This company does work on many properties for me. LED retrofits for many properties. New service installs on others and basic maintenance. Always on time and never a call back.

Upgrade Electric quoted a fair price, showed upon time, completed the job quickly and cleanly. Moreover, the electricians were courteous and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I can't recommend them more highly. Simply a great experience.

John did a fantastic job installing a couple of outlets and replacing a third. It took less time than he had estimated, saving me money, and they look and work great. He was also diligent in cleaning up the dust left behind and making sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.

We needed to have a 52-inch fan installed on a 17-foot ceiling.  I called 5 electricians that had been recommended by the place from where we purchased the fan (Menards). Three of the 5 quoted prices $400 and up.  One wouldn't take the job because he didn't have ladders tall enough.  But Jeff Schimanski charged significantly less than the others. He took the old fan down and installed the new one, and he did a great job.  I highly recommend Jeff!

He was a great electrician! He is no longer in business but I sure wish he were. I miss this business!

We had Mo come out to install a ceiling fan and take care of a couple of last minute opinions/requests. He was super professional, fast, and made the entire process seamless. We're so happy we chose B.U.E. and we will be using them again for future projects!

These guys are AWESOME!  A number of outlets in our kitchen stopped working after I tested a new motion-sensitive nightlight in them.  It turned out that the outlets' age necessitated replacements, so it was about time to get things updated, anyway.  Cordial Electric was able to address the issue at a reasonable price on the very same day and did so very, well, cordially!  Thank you!

Can't speaking highly enough about Alex and his team. I contracted Alex to have my basement finished. Alex, was incredibly easy to get a hold of and speak to from Day 1. He came out right away to give an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions which has not my normal experience when working with other contractors. He was honest, straightforward, had a fair price, his team showed up every morning on time, were polite, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed a week earlier than expected and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with how things turned out and would absolutely use Alex again and would definitely recommend him.

I got Mr Dragovic's  company name and number along with a few other referrals  from Menards. I'm  ery glad I picked him.

A small metal ruler accidentally fell onto  the power strip surge protector just as I was unplugging my cell charger in the wee hours of the morning. Sparks flew out of the surge protector and the metal ruler melted in 2 places. The surge protector had burn marks too.

I was thankful I wasnt injured. My power went off everywhere. I was really scared and the next day had a neighbor fiddle around with the circuit breaker. They couldn't figure it out.
I had no idea what was damaged or how bad the problem was going to be. I was worried about the state of my expensive TV and my electric recliner chair...

Mr. Dragovic answered my phone call right away. He actual tried to help me over the phone to see if I could fix my own circuit breaker problem and to save me the cost of the service call.
Some people I think may not have tried to help me on the phone.
I was so upset and worried  at that moment  I just wanted him to come over.  

He made it to my place in less than 30 minutes. I was surprised he was able to come over pretty quickly the same day, late monday afternoon.
I was thinking I would have to wait until the next day to get any service!

He was wore a mask. He was very pleasant, personable and professional- as well as knowledgable.

He was right, there was a little sequence that needed to be performed in a certain way in  the circuit breaker and it was not obvious.  It was a little tricky.  
(Perhaps if I had been calmer and  in a better state of mind, he might have been able to  help me on the phone. I think it is commendable that he wanted to try to help me without having a service call!)

He looked at the circuit box and  got the power on right away, very quickly. He showed me exactly what to do if it ever happened again.

He didnt try to replace anything that didnt need repairing just to take advantage of the situation. (Being female and pretty unfamiliar with electric work he could have replaced the whole circuit breaker and charged me whatever...
I was prepared for the worst...)

He was a good guy and was very honest.
I will definitely use his services if I need an electrician for anything in the future.

It was refreshing to have a service person of any type who was honest and caring.

I'm so glad i found Victor! What a great job. Perfectly run family business. He was more than professional - he acted like a family member. For the estimate, I walked him through the home, showing him all of the minor projects I needed done, in addition to re-wiring the lighting in my kids rooms. I explained to him that we were NOT handy, but he was extremely helpful and wrote little notes on things that we could do on our own, if we wanted.

My husband was skeptical, so he immediately asked Victor for his card and proof of license, which Victor promptly provided. By the end of the day, Victor was under the sink showing my husband how to hook up the ice machine!... not exactly his call of duty.

I will definitely call them back for future electrical needs and I would recommend them to anyone. I know that Victor has a team of workers, so I believe they can travel beyond the north shore.

I hired Sebastian due to his quick response to my request and reasonable quote, which he was able to provide after seeing a photo of the job (to relocate pendant lights in our kitchen). He set up a service date right away and was kind and professional while he did the work. I would hire him again for any future electrical needs.

RJ electric installed my home charger. Ron is a consummate professional who is on time, get the job done in a clean and neat way, and leaves the site looking as good or better than it did when he arrived (a rare quality!). Would highly recommend him for any electrical needs.

He scheduled a 1 hour appointment window with me and never showed up or called.  Utterly ridiculous.

Agree with previous reviewer.they tend to not return when you call.just sad....hear they are not even in the area anymore..........issssssh
