Andy and Abraham from All Plumbing were absolutely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This company is great and reliable and very friendly. They were in and out and we couldn't even tell they removed and put in a new toilet upon completion. The work they did is top notch thank you guys for all you do we appreciate the hard work. Amazing service, reasonable price, these young men are almost too good to be true. Professional in appearance and mannerism. Punctual and efficient. I do not have enough words to describe these young men, and I mean young, they did not look a day over 19.  Alex and Steven came to my rescue one Friday evening after either being turned down or quoted astronomical prices by around eight other plumbing companies. My sewage system was backed up and I had water halfway up my toilet and flowing into the rest of the house. They assessed the situation and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes for a fraction of what others were asking. They even offered to help me mop up the water!
Similar story for my garbage disposal a few months later and this time I got Andy and Chris. Yup, I got the same excellent service!

Where do I start? This was the only company to accept the bid from our home warranty company. As a military family, we have moved A LOT and the warranty companies don't usually use the best service providers. This was NOT the case. From the very beginning, it was by far the best experience I've had...especially with plumbers (cue the scary, dramatic music). Ivette, the scheduler, was extremely polite and easy to work with. If you happen to not get Ivette, the other adorable lady that answers in Virginia, who is mama bear. This is a family company and it truly feels like dealing with family. Joe, papa bear and his two sons, Alex and Andy, had to make two visits to the house to first inspect and then replace/service our water heaters. One was 15 years old and needed to go and the other had never been serviced. Joe had the engineer for the water heater company on speed dial and spent a few hours troubleshooting everything. He went to bat with the warranty company to have the old heater replaced and they did an amazing job installing and getting everything up to code. They even fixed our kitchen faucet, a leak in the kitchen, and a few other loose ends around the house. Simply the best experience working with a company. They were punctual, hard working and genuine good people. Please use them for all your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!

All Plumbing & Air Solutions is without question a superior company!  I needed a new water heater which is a priority when there isn't any hot water.  My first call was with Joe - he really impressed me as he was professional, caring and really knew about water heaters.  He explained the process as our unit was possibly under warranty and he told me he would send someone out  same day to take the required photos to send into the company to see if covered.  He also stated he would immediately search for the replacement part as we all know there are supply chain issues.  The next morning (as company was closed previous day for the holiday) Joe let me know the unit was covered under the warranty, the part had been located and it would be installed later in the day!  I spoke with Yvette to set up the appointment and she was very courteous.  Alex was the installer and was professional, wore a mask and gloves, cleaned up the area and sent photos.  We have had many plumbers over the years and not one was at this high level.  All Plumbing & Air Solutions is professional and they do what they say they are going to do which isn't the norm in this industry.  I highly recommend them!  Thank you to Joe, Alex and Yvette for providing exceptional service!  We will be recommending your company to all our friends and family!

Every toilet,bathtub and sink in our home decided to clog all at once, on a Sunday evening. We called All Plumbing  Solutions and they sent Alex and Steven out. The were awesome - the main line was cleared in less than an hour for a reasonable price !!!!! Highly recommended!

Great service! Just bought a home in Riverside and there was a leak in my  bathroom going down to living room floor.  Alex and his team came out and were very helpful,  informative on diagnosing situation and coming up with a resolution. Professional team and reliable.   Definitely  will use again...if needed.

BEST SERVICE and BEST PRICE ever. If you have plumbing issues, dont even sweat looking for other places. Literally I have called 10 other places but they all failed me to offer anything that satisfied me. But this place right here, they tried to help me with anything to solve my clogging issues without any payment. I'm writing this as the crew are finishing the trim on my bathroom remodel. From start to finish, Joe, Chris, Alex & Steven exceeded my expectations. As we all know, remodeling is stressful and it's somewhat rare that you find a contractor that is timely, honest, professional, considerate, trustworthy and reasonably priced. But, you will receive all of this and more from these guys. They did a full tub, new valve install and double sink reconfiguration. I have an old home so the walls are not square. In addition, I had I non- conventional shower system. They communicated exactly what had to be done with the tile guy to ensure workability. When I ran in to issues, Joe was a phone call away. I really appreciated the prompt communication from Virgnia and Joe that turned this project from a headache to a piece of cake. They came highly recommended and I'm very happy I chose them. All Plumbing Solutions was one of several recommended plumbers by someone on social media. I decided to give them a try and my first impression with their office was very good, they had Joe call me right away! He was able to find that our water heater was still under warranty and took care of ordering the replacement parts from the manufacturer that were sent to me by FedEx and he was able to come out right away to repair the vent pipe and install the WH parts knowing that we hadn't had hot water for several days. Joe, Alex and George were all professional. We are happy with the service and price too. Would recommend this company!

The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my water heater were nice and thorough.  They deemed it unrepairable and said they would report that to the warranty company for replacement.  However, that report was not submitted for 9 days after the service appointment. It's been over 2 weeks now that i haven't had hot water.  Obviously very inconvenient!

This company is great. Their plumbers are polite and they get the job done in a timely manner. I felt very happy using them and I would use them in the future. The two gentleman who came to fix my pluming problems, Alex and Steven were great. Thank you for your awesome work.

Joseph from All Plumbing Solutions is fantastic. The guy is so informative and friendly, I feel the company should be called Joseph's Plumbing. He done 3 different jobs for us, and I can whole heartedly recommend him for any plumbing project.

Joseph installed our water heater in 3 hours, which included him running to the store to pick up a fitting that I should have been provided when I bought the water heater. The work is flawless and he left the worksite even cleaner than he found it. What I recommend most about this company is how comfortable Joseph makes you feel, never did I feel we were being price gouged because he informs you about the entire process.

Joseph has also installed a new shower valve and head when we had our bathroom remodeled. I called Joseph a week before the tile guy arrived, just to ensure his schedule was open and Joseph contacted the tile workers to ensure they used tile and backer board of a specific thickness to ensure our valve fit perfectly.

A great guy who defines the word Customer Service. I highly recommend him for your next plumbing project, or yearly maintenance needs. We signed up to have him come out and snake the main drain once a year to ensure we don't run into any heavy problems. You can't go wrong with All Plumbing Solutions.

We called on Monday night about two backed up sinks, and by Tuesday morning they were good as new! Alex and Chris worked on the sinks and I was so impressed by their professionalism and great service. They were fairly priced and they responded so quickly! I will definitely be calling them again for any future issues that arise.

One of the best companies I've ever had do any work on my home. I will surely be sticking with them in the future I want to thank Lucas, as well as Brian for the exceptional service and making me wholeafter my breakers got cut in the middle of the night. I don't know what I would've done without them. Their reassurance and their sense of urgency to get me whole before I lost all my food, or even just another's day without being without power.

I would not recommend this business as they told me that I will have to wait 5 days before someone could come out.

It's Friday and the lady on the phone told me that it would be next Wednesday at the earliest. Our hot water heater is down and have no hot water in the house.

This is so unacceptable especially for a 24/7 business. I certainly do not recommend this business at all.

We were SUPER IMPRESSED by All Plumbing Solution's! They had great customer service - from the initial phone call to the service. Good pricing - when every other company I called wanted to charge me nearly double. They showed up for the appointment on time.  The servicemen, Alex and Steven, were respectful, quick, and VERY CLEAN. We were expecting to clean up a mess due to past experiences with other plumbing companies, but when they were done, they had cleaned up after themselves as well as the mess from the clogged drain. We will definitely be calling them again should we have any future plumbing issues and will be referring them to our friends and family!

Very quick to respond amazing customer service! Came out for a warranty claim for water heater turned out that the fittings were not installed correctly. They took care of getting the correct authorization from the home warranty within a couple of days and completed the work. Very happy with there work.

I can't understand why the boss let his 18 years old son do my job again.
Last month he changed showers head and made other side good bathroom shower leaking.
The boy say leaks from inside of wall. It is good before he did the job. Very strange?
Always say busy and need waiting long time for came back.
Second time I find no hot water when the boy left.
I asked boss(father) go my home himself and Don't let his boy take my house as a laboratory.
He fix the problems finally.

Yesterday this company came out to help me with a clog in my shower. I called on Sunday for an appointment on Monday and they made it out here the next morning BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. The reps they sent were so professional and polite. The window they gave me was 10-12:00, but he called me at about 8:45 and said they could come early if I was available...YES PLEASE! Who wants to wait around all day for a service provider. They had shoe booties, LOVE... and they wore mask. They finished quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services. A+ service. Also, I must mention the girl that made my appointment was super nice and helpful as well. Thank you all around!

We were having some water pressure issues in our home, we called All Plumbing right away. They were out the next day, they arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. They accessed our issues and had us diagnosed in no time. They were super friendly and very reasonable in price. They provide a great service, I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs. I've probably called at least 4 places to price match for a snaking service (service used to unclog your pipe), and 3 places offered me a price higher than $150. However, I decided to call all plumbing solutions only to find out that the price to snake will cost me $75. Unlike any other plumbers, All Plumbing Solution's advertises low price and follows through with it. While they were fixing our drain, Joe(the owner) informed us about what had caused the clog and carefully explained what not to do so that it won't clog next time. I highly recommend calling All Plumbing Solution's for the most AFFORDABLE plumbing services. In addition, best customer service ever.

These guys are professionals, they showed up with masks, gloves and they have booties.
They did hydro jet for the kitchen sink, and the build up was crazy. After completing the hydro jet, then ran a camera to make sure the pipes are cleared out, but Andy (the best guy ever) noted some areas that still have grease in there, so he reran the hydro jet again to make sure all clear.

Our shower lost pressure and stopped producing hot water this past weekend so I reached out to All Plumbing & Air Solutions and they arrived on time as promised and quickly fixed my shower the next day. Respectful of the pandemic, they demonstrated excellent safety precautions to ensure that my family and I felt safe, which is really important to us right now. Andy and Steven were professional,  friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk through the problem and what they did to get it back running as expected. Thank you for the great service!!!!!!

Showed up in an hour as promised.  They worked very hard to clear my toilet in the least expensive manor, and explained clearly why it would cost more.  They answered questions about other plumbing issues and offered some advice that saved me a lot of money on a different project.  When done, they cleaned up very carefully and thoroughly exlained their charges.

I would certainly hire them again.

Called LATE Saturday afternoon. I live near Dana Point and my tenant in Riverside reporter water under the carpet. They were on scene in 30 minutes and solved my problem for $89 and kept me informed of their progress.  Great customer service and relieved us of worry and expense.

The father/son team of Joe and Andy were punctual and ready to knock out the task at hand. Great work, excellent communication, and thorough explanations. We've used them several times with both our plumbing and A/C needs, and they knocked it out of the park each time! Highly recommended!!

All Plumbing & Air came out on an emergency call after our A/C condensation flooded our home. They identified and fixed the problem quickly and were kind and respectful to us and our home. We will definitely use their services again should we run into any issues. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Joe and his crew are Beyond Trustworthy and Dependible-  couldnt ask for more !  

The first job was a random plumber-  out of the hat-  but Joe came out quickly and unclogged our kitchen drain -  he offered the standard roto rooter but recommended the pressure clean !  Even does a followup clean at 1 year !

Today we had a water leak,  called for urgent help and Joe was here .  In addition he called a restoration company for me that was just as excellent as Joe . He explained the problem and his proposed fix.  Both of them turned a major flooding disaster in to a manageable mess.

Cant get better or more honest service than Joe at All Solutions !

All Plumbing Solutions came out today and fix the leak inside my shower. I want to thank Joe and his crew they did a wonderful job. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. They were very helpful and knowledgeable quick and clean. Thanks again Kim

Our shower drain was backing up, we ran a cheap-o snake on it a few times and a garden hose. It would work for an hour or so then start backing up. after a few weeks and maybe 4 home repair attempts. We called All Plumbing Solution's, We told the secretary our problem. She said even though they had a job in about an hour she would send 2 guys right over because it was just a snaking job.

Andy showed up within 15 minutes, and Alex was here a few minutes later. They had the job done in about 45 minutes tops. It was a bit more work than they anticipated, they ended up having to go get a bigger auger.  After snaking it once they poured a 5 gallon bucket of water down, and it drained slow. After snaking it 2 more times with the larger one. They poured 3 5 gallon buckets down and it drained perfectly. They still charged us exactly what we were quoted on the phone. When I had fixed it myself (lol) it would work for about an hour. But after seeing 15 gallons of water go down the drain in 60 seconds I knew it was fixed. A shower head puts out less than 2 gallons a minute. And before they came it was stopping up after about 3 minutes (6 gallons) So to see 15 gallons swirl right down in seconds was awesome.  And they said if that it backs up again to call. I'm confident they fixed it though.

Both were extremely nice, even with me bothering them with a lot of silly plumbing question.  They explained everything to me. If we ever need more plumbing these will definitely be the people I call.  They were CHEAPER than the other 4 plumbers I called, and they were here super quick.

Alex & Steven are super professional and most important honest!  After so many quotes, they had the best price and their work is Bad A$&!  They are punctual, in fact they show up a couple minutes early.  And, they wear masks. Great experience and I will highly recommend them.

We had a main line water leak right after the handoff from the municipal water district. The leak was discovered late on a Thursday afternoon. I originally hired a friend of a friend to repair the leak, which failed after his first attempt (completed at 11pm at night). He said he'd be back in the morning and ever returned. We ended up getting a referral to Joe at All Plumbing Friday morning. After a single call, Joe and Oscar were in sight within two hours and began the repair. Not only was the repair done perfectly, they even cleaned up the mess that the other guy left.

While I hope to never need a plumber again, I would certainly give Joe at All Plumbing a call.

Our almost 7 years old tankless water heater started leaking about 2 months ago. It was still under warranty fortunately. We called All plumbing to get a quote for the installation and less than 4 hours later the new tank was installed and working great. Efficient and excellent customer service. These guys are awesome. When Alex and Steven walked in right on time, they looked so young, you could have mistaken them for college freshman. But they were quick and efficient plumbers who knew what they were doing. They were most respectful, clean, well-groomed, and answered all of my questions addressing me as sir.
They installed a new water heater and replaced an angle stop valve under the laundry room sink in an hour. I asked that they check the water pressure and did so without any fuss. They then cleaned up afterward and hauled out the old unit.

Called All Plumbing and George picked up. He knew exactly what was the issue and even provided a cheaper solution since I already spent so much in DIY. Well... I opted out and need the quick service because time conflicting. He understood and quickly sent his boys. Young. Professional. Courteous. And the job was done in 15 minutes. Praise God.. the plumber has come, fixed the problem and gone. Shout out to  All Plumbing & Air Solutions out of Riverside, Ca! This is a family owned business, a father (Joe) and his 2 sons (Alex & Andy)! They're so awesome, after I saw their Yelp reviews I was excited I got them through a referral from my home warranty company and they did not disappoint! Joe and Andy came and they were courteous, professional, COVID SAFE..and knowledgeable about what they were doing! They came out quick due to an emergency flood last night (they were the only 1 out of 5 companies called last night that responded) and they fixed the issue and educated me on some plumbing stuff, which I appreciate so much!  I just truly and humbly thank God! Also, shout out to my home warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty for keeping me posted even after midnight letting me know they would keep trying to get someone out A.S.A.P.!

A shower valve broke at nighttime just before we went to bed and we couldn't stop the flow without turning water off for the whole house!

The next morning (Saturday) we started calling plumbers to see if someone could come out.  Everyone seemed booked solid for weeks!  

Then came All Plumbing Solutions who told me they could have someone out there in the afternoon between 3 and 6 pm!  Yes!

Amazingly, at about 10:45 am I got a call from Steven and Alex letting me know they were on their way and would be here in about 15 minutes!  They arrived right around 11am.  I met them outside and told them about the problem, and they went right to work.  Less than 10 minutes later, they were done and the shower valve was fixed!  Both of them were very courteous and professional too!  

This seems to be a very well managed and well staffed plumbing company.  I can't praise Steven and Alex enough for their service!  Great job, All Plumbing Solutions!

I've had plumbing issues twice in the last six months and each time I've called All Plumbing Solutions. The first issue was with my hall bath toilet, two guys came out to fix it the same day and a few weeks later I had the same issue so I called back and the owner himself came out and fixed it for free since they had used a faulty pipe before. The second issue was a main drain clog and again they came out the same day and so far no further issues. All of the guys who have come out have been very friendly and overall it's been pleasant doing business with them. Fingers crossed I have no further issues but if I do, I know who I'll call.

I always see these good fellas out on the field doing their thing around the city, Joe runs a fantastic crew, a crew you can count on to get the job done no matter the size. They are my go to when wvwr i need plumbing work. Thank you plenty fellas, always awesome running into you all.

On the evening of 4/24/20, I noticed that my AC was blowing out hot air and that the motor outside was making a loud noise until it would just shut down after a few minutes of being on - Needless to say, the AC was not working. I called one company that evening who said they would contact me the next morning to setup a service visit that same day, but I didn't receive a call at all. On the morning of 4/25/20, I called a few local repair companies, but they were not available until later in the week given the sudden heatwave and understandable influx of service requests. However, I was able to connect with All Plumbing & Air Solutions that morning at 9a and they were able to have someone at my place that same day between 11a-1p. I received a call from Joe at 1230p letting me know that they were en route and they arrived just a few minutes thereafter. Joe arrived with another technician (I forget his name) and they both were very polite, professional and helpful! They allowed me to watch the repair and they went above and beyond in providing me some tips on different maintenance techniques for future use. In the end, they were able to solve the issue with the battery, providing me with a 1-year warranty and the cost was very reasonable considering their quick response and thorough service! I will definitely contact them for any future needs and would recommend them to others. Thank you for your help!
