Very professional. My parents had an outlet that was overloaded and we were afraid that it had gone out. When speaking with the owner he was very helpful. Told me pricing and then told me to try a few things before we set the appointment. Did what he said and the outlet worked and was able to find out that the appliances were shot due to the overloaded outlet. I will definitely call them again if we have any electrical issues and I will definitely recommend the company to all of my friends and family. Extremely helpful and very nice. If you are needing electrical work don't hesitate to call this company.

A few weeks ago I called to ask help with electrical issues. The volt was low and not getting enough energy. The lights kept flickering & can't even use the vacuum due to the lack of electricity. The person, I think Ken told us that it might be an issue with PG&E and recommend us to contact them first. If it's a PG&E issue they would come out to fix it for free. If it's not a PG&E issue, he will come out to see the problem. His advice helped saved us money because PG&E fixed it for free. Thank you and if I have other electrical issues, I'll for sure contact this person again.

Ken saved me hundreds of dollars by going through a basic diagnostic with me over the phone. I never knew there was a reset button on my garbage disposal, thought the entire thing was dead or the switch was dead, but after pressing that button it sprang back in action. I will definitely be using them when the need for an electrician arises. Thanks Ken!

Ken rescued us from a really tough situation. I'm sure everyone has a horror story about the contractor from hell, and we are no different. We had unknowingly hired an unlicensed electrician and were left with shoddy, half-complete, unlicensed work. Thankfully, I found Ken who was able to help us.
He was not only punctual, professional, and reasonably priced, he helped expedite our project, which had been dormant for over a year! I have definitely found my electrician - I can't recommend him enough.

I replaced an electric outlet in my kitchen and inadvertently hooked the power up backwards which apparently shorted out one of the breaker circuits In my breaker box.  This left me without power in our main bathroom, master bedroom, hallway and office/spare bedroom. Ken of AC3 LLC was one of only two electricians to return my call in a timely manner and was the only one that could come out and track down and fix the problem the same day. He was prompt, friendly, and diligent. I am very grateful he was available and will be using him for future electrical work I will be doing.

I called AC3LLC electric as the electricity in half my house was out. Ken and his helper quickly responded and was able to diagnose and repair a complicated problem to restore the electricity in my house which involved replacing an old electric panel and wiring. He was able to get the necessary clearances from both the City and PG&E to get my electric turned back on. He kept me informed of his progress and explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand.

Same day response and in-person consultation in less than 5 hours, on a SATURDAY.  Free consultation recommended getting seen by PG&E before pursuing electrical work, which is ultimately what we needed.  Fast, knowledgeable, honest. Its obvious he has many years of experience in the field.  Keeping this contact for if/when we ever need an experienced electrician.

The other day I heard a fuse blow while using our garbage disposal. My husband and I tried to fix it and we couldn't get it to turn back on. The fuse was connected to our big appliances in the the kitchen so we were stressing out. I called Ken and he tried to help me over the phone to fix the problem. We couldn't get it to work and within 15 minutes Ken came to the rescue. Our electrical set up was an ordeal and Ken was awesome and fixed the shit show for us. He socially distanced and wore a mask. He followed up a few days later and brought a blank cover outlet for our garage.
We will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Ken!

I was looking to upgrade my old electrical panel and install an EV level 2 charger. Ken did a fantastic job. He gave a quick estimate, got permits and finished the job on schedule. He kept me updated when things came up and kept things moving. Electrical downtime was minimal. My family was staying with me briefly and he was kind and polite to them. Would highly recommend.

I had a frustrating, ongoing electrical issue at my commercial property that was plaguing my tenants for months. A couple of other electricians failed to solve the problem but Ken came through and fixed the problem over a couple of days of work.

Ken is responsive, professional, and conducts his business with integrity. I can't thank him or recommend him enough. I will hire him again for any issue that comes up!

I called on a Sunday to see if they could come out to fix an power outlet that was not working.  Ken walked us through several steps on the phone to see if we could pin point the problem.  He was very patient and helpful and he told us what to do to test and restart the power.  It was amazing to get this kind of helpful service on the phone.   I would highly recommend AC3 LLC!!
You don't often run across such honest professionals.   Thank you Ken!

The lights in my bedroom and bathroom went out this morning. We were really stressed out since it's a tough time to find help.

Called Ken and left a message - in 2 hours he was as at my house looking into the problem.

Ken was very upfront about practicing social distancing, wearing a mask & gloves during the house call AND that he also expected me to do the same around him. I'm very appreciative that he was being so careful. He found the problem quickly and fixed everything. Really thankful and would recommend him to folks who need help.

The outlets in my bedroom (which would function only with a light switch) went out a few months ago and I put off calling an electrician. Then my garbage disposal stopped working so I put out a request for an electrician at 7:30pm - Ken was the first to respond (in under 20 mins) and was willing to come tonight. Ken was at my door in less than an hour from my first request. Originally, he left within 15 mins because we thought he fixed/addressed everything. But within a few mins the outlets stopped working. He then drove back to my house (after 9pm on a Monday) to finish the job. Ken was able to locate the problem outlet and even do a lil rewiring to ensure my outlets worked without the need of a light switch. In less than 3 hours Ken was able to confirm time slot, identify the issues, and fix them. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Our neighborhood had power surge during high wind and had Ken come to fix it for our house. The demand for electricians were huge this week so he couldn't get us detailed report but he kindly called us to inform its coming. The work, suggestions, and communications were great. Thanks!

Our house was built in the mid-60s and we were having problems with a hall light fixture and 2 light fixtures in the kitchen. Sometimes they would work, but sometimes they just wouldn't turn on even if you jiggled the switch. I reached out to our usual electricians, but they were no longer in business, so I looked for someone near our home in El Sobrante. Ken was able to come out quickly and fix the problem for us. He replaced a 3-way switch in the kitchen that now works beautifully and identified a light fixture that needed to be replaced. He made some suggestions for better lighting in the kitchen and also offered to come out to help install new fixtures. We would definitely call him again.

We needed urgent help with the outlet in our laundry room. We called three electricians, and Ken was the only one that called back quickly. He arrived at my house 2 minutes early, he was very friendly and professional, and he fixed the issue with ease. I would highly recommend him, and we will be using him again should the need arise.

Trying to make an appointment, but the electrician doesn't answer the phone. He then sends text instead and complicates things. Very rude, do not recommend.

The business owner was very nice, genuine to speak with. He guided us through some troubleshooting and we did  not not even have to have him come in to troubleshoot.  Good character is hard to find, and this only makes me want to consider AC3 for future work!

I so much appreciate the help that I received. I will be happy to call them whenever I have an electrical problem again It isn't often these days the technicians or companies reach out with help without a large   fee.  Instead focusing on service as well

I recently had a residential electrical issue where an outlet that was controlled by a switch did not work in a bedroom for a rental that I own in Richmond. To make matters worst, ibis happened on a Saturday afternoon and the issue needed to be corrected by Monday, otherwise my county section 8 assistance would be suspended. I contacted Ken at All current Electric and he was working on another job but said he could come out but it would be later in the evening. Ken called about 2 hits later and said he could come sooner.

Once Ken arrived, we went right to work fixed the issue and he discovered another potential issue where some electrical wires were just tapped together that could come loose later and cause another issue. Ken fixed the original issue and did not charge for the other issue he found and fixed. Who does that now a days, Ken does. Ken is a honest hard working individual that I plan to use on any future jobs. Thank you Ken, you're a life saver and you are someone I can trust and your rates are reasonable,

So glad I found Ken on Yelp! I picked him because the great reviews, and cute family portrait ;).  He was super responsive and called me back in less than 30 mins. And luckily, due to a cancellation, he was able to come out and fix our faulty outlets in the kitchen just a few hours later the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He  also gave me a short but informative lesson on what caused the problem, and how to potentially prevent and fix it myself in the future. Ken will be on speed dial for all our future electrical issues!

It nice having a company that's honest and does professional work. As a women, sometimes we feel taken advantage of because our lack of knowledge.  Ken did a great job explaining the problem and worked within my budget. Will definitely recommend and use him again .

This morning our power in three rooms shut off. We went to the breaker box but nothing was working. I reached out at 7am and an appointment was scheduled for 4pm. They arrived early and were able to check out our breaker and diagnose the problem.

The issue was corrected and good advice was given. I will definitely be coming back for all electrical needs.

Excellent service and knowledge and glad that they're local!

What do you do when you're living in a 60 to 70 year old house and the electrical is that old and gives up, complete with Sparks and fear of fire???  If you're really lucky, there's no fire but Yelp has a listing for a dynamic electrician. Ken M., the owner of AllCurrent Electric, found out what happened, gave me a half hour window for his arrival and was here a few minutes early.  He was awesome, explaining what he was doing, why the old electrical failed, and finished in less than half an hour.  Could not have asked for a nicer, more informative, honest, kind person to do business with.  I will definitely be calling again because this house isn't getting any younger!  Thank you, Ken. You are someone I know I can trust!

Called several electricians in the area.  He was the only one with a same day call back.  Made time at the end of his day to come and fix the problem.  Excellent service and fair pricing.  Honest business man. Highly recommend him.

Ken is amazing.  Our power went out in our basement at 6am, we found Ken on Yelp and he was booked all day, he offered to come to our home in San Francisco at 9pm on a Friday night.  Ken showed up earlier than originally planned. He diagnosed and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes.  Very professional and super nice guy! And all at a reasonable rate!  Have added Ken to my contact list and will call for any electrical needs should we need in the future. Highly recommend.
