George was professional and courteous and quick. After I drilled a hole in the water pipe, A&O plumbing was able to come out within an hour!!! I was so grateful to have this fixed quickly so when my wife arrived home from the beach she could rinse off the paddle boards and take a shower. George totally saved the day. I would recommend him to anyone.

I got a prompt response after outreaching Alpha and Omega Plumbing on a late afternoon. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning, and our plumber was very kind and courteous throughout our service visit. Reached out for a quote to install a new PRV they gave an estimate of $750 after reviewing the description and pictures, and were able to quickly accommodate me, and installed it nicely two days later for the quoted amount. Will call again.

Wow the service here was 10/10! Staff was extremely friendly, paid attention to detail and most importantly they actually cared about the services they were hired for. Some companies come and do a sloppy job and really don't prioritize your needs or the urgency of them, this was definitely not the case with Alpha and Omega.

A&O replaced my toilet about a year and a half ago and I thought they did a great job. About 6 months later it started leaking and I called A&O to fix it. They told me they would work with me on the cost of the repair. I took a day off work to meet them and they failed to show. We rescheduled to another day and they came and reinstalled the toilet. Recently it started leaking again from the same spot. I sent A&O a Yelp message and no one got back to me. I called their office and left a message but no one ever called me back. 

I had to call another plumbing company. Would not recommend them for poor communication.

Had George, Joe and Julio come by fix my leaking kitchen faucet. Which they did and we found another leak on the same job they did. They came back and corrected it.

Because of how great and trust worthy these guys are. I re-hired them to replace an old, hardly flushing, constantly clogging toilet in my 2nd bathroom.

George suggested a pressure assisted unit from Kohlr and installed when their store got them instock. Joe and Julio installed it but we found that the toilet was rocking.

George and Joe came back and shimmed my toilet and now its rock solid... very happy with the work and customer service these guys give.

Will only call on thesr guys for my plumbing needs from now on.

I would highly recommend this company! I called and spoke with George and he came out same day and removed the bad water heater and installed a new one for my mom! He went the extra mile and that says a lot!!!!!  He was also using awesome safety during COVID wearing a mask.. Very professional!!  Much appreciated !!  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK !! A++++

I should have read the HomeAdvisor complaints, not just yelp reviews, prior to hiring George from this company.

He came out last week to fix a shower knob as it kept Turning full circle and there was no stopping at hot or cold. He moved things around and didn't fix the issue. He than said all he needed was a $3.00 piece of plastic to fix it and would come  back the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, I paid him in full although he was not finished .

Well, he never came back. I called him 2 days later and he blocked my number.
About 3 or 4 days later I called him with a neighbors phone and believing it was new business he miracously answered the phone.
He said he had a family emergency and was unable to complete my work order.

We Set up a new date, 7/20/2020 where he was to call me prior to arrival. Again he failed to report or call me. Today I called him again and I remain blocked and probably will remain blocked with failure to perform his job.

Expensive lessons were learned:
1)do not pay until A job is completed.
2) read HomeAdvisor prior to hiring anyone.
3) Beware,sometimes friends write good reviews for a friends.
4) never be afraid to write to HomeAdvisor or yelp to complain against unscrupulous individuals.
5) use the better business bureau if jobs don't get completed and take those individuals to court if necessary.

This is the second time we have been serviced by George.  Super professional and honest work. The first time was in January, my mom was having problems with her sink. I texted a video of the problem, and was able to receive an assessment right away. Was given a quote for the draining of one pipe, but when he came he had to actually drain two pipes. He still only charged the original price.
We reached out to George again today. My mom was having trouble with her water heater. He came by quickly. He reseted the water heater and did not charge. Even when my mom tried to give him some cash he did not take it. Thank you so much for your services!

I requested a quote from a few companies, Alpha and Omega got back to me so quickly. I also got a quote from All City Plumbing and they were outrageously overpriced and very transactional. Over the weekend our A.O. Smith water heater (currently 12yrs old) produced its last drop of hot water. Being a 1st time home owner naturally the wife and I were freaking out and beside ourselves with what to do. Our 1st step was to call the home warranty company and for $45 the gentlemen informed us we were in dire need of a new water heater. Upon further yelp research and creating a post for a water heater George at A&O Plumbing was swift with making immediate contact. Upon exchanging little information and a phone call 20mins later George has a solid price (which beat competing quotes) and scheduled me an appointment bright and early the next day. George was accurate with his time window and quick to respond to my texts. Upon arrival George greeted me kindly and was very professional and courteous. He gave me a rundown of what he was going to do an no more than 2hrs later we were in with a brand new water heater and HOT running water. If you want great customer service, knowledgable workers, and a great price call A&O TODAY!!!

Respectful, honest, and caring. George and Joe came out for a water leak we thought was coming from the main. Just a few hours earlier we had a different plumber come give an estimate of $2300 for repairs which included in breaking up some of our concrete. George and Joe came out and inspected and informed us it was just a broken sprinkler. A repair we can do ourselves for less than $20! I thank them so much for being honest and not trying make money off of us, especially in these times where I lost my job. We will be calling them again when we need plumbing repairs. Highly recommend!

A&O is a great company for plumbing. They have the reasonable prices. They show up on time and with a  professional team.  We ask to replace the one of the angle stop from bathroom sink. They also took care of the drain for additional cost with a fair price. They replace the 2nd angle stop with no additional cost. Had a feed line damaged during a sprinkler system installation. Called A&O and spoke with George for a quote and to schedule a service call. George understood my situation and explained my repair options. I was quoted a price and George was at my house within an hour. The repair was completed quickly and for the price quoted. Should I ever need plumbing service again A&O Plumbing will be at the top of my list!

The garbage disposal had to be replaced as well as the toilet had a slow drip. The plumber,  Jose, was amazing.  Professional,  courteous, and quick. He came prepared to do the job. No mess left, and even put the toilet stand back in place.

I was looking for a plumber and thought I would try them out on a a new Toto toilet. The price they gave me was fair $275. I sent pics and explained all the details. The appointment was between 8-9
They showed up at 9:20. Then they needed to leave to get a part that they should have brought.  10 minutes after they left they sent me a text saying thanks for the opportunity but they were not 100% confident with the product.  I can respect that- although I am surprised a Licenced plumber is nit capable of installing a Toto toilet with a washlet.  Good luck A&O - Toto offers training if your ever interested.

I called with an emergency situation this morning at 6 am and George Valencia answered right away and was here in less then an hour.  He was super nice and funny and most importantly knew exactly what he was doing.  He had my situation under control and running smoothly in no time.  He kept the area super clean and was so professional I was very impressed.  Would Definitely recommend and use again. Prices were super reasonable especially for an early morning emergency call.

They were amazing! Our water heater wasn't working. George told me it needed to be replaced with just the information I provided and didn't come out just to look at it  and charge extra. The price was very fair and even came out early Sunday morning. They were very safe with PPE and called into our house to give us information.  This was very considerate during quarantine. They also can take care of other plumming problems.

Highly Recommend this Company!

I bought a toilet from Home Depot and tried to use their install service but they did not have any installers in my area. So I went to the Yelp project app and received a response from this company within 10 minutes (even thought it was after hours).

The owner, George, was responsive, clear and upfront about all costs. None of this $100 to come to your house to inspect and then we will guess at the price. They had set pricing for toilet swaps.

He had an appointment for the next morning and also offered to have his guys pick up the toilet from the store.

The next morning he followed up with the schedule (it was raining so his guys hit traffic) and shortly afterward two of his plumbers were at my door.

They were friendly and efficient. They talked me through each step of the replacement and install.

I was really happy with their service and while they were here, also had them quote a water heater and regulator.

I had a problem with my dishwasher not being able to drain and needed it to be fixed. My landlord sent over George and Joe and they went straight to work! They instantly knew what was going on and fixed the problem in 10 minutes or less! Great service and they are such nice people! Highly recommend them if you have any issues at all!!

My son's sink was full of toothpaste buildup and my sink and shower was full of my hair! I text George at 1:30 am and he responded back to me right away!!! Manuel and Nate arrived to my house early this morning and they are both so AMAZING and THOROUGH!!!!! They showed me what was in our pipes and the buildup in both sinks and shower. My family and I will be more careful with toothpaste and hair but if this happens again I DO KNOW I  WILL CALL GEORGE at Alpha and Omega. I'm sure all of his plumbers are AMAZING... but I will ask to see if Manuel and Nate are available FIRST!!!

My water heater went out and i called a couple of company's to get a quote and see when i could get someone to come out and replace it. I called Alpha and Omega Plumbing and spoke to George He said he would be there in a few hours , he called me to let me know he was in route within only an hour of our conversation . He came and inspected the heater and gave me a very very fair price to take the old unit out and replace. He came back with a new heater and replaced it with new earth quake straps and sediment trap and supply lines. He was very friendly and kind and was very clean and respectful to my cluttered garage . I had also mentioned my pressure to my house was very high and he checked it for me and showed me that in fact it was high , he recommended getting a new PRV and it would drop the pressure .  I Ended up calling him back a week later to replace and he was on time and already had the parts , and knocked it out and replaced a wore down ball valve . George was very professional and explained everything to me , i will defiantly be calling George and his team for any plumbing needs in the future , very professional .

A&O was so wonderful, I had a very great customer experience with them.  I definitely recommend their company, we had water leaking from one of our restrooms due to the pipe valve being broken, we needed a service to come out right away and A&O was available right away. George gave excellent, free advice. He was honest up front over our initial text conversations and didn't try to up sell when he came over to analyze my issue with the water heater. He gave recommendations on maintenance a year from now, and I do plan on using A&O when that time comes. Just an overall pleasure to deal with.

Our water heater had sprung a leak and flooded our garage and ended up going through a wall and started to flood our kitchen. Called George in the morning and within a hour or so his team was there. I used A&O plumbing company three times this year and so far has been a great experience. George is very nice, he explained throughly and he will let you know exactly that needs to be fixed and won't over charge. He fixed our leak at 1/2 inch water line, washer cold water valve and our dishwasher. He came out the same day to provide an estimate and was able to fix all the issues within 2 days. I would highly recommend him if you are in the Corona, or Riverside area and need some plumbing work done. Thank you George for being a great human being! I wish you lots of success in your business.

This is the second time we have used A&O plumbing.  Every time they have been quick to respond and solution oriented.  
Most recently, we had a leak at our back hose attached to the back of the house.  At first it seemed to be a rusty, old, corroded portion of the faucet.  They quickly fixed it.  A few days later, we found it to be leaking in the wall.  They came out on a holiday to help get the issue fixed right away and in warranty.  They were as nice as could be and our new faucet works perfectly!
We will continue to use them as our plumbers, as they do great work and are nice, clean, and get the job done right.

George did a great job!! He has done work twice on our home. He replaced the water heater and modified the piping to make it more functional. He also found a leak in the backyard piping coming from the neighbors and was gracious enough to go and let them know. Alpha and omega rerouted a corroded drain line from the hallway closet through the garage and out into the main. They were able to dig up the old pipes, cut out the broken pipe and the old main drain pipe, neatly cut the cement and trench under the concrete and connect new pipe into the main waste line. They also added 2 clean outs to the main line for no extra charge. The work was top level, efficient and neat. These men started work Thursday and by Saturday morning they had everything put back and cement drying ready for hand and paw prints. They exceeded expectations and were affordable and competitive. I would highly recommend alpha and omega for any and all plumbing repairs, services and projects.

I love these guys!  Great old fashioned service is the best way to describe them. My original hot water heater failed and was replacing it. A&O was recommended to me by a friend, as he had recently done the same thing. They were extremely responsive with my request, and were able to install on a Saturday. Seems things like this always happen on the weekend, and I'm happy they work on the weekends! George, Joseph and Jacob showed up and had the job done in less than an hour. What I was most impressed with were their old fashioned manners and politeness! Very considerate, professional, and sensitive to the entire Covid climate that we are currently in. From beginning to end this company was 5 stars. They replaced our water heater within 30 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable, respectful and professional. We made an appointment for them to come at 1pm.. We called at 1:30 asking where they were.. the guy said they didnt have our address :( then why the heck didn't you call to ask for the address if you knew you had a 1pm appointment?

We were later told they would come to our house from 1pm-3pm.. It's almost 5pm.. No contact or anything.. i guess they are not coming..

Makes you wonder how many of these 5 stars are paid for huh

We needed some work done at my elderly mother's home, and I reached out to George for help. Throughout our entire communication, he was understanding of our needs and sensitive to my mother's projected cost. George went far and beyond his calling. He fixed our garbage disposal, and one of our bathrooms shower handle. He listened to our needs, and even though my mother is limited in English, he asked her if there was anything else he can fix for her. He was patient and thorough with his work. At the end of this project, I would say that as a daughter, I would trust George to come back to our home because he will NOT take advantage of an elderly customer. I had a tank and toilet Overflow that happened on a weekend early morning. Tried to fix it myself but... called thus company and they were out first thing  in the morning. They had a bit of a time getting the old piece ( sensor) out of the tank, had been there since 2007. They guys were professional and explained what they did and how this sensor works. I also had a slow draining stall shower with no way to remove the drain cover. These guys got the job done and now my toilet and my shower are working perfectly. Thanks again guys !!!

Our water heater went out this morning. Of course it happened on a Saturday. I called Lowe's and Home Depot first and there wasn't a guarantee when it could be installed. Several months ago, I called A&O Plumbing initially to replace a leaky toilet.  George the owner was not only responsive and had reasonable prices but when he showed up, he ended up being extremely professional as well as personable.  Couple months later, I called him again to have the shut-off valve at my parent's house replaced and we ended up working through some issues on the city's side of the plumbing to get everything done.  There was a moment where he could've easily sold me unnecessary repairs that I thought I needed and brought up to him but he was a standup guy, letting me know it wasn't necessary for reasons I understood after hearing his explanation.  Most recently, I had A&O replace a water heater at our house and again, 3 for 3 - I received phenomenal work and follow-up from George that I've now gotten accustomed to.  I would highly recommend George and A&O to anyone looking for a competent, professional and trustworthy plumber.  You will not be disappointed.

Several times, I called a different plumber that had worked on my house in the past, and no call back. So, I sent a request out on Yelp and A & O Plumbing was the first to respond. I spoke to George, he asked me about the problem, and they could fix it that day.

George and Mike (I'm sorry, I think it was Mike), arrived about 35 minutes later, fixed the problem, tested their work, and another secondary problem popped up. Thankfully, they had an extra part on their truck and the secondary problem was fixed. They did some more testing and all was good to go!!!!!!

These two men were friendly, professional, and effective. When that time arrives again, I will call A & O Plumbing first. I totally recommend this company

These people. Oh my god. George went SO far above and beyond I'm still flabbergasted. We had a little bidet installation mishap which rendered both of our restrooms functionless. George literally came within the hour at 7pm, when he was ALREADY OFF THE CLOCK! Not only did he completely fix our toilets, he finished the instillation for BOTH bidets! He was the kindest, most courteous person (let alone plumber) I have had the pleasure to have in my home. Last year my elderly parents were taken advantage of from a so called honest plumber....so when they started having issues last night with their sinks backing up they called me and asked what they should do. I messaged A&O late Sunday night through Yelp after the pilot light when out on our water heater. This has been a proven with our unit for a couple yrs now. Within 2 minutes George had messaged me back and after several messages back and forth through Yelp we were talking on the phone in less than 10 min from my original request, mind you this was Sunday night after 8PM. George called and we talked for about 10 min about our options and the costs associated with those options. George was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave us options to save us money which I appreciated. Ultimately we chose to replace our 20 yr old water heater. Less than 12 hrs after our Yelp request for service George was at my house early in the morning with a brand new water heater. He walked me through everything, was very polite, and very knowledgeable. Install took less than an hour and looked better then what he replaced. New water heater is way better than what we had. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had with a service professional hands down. As a business owner I can appreciate good customer service. What George provided was exceptional customer service that you just don't get anymore. Thank you for that. I think my neighbor hit him up while he was here for service and I recommended him to my dad who has a water heater that has lived it's life. I Use words as unreliable, inconsistent and failure to follow through on his work  is what comes to mind with A&O plumbing. I would like to bring to the attention that George has given me terrible costumer service! He said he was coming and never came. He blocked my mom when she needed help with plumbing in the house  he does not follow up on his work. He does temporary fix and say he will return and does not . I called him yesterday to fix a leak in my kitchen and even sent me a reminder for the address! As soon as he found out where it was he blocked me too! I am disgusted by his actions. He claims he's this Christian guy that does the Lords work . But I don't know what Lord he's talking about. This is a disgrace!!!!!

Alpha and Omega had great service.  They quote me 1500 for sewer cleanup dual direction, but the the workers, Joe and David came, they said that I misunderstood the quote and it was for one shaft bidirectional cleanup, but at the 4 feet depth, I would need bull horn type, and if I wanted the dual direction, I would need to pay extra for the materials.  After some thought,  I thought it seems completely reasonable, as their prices after even the extra 280 for extra bullhorn material costs was still less than half price of other companies.  Only catch is they only have 30 day warranty for their work.  So most of the time, things won't fall apart anyway if it was done right.  And they used the much more expensive, maxx fitting, which looked like had serrated hard plastic shell, with stainless load distributor, and stainless clamps, which are like 78 bucks, each at Fergusons, and that is at contractor prices.  They explained that bullhorn fitting are very wide, and fittings longer than 2 feet best to use these more expensive fitting.  I see even with their low prices, they did not skimp on materials.   They even did install of cleanout covers for free..I just had to pay for materials..which was cheap.  They cleaned up after their work, and totally fill back to level.  Above and beyond, I tell you.  Just awesome work at unbelievable low prices.  Totally recommend David and Joe.

Our water heater went out. Our plumber retired last year and we hadn't found a good replacement. Decided to give this place a shot after using various plumbers and not having any great service. George was very professional and scheduled his crew to come out right away. They actually come out when they say they are going to come! He worked with us to get a great price on a new water heater. George is highly knowledgeable about the brands and quality of water heaters, which helped us make a good decision on what the right unit was for our home. Everything was professionally installed and cleaned up after they were done. They also use a texting feature which confirms your appointment, tells you when your service tech is on the way, etc. I have found our new plumber and would highly recommend you call if you need a plumber.

On time, helpful and professional!  I would highly recommend them.  

I called Alpha and Omega out on a Saturday to look at a pinhole leak at a copper line off the water heater.  I spoke with George and he asked for a few pictures of the problem.  He gave me a call back a few minutes later to explain what was needed and what the cost would be.  We needed a specialty fitting that isn't available at hardware stores on the weekends and it would be Monday before they could do the repair.  So he suggested a DIY temp fix while I searched for other plumbers with the fitting on hand.  After a bit of searching and doing the temp fix, I called George back to schedule it for Monday.  

Come Monday morning, two Tech's arrived in the timeframe George gave me.  They introduced themselves and we walked through the repair.  Both Tech's explained what they were going to do and let me know what it was going to take.  I let them do their thing and after an hour, they were done.  Afterwards they show me the work, check for leaks and a courtesy water pressure check.  Squaring up the bill, they take Venmo and Zelle which is nice.  

TL:DR Alpha and Omega are responsive, helpful and professional.  They'll take the time to explain what's going on and make sure you're taken care of.

I went through Yelp and received several quick responses but was immediately followed up with a message from the owner and he was very polite and helpful.  He quoted me on the phone and assured me that he knew what the problem was but that if he could send one of his technicians to affirm his best guess that it would not cost me anything other than to verify.  I agreed and they showed up on time saw what the issue was and offered me a suggestion as to what to do meaning they were not forceful saying I needed to get something that was an easy fix.  That made us feel comfortable letting them the professionals do the job.  I was very impressed and pleased with the service.  I was handed a business card for future service and you bet and believe you will be my first call out.  Thank you for your service.

Our toilet tank cracked and water was leaking, they were able to come within 2-3 hours and replace toilet. They were communicative reliable and professional. Their rates were slightly less than other local plumbing companies that responded and were not giving me the run around in pricing. Other plumbing companies that I have called for emergency for our rentals office etc usually say they will charge an amount then come to house/office and charge more. This company charged what they quoted. So needless to say I will be using them in the future.

We have had to call them out on two different occasions, first one of our pipes that went from our garage to the outside of the house had a leak and they came out and put in new ones. Super quick and nice! Our second time we had a leak in our kitchen from our old pipes in the garage, the leak put a hole through the dry wall and actually created a few leaks that they caught but in the midst of that our water heater needed to be replaced, so they found all the leaks put in new piping and installed the new water heater! they did a clean excellent job I recommend Alpha and Omega plumbing to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Honest and clean work!  I couldn't thank them enough!!!

Had a great experience with A&O Plumbing. I had set up an appt with a previous plumber but things didn't go as planned. Needed a job done sooner than later so I put a request on Yelp..  and what I appreciated most was that they had flat fee rates upfront with what seemed close to what I was asking for. The 6 other companies wanted me to call and have them come out and do estimates from there. George was very responsive and professional.

As with any job, there were unpredictable hiccups, but they made all the necessary adjustments and did not want us to pay until everything was fixed and working correctly. Both gentlemen were very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Would definitely recommend their business, and are planning to use them again for our future needs.

He did a great job and very detailed. Got the job done quickly but I knocked off 1 star because he doesn't follow through on some of his promises. I asked him to send me the name of parts for warranty purposes and he didn't get back to me. I had also asked him for an estimate on installing a whole house water filtration system and he said he would get back to me in a day but he didn't . He also said he would follow up 24 hours after the install to check if everything is ok but he didn't. It a minor complaint but his customer service after he finished the job is non existent. Overall , he did a good job  and was honest about the work. Just needs to work on his follow up with things he agreed to.

First of all,  I hate leaving bad reviews but I think customer service is important. The owner showed up he was very honest and helpful. However, he did did not do the job he had his workers do the job. That's totally understandable. They did a good job installing the water heater. But once they left my shower in the master bathroom stopped working. I had no water pressure on the hot water side. We called and messaged multiple times for them to return and assess the problem. The owner was full of excuses. I'm at the hospital......my workers went to the wrong house.....my workers are not answering....He dealt with my husband and messaged him multiple times for over one week. Still nothing was done, he refused to accept any fault and simply apologized for not being able to come. So, I (the wife) sent him a message and told him I was writing a review, he then quickly wanted to fix the problem or issue. Sorry, but I no longer trust you. I'm not saying don't use him but now you know he does play games and I don't.

Spoke to George on the phone and explained my problems. He asked to send pictures and we discussed the job over the phone and he was able to walk me through what had to be done and also recommended additional work. He was very transparent and polite, his quote was WAY less than a quote I got somewhere else. His plumbers Nate and Manuel were exceptional and very polite. My wife was home when they came to do the job and she was very at ease and comfortable since they explained everything to her. The job got complicated, which was a possibility he mentioned before. He still honored the pride we agreed on. Only small issue was that I did expect them to patch the hole they made inside my house to connect a new pipe but but no biggie they took a lot of time to make sure to get the job done and were every helpful and explained everything they did. Definitely a plumber to trust and I would strongly recommend their services

My bathroom sink would not stop running after a minor fix and my shut off valve outside the home is broken, so I had no means of stopping the water. George came out after hours and assisted me by shutting the water off AFTER he had already walked me through several steps over the phone to try to remedy the problem. I spoke with the owner, George, last week regarding work I needed to be done on a renovation. He gave me his bid on the job.  I agreed to the bid and told him to please schedule the job. I also sent him a detailed text to reiterate our conversation so we were both on the same page. We spoke several times since then. There was no miscommunication on exactly what needed to be done. I got a call today from his supervisor, Joseph. He wanted to know what needed to be done.  I told him in detail what George & I discussed.  I also told Joseph the work is also in the text I sent George.  Joseph said George feels he underbid the job and is cancelling on me last minute. I even tried working with Joseph saying we can take some of the items off the bid I was given. Joseph said George was on vacation and didn't want to be bothered and they are canceling period. I am so disappointed because I was already scheduling other crews to come in after them & now my entire project is messed up! What a complete disappointment!

Love their no nonsense approach. Gave me a quote, sent 2 plumbers to fix my clogged kitchen pipe. They couldn't fix it because the blockage was too severe. Didn't charge me anything and recommended a more drastic approach (hydro pipe). Unlike other services, they offered me a flat rate regardless of how long it'll take (usually 40-90mins). I just appreciate the professionalism and honest business practices. The 4 plumbers that dropped by are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to answer them.

A & O Plumbing was awesome.  I contacted them yesterday regarding a leak under my kitchen sink.  George the plumber came out diagnosed the problem in less than 20 minutes and returned this morning with the parts to complete job in less than 15 minutes.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Contacted George late in the day as the igniter on my 2 year old water heater failed. The quote he gave me for the swap was more than 50% less than other plumbing companies I contacted. Joseph and David arrived for the 7-8 am appointment within that time frame, removed the faulty water heater and took it to Home Depot. Home Depot refused to swap it so George contacted a plumbing supply company that would swap it & even convinced them to wave the fee they normally charge. Joseph noticed a SGG tag on the gas pipe. He checked it out and repaired that leak. He also told me the water heater didn't have a sediment filter which is now in the code. I mentioned that I was told the exhaust pipe was a problem so they installed a new one. Even with the additional work they final cost was substantially lower then what the other companies quoted just for the swap. Not only did they replace the water heater but their knowledge of codes and discovering the gas leak secured our safety and helped insure a longer life for the new water heater.

George is Amazing!!  In this day and age it is hard to find an HONEST company---BUT A &O Plumbing (George) is absolutely that!!  I have used him several times now and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and reasonably priced company.  My friend was quoted $285-$400 from a very big name company last week--I told her to call A & O plumbing.  George came out about an hour after she called and fixed the problem for $125--and told her what to do the next time so she can easily fix it herself!!  Outstanding service and honesty from this company.  Thank you George!!

Two days ago our garbage disposal decided to leak and wet our entire cabinets under the sink, onto the floor and reached the adjacent cabinets. I thought about replacing it myself but unfortunately was busy taking care of my wife after her surgery and wasn't up to the task. I looked on Yelp and found Alpha & Omega. I spoke to George who went over the process and the options I had. I decided to go with the same brand of garbage disposal and horsepower but better yet... they agreed to purchase the garbage disposal which saved me a trip to the hardware store. They went above and beyond since again... I had my hands full taking care of my wife, daughter, and dog. They arrived earlier than expected which was also a plus. They went over the information with me after the installation and were quick to complete the job. After they were done with the garbage disposal... I spoke to them about a water hose bib that kept leaking water each time we turned it on to wash the cars and water the plants in our front yard. We went over the details and they ended up replacing the water hose bib for me and glad to say... no more leaks!!!!

Overall, it was reasonably priced, the job was done right, and they took their time to answer all the questions my wife and I had. I know moving forward... I will use Alpha and Omega for all my plumbing needs. My wife and I are thinking of installing a water softener plus a few other things and I just don't see how I won't be calling these guys again.

Had a tankless water heater issues for about a week and we had a new one installed from another company, but two days later an error code was popping up. The other company came back yesterday and stated it was probably defective water heater, but I wanted a second opinion.

I called alpha and omega plumbing at 8am today and George/Joe arrived by 10:30am and solved the problem by 11:30AM! We were advised by the other company that we needed to get a new water heater, but they found that it was installed incorrectly.

They really saved the day because living without hot water for two weeks was not fun. Will definitely use them for any future services for plumbing issues!

We had a slab leak on our hot water line right below our living room and I did a Yelp search and found Alpha and Omega plumbing.  George came right away and gave us a quote but was patient with us while we had to work through all the insurance hurdles.  At the end we hired them instead of the another company recommended by our insurance adjuster.  George and his team was professional, prompt and did an excellent job bypassing the leaked pipe.  His price was excellent.  We will definitely use them again in the future!

I was impressed with A &O Plumbing and grateful for the professionalism of the staff, excellent customer service and responsiveness of the company. My shower faucet was leaking like crazy (money literally going down the drain. . . ) and I called a few plumbers before I was lucky enough talk to  George at A & O. I described my problem and George diagnosed it! He knows his plumbing! He asked me to send a few pics so he could see the part to ensure he picked up the correct one and promised to be there to fix it the next day . . . He kept his promise and in less than 24 hours he was there And the problem was fixed!! Thank goodness. The problem was that the cartridge was worn out. George brought the part and fixed it in less than an hour! No more excessive dripping. There were some additional problems with the water running to the house and George gave us some advice about how to alleviate the problem going forward.

I was so impresssed that, in less than 24 hours, A &O responded and fixed the problem! Their prices are super reasonable too which made for an overall great experience. Thank you George and A & O for great service!!

This company took care of a broken water pipe at my house and were so professional and helpful! I called them for a quote for a new water heater, and the number goes directly to the ownerbGeorge. I had called him around 7 pm. I told George the problem and had and if he could give me a quote on a new water heater. He asked me a couple quick questions and gave me great price and said he could come out as early as the next morning.  His guys came exactly on time to the minute.even though the water heater was in the garage and it's not a big deal if things got a little messy, these guys were great at keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up as they went. Very friendly and answered any questions I had.  I had water leaking into the walls and was no able to turn it off due the valve being old and rusted. George knew all this and did not gauge me on price with the typical emergency call rate and other bs  that other companies charge.  I will definitely call George of any other plumbing need.

I had called for a leaking kitchen sink,The guys did not do a clean job when they came . They said issue was with my reverse osmosis filter and tightened its top ,but that was not the case . The kitchen sink started leaking again within 30 mins of they leaving my home  .i call and pay plumbers because I want folks with expertise who know their job. It's my expectation that they will fix it in their first go or at least be prompt if they mess up .When I called back they said they will come but never turned up .subsequent calls went to their voice mails and it's been a day since then nobody has shown up.i am Very very disappointed with their service .

He explained I needed a new faucet and gave me the cost of the repair. I then went and purchased the item and he was again at my house promptly to replace it.

I don't know what is up with this company.  I read all of the great reviews, so we called him about replacing our kitchen sink.  We left a message and he called us right back.  He seemed knowledgable, and we schedule him to come to the house.  However, he never showed up, and my wife wasted half a day waiting around for him.  She called him several times and left messages, but he never responded.  My advice is to stear clear of this guy.

My garbage disposal stopped working and my sink started to back up. I saw all the great reviews on here so I messaged them and they got back to me right away. George came to replace the disposal but he was very honest and told me to save my money because it didn't need replacing! He was able to fix it quickly. He's very professional, respectful, and genuine. In the short amount of time he was here, I was able tell he is a good guy just wanting to help. I used to be weary calling plumbers because of the unnecessary charges, but I will now always call George and be confident in knowing he is trustworthy! I called to get my garbage disposal and pressure regulator replace. They quoted me a fair price and made an appointment for the next day. They showed up and did the job quickly.

I got other quotes but some places in the area take a week to book a visit.

George was really responsive and really informative. He knew the area well so was aware of hard water and pressure issues so his expertise was well served. Was quite an expert at all plumbing issues really.

They did such a good job, that I later went back to them to help me install a water softener and fix a leaky faucet.

If you shop around you will see they have fair competitive prices.

Called on Monday night about a leak in my kitchen island. Worst experience with this company.  They quoted $150 to fix washing Machine valves. Then when they came, they changed their quote to over $600.  When I tried to ask if there's anyway to do it for less, George pretended that he can just do it off the clock for $300. I thought that was nice and agreed.  He then installed valves for the washing machine that would be used outside! I had no idea what they were.  Little did I know after they left that I couldn't even access the valves to turn on and off (see pictures)!!! They also left all the draining hoses so loosely inserted that a few days later my laundry flooded! I had to take off of work to deal with the flooding and u do the work they did to do it properly!  When I confronted George, he had the audacity to blame it on the appliances and asked for my husband to be present if he were to come back!!

DO NOT USE! They seem nice but will screw you over! Appliance tech came and said appliances were fine and he couldn't believe the terrible job the plumbers did.

A&O NEEDS TO RETURN THE MONEY IT CHARGED FOR THIS! FILING A COMPLIANT WITH CSLB AND BBB.

I called Alpha and Omega Plumbing for an earthquake strap for my water heater.  George answered my call and was able to help me out.  He gave me a quote and appointment for the next day.  George was on time and was able to help us out with our water heater that went out the night before.

George was very knowledgeable and explained all the options we had to fix the water heater vs purchasing a new or used one.  He gave us quotes for all choices.  He gave us time to make our decision.  When we finally made a decision George came back with Joseph, they were able to get a new water installed for us that same day and they were done within a hour.

Jorge & David were friendly, trustworthy and professional. They texted me before buying the needed parts just to make sure we were all on the same page. Great call as they were about to procure incompatible parts. After I sent them a couple of pictures of the old pipes, they got the needed parts and were able to complete the job in under an hour. I also got a physics lesson since I've always been curious about p-drains - how they seem to defy the laws of physics - how does water go down into a U shaped tube and climb back to the top and then into the drain? They explained it. Mind was blown! Now I understand how drains work and will be totally re-doing my house's original goofy plumbing based on their recommendation. They'll be my go-to plumbers without a doubt. I should also mention that their rates were the most affordable quoted to me from at least five other local plumbers. A++

We had some type of leak in our bathroom on  a Saturday night around 7 pm to the point where the paint started bubbling on the wall. As soon as we see this, instant fear sets in about how big ($$$) this problem might be. Found Alpha and omega plumbing on yelp with great reviews and decided to give them a try. They were able to get someone out to us in 30 mins or less. George was very upfront about what it could cost worst case scenario, but fortunately he was able to fix our leak successfully and only charged us for the problem he was able to solve. Experienced a first time homeowners worst nightmare, a leak in the wall! We opened up the wall ourselves and saw a huge hole in our drain pipe. I reached out to Alpha and Omega plumbing and was able to talk to Joseph. He asked for us to send over pictures of the issue and immediately assured us he could fix the problem. Joseph and David came out NEXT DAY. They were able to fix our pipe in just over an hour! We were so nervous the repair would require them to have to break into the concrete but thanks to their skill they were able to repair it without having to do so. Before leaving they fully explained the work they did and showed me the drain pipe was fully functional by running water down it. Both Joseph and David were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a minor leak at the base of my toilet. A&O
took my call for service. They responded early the following day. But after inspection the tech inform me that it was probably due a clog that had already passed through. He could have easily charged me for unnecessary labor and repairs. But he didn't.

This company may take you for a ride. Learn from our mistake; get a second opinion/quote.

We chose this company because of the five-star reviews here on Yelp. Our toilet was leaking so we had them out for a diagnosis and replacement. Turns out, according to the plumber, roots were the cause of the leaking. They replaced the toilet and, so far as we know, all has been good with that. At their suggestion, we opted to have them send a camera through the pipes to further assess our situation. After the camera inspection, it was determined that we had a small separation in the main pipe right below the middle of our dining room. George explained that the separation was slight, not an emergency at the moment, and, if we didn't want to take care of it now, we should be good for about a year. We had a thorough conversation about the procedure of fixing the pipe. Since it would disrupt our living situation for a week, we had lots of questions that George was happy to answer. He quoted the fix at $14,750. He also suggested we hydro jet that he quoted at $3,800. We agreed to the hydro jetting but did think it was a lot but we were putting our trust in the professionals. They came out to the hydro jetting (and charged $3,000) and the invoice included a description of the work completed. It stated that hydro jet was ran the full length of the drain... to assure proper flow (in the meantime, before drain fix is completed). This was done in July 2022. We decided to wait on the pipe fix.

This week, we were experiencing a different plumbing issue. We were hesitant to go with Alpha & Omega because we suspected we were overcharged for hydro jetting. We did some quick internet searching and the consensus is that residential hydro jetting could be up to $1,000. We decided to go with a different plumber for our new problem. While he was out, we inquired about hydro jetting and he said it's usually around $480. We decided to have a conversation with Alpha & Omega about why our hydro jetting cost so much. They returned our call a day later and seemed to have had a story prepared. According to them, they contracted the hydro jetting out to a different company and paid them $1,500. We wouldn't have known that since the invoice is from Alpha & Omega. George tried to explain that during the hydro jetting, they realigned the pipe to correct the separation and they also hydro jetted more than just the main pipe. What he wrote on the invoice contradicts both of these statements. Also, even considering the higher end of hydro jetting, we got way overcharged. Even though it feels criminal, it's definitely unethical.

We're now left wondering if the pipe separation has been corrected, as George claimed after the fact. If so, was Alpha & Omega hoping to complete the sham job for $14,750? Regardless, we will now have to pay a different company to do another camera inspection to determine what is really going on, if anything.

if you ever need a plumber these guys get the job done right. George was especially with his knowledge, expertise, and his professionalism. If and when I ever need plumbing service they will be my go to company. Great service!

We called A&O on a Monday morning for our clogged sewer main line and he came out less than 2 hours later. Fixed the problem quickly and for a very reasonable fee. Will not hesitate to contact A&O for our future plumbing needs.

Timely response to my initial yelp request for quote. Repair was not an emergency but still something we wanted to take care of sooner rather than later. Was able to get someone out the next day to complete the repair. Quick and clean soldering work. Price was fair for repair completed and they didn't try to suggest any extra unnecessary work to add to the cost of the job. Will be considering them for future preventive maintenance work. Convenient that they work Saturdays and Sundays.

George was very professional.  Quick to respond to our initial inquiry for a new water heater and installation. Upfront and very informative. They were able to get out to complete the installation the same day. Left the work area clean and ready to go. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
