I just wanted to share with others that I had a great experience with Bob the plumber plumbing company. The technician that came to my property to do the repairs for a toilet tank flushing problem was very professional, conscientious, knowledgeable and prompt! I wasn't able to be home but the technician always kept in contact with me and sent me pictures what needed to be replaced, and sent me pictures of the parts that he did replace. I was very happy that I was able to depend on Bob the plumber to come through with the excellent work that he performed. I would strongly recommend to use Bob the plumber if you have a plumbing problem! They are my go-to company now! Thanks again Bob for the Great service

My husband noticed a slab leak in our garage a few days ago, He called Bob the plumber and Bob assured us that someone on his team would be at my house the next day. They communicate so well and gave us constant updates! Which I absolutely love!

Gilbert came to my house and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was so informative, friendly, and just all around an awesome worker. Gilbert came that following day to fix our slab leak and he was determined to get it done and at a reasonable price! He went above and beyond for us! He explained everything he had to do and why he had to do it. Very honest and hardworking! If we ever have any other plumbing issues I will definitely be calling Bob and Gilbert again! My husband and I were going crazy Sunday morning because we knew we had a slab leak and it was a wknd. So I looked around and found Bob the plumber with great,awesome reviews and let me tell you its sooo true. I called Bob and he said he would squeeze us in the a.m monday on the dot as an emergency. He would send his best guy Gilbert and explained to me what to do mean while. Monday morning arrived and Gilbert arrived and let me tell you he was very professional and friendly and save us a bunch of money. We walked into our bathroom on a Sunday evening and the vinyl planks were squishing with water seeping through the grooves. We turned water off to house and contacted Bob the Plumber.
Matt came out first thing Monday morning. We had our tub spout replaced the prior week and the pipe was broke off.
In order to make the repair a small area of drywall needed to be cut out. The pipe was repaired and a new tub spout installed. The section of drywall that was removed was put back up. ( We will have someone come patch and paint)
Matt did a great job and the cost was very reasonable and fair.
We will definitely use Bob the Plumber for all our future plumbing issues.

This is the sequel to my review from last week. Ric and. Rick came back to finish our slab leak problem. They were able to re-route the cold water line from the point of the leak, through the garage, and down through the bathroom wall to reconnect to the bathroom line. We have water in two bathrooms again! They did a great job and cleaned up the mess and debris in the aftermath. We now have some holes to patch as we were told and we expected. Ric even provided his personal number in case we had problems. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely call on Bob the Plumber and his team if we need them again.

Called Bob The Plumber last night and got our garden faucet and bib replaced this morning. Felix came out bright and early. Immediately assessed the problem. He even checked the water pressure to determine the root cause before replacing the faucet and bib. Felix provided honest service with a reasonable price. Great experience with Bob The Plumber. The organization is top notch. Professional, friendly, affordable and honest. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Bob is always readily available with quick responses to any problem. Bob communicates very well via text and keeps the customer informed throughout the process. On more than one occasion Bob has been to my house and refused to take payment due to my mothers illness. The second time I made him take payment, he would only accept a small portion. Bob comes highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

My water heater decided to leak all over the place and there was also some extensive water damage in my home. I found Bob the Plumber on yelp and gave them a call. They were able to send Gilbert out to help me the same day and he helped me figure everything out along the way. Within a few days I had a new water heater, no more leaking and Gilbert even came back to properly install everything after the repairs had been completed.

As far as the cost is concerned I would say it's reasonable given the level of communication, quickness of repair and quality of service.

Today the main lines to our house got clogged and the water got back up from the toilets and showers. It's Christmas Eve and I called a few places and they were closed. A friend recommended that I call Bob The Plumber because of their past experience with them. They were very nice and the Plummer that came out Ric Singer was very professional and knowledgeable. We knew that being a holiday weekend that it would be expensive and when we got the final price, we were surprised at how low the price was. Thank you also for giving me the Military Discount. Earned 5 stars from me today. Although we could not proceed with the work I would absolutely recommend Bob The Plumber to my family and friends for any plumbing needs. I made contact with Bob The Plumber due to a leaking water heater... a lot of water. I called around 2:25pm, spoke with Karen. She is very pleasant and assured me they would have one of their plumbers at my home asap. Around 2:45 Angel arrived, based on our description of the leak there were 2 possible issues. Replace the water hoses which could be damaged or replace the water heater if the new hoses continue to leak. Angel replaced the hoses, unfortunately the damage is within the water heater connector for the hose. Ugh bummer!! We chose to proceed with the work and have the water heater installed. Then we had a change of plans... the water heater wasn't available at the moment and needed to be ordered for next morning install. Yikes!! No hot water until tomorrow?? We thanked Angel for all his efforts, let him know we had to make other arrangements for a same day install. Angel was understanding of our decision and is very pleasant to work with. I plan to reach out to Bob The Plumber in the future...the installation of a water softener system. Thanks All!!

We were in need of an honest and fair plumber. Based on lots of recommendations, we called Bob the Plumber. Wow! Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Honest and fair pricing.

Gilbert called us about 30 minutes before he arrived and asked if he could show up a little earlier than expected. How cool is that? He was actually quite a bit ahead of schedule which really helped our day.

Very courteous and professional. He evaluated our challenge before quickly retrieving a tool from his van. He had us up and running safely & smoothly in a short time. It's quite apparent that this company values are fantastic!

This truly was a five star experience. I called Bob to fix a leak under my sink, in my laundry room and dishwasher installation. He quickly scheduled an on site free estimate and was very accommodating to my schedule. He shared a confirmation text, an appointment reminder, and plumbers safety and contact info. We noticed that certain areas of our floors and walls were warm. My husband suspected a water leak. We called Bob the Plumber and the technician responded quickly and diagnosed a hot water leak under the slab of our house. Our home insurance did not cover this type of problem. The plumber gave us a reasonable estimate and fixed the leak with very little damage to our walls. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I had an excellent experience with Bob the Plumber. My technician, Lorenzo, arrived early, wore a mask, and was courteous.

The garbage disposal was on the blink due to broken glass falling in the drain. Despite my removing much of the glass, it still did not work.... until the technician hit the switch, and it started working. Amazing!Since he didn't do anything, but flip the switch, he did not charge me. These days, this is quite uncommon, and I commend him and the company for having integrity and excellent business acumen. Bob the Plumber will now be my go-to plumber for the future, and I will gladly recommend this service to friends and family.

I called Bob to replace my kitchen faucet with a new one I had purchased because I was having a hard time removing the old faucet. He had just recovered from the flu but wanted to help and came to my house that same morning. Turns out the set nut had rusted tight on my old faucet but he worked his magic, had the new one quickly in place and cleaned everything up to finish job.

I found Bob the Plumbers info on Facebook, texted him in the morning and by afternoon he had Lorenzo fixing the issue. Bob was super attentive and responds quickly. He even sent a text letting us know who was coming attached with a picture for safety reasons. Lorenzo was at our house within 20 minutes after that text. Our sink was super backed up, Lorenzo was able to fix it same day. Lorenzo was so friendly and professional. Lorenzo also wore gloves and a mask the entire time. He was able to answer all of our questions. Great customer service, definitely recommend.

This Company is awesome !! We have a leak in the tub of our guest bathroom and have them come out for a diagnosis. Gilbert Mendez shows up exactly at the scheduled time with mask on making us feel super comfortable. We explain the situation and after looking at it for 10 minutes he realized it's not a plumbing problem but a problem with the tub. I'm expecting a service fee just for showing up but he refuses payment because it wasn't due to plumbing. This gesture 100% gained them a customer for as life!! What a great company!!!!!

Amazing people, do not hesitate to call them! Support small businesses like them, they are one of the best in the area period. Every level of service that we experienced was beyond amazing. They very quickly responded to my missed phone call and came the next day! We had a water heater leak and they were able to set us up extremely fast. They even recommended a construction company to handle the water mitigation and everything else we needed to get rid of our water damaged walls.

Jason was the one that came out and did the work and he was more than accommodating and professional while helping us with the removal and instillation of our water heater. They had very reliable and consistent communication throughout the whole process and we're more than willing to accommodate us even though we had to reschedule a couple times. They are very friendly people that give you that great small business attention to detail and interaction that you won't get with those big companies. The service and professionalism of Bob The Plumber is top tier! As promised, Felix Mercado arrived on time, explained in great detail a solution for my problem and completed the job in less time than I anticipated. Felix is an experienced plumber, friendly, knowledgeable and above all, extremely professional.

I had a horrible leak in my garage that caused me so much grief that I was losing sleep at night. I was emptying buckets of water all day and all through the night. I called Bob the Plumber because of his excellent reputation. There was a leak from an upstairs bathroom into the downstairs. Bob's plumber repaired what he thought was the leak. After he left it still leaked. The same plumber came back several times and even brought another plumber to help but couldn't determine the source of the leak. My daughter and I found the general area and then Bob sent a more experienced plumber who pinpointed the problem. I paid Bob the Plumber just under $2000 to fix something that didn't need fixing. Some weeks later, when I was balancing my checkbook, I found that my check to Bob hadn't been deposited. I called the office to make sure there wasn't any problem. The office manager told me that Bob said that his conscience wouldn't allow him to cash my check. If you want an honest plumber call Bob the Plumber. He is honest and has integrity.

I was searching for a local plumber In the inland empire and I went on Yelp to check. I seen the reviews Bob's plumbing had so I gave bob a call. I got to tell you I felt like I was talking to a friend was very helpful and got me a appointment with one of his technicians the very next day. I've used Bob services on 3 different occasions.
1. I needed one of my showers adjusted since the hot water wasn't coming out hot enough.
2. He replaced my water heater and installed a water line for my refrigerator in the garage.
3. My kitchen sink was leaking.
Each time he was honest, had great communication, very prompt, and was affordable. Being a new homeowner I was worried about finding a good plumber for my home needs. But Bob is great! I would highly recommend him (and I have) for any plumbing services.

Rick came to fix a leak in the ceiling between floors of a 2-story house. He was able to fix leak and get water turned in less than an hour. A prior quote from another plumber wanted 2x his price and said he would have to come back and it would take 2-3 hours plus water would need to be off for 12-24 hours to cure. Very happy with results

I called Bob the Plumber on Saturday to fix an outside faucet and to give me an estimate on replacing a shower handle valve. He was able to set up an appointment Monday morning. Gilbert came out. He was friendly and polite. My outside faucet is an odd size and had an extra piece attached to allow a hose to be used. Gilbert took the extra piece off for me.
I elected to not have any work done. I felt bad for wasting their time but Gilbert was kind and understanding.

I've called this company twice in the last two months... Once to replace my hopelessly leaky main water valves and to unclog one of the toilet sewer lines. I was impressed on the first visit by the direct communication, without the veiled ambiguity of intent or faux concern. Not only was there a discussion about what could and needed to be done, a timeframe was set and met. Both times, a name and photograph of the responding technician were texting prior to arrival for safety and as just straight up courtesy. Technicians, Lorenzo and Gilbert, were friendly, knowledgeable, clean (in appearance and work method), and ultimately completed the job with competence which gave me confidence there wouldn't be any future issues for their fix.
If you need a plumber, Bob the Plumber is the company to call. Any future plumbing needs or emergencies, will go through these guys.

Choose Bob the Plumber! Punctuality, professionalism, and persistence! Gilbert had to to come to my house three times to deal with a very stubborn issue. He gave it his all and fixed the problem. We smelled gas coming from the water heater which prompted us to call the Gas company immediately. The Gas Company discovered that we had a leak coming from the Gas Control Valve. Consequently, gas to the water-heater was shut-off until the valve was repaired (no hot water). I quickly searched through Yelp and found this awesome company called Bob the Plumber. I spoke with a lady by the name of Karen, and she quickly set up a same-day appointment with a technician name Ric. Ric was prompt, swift, and efficient. Our problem was rectified within minutes, and I was able to call the gas company out to turn our gas back on. I was immensely impressed by my experience with Bob the Plumber's service. We thought a pipe broke under the house. We did know to turn off the water at the street. I wasn't too happy with our last plumber, so I checked online. Two quotes ... one was $250 and the other $300 to just come out. So I checked My Neighborhood and Bob The Plumber had the best reviews. I called and Karen was so helpful and professional AND they have Free Estimates. Felix came the same day and it was just a PVC pipe in a closet (bathroom). He had it fixed in a jiffy! With the variety of tools at the hardware stores and the self-learned resources like YouTube, I was so ready to begin my handywoman's fun project of sprinkler valve replacement. After spending two days trying to navigate through several blockages like running back to the store to get the right adapters to having the valve blew off from the pipes as the irrigation shut off valve was turned back on, to the continuous leaks despite the closing the shut-off valve, I decided to call Bob up on Memorial Day morning. With fully booked schedule for the day, he managed to squeeze me in for a free inspection appointment after I shared with him my concern with continuous water leakage, which is very precious to our planet. He then texted me his contractor's name and photo for safety measures. Lorenzo arrived within the hour and was very patient with my lengthy story and decided that the irrigation shut-off valve was the culprit. The quote included the replacement mentioned as well as the bonus of exchanging out my two sprinkler valves that I have been messing with for the last two days. He took his time on the work as well as to educate me the differences between YouTube type of work vs professional work. I truly respect his knowledge and experience with plumbing and am very happy that the hassle is now behind me, phew. I called Bob The Plumber about getting a toilet reset as well as some other plumbing issues. They were very prompt in getting back to me and sent it technician the very next day. I can't say enough about how wonderful Angel handled my situation. He was on time, assessed the situation, and gave me honest answers with a comprehensive estimate on how much each job would require. Angel was very professional and repaired two different toilets in a timely manner. He gave me a estimate on fixing a couple of faucets, which I will get done at another time. I would like to send a shoutout to Bob Cusick and his partner, Gilbert Mendez. Gilbert came out to my house to see where an odor was coming from in the kitchen cabinets. Right away he let me know that there was no issue with the plumbing, but it was the dishwasher! Little did I know that if you don't run your dishwasher for a while, the water that is sitting in the pipes grow bacteria and smell bad. Very honest and straight forward. We were changing out some flooring this weekend and found a few wet spots under the carpet as we were pulling it out and wanted to see what was happening. One of the technicians came out and verified that we didn't have a slab leak and that the areas of concern were not as bad as I thought. He explained that our drain vents were the source of the possible leaks and it was a simple fix for myself to do when the rain stopped. He did not charge me for the consultation and I'm very happy. I will definitely reach out again with any future plumbing issues. I've heard some plumber nightmare stories but these people are very honest. It did take him 2 days to get out and I'm thankful that it wasn't an emergency plumbing issue but other than that I am happy.

I called Bob this morning to come out and go under the house to check a leak. He said he could have someone out between 1 and 5, and they would text me 30 minutes ahead of time. Sure enough,I got the text along with a picture and the name of the plumber(Lorenzo) who was en route. In exactly 30 minute, he was at my door. He went under the house to check for the leak I was told about. He said it had leaked previously, but it was dry and thought I should wait to see if it started leaking again. He did find another pipe that was dripping. He offered two solutions to repair it. He had to go get the materials need to repair the pipe. Job was completed and everything works as it should. This evening I received a follow up text from Bob asking if everything was satisfactory, if I had any concerns or problems to call him. I appreciate the loyalty and customer service, which is hard to find these days. A shout out to Lorenzo and Bob for your service. Will definitely be using yo guys again. Thanks!

Lorenzo arrived and immediately told me the part should be covered under warranty by the manufacturer of my water heater. The part was estimated at $350! Talk about making my day. He made the calls, registered my water heater and had them approve getting it locally (rather than wait 5 days to get here). I was able to have it installed today! While I paid for the part today, the manufacturer will reimburse me. I thought it was well worth it to have the repair done in less than 24 hrs.

If you need a plumber, call Bob! You will not be disappointed with the response and quality of work. Almost as important, their rates are MORE THAN FAIR. I couldn't be happier.

I can't thank Bob the plumber enough! I moved onto my home about six months ago. We had been without hot water since then. I had been told by two people that I needed a part (Valve) or a new water heater. I saw Bob had great reviews so I decided to go with him. He was on time, professional, friendly and very kind. He checked the water heater and found the (valve) the other two plummers missed. He installed it, put some bolts and screws in that was missing and did fixed everything. When we asked how much....His response was I can't charge for a job so small we said no we want to give you something. He said no I can't for a job so small. He used his own tools, made a trip to Home Depot bought parts that was missing, spent about and hour putting everything together and still did it for free. I'm still shocked. He is definitely the miracle I prayed for this morning. We were expecting to spend $1400 on replacing the water heater. Thanks to Bob we saved money. I can't even thank him enough. He has charecter, strong ethics, trustworthy and honest.

They checked out the problem and it turns out it wasn't plumbing problem at all, but he told us what we needed to do and who we should call. Then after giving us all those tips and checking out the system to make sure it wasn't multiple things they didn't even charge us for a visit. I used Bob the Plumber for a dishwasher valve repair, and a toilet installation. Their pricing is fair, and the two different plumbers that came out for the different repairs were both great! I can't remember the first guys name because I didn't think I would need to use them again so soon, but he was excellent, and Matt is Excellent and the one I will request. He was very thorough, and helpful with searching for best price in the type of toilet I wanted to install. But you can't go wrong with either guy!

I have more plumbing work needed on my home, and I will definitely be calling them for a quote. (I still like to make sure I am getting the best price), but the service is excellent. I am pretty sure that if it is only a few dollars difference in pricing, I will still use Bob's because I trust the service and the plumbers.

I called on a Sunday thinking I was going to leave a voice message, and was surprised to reach a Live person to handle my request.

This is a really great plumber! Bob and Gilbert show up on time and are dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. When they don't have a part, they order it and get back on your schedule to install it right away. I've had other plumbers not show up or not return my calls for days, sometimes weeks at a time because they are so busy. Bob never made me feel like my job was too small or not important enough to get back to me. He will even text you and let you know who is coming to your house with a picture and everythin, so you'll recognize them. He then follows up right afterward to make sure the job was done right.

From now on, we have a new plumber for all our future plumbing needs. This is who you want, if you have an urgent plumbing need. The best customer service, professional and the most responsive plumbing company we've ever dealt with.

I hired Bob a little over a year ago to fix a leak on one of my main water lines because the builders of the house did a terrible job. Bob was very timely and reasonable in pricing.
I reached out to Bob again yesterday because the leak came back again. He said he was booked until Tuesday, but because this guy is such a stand up businessman he moved a few things around and came the next morning to look at it. Keep in mind that I only had a year warranty on the work and it had passed just a few months ago. He figured out what the problem was fast and began to fix it. I had been expecting to pay for this repair, knowing my warranty had expired but when I asked how much I owe him he said don't worry about it. He wanted to honor his work from the original repair. I was shocked to say the least. The recent tremors we have got was enough to shift the pipes slightly to cause the leak again.
What an amazing guy and business. He really went above and beyond the call of duty here. I reached out to Bob again because his work was good and he was fair, not because I had expected him to warranty the work over a year later. There are some good businesses out there and this one is truly legitimate. Thank you Bob for your efforts and dedication to customer service. I look forward to doing business again in the future. We had leaks from the fixtures in our Master Bathroom tub. Of course the most expensive repair had to be done. I decided to go ahead and get all new fixtures since they were needing to be replaced anyway. The company was very quick to reply, sent text messages to keep in contact and the plumber was prompt, professional and did a good job. Their prices are right on par with other plumbing companies. I know that if you are using licensed, professional companies, you will have to pay the prevailing prices. We've used another plumber who was cheaper and works alone (no company) and he messed up our toilet and I will have to pay someone else to fix it.

Bob and Lorenzo are both liars!! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!! Called them to do a routine snaking of our drain. Water was backing up in our bathtub from the kitchen sink and our washer. We have an older home so when you snake the drain you have to go on our roof. Lorenzo went on the roof to snake the drain and nothing happened. He then said that he'd be back the next day with a longer snake. Bob tells me that they do not have a longer snake, that they would need a high power pressure washer. Lorenzo tells Bob that the high pressure washer would not work. They then tell us that they will bring a camera out to find where our line in the pipes are broken. They say they find a broken pipe in our lawn and fixing that should fix the issue! So for $5300 they will install a clean out so you can snake our pipe from the ground and fix the broken pipe. So they do the repair and nothing changed our tub was still full of dirty water! They said that they can't do anything else and that it would cost a lot to fix it!! Lorenzo didn't even try to snake the tub or snake the vent up on the roof! So we called another plumber out that wasn't trying to screw us out of money and he took care of the problem within 45 minutes!! All he did was snake the vent on the roof and charged us $120! Bob plays this nice guy roll so you trust him and think he's being honest but he's just trying to FUCK you out of your money. I've never felt so betrayed by a contractor!! I hope karma comes to bite you in the ass bob and lorenzo! Also, the REAL plumber that came out and fixed our problem for $120 said he would of charged $2500 not the $5300 for the same repair Bobthe liar plumbing charged!

Our toilet became wobbly and I had tried to tighten it down but didn't work. Thinking the flange was broken I didn't want to mess with it so I called Bob The Plumber. They were able to schedule me in with my schedule. Communication throughout the process was great, they sent text messages confirming and telling me who would be showing up and when they were on the way. Jason arrived on schedule and gave me a estimated cost range depending on what may be found. Once he got the toilet off, it was discovered that when the house was built, they didn't have enough cement around the drain pipe for the flange to mount properly, it was barley hanging on & over the years, it finally broke loose. I approved the repairs and Jason got right to work. He filled in the area with cement as needed & installed a new flange. Overall very happy with their service.

I received a quote from Bob the Plumber back in December for a water heater repair. They told me it needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. I thought it was high, but they didn't charge me for the visit. I told them I would get back to them.

Fast forward to today, and I'm still without a water heater. So, I decided to call some other plumbers to get a second opinion on another quote. Well, neither of those plumbers even called or texted me back. I went to look at their Yelp reviews and saw the same complaints. They will remain nameless.

I decided to contact Bob the Plumber again, and guess what? They got back to me IMMEDIATELY!! Not only that, but they came out to my house within a few hours and did the water heater replacement on the SAME DAY!! THAT is SERVICE!!

Matthew showed up to do the work. He was the same technician that came out in December. The work was done fast, and Matthew was so nice.

I can't recommend this company enough for the prompt response and service they provided!!

I reached out to them for what I thought was a slab leak. They came at their earliest time. Brian did his thing and walked me through what he thought was the problem. He told me to contact my insurance company because it may not be covered under insurance so I did and they said it was. So I authorized a more thorough check and he asked permission before doing anything. I work from home so he was very careful about working around my meetings and talking to me in between. Brian was amazing and thoughtful and not only walked me through what the problem was, how he discovered it, but also recommended a restoration company that came out right away and began drying everything. He submitted everything to my adjuster as soon as I got the information and even though they made the claim they never heard of them, Brian did such a thorough job they had no choice but to pay it out. Since I was having panic attacks Brian eased my anxiety about insurance and payments even on his day off. Once the insurance said it was covered and he can do the work, Brian was there the next day and got the job done quickly! We only went without water for a week thanks to Brian. Not only that but he has been instrumental in helping get what I deserve from the insurance company having them cover things I didn't think about or no about since this is my first claim. He also has helped in getting our home back up and in running order. This is definitely a company that I can trust and would 100% recommend to everyone. Thanks Brian!

We are a repeat customer. Bob and his team are the most honest and trustworthy plumbers we ever used. Previously he fixed our kitchen sink and a ceiling leak in an upstairs bathtub. Previous estimate from another plumber was for several thousand dollars. Bob was honest and focused directly on the problem and the bill was only a few hundred. Amazing!

He also recently replaced our regulator which was causing water pressure to be high, reducing our risk of fixture leaks and slab leaks.

Most Recently Bob replaced our water heater. We found out Home Depot illegally installed it several years ago which put us at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Estimate from HD was nearly $1000 more than Bob. He made sure he ordered the right water heater. I go to Bob the plumber for any of my plumbing issues! They've always been on time and they've always come same day I called. They work with you when the job is big and expensive and they even take payments. Karen who answers and takes appointments is always very friendly and even remembers you if you call months later and I think that's kind of cool. The last time I called it wasn't for a big job so the guy came out and just did it really quickly didn't ask for any money or anything. Jason and Danny were great. The company was very responsive and was able to come the same day and provide the service. I usually do my due diligence of research and multiple quotes but my washer valves were both leaking and it was a bit of need to fix it now kinda situation. I don't know if the price was the best but they were able to do it the same day. Although they were not able to fix my dry wall Jason did recommend someone for the job and called them to get a quote for me so that was helpful. They know their stuff and I would use their services again if needed.

Our bathroom sink wasn't draining properly and we waited till we couldn't take it anymore. We tried everything but the drain was so slow. We had another problem of our dishwasher spouting out water and not draining properly too. I sent an email to Bob and he had such a quick response time. He was always communicating with me when the plumber would arrive. He sent pictures and assured me of the background check performed, etc. Lorenzo showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. Bob The Plumber came to my home a few days ago and (Professionally) fixed a problem with my upstairs Master Bedroom Shower of which actually leaked a hole into the kitchen ceiling downstairs. I had two other plumbers try to fix it and they only made the issue worse. Bob The Plumber fixed it right the very first time. A couple of things about Bob The Plumber that impressed me the most was his attention to detail, and his communication directly with me during the entire process, no other pluming service has EVER done that. This is my first experience with Bob the Plumber and I am VERY impressed!! The main water line ruptured to the house Wednesday morning, Thanksgiving eve, and Lorenzo came out that afternoon and did a free estimate. Their first, original, opening was this Tuesday but they made space to get it done today, Saturday, just two days after Thanksgiving. Lorenzo did a great job and the price was 1/3 of what another company in town had given as estimate back in September when I suspected there was a minor leak. It's thank you Thursday and I'd like to give a big shout out to Lorenzo. He was honest knowledgeable professional and personable. But it all started with Bob on the initial call. He too was professional and friendly. Bob made an extra effort to accommodate us on his schedule the following day. I have one of those home warranty contracts so when my old water heater took a leak, they sent a very nice fellow from a company an hour or more away. For a service fee of $75, he wrote a work order/estimate that included $1,000 worth of modification and code upgrades. I checked Home Depot tanks at $600-$800 for a replacement and opted to cash out and find a local plumber. I had previously asked Bob the Plumber about doing a gas line hookup for a new cooktop. He sent a nice young fellow named Lorenzo who gave me an estimate, smiled politely and said to call when we were ready. No charge. So, on a Sunday, I messaged Bob about the water heater. On Tuesday morning, Lorenzo connected the cooktop to the gas lines, installed a new water heater in pretty close quarters amid barking dogs and a lot of 18-yr-old grime, gave me Bob's 2-yr. warranty and the manufacturer's 8-yr. limited warranty, accepted my personal check for almost $100 less than the other guy's estimate, and was on his way to the next happy customer. And, if there's a problem (which I don't expect), they're only about 15 minutes away. By the way, the warranty company is allowing me up to $444 reimbursement. Call Bob the Plumber instead.

Wow! Did I hit the jackpot with Bob! I needed someone to fix and replace the bathroom showerhead. On short notice Bob came out and not only fixed it, but gave me a brand new showerhead for FREE! I can't thank him enough for his quick response time (all done within 1 hour of my first call). He refused to take any payment and even thanked me for my service in the Marines. After having just hired this company to fix my kitchen sink leaking so badly I couldn't use it, and them fixing it great, I ran it and the dish washing machine getting through all my backed up dishes, and killed my water heater.

I again contacted them, expecting to maybe have to wait until at least the weekend, but I was contacted back that they were in my area and could be out right away. Gilbert showed up and looked at the problem, explained to me my water heater was near the end of its normal life span, and the problem part was a majority of its cost (the gas valve/sensor control unit), he said he could just replace the part that is broken, or we could do a full replacement at this time.

I agreed to the replacement, again thinking I would be waiting a few days for such a large unexpected job, but Gilbert told me he would be back in an hour with the part and do the job, even in triple digit heat he worked quickly and efficiently and now I have hot water.

I called Bob for a possible slab leak. He returned my call promptly. An hour later, he sent Gilbert over. Gilbert was extremely professional. He cared for my elderly parents and was worried about the tile floor being damage. Gilbert gave us two options, one to preserve our floor and bypass the leak. So we took option one to cap off the hot water line that leads to the kitchen island sink. He saves us money and time. Before he left to get the parts needed for the repair, he made sure my elderly parents would have access to the restrooms. He only shut the water partially to the kitchen area. He was very caring. An hour later, he fixed the issue. Happy customer and Happy parents.

I would highly recommend calling Bob the plumber.

Top notch place!!!
We had a water pipe in our front yard break. I called bob and he had a guy at our house in two hours yes two hours!!! Well that's when things went sideways. When bob's guy tried to shut off our water the valve on the water meter was leaking and the water wouldn't slow down enough for him to repair the leak and he said we needed to get with EMWD to come and shut off the water. Well to our surprise they came out within an hour to stop the water so I called bob and let him know and he had his guy come back!! Yes we called a plumber and he not only come the same day they also came back the same day. And if you've ever dealt with a plumber lately you know that's very rare. Well needless to say they fixed our leak and had water flowing back to the house in a matter of hours not days...

This is a quality company doing quality work at a quality price and I will use them for all future plumbing work at our house.

Bob's field guy, Lorenzo, does great work. That being said, Bob himself was very helpful and quickly responded to my request. I only sought one quote for my plumbing needs and that was via Bob. Prior to that, the guys in the office (construction) & I discussed what it should cost to get what I needed done... Bob was within $50 of our own estimate. That being the case, Bob got the job based on his fair rate ($$), previous reviews & his own professionalism/helpfulness leading up to me actually hiring him.

I would use Bob again.

Just want to give a shout out to Gilbert who serviced my visit a week ago. Very pleasant and explained everything that he was fixing with my shower step by step. I honestly give Gilbert five stars and bob the plumber 5 stars for plumbing services.

On the other hand I had a remodel done on my bathroom and not happy with it. When it was first completed it looked beautiful but a few days later the plastic bumpers came off and the shower pan makes a creeking sound when you stand in the shower. I will eventually get a contractor to come back and fix these two items. Not sure how to divide the stars. 5 stars on plumbing and 3 stars on remodels.

We had a list of things that needed doing at our new house and based on all the great reviews we booked Bob the Plumber to come do the work.

Booking was easy and communication was top notch. I got a reminder text the day before, and as the technician was on the way on the morning of. This kind of professionalism is a-typical in the trades and I really appreciated it. I was even texted a picture of the technician, Ernie, the morning of so I would recognize him when he got here.

When Ernie arrived I walked him through everything we needed done and he worked up a quote. The total ended up being a bit higher than I expected based on the plumber I used at my old place but after seeing all of the work, and the 2.5 days everything took I think the price ended up being fair.

Speaking of the work, everything was excellent. They replaced two toilets, a dishwasher, kitchen faucet, two bathroom drains, added a fridge water line, and ran a new gas line to our fire pit. Ernie (and Bob who helped out one day) cleaned up after themselves as they went and other than the new fixtures there would be no way of knowing they had been there.

It can be a real challenge to find good trades people but I am happy to say we have found our plumber. Hopefully we wont need to see them too often :).

My fiancé and I purchased our home a just moved in a few days ago. 3 days after moving in we noticed the tubs were draining slow then started to back up. We contacted our home warranty and it took them 3 days to send a plumber.

Today Ric from Bob The Plumber came out. We explained the issue and he got right to work! Ric was able to determine something was suck in the line. After multiple attempts of trying the snake he wasn't successful, but was determined to fix the plumber. Rickey and Jason came to assist and still had some trouble, but after all their hard work the problem was fixed!!

These gentlemen were extremely professional and we appreciate their work!!
