They were able to help me tremendously to solve my problem. If you guys are looking for a good and honest plumber look no more they are your guys. Called after hours, Dan confirmed someone had been dispatched and would be there in one hour, probably sooner.
An hour and a half later i called and he said he could not get a hold of the technician.
30 minutes later, an hour after the projected appointment, he said the technicians vehicle was conveniently not working and the next appointment available would be the next morning at 9 am.

Don't call yourself 24/7 plumbing if you can take care of a simple 7 pm service call.

24/7 plumbing is nothing short of amazing!! Our sink had been backed up for 4 days. Not knowing who to call I sent a message on here and they responded by calling me within 5 minutes! Danny was very professional on the phone and was even able to send over a tech the same night. He called back twice to give updates as to when they would arrive. The service tech was wonderful and polite. Didn't try to up sell us anything. Fixed the drain within 10 minutes and charged us what was quoted over the phone. Thank you 24/7 plumbing for a great experience.

Robert came on 10/28 to my rental property in Rialto & cleared the drains for the bath & sinks after an eviction. On his receipt it said there's a 30 day warranty. Now the tub is not draining. Today is 11/23 & I've been leaving messages, as well as my new tenant & Robert is not responding. Not sure HOW this is going to end.

Awesome service, was able to fix our plumbing problem quick. Definitely will recommend them to all our friends.

Came out to fix and stoppage in my kitchen sink the disposal side. Our home warranty company sent someone out to fix it and they could not.The guy was great. He fixed it within 5 minutes and it's working fine. Cudos to the 24/7 team thank you so much!

Well we now have our plumber!  Michael came out and found that scary leak in the backyard. He explained the problem and fixed it.  The charge was so reasonable as well.  We will be calling Michael out again in January for the bathrooms!  Thank you.

I had a great experience with them, I am not particularly good at anything that involves fixing around the house, so when my bathroom flooded, I had no idea where it was coming from and how to stop it. They had someone come to the house right away, identify the issue, and gave me some options on what could be done. Their prices are very fair and the problem was fixed right away. Staff was well mannered and professional. I would recommend them again.

I have to give them 5 stars. I called them on a Sunday A  SUNDAY and they cleared a clog hydro blasted my line and sent down a camera. Danny was the tech who came out and he really did a great job with making me sure about the money I spent i mean I know nothing about plumbing but I do know I do not want any further problems. Worst company in Hesperia, dan came into my house trying to fight my husband, police report was made and if this comment gets deleted i will keep posting it as well as my home cameras to show everything. As soon as police came Dan sped away in his white truck leaving his sons behind. Dan was called out to fix a shower problem he sent his kids they didnt know how to fix it, we caught them watching youtube and even recorded it with my phone. I paid 220 for a new cartridge. I had rescue plumbers come out next day and said the pieced together the parts and messed the shower up, he also wrote me what he replaced and his recommendation to sue in court. I will add photos and contact yelp if this review is deleted, because i was a REAL PAYING CUSTOMER!!

I needed a plumber ASAP for a rental property in Victorville with an outdoor faucet that would not shut off causing backyard to flood. Tenants never told me until a neighbor kids said yard flooding

They came out on time following day to accommodate my schedule as I live in Orange County. Problem was old old faucet head inside stucco. Could not be happier with 24/7.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew and 24/7 Plumbing. Our mainline became clogged at 8 pm on a Saturday night. One call to 24/7 and Andrew was out within 2 hours addressing the issue. They quickly got to work and had the mainline cleared quickly. Their pricing is very fair and their service is top-notch. They'll be my go-to from now on.

Called 24/7 plumbing around 5pm today and they were able to fit me in before 8pm.  Technician Robert  came about 1 1/2 hours later. Robert was kind and respectful and fixed our issue quick ( our knob was stripped / stuck tried everything to get it off but didn't work... water wouldn't stop running and we had to shut off water at main.)
24/7 plumbing was reasonably priced and didn't price gouge us because of the time they came out. I will definitely use their services in the future and will refer my friends to them. Thank you 24/7 plumbing  for all your help!!!

if i can give a zero i most definitely would!!!! i had someone come out to drain my kitchen sink he didnt fix it...took my money didnt leave my receipt was supposed to come back @ 4pm its 6pm...warning people warning do not deal with them!!!! i shoulve listen to the last review so listen to me dont!

I had an issue with my water heater and 24/7 Plumbing & Rooter came out immediately. I was quoted a great price and it was fixed that day! Definitely recommend! Plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I'll be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Thank you so much to Keith and everyone at 24/7. I spent all morning calling everyone in town and was told nobody could come and take a look until next week. Keith got on our roof and unclogged our drain and saved us from an entire weekend of stress and not being able to use our toilets or shower. He is our Hero :)

My review is purely based on the price they gave me. No work was done. I understand a licensed plumber is going to charge more, but $500 a hour is asinine.

I had 24/7 come out yesterday to do some work on a bathroom and the employee Martin did a excellent and he clean up after,I would definitely use them again.

Danny and his staff were very helpful and professional. I called at 7pm to unclog my main line and they offered to come out and help me. Great affordable prices and they get the job done really fast. I will definitely be calling 24/7 plumbing again!

Mike and Carlos came to my mother in laws house yesterday. I thought the toilets in the house were going to be replaced, because they weren't working well! Mike and Carlos came and I found out the toilets didn't need replaced after all!
I could as easily been taken advantage of. I wasn't st all! My family and I will continue to use 24/7 Plumbing!
One more thing!! They were really fast!

Mike took care of everything. He made me feel at ease. Especially considering our circumstances and time frame. He was informative and gave me options. He did such an amazing job. You can tell he enjoys what he does. I will definitely call them in the future.

This company was very professional honest and straightforward. Dan came out the same day I called. I had two other companies come out and check my problem which was a nasty gas coming out of my bathroom. Two separate companies couldn't figure it out. One wanted to charge me for a bogus smoke test without even climbing in the attic or checking any of that sewer access/ clean out. When Dan showed up I had a great feeling about this guy. He first went up to the attic to check to see if there was any gas issues. Looked around the house checked every drain. And finally got to the clean out and saw that there was lots of sludge. He recommended a complete flush of the system. And the next day he came out and flush the system. I haven't had any issues since. Would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I spent all night calling different plumbers and no one answered. I called 24/7 rooters and man did they come through. They found a route and unclogged the toilet. Danny was so knowledgeable, kind and hardworking. I appreciate their expertise and I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!!

I came home to find water in my garage. Being that this was in a Friday night I did not expect to find any help until Monday. Thank goodness for 24/7 plumbing. I spoke to Danny and he came out to my home on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the leaks in my home. He is very professional and keeps you updated on the progress of work. Thank you Danny!  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Seen the reviews so gave them a call saturday night... started great. They were able to come out same night to diagnose issue. Paid the fee, said theyd be back Sunday between 9am-12pm to fix it. Finally called at 12:15 and no answer. Called at 1:15 and gave nothing but excuses.. Ill call you back in 45minutes to tell you what time I can go. Got a text by 8pm that they couldnt come. Well, no kidding.  Very unprofessional. If they were too busy then just shouldve been upfront and wouldnt have wasted a day waiting for them. Waste of diagnose fee too.

Unable to get anything done, didn't show for a couple appointments and then only offered afternoon times when we are available in mornings.

Well, after leaving my initial review moments ago, the owner left a response on here calling my review a joke and saying they didn't have me in their database.
I had been contemplating giving them a second chance down the road hoping that I would have better luck, but after seeing their defensive and rude attitude on Yelp, I will not be doing that. I have uploaded my phone record of having had called them. After the initial two calls, the guy who came out to my house to give me price provided me with his cell phone number on which I texted him repeatedly, but he was never able to make it out in the morning. Tried a few times, and one day waited all day for him to come, but he never showed. Finally, I texted, and he said he was tied up in an emergency, which I can understand. What I can't understand is not texting to let me know and leaving me to wait and waste my entire day. Apparently, the businesses' response is an insinuation that I am a liar.
It's pretty sad that a person can't leave a review without the business calling it a joke. I'm entitled to post my personal experience with this company.
What this response tells me is, if I would have had them do plumbing work for me and experienced a problem with that work, they may very well have responded to me saying my issue was a joke and not been willing to resolve it.
Things happen for a reason, and at this point,  I'm glad it didn't work out.

We have had the best experience with Keith. He came to replace our water heater and helped us get all of our appliance attached to waterlines. We even had some trouble getting water to all of our sinks (nothing to do with the work he did) and he was able to help us trouble shoot the issue over the phone. As first time buyers we were so thankful to find someone as great as Keith to help answer our questions and provide quality service. We will be coming to him for all of our future water and plumbing services.

My husband discovered a whole on our downstairs roof which turn out to be made by a leak from our upstairs toilet. Since our insurance will cover for the cosmetic water damage and not the plumbing issue that caused it we had the stressful task to look for a plumber on our own. having moved to the HD about a year ago we were a bit concern about calling just anybody. However I came up 24/7 plumbing and made the call. Danny was very prompt to answer my questions and showed up 45 minutes after I spoke to him on the phone, He was very professional and was very affordable and best of all he fixed our leak in a timely manner. I was very pleased and will highly recommend his services to anybody in need of a good plumber.They do stand by their name (24/7) they showed up today Friday at 8pm and that to me was very awesome since not all plumbers show up at this hours and if they do they charge over the top prices. Personally i'll be putting his number under my contacts for any other plumbing services I might need in the future.

Andrew was great and respectful! He was able to fix my issue and completed my faucet installations. He made it a priority to ensure to get my water back on so the house can have functional running water and then resolved the other issues I had. Definitely will be using 24/7 Plumbing & Rooter again.

I had a clogged kitchen line at one of my properties and contacted various plumbers to give me a quote and schedule a service. I did get various responses, however 24/7 plumbing was the first to respond to my online quote via Yelp. They  gave me a very competitive estimate and worked around my schedule to come to my property. Most importantly I felt they were very friendly and wanted to help me with my concerns.

Dan was the plumber who I spoke with over the phone to verbally explain my plumbing situation and the pricing. Furthermore, he emailed me a clear estimated invoice to ensure there were no hidden charges. The following day he also texted me 30 minutes before his arrival. My tenant unfortunately did not come home in time, but Dan was very patient and was still willing to work with me to come back  at the end of the day to resolve the issue. I felt that Dan was going above and beyond his service. He also gave me a call after the work was done to let me know everything was completed.

I highly recommend using Dan and 24/7 plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Excellent customer service!

I had a leak below my kitchen sink. Everything that I tried didn't work. Couldn't find any source for the leaks and it exceeded my expertise. Sent a message and got a response in about 15 minutes.

The guys (Mike and Pepe) showed up on time and were friendly. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate. Explained everything he was doing as he did it. I was pleased with them and would definitely  use them again.

Wow!  If you are looking for a great plumbing company this is it. Called them and had Devion one of their technicians come out within an hour on a Saturday night . He was fast , got the job done was so polite.  Will be recommending them to friends and family. Had an emergency plumbing issue at 11:00 pm at night and had called a couple plumbers that said they have 24 hour emergency service and after several unanswered calls and one that the lady is like with acted like she couldn't be bothered by my potty problems, 24/7 plumbing answered immediately and was ever so helpful ! The technician nick was spot on with his diagnosis and fixed the problem with ease, I was ever so grateful for nick as well as the call center for 24/7. I highly highly recommend this company for any plumbing situation you may have.

Unfortunately,  the part of not readily available but at least we know there is affordable light at the end of the tunnel.

Very unexpectedly, our septic tank system became really backed up, one afternoon. My family and I were very desperate in resolving the situation as soon as possible, considering that we couldn't use the restroom, or shower. I made a few attempts in contacting other companies. Some were extremely busy, and others didn't even bother to respond via Yelp, or answer the phone.

Danny, was very receptive as far as answering all of my questions, and very effective in solving our septic tank issue. His price was very competitive, and he did deliver on the $25.00 Yelp discount.Although he stated he was extremely busy, he was able to have one of his drivers show up the very next morning, and pump our system out. His driver got there on time, as promised. The septic system was overwhelmed, and was about due! They even went above and beyond by clearing out blockage in the pipe leading into the septic tank, which was easier access to them, since they were already pumping out the tank.

I will definitely use them again!!

Martin was great! We had a bit of an emergency on Saturday that required us to turn off all water, but other people said they couldn't help until Monday! Martin said he could take care of us soon, showed up within the timeframe he quoted, and took care of the problem quickly and effectively. On top of that, he was very polite and respectful throughout the whole process.

Danny did a good job. He did a good recommendations for our problem and solved it immediately.

I scheduled for them to come out to do a site survey to install a sewer connection to use as an RV dump. I was told the service call would be $20.00 and if a camera was needed to find the existing sewer line it would be $300.00. I had no problem with that and scheduled them for 11/8 arrival between 2-5pm. The time frame came and went with no call and no show. I can't even give money away these days. No one wants to work, 24/7 Plumbing included. Will be calling Burns and Cisneros Brothers now.

Emergency Service at 10pm - Immediately responded and got a plumber to the property in 30 minutes. Great communication and multiple payment options.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced.
I called 24/7 & in less than 10 minutes I had an appointment for the next morning.
Didn't take 15 minutes to replace disposal.
24/7 Plumbing is now my personal plumber...24/7!

We had a water leak and called these guys. They showed up within 30 min of my call which was really nice however they very much misdiagnosed my issue and tried to overcharge me (+$500) for a pvc fitting change. My father in law very graciously changed it for us and we total spent around 30 dollars, also he did it in 20 minutes. Our water is running perfectly fine again. The only thing I payed this guy was a service fee which I never even  got a receipt for. Overall not very honest in the pricing and adding work that wasn't needed at all. Not calling back for pluming needs

Very fast and excellent service. Danny came out gave me an estimate and was able to fix my plumbing problem. Would definitely call him for any plumbing problems in the future.

I called them last minute today and because the kitchen sink was stopped up and the garbage disposal didn't work. They came out about 2 hours later. Not only were the prices unbeatable but the service Andrew provided was awesome... so fluent and quick in what he does and very well mannered. I highly recommend them for my first choice

I'm writing on behalf of my mother who does not yelp, yet. She was so grateful for the prompt reply from Mike in regards to her broken water heater. Not only did he call right back, but he arrived exactly when he said he would that day, took photos of the problem, purchased replacement items and installed the new water heater all that same day. His manner was courteous and professional, and he was a good foreman to his helper. She is very pleased with his service and highly recommends 24/7 Plumbing.

I purchased my first home as a place for my Dad. Over the last two years we have had many discoveries and our family has worked hard to breathe life into a property in the middle of the desert. Due to an unforeseen gas leak the gas company turned off the gas to ensure the safety of our family home. After weeks of searching and getting estimates of plumbers looking just put in new gas lines, or thinking it would be cheaper to convert everything to electric, I kept searching.

Finally I turned to Yelp, submitted a project and with in minutes I hear back from 24/7 on a Sunday afternoon. 24/7 Plumbing was a God send. Dan listened to my horror stories and booked an appointment the next day. It was like clock work, he was confident that his team could find the leaks and replace what was necessary rather than abandoning the gas lines. He and his team were through, sending over text videos to keep me abreast of their findings. Although, 24/7 Plumbing was not the lowest quote, but the best value. We decided to pay more based on the expertise and professionalism. Peace of mind is priceless when dealing with an essential utility for your home.

Loved how he worked through the final inspection process with the City. 24/7 Plumbing exhibits professionalism all the way around, from the beginning of the project to the very end. Definitely worth every penny!

I had a great experience with Danny, was having very low water pressure throughout my house, messaged them on a Sunday night and he was able to replace my water pressure regulator valve Monday afternoon, and for a reasonable price, Danny was in and out of my property within 30 minutes and now my family can finally have a normal shower lol highly recommend this company, will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues

I'll start by saying the two young professionals who helped me were amazing and kind. I believe their names were Andrew (A) and Dadrion (D). They patiently let me watch the installation of the water heater and explained the whole process. Although they were young, they are intelligent, outgoing, and understand how to treat customers. If these two had their own business, this review would be 5-stars.

Unfortunately, this 1-star review is towards the upper management including a fellow named Robert. Apparently, the older folks in this family business aren't receptive to feedback and don't take too kindly to it. In fact, if you try making any type of complaint about their service, you'll be fought back and accused of trying to get them to refund you (I'm still baffled and confused to this day).

Although A and D were exceptional, there were two things I mentioned to the upper management that I had a problem with and they weren't specifically about A & D.
First, if they are going to send two plumbers, make sure at least one is a senior plumber. A third plumber, Robert, who is experienced in the field had to come and finish what A & D couldn't. It took a total of 7 hours each from A & D and roughly 3 hours for Robert for a sum total of 17 man-hours to install a water heater that I had already bought. If Robert had come initially, I know for a fact the job would've been finished with 2 people in 3 hours as the installation finished immediately when Robert arrived to guide everything.

Secondly and unfortunately, my wall was damaged by one of the plumbers who accidentally kicked it and so I asked for reparations. Not a big deal, at most I was expecting a discount on my next service. Perhaps, at the very least, an apology? However, I received quite the opposite.

They completely ignored my email. However, Yvette, their receptionist did respond to my next email that they forgot to install the drainpipe to the drain pan to which Robert said he'd come back to fix the issue. Perhaps this is a liability issue they can't ignore?

This is where I was completely blindsided by their customer service to which I am still curious about how they think this is fine to behave. I was literally accused by Robert of manipulating them to get a refund.
I was interrogated why my tenant didn't let him into my property for her son's birthday to inspect my claim against them. I thought it would be obvious, but if I can't get into my tenant's property because of California law without an emergency or notifying them in advance, what makes you think you can show up announced at her residence without even letting us know in advance? (See attached pictures of accusation)
The boldness you have to even presume my tenant and I are conspiring against your business for a few hundred dollar refund is puzzling). Fixing a drainpipe isn't that important at 9 pm just because you didn't show up at all to your appointment at 10 am.

Additionally, they believe they're doing customers a blessing by their inexpensive services. If you even try to make comments about their service, they defend themselves by saying you received a good deal. See attached picture for an example of how they try to make my comments completely invalid by saying I received $700 worth of labor for $300. Well, if you read my initial email that was the exact problem I mentioned about your business. You would know I suggested sending a senior plumber in addition to a junior instead of two 19-year old junior plumbers who were amazing but didn't know how to fix a problem that you immediately resolved when you came by. You can see how they defend their services on Yelp from other reviewers that they are the cheapest service around as well.
Being inexpensive is not a reason to allow a poor quality experience. There was a ton of time spent stagnant and we both know you had to redo several things for others.

It's ironic, my initial email with my comments had nothing but positive things to say about Robert. He's honestly a talented guy but clearly needs to learn how to handle difficult situations better. There's no need for accusations, you're professionals and should represent your business better.
It's strange I have to try and apologize for hurt feelings when I haven't received a single apology for the job taking from 3 pm - 10 pm, for the dent in my wall, for showing up to my tenant's property unannounced and then setting a time to come and not showing up, for not installing the drainpipe in the first place, and for my initial concerns.

In the end, I stopped the conversation as a few bucks and a drainpipe wasn't worth fighting over.

Lesson learned. Cheap for a reason.
