So sad they are out of business.  I heard they move to mainland to be closer to family.

Our water heater leaked in the middle of the night and being newer home owners, we were stressed and worried about getting it fixed right away. Issac responded that night and was able to help us take the necessary steps in preventing further damage to our floors. He set up an appointment to replace and remove our old heater by the next day and was communicative and professional. He even took a look at some clogging in our sinks even though he was there for another job! I know a lot of people come to yelp to see how many reviews and stars companies have. And you may not want to take a chance on a newer profile, but we would highly recommend giving Tanodra Plumbing your business and will definitely be using Isaac in the future! But hopefully not anytime soon!! ;) Reviews may be limited for now, but his years of experience and great work make up for it in full!

The best plumbers ever! Albert did a job well done and he did it so quick. Very recommended! They so respond very quick and was able to come to my house after 45mins of inquiring! Will be calling this company again whenever we need plumbing services (;

Great job installing our new gas range.  Polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable.  Todd's a hell of a guy and does exceptional work; highly recommend these guys.  Will be calling you anytime I need anything plumbing related.

Did a great job on a toilet repair, appreciate their great customer service.  Saved us a few dollars compared to other estimates!

I had a drain side leak on a toilet located on the second level of our townhouse that damaged the ceiling on the first level.  Brenden instantly responded to my inquiry (on a Sunday) and we set up an appointment for a few days later.  He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time.  Brenden removed the toilet, fixed the leak, and even replaced the water fill assembly at my request.  He left the area very clean and everything works great.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  I will not hesitate calling him for my next plumbing repair.

Plumbers Aleka & Ikona were very professional. Came on time and did a great job. I'm just the resident manager and secured the water to the property.  But what I saw was very professional work being done.

They installed a tankless water heater. I felt their price was a little high, but seemed more trustworthy than the plumbing company that advertises on TV.  They did a good job and corrected some minor problems without issue.

Had my kitchen sink faucet replaced today.  I bought the faucet and Allens Plumbing was to remove the old and replace the new.  I called them Monday, I asked for a ball park est for the cost of replacing the faucet.  The gal I spoke to said between $100 - $150 for the work.  I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday.  Repair person came over and did the repair work in about 30 to 40 minutes.  No complaints about his work.  When he handed me the billing statement is was for $245.  I thought that was way over charging.  He said it was what the company charged for replacing a faucet.  He did not give me a quote prior to doing the replacement.  In his favor, after I complained he did give a 15% discount.  I am surprised this company, who does, I'm guessing, many faucet replacements, couldn't give a more accurate estimate.  Had I know what they may have charged I may have gone somewhere else for an estimate.  Two star rating for providing poor information to me by the office when I called in for an estimate.

We had a water-heater installed by PPS and were very disappointed with their integrity.  The plumber was unable to complete the job on a Thursday but promised that someone would come back the next day--Friday--to finish it.  Friday came and went.  They not only did not show up, they did not respond to our repeated phone calls!  

We eventually found someone else to finish up the job, otherwise we would have been stuck with a half-finished job for the entire weekend.  Not impressed with their service!!!

BEWARE!!!  Scam company chrgd me 3 times over the going rate to camera and snake my mainline, i.e. $900+ (should not have cost more than $300).   The only thing creative about this company is their billing-pricing practice.  There was no owner or supervisor overseeing the job or the workers.  The assistant to the main guy who came to my home was a teenage boy.  They came 45 min late and took far too long to do the work.  A guy named Mark who also seemed pretty young was the one who came quote me for additional work and was also the person who the crew phoned while doing the scheduled job.  When I questioned Mark in person about the unreasonableness of the prior bill he immediately launched into an argumentative stance like he's had to take this position many times before.  I could tell that Mark himself was monitoring jobs remotely...probably slacking off himself on company time and only monitoring the workers by telephone.  When I asked him to credit me a portion of the overbilling against future potential job he ended up not quoting the potential job, i.e they took the money and RAN!!!!  This company is really bad and out of control.  The workers slacked off and took all morning to camera my line, then they needed to make up for their own inefficiency by over billing the customer.

Drew called me as I posted on Angie's list a need for a Handyman. I was confused as they are plumbing, drain repair. But Drew encouraged me to set an appt. For the next morning, first thing. Drew no showed, no call.

I wouldn't even rate this company!!!!!! He doesn't make his customer aware of any charges prior to any phone conversation!!! First time he did NOT physically come to assess actual damage to my living room ceiling but told me over the phone what could be possibly causing the damage (which he was wrong, hired my own plumber to investigate) during regular business hours and on a weekday! Second time because it was on a weekend and after hours (1 am to be more exact of the time) he charged me time and half (which only my association and himself knew about these charges) and it was a total of 12 mins. But he charged me for a time range of 1 1/2 hrs. And the last phone conversation was him calling me (when I was already asleep) because he could not sleep!!!! Don't worry this situation is not done yet. So obviously he chooses when he wants to charge...and more worst he charges only for phone conversations and gives really bad attitude the first time when I really needed help. And like I said, does not discuss any charges/costs for over the phone advice!! Obviously he only charges when it's worth the price and will cost the customer time and a half!!!!
