I wouldn't even rate this company!!!!!! He doesn't make his customer aware of any charges prior to any phone conversation!!! First time he did NOT physically come to assess actual damage to my living room ceiling but told me over the phone what could be possibly causing the damage (which he was wrong, hired my own plumber to investigate) during regular business hours and on a weekday! Second time because it was on a weekend and after hours (1 am to be more exact of the time) he charged me time and half (which only my association and himself knew about these charges) and it was a total of 12 mins. But he charged me for a time range of 1 1/2 hrs. And the last phone conversation was him calling me (when I was already asleep) because he could not sleep!!!! Don't worry this situation is not done yet. So obviously he chooses when he wants to charge...and more worst he charges only for phone conversations and gives really bad attitude the first time when I really needed help. And like I said, does not discuss any charges/costs for over the phone advice!! Obviously he only charges when it's worth the price and will cost the customer time and a half!!!!
