I woke up to a flooding kitchen, I called Big John (yes, it was him) a little after 7:00a. He said he had a heavy schedule that day but would stop by ASAP to turn off my water (I did not have a T wrench). Meanwhile, I called another company. John stopped by in less than a 1/2 hour, turned off my water, then asked to take a look at the problem. He thought about it for a moment & said he could take care of it now. He fixed my leak, let me pay with a card (it was very reasonable) & I was able to get ready for work. I'm thankful I called Big John.

Absolutely 5 star. I was having a blockage problem and I googled plumber near me and bam big johns plumbing showed up. Mind you it was 5:00 pm on a Friday. Big John was here at 6:00. Called big John to help me with a do it yourself project that went wrong. LOL. I started putting in my own water softener, and realized it was out of my comfort zone. Buyer beware. I was charged a $125 fee to come out and look at my water heater which would be applied to the repair if I use them. They ordered the warrantied part and I was to pay a total of $175 for installation. The water heater still did not work so they now told me I needed a new water heater which was under warranty. But I must pay for the repair they did that did not work. They charged me an additional $1057 to install. Never crediting me the $125 towards any repairs. In all I was charged $1182 for them to install a water heater. Not to mention I was without hot water for almost 2 weeks while they ordered parts before deciding I needed a new water heater.

Big johns was awesome. Called them around April to help replace two toilets. Mario was prompt, awesome, and explained everything he was doing very well. He helped out with an additional issue with no complaints. When I found out the accidentally charged me twice, the lady I spoke with was also very nice, we figured out the issue quickly and she refunded the additional charge immediately. Great service! I called Big John's Plumbing at 12:00p.m. because my downstairs shower was filled up with water and dirt. I also noticed that water was coming up on the floor from the bottom rim of the toilet. I explained to the receptionist the issues we were having and she explained that I was having a drainage issue and would probably need to have the pipes cleaned out. She sent over a plumber, Willie, within the hour. He assessed the issue and informed me that the repair was going to be less than initially quoted because the line didn't have to be cleared because it was a cap that was blocking the drain. He made the repair and made sure everything was working fine before he left. I am extremely happy the professional service I received from the initial call to dealing with the plumber. By the way, I have a home warranty and decided to call Big John instead because the plumbers i have dealt with through the home warranty have been a joke and a waste of time. I highly recommend using Big John's Plumbing. They were very professional, clear, and concise. I could not be happier with the service I received. They will be my go to plumber from now on!

Rudy was great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a leak in the yard but didn't know where, so Jerry came and we were considering what to do. He wanted to do what he thought was most obvious, which would've been very expensive, but he kept looking around and found an irrigation faucet (or something) that wasn't in use and we went ahead and fixed that (more than $2,000 cheaper!) and that fixed the leak: the meter quit spinning finally! Last month's water bill was $256 (4x my normal) and now it's been fixed. It was so stressful for me and Jerry was so nice about it and did an excellent job. He even gave me a hug!! I will be using Big John's in the future! Thank you, Jerry, for your hard work and compassion.

I ran into John by chance while waiting to get a haircut at a local Super Cuts(about 2 weeks ago). I was trying to find a plumbing part for a 50+ year old house. Home Depot and Ace never seen such a part. John was actually writing up an order for Super Cuts and allowed me to interrupt him. He took his time to explain the problem and how to properly fix it. Fixing it properly was above my skill level and I didn't have the money to hire John or anyone else at that time. He then gave me a temporary remedy (That Worked!) until I could get it fixed right.

I really appreciated his time and how he was willing to explain all the steps to fix the problem. Very impressive and very refreshing to meet someone like him. Highly recommend.

Water heater broke and after numerous calls to other repair companies and numerous run around I settled for this company. I called at 1 pm and there tech showed up promptly at the time they said 430pm. Didn't give me hustle and bustle nor did he try to sell me a new one. Respectful and very professional. Gave me advice on what to watch out for and good price. It took him 1 hour. Gave me a warranty and shook my hand. That's hard to find. Definitely will use them again.

We have an older home, they often come with plumbing problems, which is no surprise. What is a refreshing surprise is Big Johns Plumbing! They always send great plumbers on time, on task, but we got the best when they sent Rudy. He's knowledgeable, experienced and most important- an extremely nice person! Professionalism with kindness is a rare commodity with any construction trade, but you can certainly find it with Big John's + Rudy.

I expect we'll find more issues with our old house but I know who to call.

My husband and I called a plumber today because our main line was clogged and we had stinky water coming up from the showers. I panicked because of the smell and was very worried about pricing because I have heard that plumbing issues can be expensive.

I called Big John's plumbing and right away they had excellent customer service over the phone. They put me at ease, gave me a very reasonable quote up front and sent John over within an hour!! John quickly assessed the problem and had us squared away in no time. He is very professional and friendly, but most importantly very knowledgeable. I am so glad we found them =)

I discovered water under the flooring in my master bathroom. I called Big John's Plumbing and Rudy came to my house to do a leak detection test to see where the leak was coming from. He was courteous upon arrival and he told me exactly what he would be doing. He kept me informed when he found the source of the leak (I actually had a leak in the hallway bathroom too). He showed me the leak and let me see the new pipe after he installed it. Rudy did excellent work and I was pleased with the job when he finished. I would definitely recommend Big John's Plumbing.

I had a plumbing issue and I called Big John's they responded very fast and had a plumber on my door step with in minutes the plumber name was Mario he was very fast and professional he went out of his way to explain the ins and out of what he was doing a BIG plus also he check and fix my dryer issues as well there was a small gas leak he did not have to do that but he did and I THANK YOU!!!! Mario was awesome! We had a block in our line causing everything to back up. The entrance to the line outside was covered in Stucco. Mario found another way in and took care of the problem. He was very good with explaining what was going on. There was another issue we had after he left so he returned two days later to resolve it. His customer service and knowledge was awesome!

Toilet was leaking under the base after each use so I jumped on Yelp to search for a local plumber. I came across Big John's, read thru the reviews and called them this morning after 8:00 am. I wasnt expecting to have someone out to our home same day because I figure its Monday they probably already have a full schedule but nope I was in luc TYJ! Excellent customer service over the phone and she was able to book me for a 4pm-6pm which I was very grateful for. Mr. Jason arrived at 4pm and i had recvd a txt prior to his arrival that he was on his way. He was able to assess the problem and explained what he needs to do and how much it would cost. He had to replace the worn out/rusted flange and wax ring...it was such a hot mess but Mr. Jason was so patient and did an awesome job cleaning the area prior to replacing all broken parts and secured the toilet back onto the floor better than how it was originally installed. Excellent and efficient service all around, I have Big John's Plumbing on speed dial, thank you again so much!

Big John's Plumbing is one of those places that you keep in your address book. Its like finding that one completely honest car mechanic that you go to for life.

I was in dire need of getting my water heater to work (ever try taking a shower with 45 degree water??), and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I called him up and was completely honest with me with how to fix it so that he didn't need to come and charge me for something I could do myself. Now I'm not saying that he does work for free, so don't go asking for freebees from him. Its a business, but what I needed help with didn't require someone to come out to my house. Thank you Big John's plumbing, I won't go anywhere else if I need something like this fixed in the future.

I called to have a cartridge water filter replaced and some additional work on fixtures in all three of our bathrooms. There was already a filter installed that leaked so I bought a new housing. They were very nice on the phone and scheduled between 3-5:00. The tech left a message at 4:40 that he was on his way and would arrive at 5:05. I called to confirm but he didn't answer. I called again at 5:30, again no answer. I then called the office at who said he was still on his first job and wouldn't leave for another 1/2 hour and was 45 minutes away. 5 minutes later they called said he had left and would be here in 30 minutes (6:15). Tech then arrived after 6:30 called his office and didn't have a 3/4 union on the truck. They then quoted me a price of $250 for which was more then the original entire installation. They didn't even ask to see the other work I scheduled them for. Seriously, what they did see was less than 1 hour work with just one common part needed. What a waste of time for both of us. They didn't even include the Yelp deal discount in their quote. They were very nice the whole time but I don't think the tech wanted to do the work because it was so late. I have no idea what their quality of work would have been as I told them to leave. Very poorly managed and not considerate of my time.

Many thanks to John Hernandez, owner of Big John's Plumbing. Ramon, from his company, came out yesterday and replaced our pressure regulator, which showed over 100 pounds of pressure. This was dangerously high. Now, it's at 60 pounds, which is in the safe range. Based on another quote we received, we got a very good price, too.

Another neighbor also had dangerously high pressure, which they did not notice until the water line behind their refrigerator burst and caused thousands of dollars of damage to their home.

Second time using Big John's Plumbing service because I had a clogged sink, this time they sent out a great guy named Willie who right away explained to us the processes and potential issues we were facing. Most plumbers will try once or twice and when they can't get the problem solved they look for more extensive and expensive solutions, Willie on the other hand told us it could potentially be a collapsed pipe but he would keep trying and low and behold he unclogged the pipe with perseverance and elbow grease. We really appreciate the hard work and ESPECIALLY the honesty. Instead of jumping to using the camera which would have cost us around $400 he got the job done for $125. I will definitely use them again in the future for any of my plumbing woes. SHOUT OUT TO WILLIE!

Had to replace a wax ring and couldn't get my toilet off my tile to save my life. Called Big John and he gave me advice on how to just do it myself. I gave it a second try, but was afraid I may break something, so I called back and he sent Willie and Mike to take care of business. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to pry through the gobs of silicone used by the builders and install the new wax rings in short order and also adjust my flapper to more efficiently use water. I also was able to use the Yelp coupon using just my phone (printer out of ink) with no issues.

I had a sprinkler emergency that turned out to be a bigger job. Had to turn off the main water valve and called 4 other plumbers who couldn't or wouldn't come out. They responded in 30 mins and stayed for 6 hours. They made sure all worked when they left, were courteous and professional keeping me updated on the progress. Thanks Willy and Mike! Was pleased with their availability, professionalism and prices. They cleared a sewer line that a former tenant vandalized and may have poured cement down. It cost $250 to snake and then jet the line.
The only negative thing, although I credit his honesty, was that he said he made a mistake and went the wrong way during the first snake, making it a possibility that it didn't need to be jetted, which would have cost me less, just one service, instead of two.
However, he was honest and did not charge me for both services but somewhere in between the two, because we'll never know if I needed both, since he already did the more aggressive one.
He cleared the blockage and the water runs fine, no sewage spilling into the backyard.
But the pressure was still low so there could be something still partially blocking it, possibly cement. To dig it out and clear it would cost around $500. For more expensive jobs like that, even though it's not their preference, he said they would take $100 a monthly payments.

First review:
I needed some services for one of our properties. The plumbing company I normally use, would not travel to the address I needed service. It is out of their service area.

After reading Yelp reviews, I gave this company a call. I scheduled a service date for some standard maintenance check ups, flex connector replacements / updates and to replace several stem valves I ordered through Delta under Deltas lifetime warranty program.

The service technician called before his scheduled arrival, gave me an update as to the arrival time, arrived on time and performed all the services with a pleasant attitude.

I am going with 4 stars because the prices were slightly higher than what I would pay for the same services from my usual go to plumbing company and because when I first called the party that answered the telephone did not answer Big Johns Plumbing. Some of you may think I am being harsh, but as a person who spends money for a living. It is always good to know who you are calling. I'd give 4.75 if I could but since I cannot, I am going with 4.

This is the second time I have used this company and they are awesome. I have used some not so great plumbers in the past, so I was kind of apprehensive when I needed to call. Fortunately, they let you know how much it will be based on what information is provided. The two gentlemen that came out told me what the problem was and I was charged what was quoted on the phone. John came out the day I called to fix my water heater. I had been taking cold showers for a week and trying to fix the problem myself. I'm no plumber! Big John's Plumbing sent Ramon to come and take a look at the main sewer clog. Ramon went above and beyond with his service. He used his tools/equipment to get to the problem but it seems like the issue is bigger than expected. We are looking forward to getting a quote to be able to fix the problem.

Don't call anywhere else! Don't waste time they truly are great and loved how honest they were. Willie came out to replace a cathridge and took the extra time and noticed that it wasn't necessarily that that needed repair but the solder joint that was leaking, which was the home developers responsibility. The cathridge still needed replacement but it wasn't the cause. If it wasn't for his honesty I would still continue having the leaking problem.
If you want an honest plumber, call Big John. They really try and help you out the best they can.
P.S. they were a lot less expensive than any other plumber too ;)

I've used them several times before, but never again. Charged $190 to fix leaking roman tub valve. They've repair it before. This time replaced the interal guts like before, but it didn't stop the leak. Told $1,100.00 to replace. I asked if they could help me out with the price of repair because it didn't work. Told no. After all the work they've done for us? I won't use them again. Recommend you don't either. They're just gotten crazy expensive!!!

Funny how some people will do anything to collect some money anyway possible. I call this plumber to get a quote for a job. Owner John asks me to text him the property address so i send him my text with details. They go out and Marvin one of their plumbers call me and leaves me a message to call back. I call back and no one gets the phone so I leave a message to call me back as soon as possible due to the urgency of the repair. No call so I text back and request to find out what happened and to send me their estimate to my email or a photocopy of their estimate. No response until 2 weeks later I get a text asking for my last name so they can send me a bill for $105 service charge. Crooks. A month later I get a call asking for money so I kindly explain to them what happened and they tell me they sent the invoice to my email. I never received the email so I ask the lady what email address did you send to. She gives me the wrong email address so I let her know you sent to the wrong email address. I check to see if i sent John the wrong email address but no the email address I sent the owner is correct. So clearly some idiot did not send the quote to the correct email. Conversation leads to them threatening me that they will send this invoice to collections. They will get nothing from me for this rather I will make sure all my contractors, clients, and friends in the area never use this company ever again.

Owning multiple rentals in the area and all around southern cali, its amazing how hard it is to find an honest plumber in the county of Riverside. If anyone knows a reliable trustworthy plumber in the area please let me know.

I came home from work to find a water leak had destroyed my new wood Floors and dry wall.. I called another plumber I found on yelp who never answered or returned my call.. My second call was to big john who answered immediately and was able to come to my house first thing in the morning (it was about 10pm when I called him).

John showed up on time. He showed me what was causing the leak and fixed it in a timely manner.. He stuck to the fee he quoted me over the phone. Not only was the work good but John was friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend him

Ok. To make a long story short, I didn't call Big John in the first place. I learned my lesson the hard way and I will now NEVER use anyone else. I went with another plumber and $2000 dollars later the problem was not fixed. I had this other plumber over four times and he kept blaming my tenants. My tenants could not take a shower their first week there. I was completely embarrassed. I called Big John on an early Saturday morning and he swung by noon on time. He took a look at the situation and took care of the problem lickity split. My tenants were hesitant because of the last plumber. We had water running in all the bathrooms, showers, sinks, flushing toilet paper down the toilet and trying to bombard the system. What do you know..,everything was working. Thanks Big John.

Here are my reasons to recommend Big John: First: He was on time in my emergency plumbing issue. Two: Big John was fair and reasonable. Three: He actually solved the plumbing problem. Four: He not only solved the problem he gave me some options for the future to make the situation easier but didn't use any scare tactic, just honest assessment on what to plan for in the future. Four: He is now my go to Plumber. I had to spend a ton of money to find a plumber for life. He's great and I highly recommend him to anyone. He's a business owner/plumber that is fair, honest and reasonable. He started his own business to run his business his way and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Had a plumbing leak as I was leaving town. My regular service company was unavailable. Big John's Got plumber scheduled same day that I called. I Texted photos of situation to Big John himself, and got an eye popping quote. I Was desperate, and so I swallowed hard and said OK. Ramon showed up and determined that leak could be fixed without going underground and quoted me a number that as literally one-fourth the original quote. He then got it done quickly and professionally, even wrapping the exposed pipes to protect against future corrosion. I am extremely happy and will definitely use these folks again.

Thank you Big John's Plumbing of Riverside for your speedy attention, dedication to detail and honesty.
It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.

My first yelp review and i couldn't be more excited to review Big Johns Plumbing!
So, I came home after staying few days at my moms for thanksgiving only to find that my toilet and shower had plugged up and sewer water was all over my floor! I read the reviews on yelp for Big John and since they were all good experiences with him and they were recent I gave him a call and he was at my house within the hour. :) John got to work right away and soon after he got my toilets and showers draining again! He gave me some really good tips to maintain my septic tank and drains. Super knowledgable and polite! I will definitely be using him again.

A few days ago, a pipe from our water heater started to leak hot water. Not a drip but a moderate amount. I was freaking out so I found this company through YELP. Excellent reviews which gave me some hope. I called and the person I spoke to gave me several possible diagnoses based on my water heaters symptoms. He gave me an estimate of what I was possibly looking at. He said it may be 3 hours before someone could be here but surprisingly their worker showed up in an hour.
He examined the water heater, temperature, pressure, and correctly diagnosed the problem. He gave me the same quote as the person I talked to on the phone. The total was $225 but I used the YELP coupon($80 for $105) so ended up spending $205. I felt they were competent and would definitely recommend them for plumbing issues.

I turned to Yelp & hoped for the best when my main line overflowed. It was after 5pm and I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait until morning to deal with this problem. I knew i wasn't calling roto-anyone on Yelp knows that's a ripoff.

I own a remediation company and I needed a plumber for a water damage in Norco ASAP. Not only did I need a plumber I needed a plumber that had leak detection and would repair the leak. This is our second time using Big John's Plumbing. The first time Linda came out and solved our mysterious toilet issue. They accomodated us by coming out the same day we called within a matter of hours. Linda provided top notch service. After a thourough but quick assesment, Linda was able to figure out that a piece of the shower curtain rod had fallen into the toilet. She did excellent work in a timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. She was professional, very nice and a true pleasure to work with.

So when our kitchen sink started backing up and the washer started overflowing we knew exactly who to call. Big John's Plumbing to the rescue once again. This time Big John and Mario came out. Jerry arrived from Big John's Plumbing right on schedule. He completed several plumbing jobs while he was here. He was polite and answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He did an excellent job installing new kitchen faucets, repairing a dysfunctional toilet including the shut off part, adjusting the water pressure as necessary and replacing a leaking part to an outside faucet. I had a water leak in the kitchen wall from a cold water pipe. My insurance said they weren't going to cover any of the damages. :( I called BJP and they sent a plumber by the name of Phil. Phil was very friendly and was able to find the leaky pipe in the wall without having to cut too much to get to it. He stopped the leak and repaired the pipe for a great price! I highly recommend BJP for their great service and thorough work!!

i called Big John's to have several plumbing issues taken care of. to start, the receptionist was courteous and very helpful, she scheduled a time at my covenience for the work to be done and she took my email and phone # to stay in contact with me. Rudy called me to notify me that he was on his way.
When he arrived he got right to work. he frequently let me know how the job was progressing. Rudy did excellent work and I was pleased with the job when he finished. I would definitely use Big John's again when I need a plumber. In fact, I consulted with Rudy about another project that I would be doing in the near future. Thanks Rudy!!

Came home a late Friday afternoon to find both toilets and bathtubs filled with stinky brown water. With my husband out of town, I was at a complete loss. Tried to flush one toilet and it immediately started overflowing all over the bathroom tiled floor. Thank goodness I knew to turn the water off behind the toilet before it overflowed out on to my newly installed wood flooring.

I immediately yelpped plumbers, called Wrench Re-Pipe, no answer and still no return phone call, then I called Big John's and the phone was promptly answered, and within a couple of hours, Big John and his assistant, Michael were knocking on my door! By 6 pm that day my problems were completely gone! He was very courteous and explained what was causing my problem and how I could prevent future problems down the road! Very impressed! Very reasonably priced and Big John honored his Yelp coupon! I would highly recommend Big John to anyone for their plumbing troubles! Very grateful for his prompt service!

This review is about a month behind as I just signed up for yelp. We had a leak behindoone of our walls that damaged the drywall. I called several companies and Big John was the only one who actually picked up the phone. When he came over he was professional and polite. He completed the work in a timely fashion and he took great pride in his work (which showed in the finished product). He took the time to explain what he was doing and I enjoyed our conversation very much. If you need good honest plumbing work done and not have to worry about getting priced gouged then call Big John.

Called them this morning based on their stellar reviews. I got a call back from Laura within 20-30 minutes. She gave me a quote for $185 and said she can send out a plumber at noon. Willie showed up early, at 11:30. I wasn't home then so he told us to call him once we get home. He showed up within 10 minutes of calling him. He was done with the work within 30 minutes. They charged us exactly what they quoted. They have a one year warranty as well. Overall we are satisfied with the work and service. The reviews on yelp were accurate and very helpful!

My air flow for my dishwasher was leaking. I've had plumbers out before & they said it was clogged. Benjamin from Big Johns actually repositioned my garbage disposal & changed the drain line to allow more air flow. Told us to call back if we had any trouble. The water would not go down in my toilets so I called Big Johns. The worker came to the house the same day and snaked my main line but that did not fix the problem. The next day someone else came out to look at the problem. He could not get the line cleared either with his equipment. I ended up having to pay for an extra cleanout which cost me $1250.00 I wish they would of used a longer snake to fix the problem instead of the extra cleanout. All the employees were very nice and professional. I would call Big Johns again but I think for a big job like that I will get a second opinion/quote.

I called Big John's Plumbing around 9:30 am on Sunday after reading positive reviews. The phone was answered right away and I asked if they could come snake because my main was clogged. John told me he could be here between 11:00-12:00, and he showed up when he said he would. I showed him the roof access to my main (which is unfortunately the only access I have). He was very honest and upfront with me and took his time assessing whether his snake line would be sufficient to reach the distance needed to clear the line (roughly 100-120 feet). It was so nice to have someone really assess the situation first. I know some companies/workers will perform the work knowing ahead of time it won't solve the problem, and then charging the customer for it. John didn't do that. He evaluated the situation first and let me know before hand what my chances were of reaching the clog, and then he let me make the decision to proceed with the work.

John was able to clear the clog, and then he made sure everything was flowing properly before cleaning up. Big John worked fast, competently, and was very friendly and respectful the entire time he was here. The price he charged me at the end of the work performed was exactly what he quoted to me on the phone and it was $100 less than what I paid a big named plumbing company, for the same work, 2 years ago. He told me he offers discounts on his website as well as on Yelp. Then he gave me a 10% Military discount off my bill. Thank you John for your fast, friendly, upfront and honest service. I can now take a shower!!!

We are long time customers of Big John's plumbing and we are completely disappointed in their lack of business ethics. We've had them out to our property to complete plumbing repairs many times over the last 9+ years. Unfortunately, the last two times we've worked with them have been horrible experiences.

1st issue: We had a water heater leak and Big John's installed a new water heater. We were satisfied with their work until it was time to replace our AC system. Our AC tech said that Big John's had installed a water heater that was oversized. Because it was too large for the space the plumbers had to twist it around and in the process blocked the venting for our AC system. In order to replace our AC, we will need to remove the current oversized water heater and purchase the correct size, install it and then install a new AC system. This is going to be a very large expense. Because a few years passed since the error, we did not pursue it with Big John's. We figured it was a mistake and we haven't replaced the AC system yet (1 of 2 systems for the house). After our 2nd issue with Big John's, we have told them about this first issue. They have not responded and didn't even bother to apologize.

2nd issue: We had a leak in our bathroom. Big John's charged us $125 for an estimate to fix the leak (which their tech Rudy said would be offset when we did the repairs). They gave us an estimate to replace shut off valves and remove tree roots and stated that the leak was at the base of the toilet. The total came to almost $1200 and they refused to offset the $125 estimate fee. It is a rental property so we didn't to inconvenience our tenants any longer so we agreed to the repairs. After the plumbing work was completed, we hired a handyman to repair the walls in the bathroom. We did not have him re-install the toilet because we wanted to have all the work completed by the same plumber. We called Big John's to schedule the re-install of the toilet. When Big John's tech came out and installed the toilet, there was water leaking out of the toilet tank. When Big John's gave me the estimate for a $1064 repair to fix our plumbing leak, they didn't even bother to check the tank of the toilet for cracks. When I told him I wasn't going to pay for the installation since I spent almost $1200 with the company to repair items that didn't even cause the leak, he told me he would call the office and call me back. He never called me back and left my property with the cracked toilet still installed. When I called him on his cell phone to find out what was going on, he stated that he had left because the owners were out of town and they would call me back. No return phone call. That weekend we disputed the charge with our credit card company. This dispute is still in process. We also wrote a very detailed email to Big John's outlining our issues with the repairs. No response. We will be pursuing this issue with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and warning others on yelp, google, etc.

They are happy to take your money but when things don't go right, they will not stand by their work and won't even bother to return your phone calls/emails. We ended up purchasing a new toilet and hiring another new plumber to install it. They are great! They are also on yelp - Bogart Plumbing. I highly recommend them! Their techs are much more professional and courteous.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price! We called Big John's Plumbing because our main sewer line was clogged. I think Big John himself picked up the phone when we called at 6:30 AM. He scheduled us a same day appointment slot 9-11 AM. A company plumber showed up at 9:30 AM. The clog was fixed and we were charged less than we were quoted over the phone.

We selected this company after reading the excellent Yelp reviews. We want to add ourselves to the growing list of satisfied customers. We definitely would recommend and will use Big John again if we every have another plumbing problem.

No, it was not done in an quick manner, but it was done in an apologetic manner. Within days of their conversation, we had a reimbursement check in our mailbox! Owners will say anything once they get a bad review, the company doesn't even have their facts straight. Ist owner approved it, 2nd it was grandmother that's 83, 3rdly the owner of property will not be using the company again and lastly there was 2 guys working up to 10pm. My 9 year old son, my 83 year old grandmother and I had no water from 3pm to the next day when the 2 guys finished around 10pm. Let me not forget the lady called at midnight if i needed to cancel or reschedule my appointment and I went to work without showering so clearly it was not done on the same day it was the next day. I even called a 24 hour local plumber that came over at 9pm and gave me a $600 estimate to fix that night but decided to wait for landlord to pay out of his pocket and use Johns plumbing.

We called Big John's plumbing based on the yelp reviews he's received so far. He answered the phone and told us he could be there same day and gave a two hour window. He also gave an estimate so we weren't shocked at the price. He was on time and gave us options for repair. My husband was even able to run to Home Depot for cheaper parts without a mark up and he installed them. I haven't had a lot of interactions with plumbers so I am very glad this one went so well. Cross your fingers for no more leaks, but if they happen I'll definitely call Big John's plumbing again.

We called Big John's about a leaky faucet in the roman tub in the master bathroom and were immediately told, based on the information given, that it was the cartridge. We got a quote (which was high compared to other quotes but they were able to come out before all the others we called) and made an appointment.
Visit number 1: The plumber that showed up was extremely nice but said he couldn't get the faucet handle off and needed a special tool. Because my boyfriend had tried to mess with it before calling out a plumber, he knew exactly how to remove them and showed him. The special tool needed: a phillips head screwdriver. This should have been a cue to thank him and have him leave but we wanted the constantly dripping water to stop. He left to buy the tool to remove the cartridge (something I would think a plumber should already have if this a was the expected problem and b was so common they could diagnose it over the phone). Away he went. He came back and removed the cartridge and went back to the store to buy the cartridges. Once finished, the problem was not fixed. In fact, it was significantly worse. The drip drip drip of the faucet became a steady stream of water. We were told a hole would need to be cut in the ceiling downstairs to access the pies to fix it.
We called and set up for John to come out and look at it since the problem was worse. Visit number 2: He put new cartridges in again and the problem was still there so he put in valves to stop the flow of the constant flow of water. At least we had a temporary fix. He told us the parts had a life time warranty and ordered them.
An appointment was made for a plumber to come back on a Thursday after the parts came in. Or so we thought. The Wednesday before, a plumber showed up.
Visit number 3: A different plumber arrives and opens the box of parts. He takes all the parts out and starts work. After about an hour and a half, he says he has to come back because he doesn't have the right tool. REALLY? Don't you know exactly the job to be done? So, now, the water is off to the tub (that we use every night to bathe our daughter) and an appointment is set for 4:30 the next day.
Visit number 4: So, 4:30 comes and goes and nothing. Finally, around 6:15, a knock on the door. Yet another plumber comes in and goes to work. After about 20 minutes, the plumber comes down and has to go to Home Depot. I am now truly baffled! Do these people not carry the tools to do their job? Is our faucet the first time they have encountered this brand? It's a pretty common brand (Moen) and if they know the job that needs to be done, how are they not prepared with the tools needed? Very frustrated with this situation. The last time we needed a plumber we called because of a leak. He came out, looked at it and fixed it within 45 minutes (including cutting and patching the dry wall). No trips to Home Depot needed. While they were very nice I do not believe that they were competent or equipped to do the job. I found the number to the other plumber and will keep it handy in case we need another plumber in the future.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Big John's plumbing is the BEST hands down. I will never call anyone else this is my go to plumbing company for life. I called Big John's Plumbing for a clogged shower drain that was giving me problems. I spoke with Linda over the phone. She was very kind, helpful, friendly, and able to set up an appointment for me ASAP. A tech came out to my house right away. Kerry was AWESOME!!!! He was fast, efficient, friendly, clean, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, reliable, punctual, and most important very honest. Kerry quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Big John's is awesome!! I called about replacing a broken faucet late in the day and they were able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone and send someone the same day. To all my veteran friends if you need plumbing done look no further than Big John's Plumbing. How about having someone who is honest and friendly . Big John came out Saturday night and fixed my plugged kitchen sink . I have had several companies come out and tell me it will cost 1k to power flush my lines. John Hernandez is my new plumber ! Super nice guy who knows what he is doing and charges a fair price for great quality work. Oh yes and he is totally honest about what is broken and what it takes to fix it, how refreshing is that?
I walked outside this afternoon to a driveway full of water and after finding out it was not the washer I opened the water heater door to see water running down the side and trickling into the garage. Searched Yelp and called Big John's Plumbing...he was out here in under 30 minutes.

He took a look at it and instead of upselling me for a new water heater he said he could fix the valve and it would be fine...AWESOME!

Ok, what plumber installs 3 items in kitchen, charges 650 dollars, as soon as he leaves the sink leaks! Because it is not even connected! My elderly parent didn't have a power cord for the dishwasher, so my parent suggests he come back another day. Instead he gives her a list to go get the needed items and stays. Well the dishwasher needed a longer than normal power line, however, he did not tell her this, nor did he say when he left after charging 650, your disherwasher doesn't work because the cord isn't long enough! I like to think that this company would be respectful of others money and time and know that this is not acceptable!!Seriously, if you are a true plumber this should not happen. Oh and the plumber said, you are lucky you got me, this is my specialty! Please avoid hiring people who have no regard for others time money and trust!

Rudy of Bid John's Plumbing was fabulous when he replaced a toilet. He was very patient with having to deal with me in San Diego but the job at a family's house in Riverside. Second time I've used Big Johns, and I cannot even out into words how amazing they are! Today I called and had someone out within an hour. My toilets are back to back and both were backing up. My pipes are very old and configured funny so he wasn't able to get it then but made some calls and assured me that John, The Boss, would be out in a few hours. We called Big John's and they were very helpful in getting us an appointment that worked for us. On the appointed time Marvin showed up right on time. He was quiet but friendly. When I explained what need to be fixed, he understood and started in on the job. I left for a few minutes and when I came back, he had already finished the first job, which I thought would take hours. I was pleasantly surprised! He undertook the second job, had to leave to get a hose, was back quickly and before you knew it the second job was complete as well. It was a rather pleasant experience to have someone come in who really knows what they are doing! Everything was neat as a pin when he finished. Marvin certainly deserves 5 stars. Very bad company. Came to my store to unclog the toilet. They could not unclog by using the snake, so they took the toilet out. After taking out the toilet and the snake went through, put back the toilet seat but the toilet still unclog. They blamed on the toilet and recommended to replace the new toilet with the total cost is $585. I refused to replace the toilet because I knew the toilet is not the problem. Since I refused their recommendation, I was forced to pay them $65 for taking out the toilet. It costs me money but the toilet was still unclogged. After they left, I went to the roof and use a water hose to flush the air vent of the toilet. After ten minutes the air vent is unclogged and the toilet is flushed. Big John's company must had known this trick but they tried to make money on me. Be careful.

I had the same experience as Nina S. When our plumbing backed up, I checked Yelp. First, I called Wrench Re-Pipe and had to leave a message. After 20 minutes they still hadn't called back.

Since Big John's Plumbing also has great reviews, I called them. In contrast, they answered the phone promptly and cheerfully.

Because it was late in the day, I would have understood if he had put it off till the next day. Nope. He was there quickly, dealt with it efficiently, took us out to show us the situation, and provided additional suggestions for ways that we could help prevent the issue from returning (in other words, he was trying to save us money even though it would mean that we would call him less!!!). He also honored his Yelp coupon.

Today, we had a different issue crop up about noon. He said he'd be there between 3 and 5 p.m. BUT, he sent a crew earlier just to be sure we were OK for the weekend. Sure can't beat service like that. Best of all, they took the time to figure out a way to solve it that was about half the price that it originally could have been.

I can not thank your company enough for the excellent service we received today. When a previously scheduled plumber (another company) fell through at the last minute, I called Big John's Plumbing. I can't tell you why I didn't call them in the first place...old age maybe? Lol. Anyhow, the big issue for us is that our daughter is severely immune-compromised and we needed a technician who was fully vaccinated and willing to wear a mask, booties and gloves during the service. Not only did Ramon arrive promptly, he came with all the necessary precautions. He even changed to a fresh pair of gloves and booties halfway through just to be safe. The service itself (unclog a stopped shower and replaced a leaky toilet seal) was done efficiently and professionally. We talked about how I could improve a poorly installed kitchen faucet and some old crooked pipes under a bathroom sink (which I will definitely have them take care of in the future) ...and in less than two hours he was all packed up and the areas he worked on were left cleaner than he found them. I now have a shower that drains and a toilet that flushes down and not out. The price was extremely fair and we were not charged for the last minute call, nor the extra precautions (all part of the A+ service). The office was so understanding and accommodating as well. Thank you Big John's Plumbing for making a stressful situation completely stress-free!

I would give it no star if I can. My tenant has a leaking tub faucet, leaking kitchen hose faucet and the seal for one of the toilet water tank leak. Spoke with Big John and I understand it will cost 105$ just for them to come out and if they do service then the fee would be wave
Big John sent one of his men out, needless to say my tenants are very unhappy with the result
He installed her tub handles back wrong and I don't know what he did but by the time he finished and despite she know he had installed it back wrong, she doesn't care and just want him out. Now one of the hot water handle turn left and the other cold water handle turn right when water is being turned on . He charged me 164$ for replacing 15$ valve cartridge that would take 15 min- 1/2 an hour max to replace. He would have charged me another 145$ just to tightened the toilet and another 145$ for changing the hose plus parts price which he quote over the phone while he was at the house.
Needless to said if I have all the leakages done , it will be around 500$ range or more depends on if he has to changed out the whole sink faucet
My husband who is also pretty handy around the house was too busy so I didn't want him to be bother with tedious stuffs needless to say wasn't too happy when he found out how much they charged and now he would be the one changing out the sink faucet and buying the two rubber washer for the toilet tank

Saw the good reviews and decided to give John a call. My hot water heater was out, leaking all over. I needed it replaced as soon as possible. John was out that evening and had everything done by 8PM. Now that is service! Reasonable rates and good work. I know who my plumber is!

Slightly disappointed especially since I specifically told them I found their services via Yelp. The price for service is expensive, it's essentially $125+parts per issue. That's not the same as $125+parts per hour.

Essentially if you have a leaky sink, toilet clogged, and a faucet issue, all of which should be done under two hours if the tech is lazy, obviously if he is efficient and he has somewhere to be, any competent tech should be able to get it done in under an hour. Nonetheless, for a three part job the service will cost you nearly $500! I called in a repair for my faucet and sink, and declined on the sink due to the cost. I purchased the yelp deal, but then they marked up the price so I still paid $135.

My main issue is that when I called in the work order at 6:58am mind you, I was told I would be the first stop and they tech would leave the around at 9am. The dispatcher did a fine job, very courteous and professional. She explained that even though I am the 1st stop, the tech will arrive between 9-11am, but he shouldn't be too long as he was coming from Jurupa, right down the street. I called at 9:03am just wondering if he had left and what his ETA was, and again the dispatcher very kind and professional, explained he just left and should be there within the hour. The tech didn't arrive until 10:54am...

So at the end of the day, did he fix the issue? Yes. However, I probably won't use them again.

The repairs made were done because my home warranty company failed to make repairs so Big Johns took care of the service. The update stems from the fact that Big John released my private info without my consent to the Home Warranty company. Sorry, one star.

I've been a loyal customer and friend of Big Johns Plumbing for many years! I own my home here in Magnolia Center area of Riverside and I'd never call anyone else!
My husband Mike (who's now deceased) and I owned our own plumbing company for several years prior to Mikes passing called Taylor Plumbing. A rubber duck fell in the toilet and got stuck, rendering the toilet useless. I had been putting off fixing it for a long time. Called Big John's Plumbing. The person answering the phone gave the typical will be there between 6 and 8 answer. Great. Five minutes later, Big John himself called and said he would be there within 30 minutes. Great! He arrived and we explained to him the problem. He ended up having to pull the toilet, which I figured he would have to. Gave it a couple of shakes and out came the rubber duck. Replaced the wax ring and bolted the toilet back in place. He also fixed the shower lever, which wouldn't go far enough to the hot side. All in all, I would definitely use him again. Fair prices and quality work. Also, If there is something easy enough to do yourself and will save you money, he will tell you...and show you how to do it. Now that's service!

Called Big John's Plumbing to come out to my home to look at a problem I could not fix. I had rented a snake 3 times, Tried to fix myself 10 times and had two other plumbing companies come as well and all were unsuccessful. Until we met Rudy, He was very professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He found the issue and resolved it for us in a very professional and friendly manner. Took the extra time to explain the issue to us step by step and guided us through his work. He left the area he worked on cleaner than it was when he got to it. Our 1932 bathtub faucet began to leak pretty furiously, so I called the gentleman who gets all the good reviews but--when I finally got hold of him--he said those old fixtures were almost impossible to fix and didn't want to deal with the job. So I called Big John and he sent someone over who was able to repair the leak in very short order and at minimal cost. He even replaced the washer on the nonleaking handle on his own initiative just for good measure. I will certainly call Big John again should I require a plumber's services in the future.

BIG Johns !!! The BEST !!! 100 % -- I helped my Grandmother an AeroSpace retiree, sell her house in Manhattan Beach to buy this Riverside Property in 1998 so that my Mom could take care of gramma and manage gramas diabetes in her old age. Mom started a Plumbing business with her husband Mike, called Taylor Plumbing , it was very very successful !!! Michael Pope Taylor USS Naval Officer passed in 2004 of natural causes, as did gramma, RIP. That's when eye moved out here from Venice Beach permanently. True it's been a bit of a struggle with out Mike, as mom is disabled , and my career choice being an Artist, gramma used to say Justy you better get your foot in that corporate door ASAP cuz Art will never pay your bills lol god eye loved her though !!!

I am so glad I called Big John's Plumbing, the service done was incredible. John was very upfront about the cost and what needed to be repaired. He even showed me how I could fix the same issue if it ever arose again. I changed out my sink 15 years ago and just installed a new sink that was leaking at the valve. I don't think I'll have the same problem again. I would recommend Big John's to anyone that needs an honest, reliable plumber.

We had tried to take care of the bath tub that just wouldn't drain and then ibegan to throw up black crap too. So we finally gave up and called this company. Had been able to book an appointment quickly and their plumber showed up with a mask and had been very informative during the repairs. Ramon did an amazing job and fixed our problem in under an hour!

Prompt response to my restaurant which had a blocked drain, which is a major problem. They quickly found the problem, a stuck sanitizer cloth which somehow got into the drain system. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again when needed.

Ever need a local plumber to help in times where you tried everything to clear a toilet? Call Big John's! The plastic freshner hanging in the toilet was accidentally flushed causing a back up. I called after 8am and they came about noon with an auger to jam free the clogged toilet. Thank you Big John's for the prompt service!

Big John's Plumbing had a plumber out to our home within 90 minutes of our call to request an estimate for two projects. We had two prior estimate appointments. One added so much to our estimate request, that it was upsold to the tune of 17,000! The other called back to set an appointment after Big John's had already started the projects. Our projects were completed in a day and a half, and we couldn't be happier!

Used big john for the second time yesterday with a water leak in my front yard. Scheduling was easy and convenient. He came and was extremely nice and dove right into the problem. Reaching out to me via email and text when he found the source of the leak with cause, photos, and a price. The price was very fair and he was able to get it done in one day! THANK YOU again big john for a stellar job. 5 stars again. And will continue to use him with any plumbing needs

Very pleased with the courteous service and careful work from Phil today! He stopped the leaks coming from our sinks. I wish I had called this company earlier. We had previously had work done by Big John and another very nice plumber too--(name slipped my mind, MC?) I can only say the best things about this plumbing company. They take pride in their work and are really good listeners and very polite and nice. Their work is done with care.

I called Big John's Plumbing after another contractor (Rene's Plumbing) had cancelled without calling.

John came out next day, and snaked three drains. He charged me a bit less than I had been quoted, that is always nice. I had a chance to speak with John, and he represented himself very well. Quite knowledgable, well spoken and friendly.

He did quality work, kept his word and is now my go to plumber.

Based on my experience, I would recommend to anyone and feel confident they would be happy with his work.

I was really impressed by this plumber and will use next time! When I called, they were very nice. They able to explain what might be the problem and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They were able to come out the next business day. The plumber was knowledgeable and honest. The price was reasonable . I would definitely recommend them!

I just move to Eastvale from Orange county. Needed a plumbing service to fix faucet valve for shower. Since I didn't know any plumber in this area, i searched online and found one plumber. called him twice and left a voice mail but never got reply back. so, i searched again and found Big John. I liked the reviews so i decided to give him a call. He answered my call right away and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. He showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He replaced the faucet valve and also showed me how to do it. I called him again couple days later to replace Toilet flush valve. Again, he showed me how easy it is to do it myself and save money. He also offered to help me over the phone for simple fixes that i can do it myself. I'm very happy that i called him and like many others, i have him on my speed dial. I highly recommend him.

Its obvious how big john earned his nickname. His service is also tremendous. He's helped us out twice now. Once with a leak we had in our shower for ages and again when our sink became clogged. Both times he was kind and fixed the problem very quickly. Our shower and sink now work perfectly. I highly recommend big johns plumbing!

Smart & Efficient & Very Reasonable cost wise.

I needed a tech to come and pressurize my gas system and located a leak, they charged me $285 to do such a thing, other companies charged me $49. I wish I would've called them before calling Big John's plumbing.

The guy that showed up used a broken meter that worked when it wanted to, sometimes it moved, sometimes it stayed stuck even with no pressure. The guy grumbled about not wanting to get a working one from his truck, then he slapped me with a 10k estimate to change out my gas and water pipes when everyone else was far lower than 7k.

I don't recommend this company at all.

Your guy called me directly and told me 10 thousand dollars, so I'm not sure where you got 8200 from, I would've loved to have gotten an 8200 dollar estimate instead of 10K. This right here tells me there's something amiss amongst your ranks, I'm glad this happened now and not after I got stuck with you guys.

Also for $285, (which I agreed to) the guy should've gone back to his van and gotten a meter that works rather than tapping and coaxing his to read correctly, I didn't even get a proper reading from the pressure as the meter didn't work.

We had a horrible experience with this company. First they sent someone out (Alex of AM Plumbing) that was working for them only contractually as part of their company. When the guy showed up, he ended up claiming he was from his own business (AM Plumbing - who we had never called), not Big John's, so that he wouldn't have to split the profits. The job took twice as long as promised and he ended up breaking our sink and then lying about it. Big John then said he would make it right and did come out and fix the sink. (They also ended up firing the first employee who came out to us since he had lied about who he was representing). However, he needed to get a couple of other parts and said that he would let us know when they were in. After about 6 months and not hearing from him we called again and he came out and fixed one thing and again needed to get a part and said he would make sure it didn't take so long this time. Now it's been about a year since the last visit and I have completely given up. He seems like a nice guy, but is really over-booked and doesn't have time to get things done that he promises.

I called Big John's Plumbing to come and check out a leak under the sidewalk on the side of my home. They responded quickly, but that was it as far as the good goes. I could see where the water was coming from from under the three foot side walk and it was near where a faucet was coming up through the concrete. I was told by the plumber that it would initially cost $350 dollars to use a leak detector to pin point where the leak was coming from. I am no genius, but it was not difficult to figure out what the problem was and I am not a plumbing professional. The leak was just where I thought it would be.

When I asked how much the total cost would be I was told $800 and does not include concrete work. He stated it would take two workers to bust up the concrete and get the job done. When I told the plumber I needed to discuss it with my other half before I made the commitment, he asked for $105 just for the service call. If they would have been reasonable, I would have let them do the work. Instead, I went and purchased a concrete blade for my skill saw and rented a jackhammer and the parts I needed to fix it by myself and I am under $100 dollars to fix it in only a few hours of work. I hope they choke on the $105 dollars they charged to just take a ten minute look. I saved myself $600 not letting the screw me over more.

Just got my kitchen remodeled.
I needed my new garbage disposal installed.
Got a price over the phone. And they didn't charge me more once they got to my house.
They said they were going to be here between 2-4pm the next day.
They were not only early 11am, but (Ramon) was clean, neat, fast, and easy to work with..

April comes around, and I notice a leak where the pipe was replaced. I called Big John's, and Rudy came out the same day. Still the same Rudy-friendly, punctual, and informative. Unfortunately, it had been a few months since the initial repair, so I owed for the service. That said, Rudy quickly fixed the issue within a half-hour and thought it strange that the initial work was leaking, as I did. I had to call back a week later because the same spot continued leaking. Rudy's truck was being worked on, so he could not come out as promptly as before. However, Linda had him on the books in no time. Although Rudy was scheduled to come another day, he stopped by asap, knowing he had access to the repair since it was outside the house. I happened to be home, and Rudy looked over the issue, said there would be no charge because of the warranty, and got to work. Rudy said the water would need to be off for several hours. Then he suggested he could put a shut-off valve so I could control one line rather than have to shut off the water to the whole house. Again, he was done in a half-hour new copper pipe, a shut-off valve, and no leak. Before he left, we talked about the issue, and as he looked over the pulled part, it snapped, showing us that the original PVC pipe (connection) had cracked. The good news was Rudy planned to bypass this already without knowing/seeing this until after the fact, which was made even more difficult because the PVC was painted over. I said this before, but Big John's is quick to respond, friendly, and has good people like Rudy working for them. This is a whole other level of professionalism. Thanks to Rudy, who always leaves with a smile. The job is well done, and I get a piece of advice each time!

And then today, Rudy stopped by randomly to follow up on the work because he was in the area! C'mon, are you serious?! That's the personal touch so many people lack these days!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The entire bottom was soaked. When the plumber from Big John's came out, he said he could not find the source and that maybe I spilled something. They charged me $125 and left. 2 days later, I found the source. I messaged them to come back and fix it and I was ignored, so I had to call another plumber...and by this time, the wood was rotted that I had to pay to get that fixed as well. I messaged Big John's again to let them know I had to hire someone else and that I deserve my money back. Unfortunately, they felt they should keep my money for a job they never did and ultimately ended up costing me even more because of their unprofessionalism. Very upsetting.

Rudy came to service my clogged bathtub. Charged me 180$ Failed to explain that if the service provided didn't work their would be an additional fee to service any other line. Rudy began clearing out the drains on the outside, & I was under the impression that in the price quoted he would also run the snake thru the inside as per usual plumbing. Tho after clearing drains outside he explained that there would in fact be an additional fee of $200 to run the snake thru the tub. I explained to Rudy that I was not aware of that as he failed to inform me. I explained to him that I didn't not have enough money to pay for that amount, as I was misinformed. Rudy quoted 'Do you want the service or not as I have other jobs? Expressing no concern of care in regards to my financial situation. He then walked of the job stated he was done & would be reaching out to his supervisor. My husband retrieved him in his truck & ask that he finish the job as the bathtub is a necessity. Rudy returned apologized for his behavior & proceeded to explain that running the snake thru the drains could possibly damage or brake the drains & an additional fee would be included. As if I wasn't already stressed enough. I asked what the possibility of that occurring was he stated 50/50. Then he rephrased himself & said it would be a 25% chance of that occurring. Which had me confused? So now I was paying the man 400$, & running the risk that he brake my drains. Rudy was able to clear the clog in my bathtub. Had he originally run the snake thru there in the first place rather than insisting he clear the outside drains had I saved myself $200. As a paying customer I felt taken advantage off and uneasy about trusting a professional' to unclear the drain. Never have I had to pay my plumber $400 that I do not have to unclog my bathtub. Will most likely not ever use this service again.

I had a bigger than expected plumbing job, had to replace two regulators and several valves, and their tech Mario worked all day to get the job done. Honest work speaks for itself, I will call them again if I need plumbing work.
