I had the chance to work with Russell from Electric Plus. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the job in a timely manner. Our timer failed at our church and I was able to get the repair done within hours of reaching out to them. I plan on using the company in the future for electrical repairs.

Our house had been with power to our house for over 14 hours on a 90 degree day - no AC, no fans to cool is down. I called several electrical companies and No one was available to help us for several days. However, RC ELECTRIC recognized the importance and sent someone out the same day.
Ryan showed up an hour early was very helpful, honest, and pleasant. They helped us when we needed the most. They will definitely have our business in the future!! Thank you RC ELECTRIC

I had awashing machine that was new, shocking me. I called an electrician and he couldn;t figure it out so I called an appliance repair man thinking maybe the machine has an issue. He came out and said no, you need an electrician and pick a different one. I chose Brad and he came and was able to figure it out. Loose ground in a receptable in another room. Not the laundry room. What a relief. Glad I found a good electrician in Brad. I have Brad saved in my phone now and would highly recommend.

UPDATE: I am now engaging in a lawsuit with this company due to their unethical behavior and the fact that they voided the warranty on 3 of the 4 AC units they hooked up. They tried to lie and say they din't start up the units. Good thing I'm a big believer in video security and had video of them starting 2 of them.

Where do I start?
First, the "electricians" that they sent were not very competent. Had to come back to fix stupid mistakes that they had made. They didn't follow my instructions and hung all of our hanging circuits in one corner of the warehouse...which kind of defeats the purpose of hanging circuits. That mistake cost about $5,000, which they are not fixing. So I now have 16 circuits hanging in one corner of the warehouse instead of 16 circuits hanging in rows down the length of the warehouse.
Second, and this is where things really get insanely stupid, they phased 3 of our 4 air conditioners backwards. This caused the compressors to run backwards, both voiding the warranty and damaging the compressors to some degree, ensuring early failure. Again, no remuneration here.
Before I tell you how much all this cost, let me tell you about how I asked multiple times for the office to call me with an estimate, and once the work had begun, an approximate daily charge for labor. Nobody ever called. This part is my own fault for not seeing through the scam when nobody would tell me how much this would "cost", but I was busy moving my business and wrongfully put my trust in these idiots.
So, our grand tally to hang 16 circuits in the wrong place, hook up 3/4 of our $10,000 air conditioners backwards, and install about 8 more circuits (incorrectly) was over $13,000! More than twice the amount I was quoted by 2 other companies that just couldn't start as quick as I needed. Looking back, I should have known that an electrician who can start at a moment's notice probably isn't a very good one. They are probably about to go out of business and needed to pull a good scam on someone to keep the lights on.
At this point, I am considering filing a civil suit against this company and subpoenaing all of their receipts for job materials/etc to see just how dishonest they really are. I am also pulling video from the warehouse's security system to see how many hours I actually should have been charged for, which thankfully has long term digital storage.
I suppose I don't have to say at this point that nobody should ever use this company for anything. I'll be monitoring their review pages across multiple platforms with a service I use for my own company, as I have a feeling they're going to try and use another address to escape their earned reputation of being a horrible company to work with.
All of the statements made in this review should be considered only my personal opinion, and not a professional evaluation of the company. All statements made are from my memory, and could be (but in my opinion are not) inconsistent with actual facts in some areas. I'm giving this disclaimer at the direction of my company attorney because in my experience, companies like this one only survive by threatening slander exposes them for being the crooks that they are.
