Sam came out on a Saturday morning because our bathroom sink was upwelling. He got to work right away and fixed the issue in less than an hour. He asked if there had been any other issues, outside of the sink and took a look at our toilet as well that hadn't been filling as quickly. The job was quick and clean and Sam was incredibly friendly. He even explained how he fixed everything, because I'm always curious why/how things happen. I hope to recommend him in the future!

I had a tight deadline to get the remaining two valves in my condo changed from gate valves to ball valves. I received a much higher priced quote from a larger plumbing company and was also told they might need to cut the common area hallway wall which would be unacceptable! Morgan came thru with lower pricing and he did the job when I needed it done by without cutting any walls!

Years ago, our toilets started overflowing at night. A friend had recommended Jeff's company, and he responded right away. There was a problem in the pipe outside, underground, and he was able to take care of it right away. He and his crew have been our trusted plumbers ever since. We used them again this past week for some toilets and faucets repairs and they continue to be great at what they do. It is wonderful to have a plumber who you can trust to do the best.

A homeowner may be where I was. I hope, when they read this review, my experience and suggestions will prove useful.

I moved here from the mainland. Over 15+ years, I'd managed to avoid any major condo expenses. Then my electric water heater died, January, 2022. That put me in a vulnerable position, started a to-do list.

For each item the goals will be the same: I want the most bang for the buck, using quality parts, and getting quality service. Copied information from the old unit and shopped around for price, warranties were comparable. Ordered a replacement online. The local store was out of short length electric units. It became a supply chain issue, new unit shipped from Tennessee, many weeks later.

I didn't know anybody to remove the old unit and install a new one. Got price quotes from multiple sources. It was clear the service would cost more than the new unit. Some quotes indicated the providers were in business to help customers. Very high quotes reflected that these providers were in business to take advantage of vulnerable customers.

Asked around, referred to United Drain Techs. Josiah was the plumber, accompanied by an eager to learn, helpful apprentice. Josiah is experienced and efficient, he knows his stuff, and does fine work.

He drained the old water heater, capped off the connections so there would be no leaks, and properly disposed of it. He picked up the replacement unit on installation day. After 2 months of waiting, I had a reliable unit.

Josiah showed me what I needed to do for maintenance. The cost of services and parts wasn't cheap. The job was bigger than I thought and cost more than I hoped, but in the end you get what you pay for. Overall I did the best I could by calling United Drain Techs.

Rudy was hired to fix a kitchen drawer of mine that was broken. He was very responsive and fast! I was barely home due to work but he was so accommodating and worked with me to make sure the work got done and done correct. Thank you Rudy!

I needed a slow leak repaired due to the 25 year old gasket was worn.  I decided to change all the bathtub fixtures, since it was white and getting corroded. I sent out feelers for the repair, and Price plumbing was one of the first to reply with and approximate quote.  Other replies were cheaper and unreasonable.  I made an appointment with Price plumbing and they arrived and promptly changed out my fixtures within an hour.  They charged me the price they quoted and I'm totally satisfied.

I had a lengthy list of defects found when our AOAO conducted a building wide plumbing inspection. Kitchen Sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 bathroom, hot water heater all needed attention.

I decided to call Loyalty Plumbing AGAIN because of my first experience.  To my delight the second time around was as good as the first.  I appreciate when my call is answered in a timely manner and that an appointment can be made in a reasonable timeframe.  The technician called to let me know about his arrival time, giving me ample time to be at home.  Keone greeted me by shaking my hand and identifying himself by name.  Call me old fashioned but I admire when young men are courteous & professional.  

I needed to replace my broken disposal, or so I thought.  Keone did diagnositcs and found that a piece of plastic was wedged in my disposal.  No need to replace my disposal, saving me $200+ dollars!  

Next project... clean out my slow draining bathroom sink.  Ben got his tools and in a few minutes a clean drain!  They provided me with details of the cause, TMI!

We are very pleased and extremely satisfied with the work J from Eastside Plumbing Solutions did for us. We had a pretty big job that required him to go under our house to repair and replace pipes as well as provide plumbing for a new bathroom. He did an awesome job on both projects and we highly recommend Eastside Plumbing Solutions! J is very reliable and dependable, very meticulous and skilled in what he does!!! I was so upset when my shower backed up and nothing could get the gross water to go down! I called Roto-Rooter and they quickly sent Joseph to my high rise. Joseph was very knowledgeable and helped me by snaking my kitchen sink which he knew connected to where my shower drained! I'm so grateful for the speedy, efficient and quality service provided! Nate and Dave just finished a job in my bathroom.  They snaked a clogged sink and now it's finally draining!  I called Waialae plumbing for the same thing months ago and they showed up and snaked (standard snake fee of $500) only for them to tell me that the pipes are galvanized that's why the snake wasn't working.  Sink still clogged and $500 down.  EverTrust was in and out in less than 1 hour and did a complete job finding the connecting pipes and fixing the clog.  It's hard to get in contact with EverTrust on the phone but it is worth it!  A quarter of the price and a complete job based on trust, no schemes or up selling.

I had 3 split units installed by Dorvin.  My living room unit drain pan has a stress fracture from improper install and is leaking.
First, I call the number listed for Oahu and tell them my situation.  I'm asked What island you on, I say Oahu and then click off to a new line... terrific start! Then another service rep.
I tell them my situation again and am told, we don't do residential anymore.  Call another company.  I paid you guys A LOT of $$$ and when there is an issue, you just tell me call a different company?  
I asked, these units all have warranty.  Can you look into it for a part at least.  The response you have to call yourself, we don't do that So the service I paid my hard earned money for was essentially: Shoddy work, RUDE service reps, NO warranty help and NO aloha whatsoever.

They don't do residential, NO wonder... probably too many complaints!  So STAY AWAY isn't as pertinent.

But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many certificates and accreditations a company has, a Hawaii company that just doesn't care about a small job or it's customers is a 1 star company as best.
