I had a leaking shutoff valve on my property and had a plumber come and dig up the leak and examine the leaking valve.  Unfortunately, this plumber was unable to complete the job and I was scrambling to find another plumber.  I called Anthony at Hawaii plumbing and he was able to quote me a cheaper quote and was able to come to my house that same day.  Upon inspection of the leak Anthony stated that he could make a simple fix on the valve but the fix would not last.  Anthony suggested that he conduct a more permit fix for a little more and I agreed.  He also came back on a another day to fix my sprinkler stations that were also leaking and old.

We needed a garbage disposal installed. Jose' came in, was polite and professional, and now we have a new disposal! We will hire them again whenever we need plumbing or bathroom restoration work done. Mahalo to Brison's!

looked @ my unit 3 times blamed it on the condo building. didn't help me explain the situation thoroughly to the building manager took my $320 and ran away fast as he could.In the end I got another plumber from the building manager and got everything fixed in 20min. And guess what? he's (was) actually my friend. everyone please be careful.

Donny is the best!  He is so smart in plumbing and so careful that I highly recommend him. Not only is he good he is so nice. I love the way he replaced all of my bathroom fixtures with a lot of thought and care.

Watch your invoices carefully.  Recently, I received 2 invoices from TNH for work done in July 2014.  One was already paid.  When I contacted them they were very unprofessional and rude.  I had to explain myself couple of times to different people.  TNH made it sound like it was my fault.  In my frustration I hung on them.  Couple of days later I received another invoice for work not authorized by me.  As a back up to the invoice they included a copy of email thread between me and TNH.  Nowhere did I give them a go.  The last message was their quote.  Yesterday, I contacted my tenant who said TNH did call him.  He stated TNH was pissed off at me for hanging up and decided to invoice me.  I am shocked at their behavior.  My hope is they are not going to come to my home and sabotage my plumbing as a revenge for this review.  

I initially contact them based on the reviews like everyone.  However, my experience is if you cross them they become a different animal.  In the future, I would not use them or recommend them based on their business practice.  I did file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Ben and Dustin came out today to remove an old cast iron tub and replace it with a new one. Ben was excellent at communicating, arrived on time, and did excellent work. He will be coming back out to finish up with the fixtures after the tiling is done and will also be installing a new toilet and sink. Ben's pricing was very reasonable and I'd highly recommend him.

We have used numerous plumbers since moving to Oahu over a decade ago. Some never showed up, and some overcharged us for issues that have returned. For someone like myself with multiple units to manage, ANDRES plumbing is BY FAR the most reliable, affordable, and professional Plumber we've ever had in Hawaii! He's friendly and fast too!!! I've had Colburn Plumbing work on two jobs at our home, one was a busted pipe and one stopped drain that we couldn't snake. From the office staff to the plumber that showed up, they were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Bonus points for being friendly.

It's nice to have trusted professionals that we can call for great, honest work. We have other projects planned for the future and they'll definitely be our choice for those.

I had my old tankless water heater replaced today with a new Rinnai Tankless water heater. From my request for an estimate to the final install today, the service was excellent. The installers were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

I used this same company two years ago to replace my first tankless water heater (I have two) and they were just as good back then.

Top notch plumbing service. The plumber, Shon, checked our leaking toilet and determined it was cracked and needed to be replaced. After agreeing to the total job price upfront, he found the model we wanted, picked up the boxes from the warehouse, installed the toilet and cleaned up in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend Steve's Plumbing and especially plumber Shon.

Had some plumbing that required a licensed plumber in my condo. Called this company and the estimate was very affordable, so decided to go with them.
Technician named Darren came up to do the work and he was freakin awesome. He did everything we wanted plus some small work in the time they estimated it in. This guy was a hard worker and he really came prepared. The quality of his work was great and I found no flaws.

Affordable, easy to schedule, on time, comes prepared, works efficiently, and great communication.

Definitely will do business with them in the future and I'll recommend everyone to use them.

I give out 1 star reviews about as often as hot chicks hand out their phone number to strangers in a nightclub. Therefore, a business has to be truly awful to elicit my wrath.

With Drain-N-Rooter, I have never encountered a more unprofessional and untrustworthy group of plumbers in my life.

Two days ago, my place had a clogged urinal which needed servicing so I called Drain-N-Rooter hoping to fix the problem quickly. After the plumber arrived, he spent almost an hour fiddling around the urinal. Afterwards he proclaimed that he was unable to unclog the pipe and the job required more drastic measures. He said he would return early in the morning with heavy duty equipment to take of the clog then he handed me an invoice for $196, even though he accomplished next to NOTHING.

The next day the plumber was a no-show. He finally answered his phone an hour later and apologized that he was unable to come due to unforseen circumstances. Instead he'd send on of his associates to take care of the urinal. Ok, fine, I rescheduled an appointment for the following day and again the plumber didn't show.

Incensed, I called them one up more time and advised them, with creative flair, what orifice they should explore with their plumbing snake.

BTW, I called Diamond Head Plumbing and they came within 1 hour and fixed the problem.
