We had a problem with our waste stack that was cracked and dripping water.  Carlos showed up and quickly diagnosed the problems.  Once he got the proper parts, he got everything replaced in about 30 minutes and after testing, all was good.  I only saw one broken pipe and if I had tried it, the fix would have failed as there were two other broken pieces. Carlos is extremely efficient and comes highly recommended.

Tony at Quality Plumbing is an excellent, very professional plumber. He and his assistant came right away and had our rusted-out drain pipe replaced  within the hour. We will definitely use Quality Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

Great experience with this company. Service was top notch (and fast). Isaac was very helpful in explaining the various options available for cleaning and even repairing the problem, as well as the pricing for each. In the end, we figured out a great compromise that got me the right solution for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very thankful they were available on a Sunday. Called in my request late Sunday morning then Jay came out on that same afternoon. We had a leak from our toilet of our 2nd floor bathroom that was causing mold above our ceiling of the 1st floor 1/2bath. Long story short, it was a deteriorated wax ring. It got replaced with a fresh wax ring and after several flushes after that, I confirmed the leaking had stopped! Phew! Mahalo to 535 Plumbing and Jay for coming out to our house. Now I just have to worry about replacing the portion of ceiling where the mold grew....but, at least we got rid of its source of food!

AMKO came to the rescue as Lowe's preferred plumbing installer.  We ordered a new shower enclosure through Lowe's several months ago but through a series of  unfortunate events (NO fault to AMKO) we've JUST had the correct enclosure delivered and installed.

The first visit by AMKO occurred over six weeks ago when Alex and his helper came to remove our existing shower enclosure.  They were prompt, punctual, friendly and efficient!  Alex was personable, knowledgeable and skilled in the quick removal of the shower stall.  What I really liked was they were considerate in removing their shoes and laid down a padded tarp on our bathroom tile floor to avoid scratching the finish.  AMKO was quick to verify and confirm the accuracy of measurements that were done by a previous installer.  Unfortunately, on this first visit, we discovered that the manufacturer had produced the wrong model and size so Alex and helper just removed the shower enclosure.

On the second visit, we were excited when Lowes scheduled AMKO to install the new shower enclosure order.  Again, Alex and helper came on time and we all figured this would close out our order and installation.  Well, lo' and behold, when Alex and helper opened the box, they found that the manufacturer had sent the same incorrect enclosure but this time, there were no hinges or handles...it was just a huge sheet of tempered glass!  Alex was surprised with the error and promptly returned the incorrect product to Lowes. Luckily, our home has other bathrooms so we could still bathe...uh, in case you thought that we weren't bathing in between. Ewww.

So, the expression third time's the charm is true (for us, at least).  We amicably worked with Lowes to correct the situation and Alex returned.  Gosh, after coming up to our home 3 times previously, he didn't need a GPS to find us.  He returned with another helper, Vladimir, and opened the manufacturer's box just outside of his van as we all looked on.  Hooray!  This time, the correct product was delivered.  Alex and Vladimir carried it up three flights of stairs and quickly installed our shower enclosure.  They made sure that they didn't leave a mess even though they had to do a couple of field cuts into the metal frame (they cut it outside in their van) and still vacuumed our bathroom floor and hallway before leaving.   Alex asked my husband to feel free to inspect the installation and his opinion for satisfaction.  Geez, we've not ever had a contractor ask that!  He even followed up (returned to our home) with us the next day, Saturday, to ensure their work quality and customer satisfaction.

AMKO is the plumbing contractor arm of Hawaii Building Supply which does excellent renovation work...ah, but that's another review.

Outstanding service and very reasonably priced. We received a quick call and initial rough estimate. The installation was completed fairly quickly and as mentioned at a reasonable price. I also spoke with Steve's plumbing. They tried to upsell me on their product and said I should go with the this plumber for the price he was at. Overall, very friendly, quick responses, very affordable, and quality work. Highly recommend this local small business!

Had an issue with our main line being backed up.  Gary was quick to answer and able to dispatch his worker for same day job.  Cyrus was very professional, and helped unclogged our line.  The previous plumber we hired did a horrible job and put in less effort than Cyrus.  Our issue will require a bigger job, but I have no problem working with Rayco Plumbing for the additional work.  Mahalo to Gary and his awesome team!!

Update almost a year later 02/27/2020

This morning we experienced the same issue with our main line.  I contacted Gary early this morning and he was able to have Cyrus come back out.  Same quick response and professional work.  We plan on finally scheduling the walk through to run a new line.  Mahalo mahalo Gary and Cyrus for coming through yet again!  You guys are the best!!

They did an okay job but late by about 3 hours and Davey sent one of his guys
when he said HE would be out to fix my leaking toilet

Also be sure to ASK for a receipt or you will not get one
I called and Texted Davey 6 times no reply very disappointed with this company

Thank God I paid by check..

Jeffrey was highly recommended by another business we were working with. He has years in the industry and it was the best experience. He has great communication skills, educates and answers all of your questions, and is so nice! And most importantly he knows what he's doing. His prices are reasonable compared to other plumbers we've worked with and we are grateful we found our plumber for our business! Highly recommend!

Had a few AC units to be installed in the wall and needed a new handyman service because the last guys I used for another project quoted me way too much (they quoted me the same price I paid in total with Sonny for just a single unit-- I had 3 to be done). Sonny & his guy did a fine job with our units and got it done within a few hours! Will definitely be coming back for any new projects I have. Great prices, quick service and cleanup. Thank you guys!

Sean has done a lot of work for me.  Different kinds of jobs and all done well at a fair price and with great communication.  He has repaired a ceiling that was water damaged from a leaking toilet that was above.  He installed a disposal that required a complete re-work of all the plumbing.  He also hung a giant heavy picture over our bed and that was no easy task, trust me.

I find him and his associates to be trustworthy, fair, polite, and eager to do a good job no matter what it is.

Technicians were fantastic and courteous but the pricing wasn't clear all all.  Pricing was significantly increased because they had to use a bigger tool to do the job compared to the original rate that I was quoted for.  Please ask and clarify for price before anything is agreed to.

We've used him twice and both times we were extremely satisfied. Fred, the owner, is licensed, responsive, and professional. We liked him as a person and would definitely recommend him.
Both times, several years apart, we had him replace faucets and there was never a problem.

Called a few plumbers for a bathroom renovation I had , Tui called me back within 5 minutes after I left a phone message . He was very nice , knowledgeable , and very reasonable with his prices . He showed up on time with his crew and did a fine and neat job and double checked all his work and cleaned up after everything was done . The project needed for him to show up 3 separate times and every time his service was excellent . I'd highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
