I saw a post that Brenden made on Nextdoor about water heaters.  I sent him a text and he replied right away.
we set up an appt for the next day, he showed up and within 15 minutes the issue with our water heater was resolved.
Brenden is very personable and took the time to troubleshoot the problem and didn't immediately say that we needed to get a new heater.  If you are like me, I was skeptical about calling someone I didn't know or someone that wasn't recommended by family or friends. I can't say enough about Brenden and his professionalism, pride in his work, efficiency and reasonable prices.  He's come to my aid a twice and did beautiful work.  I have witnessed multiple awesome compliments from my community page and agree with them all.  To find someone with so much pride in his work and honesty is a breath of fresh air.  Knowing that you can call him and know you are in good hands takes so much stress out of home plumbing issues.  Call him! Straight to the point, Brenden is amazing.  We've had him come by a few times now for various plumbing issues (replacing a faucet, changing out pipes, etc.) and every time he's been very accommodating and efficient.  

Most recently he came out the same day we called on a Sunday.  How many plumbers do that.  We had been dealing with an unknown leak.  He came by twice that day to make sure he found the issue and even went out to get a replacement part and repair it that same day.  He has been such a great find. I highly recommend calling him for all your plumbing needs.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet that I was planning to repair on my own, figured I'd just have to replace the cartridge. I went to turn off the (20-year old) water shutoff valve but that sprung a leak. Brenden came by on short notice & changed both valves to higher quality brass quarter-turn angle stop valves. He also installed the new kitchen faucet I had purchased & finished everything in a very efficient manner.  Brenden was punctual & communicated well. Price was very reasonable, especially for a job done on the weekend. I will definitely use him for all future plumbing jobs & won't hesitate to recommend him to all family/friends!

I had a drain side leak on a toilet located on the second level of our townhouse that damaged the ceiling on the first level.  Brenden instantly responded to my inquiry (on a Sunday) and we set up an appointment for a few days later.  He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time.  Brenden removed the toilet, fixed the leak, and even replaced the water fill assembly at my request.  He left the area very clean and everything works great.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  I will not hesitate calling him for my next plumbing repair.

I tried to DIY my tub spout and drain and just made everything worse!  Luckily, Brenden was able to repair the damage I had done for a very reasonable price.  I contacted him late on the Friday night after Thanksgiving, and he responded within an hour.  I sent him pictures of what needed to be done.  He contacted me first thing the next morning to let me know he had all the parts needed and could come by the day (Saturday morning) after he finished a couple other jobs he had lined up.  He arrived before lunch, and got the repairs done within an hour!  Super efficient!  I'm so excited to actually be able to take a bath and not worry about leaking into the downstairs!  Brenden's service and communicated were amazing.  I will never hesitate to call him for my plumbing needs.  I highly recommend him!

Brenden was quick to reply during the disaster of our toilet & tub clogging. He is professional and friendly. He explained thoroughly on what needed to be done to unclog it. Quick and efficient service. Will be utilizing Banzai Plumbing again!

We highly recommend Brenden and his team!  They replaced all our old pipes behind our bathtub/shower and put in a new tub and surround!  We love it!  They were reliable and worked really hard in removing the old and putting in the new.  They were also very good about cleaning up!  Brenden also fixed our leaky pipe under our kitchen sink!  Thank you!

I read several great reviews on the Next Door app about Brenden Kimura of Banzai Plumbing, so I called him when my kitchen sink clogged up. On the scheduled day, he called and asked if it was okay if he came earlier, which was great. He snaked our main line and successfully cleared the clog. He cleaned up the area upon completion. His price was very very reasonable.

I also spoke to him regarding swapping out my 14 year old water heater with a hybrid (heat pump) heater. He quoted me a price a couple of hundred dollars lower than another plumber. He instructed me to purchase the heater and he would pick it up, install the new one, and remove the old.

On the schedule day, he promptly arrived and expertly installed the new heater. He also cleaned up the area before leaving.
