HISTORY
Established in 2016.
Initially the idea came about when thinking of the need there is for home automation systems and energy efficiency. By Lex’s experience in building failover data center systems, it was time those technologies are brought into the residential market. Together with a family member we quickly formulated a plan to stand up an electrical business that would cater to those interested in sustainability and energy efficiency.

Our mission is to provide California home & business owners the ability to consume clean energy, such as what solar panels and backup batteries produce, therefore relying less on dirty/damaging fossil fuels, all while decreasing your carbon footprint. Creating solutions that provide families a cleaner and safer future by building a smarter energy grid! We offer a number of other services, but here is a glance on our focus. Lex not only was the best electrician, but he was a kind human being.
Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!
We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.
We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.
10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

Lex is professional and installs quickly! He uses the top quality materials, so there's no worry about failure. He informs me of the upfront costs and is obsessed with perfection!
He installed my credit card readers at my store, and went above and beyond by cleaning my machines too hahah.
He's my secret weapon when it comes to tackling difficult wiring!

Lex and his team did a great job replacing our old lighting and installing recessed lighting throughout our entire house. Communication and follow through was seamless, he had valuable insight into every inquiry, and we're super happy with the quality of their work! Electrical work isn't something we would ever mess with and it's comforting to know that Lex is so extremely qualified. We will definitely be using ONE10 for all future needs and will refer him to our family and friends- they'll be in good hands.
ONE10 delivered when I needed it most. Lex and his son Jaden, came by and got my whole interior and exterior lighting system updated and looking great in less than 2 hours. Efficient, knowledgeable and most of all, skilled perfectionists. I recommend them to anyone looking to update their home or business.

ONE10 has been a pleasure to work with. Not only do I use ONE10 at my business, but also hired ONE10 to install additional electrical in my backyard, he's worked on my driveway gates and also traveled to my vacation home in Reno to install new lighting. Every time he finishes a job it's always done right the first time. Lex communicates very well, he's efficient and very prompt on time. I am always recommending him to anyone looking for electrical work.
