deserve because his workers didn't have proper tools or work ethic to complete the job.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this company. Tom was incredibly responsive and had his team on the job the same day I contacted them...a real blessing after all the problems I have had with my contractor. They did an exceptional job and were a joy to have in my home...even my cat loved them! They were professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I will definitely have them back and I would recommend them to anyone.
