I began my search for a local plumber to change out my water heater. I looked on HomeAdvisor and sent my specifications and needs to a couple of plumbers. FPS was not one whom I sent the specifications. I was only contacting 3 at a time to control the communications. Dustin from FPS saw my posting and CALLED me. Dustin was the only plumber who called me on the phone and answered all my question. Everyone else was sending text and email messages, thus making it harder to compare services and prices. I chose Dustin of FPS Plumbing because he made my decision making EASY.

Dustin came out and did an excellent job of changing out my water heater. The whole time he was here, my wife and I talked to him. We got a very good insight into his experience and character. We would RECCOMEND FPS PLUMBING without exception!

Dustin is awesome!! He came on time as communicated. Tameka texted me with his status, so that I know he is on his way.
Also they gave me a quote ahead of time.
He replaced 4 leaking sprinklers control and they all work perfectly afterwards. He even dig up the dirt to make sure no leak from the pipe underneath.
Very reasonable price and highly recommended to anyone that needs plumbing works.

I needed a quick service on a Friday morning with my dish washing machine not draining properly in my property in Joshua Tree. Dustin came an hour earlier than scheduled and I was given advanced notice over the phone. He came to snake a toilet that was clogged ever since we moved in to this home. After trying multiple interventions the clog was stubborn. He ended up taking out the toilet to assess the clog and he found some sort of cap the previous owner must have flushed down the toilet. Despite doing more than snaking, Dustin charged us a very fair price. Prior to Dustin we had a different company come over and they wanted to charge double to snake the toilet, not including extra interventions. After almost 3 months we can finally use the toilet in our bedroom. Thank you FPS plumbing, i know who my go to plumber is for future issues!

The best experience that I've ever had with a plumbing company. Responsive, great customer service, timely and most importantly very honest. I obtained quotes from a few other plumbing companies that were extremely high. When Dustin came out to assess the issues we were having and provide us with a quote - he was able to fix all of the pressing issues that we were having at a very reasonable price. Some of the work that was quoted by the other companies was actually not even necessary. After purchasing a new dryer from Best Buy and having the installers come out and require a new gas line hookup and valve before connecting it, I was in a bind. I requested a new project through Yelp and FPS responded right away and someone was able to come out within the hour.

Dustin was awesome and set up the new line and valve, and even connected up the dryer vent and hoses so everything was working. The price was super reasonable and I've found my new go to plumber. I'm already lining up a few other projects.

Had a great experience with Dustin. On Christmas we blocked up our kitchen sink garbage disposal so I reached out to him and he was the only plumber who was able to come the very next day. Dustin was wonderful. Friendly and very prompt to respond on yelp and gave us an estimate when problem was described before we decided to have him come out. He had an opening in his schedule snd was here and replaced hose bib within an hour. His price was a little higher than another quote but he was the most friendly, efficient, timely, repair person (and cleaned up as needed before he left our home) that we have ever had. I would highly recommend!!!! Don't be afraid to request his service through the yelp app, he is quick to respond with his schedule and get you on calendar to get the job done.

Dustin Was Very Honest, Professional, & Gave Awesome Service

Dustin Ferguson from FPS Plumbing came to my house right on the appointment time to fix one of my toilets that was leaking water out of the toilet tank into the toilet, about every 10 minutes. The toilet would turn itself on to refresh more water into the toilet tank. The toilet tank valve needed to be replaced, and within 20 minutes Dustin was able to take out the old toilet valve, and totally replaced it, with a new one. He also snaked the toilet, so it would have no problems sucking down any items in the toilet very quickly. Dustin has a very relaxing and professional personality and double-checks everything to make sure it's perfect. Dustin has a very nice FPS Plumbing truck, and I love the FPS Plumbing Logo on the truck. If I have any Plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely call to bring FPS Plumbing to my house again. Dustin is very trustworthy and answers all of your questions while he's working. Highly recommended. I had an emergency at one of my Airbnb properties and I had guest arriving the following morning. Second, i was connected with the plumber who was able to understand my needs and described the work they will preform and cost.

I had an undermount bathroom sink replaced.

I sent them picture and they confirmed quote.
On the day of service, the plumber arrived early, went straight to work and finished project leaving the work area very clean.

Just had a really excellent experience with FPS Plumbing earlier this week. Via our Home Warranty, they contacted us pretty quickly, and set up an appointment just two days later to clear a hopelessly blocked drain, fix a faulty sink seal and install a new garbage disposal unit. The plumber who came, Dustin, appeared at precisely the first moment of the appointment window time, and confidently told us all of those needed tasks could be accomplished. Clearly a guy with a LOT of experience, he was also a pleasure to talk with... a real hard-working gentleman. All missions were accomplished in around 90 minutes, with only minor cleanup necessary afterwards. I will not hesitate to call them directly next time, as needed... probably the best recommendation I can offer!

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

I recently moved into a home with the same faucets from the 80s/90s. Dustin showed up right on time and was very friendly! I'm very satisfied with the results. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets and my kitchen faucet. Added bonus -- the water pressure with the old kitchen faucet wasn't great and now with the new one the water pressure is excellent! So my home insurance company works with this vendor. The owner of the company came and just saw that our toilet and the shower handle has to be re-place and he said he will give our insurance the quote but didn't say what was going be done. After a week of waiting, my husband called our insurance and they said the owner wanted to break the wall to replace the handle and it was going to cost us about 190.00 out-of-pocket. My husband disagree because if he would break the wall, that means we would have to pay out-of-pocket to fix it plus this is only a shower handle. There's no leak in our wall. We are so upset that this owner thought he can billed our insurance company more money. Now in days its hard to get honest people. He definitely wanted to screw us. Now if we want a second opinion, we would have pay out-of-pocket because our insurance company doesn't want to cover it.
