Very expensive.  Charged $180 for an hour's work and $20 for two $4 fittings.  He also failed to install part of the disposer and badly scratched our beautiful stainless steel counter.  We didn't get an itemized bill, just a number off the top of his head.

Our newly installed kitchen sink was leaking.  The contractor that installed it struggled for almost eight hours it fix it.  Within two weeks it was leaking again.  I called Little Big Plumbing to fix it.  In less than 1 hour the job was done, up to code.  It was refreshing to see what a professional plumber can do.  Well done Mike, highly recommended!

The only Plumbing/Irrigation Supply business that opens on weekends. As fate happens only on the most inconvenient times (weekends). Checked out several places, but only Urban Farmer was open with the right parts to fix my irrigation system. Called and spoke with Steve who verified that they had the parts needed in stock.  Great place for your irrigation needs. They have interesting gardening tools. Like a Weeder that they named Crack Weedeater. It's a thin metal blade that has teeth angled up so when you insert it next to the weed the teeth grab the roots and pulls the whole weed out.  Pretty neat stuff. Check them out for your irrigation and gardening needs.

Everyone I dealt with at Pipe masters was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. They squeezed our home into their busy schedule and kept us posted on the ETA. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Jason, George and Devin!!! Great job!!!

Called one week ago regarding a clogged sink. I never received a call back.

I tried to use drano but that only was a band aid. The issue came back and this is my sink where the central AC condensate drain empties into near the P trap. It backed up my AC unit which tripped off and wouldn't turn back on.

Called Allen's plumbing after hours and a local rep called me back quickly. The issue was fixed the same day.

Perhaps my job was too small for this company?

He built our redwood fence and did a great job! He showed up when he said he would and finished on time. We will totally call him up again in the future. Don't skimp and get a cheap contractor. Get one that knows his stuff and this guy does.

The foreman was very nice and understanding regarding safely going to eat breakfast near the job site and crane .  It was fascinating to watch   their crew work.  I don't live where they worked but park there.   Wanted to commend them on a dangerous job well done.

Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall.

We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small,  cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s  (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying Nothing is impossible. After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible!

Me: Hi, my toilet and bathtub is clogged. I need a plumber asap.

Plumber: Ok... where you at?
Me: I'm on Date street.

Plumber: Where?
Me: Date street.
(Pause)
Me: So are you available or is your schedule full?

Plumber: I'm actually off island. If this is an emergency you should call (mumbling)
Me: Hello? (no answer)

So, to sum it up, this guy was very unprofessional on the phone. And is it so hard to say Where do you live instead of Where you at? I don't know, when he said that I immediately felt like I had the wrong guy. Totally left me with this bad impression on him. Will NOT recommend at all!

My 62 yo pipes in my residential home of 3 beds 2 bath were deteriorating throughout the house with fractures , holes, and excessive scaling.  I needed over 100feet of Nu flow lining.  Initially another company did video and gave me an over the top estimate, after, I asked for senior kamaaina discount, they came down some, but still too high.  Nu flow reviewed the video and gave me a price I thought was fair.  The crew;  Justin, Ethan, Wilson, Lomtal, did an excellent job, worked very hard, kept me in the loop, on time, respectful, and professional.  I will gladly referred Nu Flow South Pacific to family and friends.

My water heater went out so we ended up getting a new one from Lowes (best price).  They offer Lowe's installation which of course they contract out.  In order for them to schedule the installation though, they need to have a detail to be scheduled and paid for.  The detail is when the contractor comes out and looks at everything to see if they will need any additional valves or supplies to get the job done.

Vince contacted me the next day after the detail was ordered and told me he could make it out to my house that morning.  My aunt was there so he checked everything out and spoke with me over the phone and told me that I would of course need extra stuff because the previous installation was done wrong.  I kind of knew that so I wasn't too surprised.  After he left my house he went straight to Lowes so that he could order all the extra things he needed and give them the ok to for me to purchase my water heater and install.  He told me that he could even get me in the next morning.  Sweet.

I paid for the heater ($450 down from $500, qualified for military discount) and the install which cost about the price of a heater at almost $500, even before the discount.  They called me the next morning and told me that they would be in between 11 and 2.  I was not home for the install but my husband was.  I guess for the most part everything went ok.  My husband said they needed to put in a new gas line so the contractor had to leave and get the new piping for $45.  Plus the extra labor cost of $60.  Then they told me it would be an additional $25 for haul away but the Lowe's guy told me it was included in the price of the install... a miscommunication on Lowe's part.

So in the end, I paid $450 the heater itself and over $600 for the install and extra parts of my gas water heater... isn't that just how it is.  Pays to be a specialist like a plumber...  The guy that came out, Vince, seemed friendly and knowledgeable.  The quality of his work seems top notch and clean.

Good quality work but in the future, I probably wouldn't use them for my plumbing needs just because they are a Kaneohe business, doesn't seem logical.  But for those looking for a local Windward plumber, I would recommend.  They seem a little pricey, but I liked their work!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.

FUCKED up SERVICE! So I called the company because they were supposed to come at 2:30, but they didn't. The bitch who answered the phone said that they didn't come to my house because I didn't answer their phone call. According to that bitch, I had to answer that call because they needed to find out whether if I would be at home around 2:30. The funny thing is I never got their call and I CLEARLY told them a few days ago that I would be home around 2:30! I waited 5 whole days for this day that my toilet would be fixed, but they never came! The BITCH who is answering the calls has a fucking attitude and same with the OWNER. The owner gives ZERO FUCKS about the customer's problems so the company deserves ZERO stars! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
