I have been using Flow Masters for the past 3 years for all my plumbing needs.  They are responsive, courteous and have been able to fix all my plumping needs.  I highly recommend them.

30+ years as a homeowner I've seen a lot of plumbers, but Flow masters is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Whenever I call even after hours, someone would pick up their response time was quick and they would've done the repair work the next day, but they had to order the part, best of all they're their estimate was so reasonable.

Pipe under kitchen sink sprung a leak on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving around 5:30 pm. Called a plumber we'd used before; they answered but kept hanging up on me. Then I remembered Flow Masters, which had serviced our condo before as well. Connor answered right away, was his usual cheery and friendly self, and arranged for us to be serviced the next morning at 8 am.

Willie arrived on time the next morning, was friendly and efficient, and took care of another minor issue for us (no extra charge).

We've used many plumbers in S.F. over the years, with spotty results. Flow Masters is our top choice from now on!

My tankless water heater stopped working and I contacted the manufacturer and they referred me to Conor at Flow Masters. Conor came out to assess my situation and had Alberto scheduled to come and service my tankless water heater the very next morning. Alberto did an amazing job. He diagnosed the problems both with the tankless water heater and the exhaust and fixed everything that day. I'm super grateful and appreciate Alberto's work and Conor for making this happen.

My husband called Flow Masters Plumbing because we were hearing loud noise in the pipe, they were very responsive, they came to the house to inspect the same day and helped us to resolve the issue even without charging us. Best business in town!

Jose and Nixon from Flow Masters came out to temporarily move our water heaters to the middle of our basement as the first phase in a foundation replacement. They were communicative, professional, friendly, and efficient. The work and clean-up was very tidy.

With backup in our sink and poor drainage out of our washer I knew we had a problem. I called Flow Masters in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon - thank goodness! It took several attempts to track the backup point but they found a huge problem with pipe connections that had stopped the flow of toilet paper. They corrected the connections & increased the pipe diameter and we're good to go! The team was professional, polite, kept us informed and were really tidy. I highly recommend Flow Masters.

We hired Flow Masters to do annual maintenance and also install a seismic shut off valve on our gas line.  Connor and Beto did a great job!

My radiant heat system had some zones that were not working and they replaced some valves of some sort. What a relief ! Finally we have heat all the way through the house.. my kids are super happy! They also did a maintenance on my boiler and said I should really be done once a year. Seemed  like a good crew. I'm planning to get them back every year now to service my system.

My htp Phoenix high efficiency water heater stopped working at the start of the cold snap, disabling my underfloor radiant heat and household hot water.  Tired of service techs that did not know about my equipment, I contacted the manufacturer, which put me in touch with the regional sales distributor.  Steve at Action Sales, quickly put me in touch with Conner at Flow Masters.  Conner arranged to come down and check out my problem the next day.  He diagnosed the problem as incorrect installation by the original contractor.  They had simply failed to protect the air intake vent from the rain.  Moist air had been blowing into the fan and burn unit, eventually causing the fan unit to seize.  Water was also leaking from around the the burner chamber, so I decided to replace rather than repair the existing water heater.  The technician Beto, came down the next day to start prep work.  The new boiler was installed during the next 3 days.

I can't say enough good things about everyone involved in this chain of events.  The manufacturer and sales rep were very quick to connect me to Flow Masters.  Conner was very knowledgeable about the products and candid about the risks of repair or replace.  Beto was prompt, courteous, very respectful of my property.  Everyday before leaving, he would clean up his work area.  The new system was seamlessly mated into the existing plumbing.  He also is in possession of some wonderful professional tools.  Beto really put in the extra effort to bring up my hot water as soon as possible.  The new tankless boiler works so much better than the old system.  Beto also took the time to explain the system to me, the changes he made, and importantly, the maintenance required.

Hired flow masters to come in and replace my garbage disposal that went out.  Communication was clear, quick and the job was done same day as I accepted the offer.  Very professional workers and left my sink area cleaner than they found it!  Great company and would use them again with confidence!

Fantastic service from these guys (Mr Connor).  Had a plumbing issue.   Messaged them, they responded immediately with a suitable time to visit.  He did a thorough inspection, gave a clear picture of the various problems and offered both a replacement and repair solution.  I received a quote from the company within an hour of his visit!  OUTSTANDING!  Thank you Connor!

We have used Flow Masters for our plumbing for a few years now and they have always been responsive and always seem to get to the root of the problem. Recently we had a burst water pipe behind a wall at 9:30 on a Sunday night. Long shot, but we called the 24 hour number and Connor, who has overseen work at our house answered the phone.  He patiently walked us through how to shut off water to the house and was there with his crew, along with our contractor, who removed the soaked sheet rock, first thing the next morning and replaced the rusted elbow joint the correct way. We then decided to fix a long standing problem with our drain lines which were beneath the floor of the same room and he spent the next week replacing pipes and grading it properly. All told, to be as responsive and to schedule us in right away for the additional work is why we love and recommend Flow Masters.

Flow Masters was referred to us as part of our driveway pavement project.  It was a good opportunity to replace the ancient sewer lines.  Conor was prompt in giving us an estimate of the job involved.  The project team worked under a very short time frame and cleared our installation with the City on the second day.  Conor was always courteous and informative.  We got detailed pictures of the pipes under the driveway for documentation.

Our boiler was making a groaning noise and vibrating the wall of our home.  Flow Masters made sure to get us scheduled quickly and serviced the unit.  I appreciated the detailed photos of the before and after showing what they  had done to resolve the issue and Alberto who did the work super professional and patient with all the questions we asked.  Highly recommend for any needs.

Connor from Flow Masters has saved me twice from a dying home heat system in cold conditions so far this fall and winter.

Both times, he went out of his way to secure parts on short notice. In fact, I'm writing this on Christmas Eve, when he came out at 8am to fix my boiler which died two days ago, leaving my home frigid (okay, by SF standards, but still!).

Beyond his skill, he's just super nice and easy to work with.

One of our hydronic radiant heating zones stopped working.  Flow Masters Plumbing was highly recommended by Pace Plumbing Supplies, which was where our original plumber bought our radiant heating system.  Pace also provided some install consultation to our original plumber.

Connor, who serviced our radiant heat system, was very friendly, professional and showed up with a mask on (for Covid prevention).  He found the problem very quickly, addressed it and also took a quick inspection of the system to make sure everything looked good including sending a scope into the embedded pipe to make sure hot/warm water is being distributed throughout the zone.  It's nice to have our heat back!
We're very happy with the service provided and will definitely contact them again for future service needs.

Did the work just fine. However, they are very expensive and no description of specific work done on the receipt. When I called for more info never received a call back.

Great experience! Just before a holiday weekend, we lost access to hot water and Connor was extremely responsive. He and his tech came out quickly and repaired the problem (we have radiant heat and not many plumbers know how to work with our system). Great communication and quality of work.  and he and his tech came out quickly, Highly recommend.

I used them in March, and should have written this earlier. I would advise making sure u know their rates and what they propose to do. Our tub leaked and it turned out the plumber needed a part to test the drain, and had to,leave to go get it since it wasn't in his truck. Turned out he couldn't fix the problem (understandable, it was the tub, not the drain) but wow, the charge was the hourly rate of $250, for 11/2 hours due to the trip to get the needs part, so $375! No break for me in light of the fact that he couldn't fix it!

On time, does good work, and friendly, but very expensive for a basic boiler service.

The drain pipe from our tub cracked and was raining water into the garage. Conor came to check it out. The job was straightforward but because the pipes were behind the furnace and nearly impossible to get to, we had to have the furnace moved. Conor made sure he devised the best plan for the job that minimized the disruption to us (another plumber told us he would rip out the bathtub and go in from above - costing us over twice what Flow Masters charged us!), while still delivering high-quality work. He was in and out in one day, problem solved and at the best price amongst all the bidders. I would highly recommend Flow Masters for plumbing work in your house.

Our project involved the complete rebuilding of an older structure in a difficult site.  The building is 4 stories, divided into 3 apartments, for a total of 2800 square feet, and all of the plumbing was essentially on one wall.  They did all of the plumbing from the gas and water mains on.  They did 3 tankless combi boilers, all hot and cold water for 3 full baths and a powder room, 3 kitchens, 3 laundries, radiant heat for all 4 floors, 3 gas ranges and 3 gas fireplaces, and drainage systems for a flat roof and a 23 x 4 light well, all to meet demanding San Francisco plumbing codes.  There isn't a plumbing problem that we didn't encounter, and there is no plumbing situation we can imagine anyone in the City might have that we didn't encounter.  Our project was so complex that another contractor theorized that the site was haunted.  When we checked Flow Master's references before engaging them, one reference (a general contractor) actually said that he hesitated to recommend them because they are so good he was afraid that they would get so much work that they wouldn't be able to accommodate his projects.  We feel the same way, so we got Conor to promise that we would always be their clients and that, if we needed them, Flow Master would help us.  Finally, our electrical contractor had a girlfriend who was a plumbing engineer in Russia, and she wanted to see as many U.S. plumbing installations as she could.  We gave her permission to look at our plumbing before the drywall went up.  She spent two hours at our site and then told us that she had looked at more than 40 sites, and ours was the highest quality she had ever seen.  Flow Master did all of this work brilliantly, on time, and on budget, and their bid was reasonable and firm, despite the complexity.  10 stars!

I have had Flow Masters work on our radiant  heating system as well as our plumbing in the past and turned to them again when our 60 year old radiant heating system started again having problems. Connor is a well known and trusted part of the company and it was a pleasure to have him work on our system again. First, he thoroughly diagnosed the problem and researched the best solution (versus a quick fix). He explained the rationale towards his solution and how in the long term, it was the most cost effective; it also provided the most flexibility as well as an upgrade to our present home heating system. The front office was very efficient in providing the paperwork and facilitating the scheduling (have you ever experienced calling a contractor, leaving a message and never getting a response?) and the estimate I believe to be more than fair and competitive. In addition, the work ended up to be more complex than originally planned, yet Flow Master followed through on completing the repair in a competent, professional and respectful manner consistent with their original estimate. I recommend that you first turn to Flow Master for your heating and plumbing needs.

Great company with top-notch plumbers. Owner Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with in the estimation phase, and Connor executed a complex installation of a tankless combi water heater the very next day. Very professional operation all around, and they executed the work with speed and grace.

We had Flow Masters Plumbing do some work for us during a renovation. They updated plumbing in a new powder room and did some plumbing in an existing powder room. The staff were professional, responded to questions that we had and gave us some tips for avoiding plumbing problems in the future.
