I don't know whether Easter Monday was a bad day for these guys or whether they took the day off, but I called once at 3:15pm and again at 4:45pm and left messages on their Aiea phone number and their main phone number. I never did get a reply.

Matt's Plumbing is my main man (matt :) for plumbing since 2016. I gave him hard jobs no one wanted. The first to replace a broken old tub handle. Matt & crew cut it out and replaced it. ... The most recent was replacing 2 bathroom faucets and a toilet handle. The jobs weren't cheap, BUT I think I'll never call him about those problems again. ... U get what u pay for!
Also when we had a 'stuck' kitchen sink, Matt said call Pro-Rooter. I did and Pro-Rooter was one third-$ of Roto-Rooter. I will use Pro-Rooter when any plumbing is stuck. ... Tanx, Matt!

We had a very slow water leak so I called and it was easy to schedule an appointment. The kind lady taking my information over the phone said the plumber would call me while he got closer. Keone was right on time, as scheduled, and was pleasant to talk to.
I described what was going on and he checked on a few things. I gave him his space to work and wouldn't you know it, he had it all fixed before I could finish eating my lunch!
Talk about quick and knowledgeable! Mahalo Keone for the quick fix and explaining that it was a wax seal that needed replacement after normal wear and tear. I appreciate your help in fixing the leak!

We bought a house on Oahu that had a large rain barrel but no gutters. We hired someone to install gutters and needed the outdoor plumbing to take the runoff away fro the house and to the rain barrel. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we walked through the store and picked out everything I needed to complete the job. I left completely satisfied and confident it will be a job well done.

We own an old home and are in the process of bringing it up-to-date. We needed our gas water heater installed ASAP. We tried contacting several companies with no luck. Because this was kind of a last minute job, no one could really fit us into their schedule...until we called Pipe Masters. I started by speaking with Arvin via phone. Up front, it wasn't a short call. He had several questions and I made sure to answer each one to the best of my non-plumbing knowing ability. Thankfully, Arvin was very patient and understanding. He was able to schedule our installation just four days from the day we were speaking. He also went over some standard information and was able to give me an estimate. On the day of the installation I received an email notifying me that Devin of Pipe Masters was on his way. My appointment was at 1:30 and they were pretty much on time. Arvin advised me that the job was going to take about 2 hours. Turned out to be accurate. Devin and Micah were done by about 3:30. Before Devin and Micah began their work, I was informed that there was going to be some issues with the installation. My wife and I weren't surprised.? Like I mentioned in the beginning, our home is old. The water heater that was being replaced was old and hadn't been working for almost 7 or 8 years. The connections and piping were old and rusty and had to be replaced, which made the cost of the job higher than what was initially estimated over the phone. Devin explained all of this to us before they began working and gave us the new cost, which we were more than comfortable with. What really made our experience great was that towards the end of the installation, while Micah was making sure everything looked in place and good to go, Devin was able to answer some questions about a potential update/repair we wanted done to our sewer. He took a quick look at the layout of our plumbing and gave us some options of what could be done. I appreciate that he was upfront about the cost and that overall it would be a big job. He even gave some details about what it would take to complete the job. At the end, Devin drew up our invoice and we paid via credit card on the spot. I was emailed a copy of the invoice before they left. The next day Arvin called to follow up on my experience and answer any questions I may have had.
Overall I appreciate the level of professionalism we received. I don't have a lot of experience working with plumbers, so I can't really say how the cost of their service compares to others, but I do feel the quality is there.
It is important to note that if you need a new water heater, Pipe Masters can help you shop for one. We purchased our water heater along with some of the connections separate.
Will we go with Pipe Masters for that upcoming big sewer job? It's tough not to after the great service we got.

I began using their services back in early 2000s when they were formally known as Alpha Omega Plumbing. I never had a problem with them getting the job done or feeling overcharged when I needed work done for checking and replacing hosing and fixtures for my bathroom and kitchen sinks, or laundry appliances. I used their services several times when I lived in a condo since 2003 and then upon my move to a townhouse in 2012.
In August 2019, I had a leak occur from my upstairs bathroom causing my ceiling of my downstairs bathroom to bubble and sag. I was on a limited time frame as I was to leave on a trip in 10 days and needed my family to have peace of mind while I was gone. I called a few plumbing companies to get estimates, however, I either did not get in contact with someone directly, or was told that there was a cost to the assessment, which would go toward the repairs if so needed. I hesitantly scheduled with them for their soonest availability, which was two days later. Shaka Plumbing (Niel) responded to my message quite quickly, stated no charge for assessment, and could come that afternoon.
Chris arrived promptly. He was friendly, efficient about the assessment, and seemed honest in his recommendations and suggestions. He took the time to explain the general and common issues of the waste and overflow piping and gaskets that may have caused my leaks and bubbling, and the repair options. He was patient with my many questions, was very accommodating to my schedule; and best of all, able to come the next day at my convenience to do the job. Chris worked efficiently, and was also able to coordinate a freelancer to close up the work area on the bathroom ceiling right after he was done with the pipes. He finished the job within the time frame he estimated with no fuss. He was polite and friendly, and even showed me the basis of the project and the guts of all the plumbing (and everything else that was living in the drain...YUCK!!) that he took out.
In addition, Chris was willing to help me purchase supplies and come back on another day that my schedule would allow, to help me with caulking the tub to further minimize water leaking to the ceiling.
Thank you!!! Thank you!!! And THANK YOU!!! Chris represented the company well to demonstrate a no fuss, job well done with prompt and efficient service, and with a personable and friendly smile!

He built our redwood fence and did a great job! He showed up when he said he would and finished on time. We will totally call him up again in the future. Don't skimp and get a cheap contractor. Get one that knows his stuff and this guy does.

The foreman was very nice and understanding regarding safely going to eat breakfast near the job site and crane . It was fascinating to watch their crew work. I don't live where they worked but park there. Wanted to commend them on a dangerous job well done.

I had a leaking toilet over the holiday weekend and Kelii from Imua Plumbing came as soon as possible. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a loose gasket in the water tank. He fixed it within an hour, and his rate was excellent. He was very professional and respectful. Imua Plumbing is officially my go-to for anymore plumbing issues in my new home. Very grateful for excellent, local service!

Tom is reliable, efficient, and responsive. He helped us to fix a water heater and garbage disposal timely. Called him and he came the same day. He walked us through the best way to save on expenses while maintaining quality. He is our go to guy. Highly recommended.

My 62 yo pipes in my residential home of 3 beds 2 bath were deteriorating throughout the house with fractures , holes, and excessive scaling. I needed over 100feet of Nu flow lining. Initially another company did video and gave me an over the top estimate, after, I asked for senior kamaaina discount, they came down some, but still too high. Nu flow reviewed the video and gave me a price I thought was fair. The crew; Justin, Ethan, Wilson, Lomtal, did an excellent job, worked very hard, kept me in the loop, on time, respectful, and professional. I will gladly referred Nu Flow South Pacific to family and friends.

My water heater went out so we ended up getting a new one from Lowes (best price). They offer Lowe's installation which of course they contract out. In order for them to schedule the installation though, they need to have a detail to be scheduled and paid for. The detail is when the contractor comes out and looks at everything to see if they will need any additional valves or supplies to get the job done.
Vince contacted me the next day after the detail was ordered and told me he could make it out to my house that morning. My aunt was there so he checked everything out and spoke with me over the phone and told me that I would of course need extra stuff because the previous installation was done wrong. I kind of knew that so I wasn't too surprised. After he left my house he went straight to Lowes so that he could order all the extra things he needed and give them the ok to for me to purchase my water heater and install. He told me that he could even get me in the next morning. Sweet.
I paid for the heater ($450 down from $500, qualified for military discount) and the install which cost about the price of a heater at almost $500, even before the discount. They called me the next morning and told me that they would be in between 11 and 2. I was not home for the install but my husband was. I guess for the most part everything went ok. My husband said they needed to put in a new gas line so the contractor had to leave and get the new piping for $45. Plus the extra labor cost of $60. Then they told me it would be an additional $25 for haul away but the Lowe's guy told me it was included in the price of the install... a miscommunication on Lowe's part.
So in the end, I paid $450 the heater itself and over $600 for the install and extra parts of my gas water heater... isn't that just how it is. Pays to be a specialist like a plumber... The guy that came out, Vince, seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of his work seems top notch and clean.
Good quality work but in the future, I probably wouldn't use them for my plumbing needs just because they are a Kaneohe business, doesn't seem logical. But for those looking for a local Windward plumber, I would recommend. They seem a little pricey, but I liked their work!

Scary. Just about to take their proposal, they think we're going to take it, and then, when we call, we can't get a hold of them. Interesting.
They are the same company as Hawaii Drain pros. Did they change your name because of a bad reputation?
They got a one star rating on BBB and even had problems documented at RICO

Got a decent quote from Jay. Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm. Great! Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again. No, I can't make it tonight. No Can I reschedule? Just silence. I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone. I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.

Maile, who was the customer service person for K and R was possibly the most lazy, difficult to deal with, bad attitude moron that I had the displeasure of dealing with. I worked for Sears and K and R plumbing were responsible for the installation of our plumbing required appliances. They gave us so much problems it was crazy. You could count on a K and R related problem almost daily. At least they were consistent in that regard. We lost jobs and income because of K and R plumbing. And do you think they offered an apology when they screwed the job up? No way. They had a don't give a @#%^& attitude through and through. From the owner, who acted like we were a big irritation (when we were sending them jobs and income) to Maile. What a joke this company was. Absolutely no class.
