A realtor in my building recommended DJ at Dynasty Plumbing. She had so much praise for him I thought I would give him a try. I was very satisfied. He replaced 2 toilets and 2 angle valves. He was very efficient, friendly, fair and a pretty fast worker. I would highly recommend him

Our main water cut off was leaking and we needed to get it fixed before it got worse. I got mutiple quotes from yelp and Dynasty came back as one of the most affordable. I was a little skeptical because sometimes you don't get the best quality for that price. So I checked the reviews and decided to use them.  I was so glad I did , DJ and his worker (Hansen, I think) did an amazing job. Very professional, quality work and did the best job not just the fastest job. They had to cut out a piece of our driveway because the cut off valve was under it (not the best design) but instead of just repairing it and putting everything back as it was he ended up moving the valve a dirt area to make it easier to access!! He thought of the best way to repair it not just the fastest way. I highly recommend DJ and Dynasty plumbing  for your plumbing needs.

When I checked the DCCA web site this business is not in good standing.   I asked him to bring a copy of his warranty and insurance policy should something goes wrong.  He claimed he felt disrespected and refused service.  He is registered with DCCA for a year and has this kind of attitude towards his potential customers. Good luck if you choose him.   Minimum to put is one star.  Should be minus one star since I have to took off from work to wait for this man claimed he do business based on trust.  So much for this trust for not showing up!

This is an easy 5 stars.  Technician have a fair estimate via text message, then came out the next day.  Went to store to get parts needed and repair the leak.  Final invoice was within the estimate and fair.  I've found my plumber!  Thanks!

DJ has an awesome team working with him, they are in sync with one another and work swiftly. There's no standing around taking breaks, or chitchatting, work was non stop, took less time to complete then what was previously scheduled. I felt sorry for the workers, the sun was blazing down on them all day, as a new by pass trench needed to be dugout. No hats, no sunglasses, just heads down, continuously focused on the job.

So, if you need plumbing service, call DJ, he's knowledgeable, reliable, polite and is respectful of his customers' needs.

I requested a quote through Yelp and Danilo was quick to reply back and answer all of my questions in detail. I never felt pressured and the quote he gave me for the toilet, installation, and disposal of the old toilet was a good deal compared to the other quotes I got from other companies. Hayden was the gentleman who installed our new toilet. He was very nice, professional, and got the removal and installation done quick! I would highly recommend this company.

Aloha Yelpers! I needed to have my bathroom faucet and shower heads changed so I started my searched on Yelp. Yelp gave me a project option to provide what I was looking to have done; in turn, Yelp sent this to a handful of companies (around 6 of them).

Dynasty was one of the first to reply. Among the other companies, there were 2 big companies, but I was hoping to support a small local business. There was a total of 3 smaller companies, who replied back. It really came down to the estimate provided, the star rating on Yelp, AND the feedback written from previous customers. Dynasty it was!

It was a Friday afternoon that I left a message that I would like them to help me. Monday morning Kamalani called to confirm my appointment with them; they were able accommodate the day and time that worked for me. DJ arrived and was able to replace the bathroom faucet. As far as the shower heads, he was able to provide me options and tips, which in turn, saved me money. He emailed me an invoice, which I was able to pay on line. Very convenient!

Knocking on wood, but if there is any future need for plumbing, I'll definitely reach out to them again. Mahalo, Dynasty Plumbing!

DJ was awesome!   Re-did pipes under my kitchen sink, installed my new Delta kitchen faucet, repaired shower fixture.  He was very thorough, explained everything that needed to be done and was fast!   Not only can you trust him to do quality work... he gives advice on how to look out and prevent future problems.  Plus - - he's a NICE GUY!

Dynasty Plumbing, Heating and AC provides top grade service that is beyond exceptional. Owner Danilo was of great assistance when I needed a house call for our kitchen sink that had a leak and a disposal that needed repairing. I noticed that they're business is based in Kapolei and I live in town but a referral and great rating on here helped me decide to go with Dynasty. I'm glad I did because he was out here in no time and service was prompt and professional.  He was thorough in helping us understand what was going on and the job at hand. He was done before the quoted time and had our new pipes installed and disposal grinding up again. I adamantly suggest these guys for all your plumbing or AC needs, you definitely won't go wrong. DJ and his crew are awesome! True professionals and down to earth team. Had my water heater, PRV, cleanouts, and shower valves installed by them and also had my HVAC system serviced. They did all the job fast, with quality workmanship and reasonably priced. Glad I went with them out of all the others. I now have my go-to plumbing and HVAC guys for all future projects.

Dyansty Plumbing was great - DJ was awesome. Our main sewer backed up and he was able to come out and clear it on short notice. Saved our Thanksgiving gathering! We had major work done (replaced the complete main sewer line on an older house as well as other pipe work under the house) and Dynasty Plumbing was prompt, fast, honest and communicated any potential issues. OUR FAVORITE PLUMBER!!! We will not use anyone else!!! This company is one of the best out there!

Our house is older and we have had a two plumbing incidents recently. The first time we had an issue our shower drains started backing up and toilets would not flush so we used Steves plumbing. WORST mistake EVER! Never will I use Steve's plumbing again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Steve's plumbing came out the first time and snaked out toilet because they said there was a blockage. They had to remove the toilet and did not get the work done the same day. So apparently they snaked out about 55 ft or so that day and came back the next day to finish the work they did not complete. Less than a month later the same issue comes back. We called Steve's plumbing because they had a 30 day gauranteebso they told us they would put us on stand by because they didn't have a technician that day which was fine at the end of the day I called to see if we could set up an actual appointment for us the next day which they did but come that morning they cancelled because they did not have a technician for us and at this point if we rescheduled for the next day we would be without plumbing for almost 3 days. So that's when we called Dynasty Plumbing they made an appointment with us for the next day and ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! Dynasty Plumbing showed up and snaked out 65 ft and got the job done the first time and did it in the same day!

Not only did Dynasty Plumbing show up and correct what Steve's plumbing failed to do but the customer service is excellent! From the beginning the customer service was great and easy. Making the appointment was fast and the service was done right! Their pricing was also reasonable, Steves Plumbing charged us $1100.00 and dynasty gave us a reasonable amount. We got ripped off by Steves Plumbing. Dynasty was fair with their pricing. I would recommend DYNASTY PLUMBING to everyone! DJ is great and knows his stuff! Thank you DJ and dynasty pluming! You guys have gained loyal life long customers!

Had a sink/faucet install and it couldn't have gone better. Looks great. Friendly service. Clean efficient work!

I had to have an old/unused toilet replaced and was worried about the plumbing since the toilet was dry.  They were able to come out the next day, removed the old toilet, checked the plumbing, and installed the new toilet, all within 45 minutes. Very accommodating, fast and efficient.  Great job Dynasty!  I will definitely be calling them for the plumbing work on the full bathroom renovation.

DJ did an amazing job. Him and his team showed up to fix the leak and it was finished in a matter of no time.  I could not be more happy with the service we received.  I would highly recommend DJ for any of your plumbing needs.

Our old water heater started leaking and flooding the closet where it was housed.  I called about 6 different plumbing companies and all gave varying estimates and days of availability.  Only 2 offered to come on the same day and of the 2, Dynasty gave a better rate.  They were able to come within an hour and completed the work by the end of the day.  

Customer service over the phone was so fantastic -- very friendly and willing to answer my questions.  Most importantly, they came during a holiday week and we needed the water heater fixed asap!  The technician who came in was nice and I even spoke with the owner over the phone afterwards about a minor issue that was easily resolved.  Thanks for the friendly service, reasonable estimate and will definitely reach out again if we have any other plumbing needs in the future!

Last week friday I tried to fix my dripping kitchen faucet by myself but the handle just refused to loosen, so
Long story short.   I gave up and called
Dynasty plumbing and left a message ,
DJ called  me right away and I explained my problem, he gave me a quote and I said ok it sounded fair.  and
DJ replaced my faucet really fast.

Omg! I am blessed to find Dynasty Plumbings.
The gate valve in my unit broke during renovations and the washer shutoff valves won't turned off. I'm screwed.
I was so worried and didn't know who or where to call for help because now I have two major plumbing problems.
I found Dynasty Plumbings on Yelp! Thank goodness for technology! Great response time! A+!..Camryn was such a friendly and very helpful human! What a relief! she knows her stuff guys!
Later I called and the owner, DJ answered the phone. I mean, how often do you get an owner of a company who actually pickup their phones and help?
I'd say that's an awesome teamwork! Another A+!
DJ came down on his busy schedule to check the problems and booked my appointment date. Later that week, Charles came down to repair the gate valve with quick service. Now I have a brand new gate valve. Pretty cool!
But I still have one problem! the washer shitoff valves..I mean the shUtoff valves! DJ replaced the old valves and installed a whole new shutoff valves with the case in no time. Dang!! Too easy for him, he didn't even break a sweat. how you like that!

DJ and his Dynasty crew did an awesome job! They re-routed and replaced all our galvanized pipes, installed our new fixtures and appliances that required plumbing, and even installed an outside shower and sink!!  Was very grateful that DJ was able to work within our budget to help us improve our newly bought fixer upper home which is now our forever home thanks to Dynasty plumbing. Thanks so much DJ!!

AMAZING SERVICE!  Was worried that we started to have a slow toilet clog between Christmas and New Year's...how would we be able to find someone.  I put out a message request here on Yelp and selected a few plumbing companies.  All responded within a few hours but most of them gave me a canned response of needing to call them to schedule.  Another company said they would call me soon (it was night time), but when they called me (2 days later) Dynasty had already come and fixed everything.

Dynasty wrote back to me quickly and answered all my questions here on Yelp before I scheduled an appointment, which I was also able to do through my Yelp messages.  They came at the beginning of my arrival window and were out the door within an hour.  Pricing and services were great and we were even given a lot of tips.

I don't hope to have to call them again for an emergency, but hopefully I will be able to use another service another day.

DJ, the owner, is awesome.  He responded to my request within 30 minutes, and was able to complete the job early the next morning (on a holiday, too).  We believe that his rates were reasonable and he did not charge us extra for parts that he had to purchase at the store (he showed us the actual receipt for the purchase).  We would definitely recommend Dynasty Plumbing to others.

DJ is truly amazing.  He is reliable, honest, hardworking and does high-quality work.  I am the property manager of a bunch of units and DJ is the guy I trust to handle all my owners' needs.  I can always guarantee that he will get everything handled and in a super timely manner.

I sent out a request via Yelp. Someone responded and gave me a general quote and left a link to schedule an appointment. The appointment was then confirmed so I took off of work to be here during the appointed time slot, which was between 10-12. A little after 12 noon, I called the number listed, left a voicemail and got no call back. I left a message on the Yelp message board and still no response. It's now 8pm and still no call back about the missed appointment. Super disappointed and frustrated because I turned down other companies. All they had to do was call me or message me back that today wasn't a good day to come out. But I got nothing....

I've used DJ twice now and both times were easy to schedule and pay. He found and fixed a leak in the walls, changed our several plumbing valves, and worked with my carpenter to move around my laundry room. I highly recommend and would use again.

DJ at Dynasty Plumbing was very responsive and took care of my emergency plumbing issue when I was out of town. I also liked the easy way to pay via Square over my phone with a credit card. No hassles and quick service!

2mos ago I was in need to prep my kitchen pipes for our kitchen remodeling and outside kitchen. I am so grateful on my first call that was answered was Dynasty...and talking to DJ I knew this contractor is the one to do the job as he was quick to help in asking the right questions to ensure he can do the job, how long the job will take and the esti cost.
I am blessed as he was within the time he said and the cost! It is a WIN WIN for me as I had other contractors for the renovation coming in and out. Time is precious especially when your trying to keep the house flowing and without a kitchen, the house was upside down as it is the heart of the home.

I've used this business consistently for the last 9 for work. Plumbing is always a bit of a nightmare to deal with when managing a building but DJ and team always make my life easier. My water heater was getting old and wanted to replace it before leaking or any emergency happens (that's what happened to my previous water heater). DJ, Dynasty Plumbing, was the first responder to my request for quotes with reasonable and affordable estimate and flexible schedule. Did a total gut job on a studio I bought in Makiki and hired Danilo to do some repairs on the plumbing. He was great to work with. Always responsive and thorough, very helpful and great overall experience. Highly recommend!

Contacted DJ on 4/21 to get an estimate on replacing a water heater.  He stopped by my place on 4/22 (Easter Sunday) to check out everything and sent over an estimate.  The repair was in a townhome and the water had to be shut down.  DJ only had the water shut down for about an hour till he turned it back on.  Very clean and quick work.  I would recommend everyone give Dynasty Plumbing a call.

Dynasty Plumbing was referred to me by my daughter after I had already received an estimate for plumbing work I wanted done from another plumbing service.  I did not consider that company because they could not give me an estimate that was not broken down specifically by labor and materials.  DJ of Dynasty came to my house, gave me a rough estimate on the spot, and later that day gave me a more refined estimate of the labor and materials cost.  It  appeared to be reasonable and I accepted his proposal. During the week he sent me pictures by email of the faucets he thought would be suitable for our needs.  He picked up the hardware and did a good job in reasonable time at a reasonable price.  Although the hardware turned out to be a little more than he originally estimated it was not a problem because the product is of good quality brand and he presented me the breakdown of the purchase invoice.  A good company with good workers who are helpful, prompt, considerate, courteous, neat, and honest.

Been dealing with them for many issues in my building. They redid all new copper piping and replaced my kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as my shower head! Also installed new water heater. DJ, Hayden and Shaine did an amazing job and very courteous. Would use them again in a heartbeat. 10/10 highly recommend.
