Great speedy service. When I called 20/20 the lady I spoke with over the phone was Teresa. She set up my appointment to send out a plumber for some repairs we needed. She was polite and courteous over the phone. The plumber that arrived to my home was Gene, he was very professional and fixed my plumbing issue very quickly. This is the kind of service that is top notch. Thank you 20/20.

We had a main water line pipe break. This led to us being introduced to Matt M. He had a great attitude, was very courteous and respectful.  While he was completing his work on-site, we had to run an errand but also needed to leave our garage door open to give Matt access to a valve.  He wished us a great rest of the day but actually took the time (after he was finished), to wait at the job site until he could reach us to make sure we were able to close our garage door remotely.  Who does that anymore these days?  We don't have a regular plumbing service but will now use 20/20 plumbing and HVAC based on our experience with Matt M.  Thanks for your friendliness, attitude and follow through Matt! He demonstrated model customer service!

Gene was AMAZiNG! He was available right away when my water heater when out in the middle of a storm. With 4 kids and a baby, I went into panic mode. He was able to get it fixed within 15 minutes!!!! Also, this happened after hours. So being able to find him was a blessing! I definitely recommend this company!

Grant came to my house and did a diagnostic and repair on a thermostat and HVAC unit in my yard that was installed a couple of yrs ago at my new development house. This was the second time he has come out. As with last time, he diagnosed and repaired the problem (actually 2 separate issues) almost immediately. He's very friendly and extremely bright. Also he is willing to explain the problem to you if you want him to and teach you about your unit while he works so you can possibly avoid minor potential problems in the future. If I could rate him higher I would.

20/20 was the contractor for our new home. The home is only 5 months old and we have already had three separate plumbing issues. We have owned homes that were built in the 60s and 70s that didn't have as many problems as this new home.The first issue was that our hot water stopped working. We called 20/20 and they said we had to wait a week for an appointment. Since a week without hot water is not acceptable, we had to call another plumber to come out. We were told that the water heater was improperly installed and a connection had come loose. Our plumber had to make the repair at our expense. The second issue was a leak under the kitchen sink due to improper fittings that left the cabinet floor warped and damaged. Again, we had to make this repair ourselves. The third and most devastating issue was that we discovered an issue with the install of our shower. It was a safety concern but was not technically broken, just installed improperly. The plumber from 20/20 came out and broke the canister in the wall and never bothered to tell us. Just left and said nothing. The water to that area was then effectively shut off and unusable. He essentially came in and broke something that wasn't even an issue. When I called to have them come out to fix it on a Friday, they told me it was not an emergency and someone would call me on Monday to schedule another appointment. I thought considering they had broken something that wasn't even in need of repair and rendered that fixture useless that we might be afforded some courtesy. Their on call plumber was extremely rude and told us that it did not qualify as an emergency. So once again we had to call out another plumber to fix something that was caused by 20/20 at our own expense of hundreds of dollars. Our plumber told us that the materials installed were subpar and inexpensive and required special order. I saw on another review that someone from 20/20 suggested that the customer did not call to complain about the problems. So I made it a point to call their office and give them a list of our complaints to make sure that they were on record and expected a call from a supervisor or perhaps the owner. So far I have received no response from the company. The person who took my information seemed unsurprised and uninterested in all of the issues that we have been having with their work. I thought there was a small chance that they would try to at least make things right given all of the issues we have had. But based on the other reviews, I am now not holding out hope on that. It would not surprise me if the homeowners on this build started a class action lawsuit against this company. I have spoken with many of the neighbors and they have all been complaining about plumbing problems in their brand new houses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This has been a huge headache that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I can't even understand how they are still in business.

Absolutely PATHETIC!!!!  We are 1 year in new construction with a 10 year warranty and these a***####es will not even fix their pathetic work. In the 40's and we have no heat!!! And due to a pissing match between the builder, Lennar Homes, who also sucks, we can't get a tech out to fix our heat or Air.  They are pathetic, the system has been a f'****%%% mess.from day 1 and now they leave us hanging with no heat and a 3 year old in my $1.4M home???  What a bunch of jerks!!!!!

These folks are beyond ridiculous. Do not bother contacting them. Brookfield have our tub warranty through 20/20.  we remove the tub to get the tile installed. The guy who removed the tub told me it will cost 50 dollars to put it back, however it will void the warranty

There is a girl name Theresa in customer service, what a dumb person she is. I am sorry to be disrespectful but she is truly a dumb person. Took me 4 calls just to schedule an appointment. There is another looser name Jerry, he told me it will cost 1000 dollars to put it back. I explained him why it cost 1000 dollars to put the standing tub back. His response, this is the minimum we charge and there will be 2 guys to do the job.

This company is truly run by bunch of looser's. he wants to charge me 1000 dollars to put the tub back that cost about 50 dollars and 20 mins. hahaha

Shame on 20/20. Will be publishing an article in local news paper about these suckers

Due to a warranty issue with our home, 20/20 was notified by our builder on Monday, April 15, 2019. I was called by them the same day and then again on Tuesday, by Teresa. (My fault, as I had not sent in the photo they needed of the drain in question) Teresa set my appt. up for Wed. 4/17 between 8-12. At 9:55 am, Eric arrived, slipped on his shoe covers and took a look at the situation. Unfortunately, due to some poor tile installation in the shower enclosure, he was unable to complete the project...so, this issue remains. But, 20/20 will work with our Builder (Toll Bros) to remedy the mistake.
I appreciate Eric being honest with me and at least trying...that's all one can hope for. I also appreciated Teresa's follow up regarding the needed photo. We look forward to seeing them again...hopefully with the fix that is needed!

There was an unexpected water leak in our bathroom that caused damage to another area of the home and we ended up having the plumber come over, identify and resolve the problem quickly. Extra kudos to Drywaller Ralph who was not only courteous and professional, but observant in patching up holes in the walls. He went above and beyond to make sure all areas needing service were addressed.

Just had Gene here. Had a toilet that would not flush. He understood and fixed the problem in no time. Very knowledgeable. He then went out of his way to replace a second toilet seat that was scratched. He also checked the water pressure from my tankless water heater to make sure it wasn't too high or too low.  Highly recommend 20/20 Plumbing and don't forget to ask for Gene.

Today 06/08/22 Gene performed service on my kitchen sink due to a mix up when house was being built both water were coming out hot instead of cold and hot. Our downstairs vents weren't working properly and put technician Jamil figured out the issue in less than a day, now all our vents work even better blowing more air out!
Before Jamil walked inside he put shoe covers on and even carried a mini vacuum with him for any dust that may have fell. 5 star service.

Not Professional - Terrible Service - Zero Followup

This service is terrible. Isaac said he'd be at my home by 4pm. He then tried to talk me out of their service by saying that there are other less expensive plumbers out there. Huh??? I think he just wanted to have the night off. Soon after, Isaac texts me and says he'll be there between 4 and 6. After a couple hours, Isaac texts me and says that he can't come because I didn't call him within two hours. Huh??? I then call two more times before Ally calls me at 7pm saying they are too busy helping other customers and won't be able to make it out. I then call back and ask for a manager or owner. 30 minutes later, Ally calls me and says that the supervisor doesn't want to call me back and that he won't because I don't have a warranty. Huh??? I don't care about any warranty I just want my faucet fixed. So now they've left me hanging ALL day long and are not coming out. You guys are one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. Quit hiding in the shadows and call me back. I will NEVER call on this company again.

Gene and Ricardo came by the fix the drip sound which actually ended up being something called thermal expansion.  I'm glad they fixed the issue and even more glad it wasn't a leak

The guy who came to replace the water heater is so careless and not professional. He almost dropped the new water heater to the ground. And when he tried to save the water heater, it hit the wall and left three damages on the wall. I hope 20/20 can send a more professional guy for the on-site service.

We were given an 8-10am time window and they showed up promptly at 8am.

They were able to quickly diagnose and fix our issue with losing hot water in the middle of a shower.

We appreciate the shoe covers they used in order to avoid tracking dirt onto our carpet.

This company is simply dreadful in every way--horrible quality service and lack of service.  They can't even figure out their own installed systems.

They are the contacted HVAC installer and repair service for my new home in Palm Springs.  They can never figure anything out until multiple trips, when they finally admit that they did not install the HVAC unit correctly.  This is not an isolated incident--it has happened on 3 separate issues.  One with the vent system, and two separate issues with the heater.  After the circuit board in my furnace died, they ordered it 10 days ago and said it would be in by now and fixed; still haven't heard from them.  The icing on the cake is that THEY ARE NOT 24 HOURS UNLESS THEY THINK ITS AN EMERGENCY.  When my warranteed AC died on a 100 degree day, they refused to send someone out that evening because we don't do off-hours, which is not true based on the above bolded statement on their website.  They scheduled repair at 7am, which is unacceptable, and I could not stay in my home that evening.  Furthermore, at 5:30pm, the repairman called me to inquire what was wrong (I had already told them that the AC system was just blowing air), and he complained he had to get up early to be over in the morning.  This company is the worst HVAC company I've ever worked with, and I will NEVER call them after my warranty is over.

Whoa, imagine my dismay when I found out that 20/20 was my contracted plumber under warranty for our new house and checked their Yelp score D: Ouch!

However...I've used them twice and was quite happy each time. Was I merely lucky or did their customer service improve? Let's hope that its the latter!  Each time I submitted a maintenance request, a nice lady named Teresa called and helped me schedule an appointment.  Each time, the plumber showed up on the earlier side of the 4 hour window and was always prompt with his task and polite.  They were able to repair two leaking shower heads for me just earlier today, no problem.

-1 star because they close pretty early at 5pm each day and are closed on the weekends.  They do have an answering service though.

20/20 is great! It was easy to schedule the technician to come out, they're customer service team is top notch. The technicians are super knowledgeable and professional. They re-piped my whole master bath and were an integral part of my master bath and guest bath remodel. Any issues after the project was finished, they were happy to come fix, no questions asked. They also helped to update my heating and A/C system and reroute some ducting. It was a great experience working with them. I would 100% recommend their services.

We purchased a new construction in which 20/20 plumbing was the plumbing contractor. Like I said it is a new home we have had so many issues with basic plumbing issues. They keep sending different techs each time making things worse and worse. Response time is horrible I have no idea why the builder is using them .

0 stars for the HVAC system that came with my brand Beazer home. We've lived in the home for leas than a month and already the motor and gas valve have had to be replaced! The unit wasn't installed properly either and one of their techs, George, had to make some corrections while he was in our attic. Went almost a week without heat and it's been cold :(

4 stars for the ladies who answered the phones. They were polite and fairly quick about getting back to me about scheduling updates.

4 stars for the technician George. Very nice guy and explained his trouble shooting. Showed up on time for the  3 appointments we had.

Luckily this is all covered under warranty but having to take so much time off of work for a NEW system sucks! Let hope this is the last of the problems.

Absolutely horrible. Can I leave less than one star? Our builder required us to go through them to remedy a shower that had the hot and cold water lines reversed. 20/20 came out, left and our renters the next day told us there was absolutely no water coming out of the shower. Their last 5 reviews have all been 1-star, pretty telling.

This morning Gene Gallegos came over to inspect our mysterious leak under the sink. We previously had two different teams over and they had no clue what the leak cause was. Our guy Gene found it less than 5 minutes! So glad he came over and fixed it for us within 15 minutes. Great and efficient guy! Will be calling again for future repairs and 100% recommend for quick fixes in OC!

My sewer line to the street had recently become blocked. I called a plumbing company and they indeed removed the clog. As part of this work the company returned 3 weeks later to insert a camera into the line to insure it was clear. Surprisingly the line was beginning to clog a second time at the connection with the sewer line in the street. The company suggested I pay for an expensive jet of the line (the cost of a used car) so I decided to check my home warranty to see whether the company who installed the pipe work, 20 / 20, would drop by to check in the event there was a larger problem.

The appointment was easy to make and 20 / 20 sent out Gene Gallegos. I explained my concerns and Gene and he took the time to locate my two clean outs and decided to send a camera into the line to see what was happening. Gene showed me the line from the clean-out access to the sewer in the street. It was at the connection to the street that he noticed a small lip, perhaps a 1/4'', where the house sewer and the street sewer meet. I saw the slight lip as well. Gene surmised that since we are only here 8 days each month, that material in the line was likely not reaching the street and that it have may hang up on this small edge and become dry. A second factor may be that our house has low flow toilets and that water from these thrones is not enough to push the waste and paper through. If we lived here more the back up would likely not reoccur due to regular showers, dish washing and laundry tasks. Gene recommended that before we leave each time we run water for several minutes to insure the line it clean. Makes sense.

Gene made a note about the plumbing lip in his report and said to call 20 / 20 in the future if the problem persists.

Gene knows his craft and we appreciate how quickly he diagnosed the problem and made a reasonable suggestion as a first step to correct the hang up. I also appreciate that we can have 20 / 20 return if needed.

Gene was prompt, easy to work with and knowledgeable.

The 20/20 Company did come and fixed my AC System in January 2016 and it stopped working again. I called and left a Voice Message with receptionist in the morning, but she ignored and did not call me back. I called again now, but the company is refusing to send someone to look into the issue. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

First off if your thinking of working here turn away as fast as you can
They do not take care of there employees no raises if you don't know someone that's established then your shit out of luck
About one week out of the month they won't pay you and expect you to drive down to riverside to pick up your check or u have the choice of driving down there

20/20 Plumbing & Heating came in to service our A/C issue as they're contracted by my house builder and we're still under warranty. They fixed the a/c zonal issue and were very prompt. The guy came in way earlier than scheduled appointment. So far, I'm satisfied with their service. I just hope that they'll they do the same job in case I need their service in the future. I'm a little bit worried because of their low yelp reviews though..

It seems that this company is often contracted with some home builders to work on issues under a warranty.  This company is horrible or at least they have some employees that are rude and non professional at all.  Plus, they do not communicate internally.  It's a mess.  Unfortunately, our builder is contracted with them, and we have no choice. And now, due to their poor attitude and services, we can't trust our builder as well.

We could not get the kitchen faucet to produce hot enough water in our newly built home (TriPointe, Atwell). The builder sent Gene of 20/20 Plumbing to troubleshoot our issue and he was great. He took the time to optimize the settings that he *could* change and gave me instructions on how to have the product manufacturer walk me through settings that he could not change due to liability issues (I wanted to crank up the water heater beyond 120 degrees).  I now have the proper pressure on that water line and have my water heater set at 130, my issue is solved. I will definitely use 20/20 again.

My HOA changed HVAC companies for some reason I am not aware of.  About three weeks ago, my AC started leaking and clear water was dripping through the exhaust vent in the master bedroom.  I called 20/20 and made an appointment.  The technician said the pan was cracked and needed to be replaced.  He said it would take a few days and 20/20 would call me to set up an installation appointment.  He also said the pan was probably under warranty but i would have to pay for three technicians to install it because the A/C unit had to be moved.  4 days went by and no call from 20/20.  7 days passed and nothing.  13 days later, i called them back to check the status.  Susan told me they were checking to see if the pan was under warranty and she would call me back.  Two days later I got no call back so I called.  She said she was sorry but the supervisor was supposed to call me.  She placed me on hold and my call was transferred to a line that kept ringing with no answer.  I called back Susan and got her voice mail.  I left a message to cancel my service order and that I would take my business else were.  I immediately called a company in La Habra and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning (July 3rd).  Note this is during the holiday weekend and this company was able to schedule a tech to come over.  Susan called me back while I was on the phone and left me a message that she could have a technician install the pan the next day.  I chose to go with the company in La Habra.

After the technician from La Habra inspected my A/C unit, he concluded that the pan was not cracked, but tilted.  This caused water to spill over with air from the fan and water not reaching the drainage line.  The repair took about an hour and a half.

Coincidentally, 20/20 fixed another problem with my A/C unit about four months ago when it wasn't blowing cold air.  The technician spent a considerable amount of time in the attic working on the unit.  He may have accidentally moved the pan.

I was dissapointment with the lack of professionalism, customer service and technical knowledge from 20/20.

We purchased a new Kohler kitchen faucet through 20/20 Plumbing & Heating. Ricardo Arellano showed up for the install. Ricardo was on time for the appointment, very polite, and completely prepared for the installation. In lieu of the current pandemic, Ricardo wore shoe coverings  and a mask. He did an excellent job on the install and left his work area clean. I'm very pleased with a job well done.

Gene performed service on my new Tankless Water Heater that was nonoperational. He voluntarily took the time to explain steps he was executing to trouble shoot and resolve the issue. Additionally, he allowed me to use his tools to hookup my washing machine. Gene is to be commended for providing outstanding customer service above and beyond the call of duty.

We had Gene Gallegos come out because we had some faulty toilets. We wore PPE, & was polite & very thorough. He used his auger & cameras and found and removed some left behind construction debris! I'm sure he saved us tons of money in the future. Thanks for excellent customer service!

14 month old, new construction house. Manufacturer (too fast) build issue, screwed water heater lag screw through wall into Pex tubing, causing it to pierce and eventually leak. Took a year, screw started to rust, causing leak inside the wall. Ended up leaking through stucco. Gene from 20/20 came out next day. Genuine/honest nice thorough guy. Diagnosed, explained everything as he worked on it. Fixed issue while I watched. Roughly 2 hours and problem solved. Definitely 5 star recommendation.

My husband and I purchased a new build home November 2018. At the time there was no need for the A/C unit to be on. So come April when we began to use it I knew something was wrong when it took over 5 hours at night to cool my home 2 degrees. I called as we were still under warranty. They sent someone out and I was told by the technician that they forgot to charge my unit with refrigerant and that was my issue so they charged it up and went on their way. Fast forward to this April and again the same issue. I now called an outside company to get a straight forward and honest answer. I was told that upon final inspection from the city the unit is required to be at full charge. There should NEVER be a need for a refrigerant charge unless there is a leak. So back in April of 2019 they should have fixed the unit and found out where and why it was leaking. None of which was done. The technician was at my home for maybe 15min and never came inside my home. The company that I called told me that the job would take approximately 6 hours to complete and to get me up and running but that since this was a builder issue under warranty I should contact them (there are still good honest people out there!). I contacted 20/20 on the 3rd of the month and was told that it would take 2 weeks to find out where the leak was. I was then told that same day by my technician that it would only take 10 days and then a sentence later he said well we should be able to see in about 2 days. I called the reputable A/C company and asked if this sounded correct. He told me absolutely not and that what he was saying about it taking 2 weeks to do, should in reality take 2 hours. Filling the lines with nitrogen and then attaching the gauge and seeing where the pressure is dropping. I then went out and questioned what was being told to me and let the technician and the office know that the way they were doing business was disgusting. I let them know that to leave my family of 5 without air in the middle of August was unacceptable and that their time frame wasn't going to work for me. I was told a supervisor would contact me (which never took place). I did the foot work to call and schedule for 3 days later to get someone here. My home consistently stayed around 88 degrees. Getting as warm as 93 degrees and as low as 81 degrees at 3am. I expressed my concern for my youngest daughter who has severe asthma and has been hospitalized several times before for being in too warm of an environment. None of which seemed to phase any of the workers. I will say our technician was very pleasant to interact with however when you work for a poor quality company with higher ups who only care about their own pockets that leaves little room for customer satisfaction. Brittany in the office is very rude and only desires to get you off the phone. I was told on 2 separate occasions by Brittany that she would have a supervisor call me and no one ever called. I was also told repeatedly by Brittany that there was nothing she could do to speedy the process from 2 weeks to something more reasonable. It's only because of my persistence that things got done faster (something that is never pleasant on a consumers end).  At the time that our technician pressurized the lines with nitrogen he said it appeared to him to be the coil that was the issue. I was told that he will come back and read the pressure in 3 days. He did in fact come back and in fact the coil had lost 200lbs of pressure in just 3 days. I asked how long it would take to fix this and he said probably a week!!!! So you mean to tell me that a big commercial contractor who does nothing but install for big builders doesn't have a coil to replace in my unit?? Nope it needs to be ordered! Why this wasn't done 3 days ago when that's what was suspected is beyond me. Thankfully he refitted the two lines and filled them back up with refrigerant so it can work for the meantime. All the while I will have refrigerant leaking into the attic of my home once again until the part comes in and they schedule to have someone come out.

Absolutely great.  The technician was on time, polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards.  I would recommend 20/20 for your plumbing and heating needs.

Huge thank you to Ralph the drywaller for fixing up my ceiling after a water leak. Ralph is an honest, hardworking, and joyful man that does not cut any corners, you don't find a lot of people like that these days. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and for that I am grateful. Thanks Ralph!

I cannot begin to tell you how great 20/20 is as a company! My doggies and I were not enjoying the summer afternoons and I reached out to 20/20 after being referred to by a friend. I first spoke with Josh Blake and he was so helpful and tried to see if he could give me answers over the phone. When he realized I might need a tech he had someone out here right away. My tech Jorge Reginato was so polite, professional and quick to know exactly what I needed. Jorge needed to replace a few things on the AC which he couldn't do the same day. Jorge explained her would be back the next day at 3 and side enough he was here! He got my AC up and running in no time! He helped me with my thermostat and didn't even mine my crazy cocker spaniel jumping on him. If you're looking for a wonderful company definitely go with 20/20 and ask for Jorge to be your tech! Thank you Josh and Jorge. You two are so greatly appreciated. :)

Kitchen ceiling leak.  Gene found and fixed the leaking pipe, and minimized the hole he had to cut in the ceiling to find and fix.  Very clean work.  Very respectful of property.  Friendly service.  Highly recommend.  I have a new construction home built by Tri Pointe five years ago, and I'm the original homeowner.  Tri Pointe still honored their promise to make things right, even outside of normal warranty periods.  Tri Pointe called 20/20 and Gene was very responsive.  The drywall person from another company fixed the ceiling to the point I can't tell there was ever a problem.  Well done 20/20 and Tri Pointe Homes.

We have a new construction home where the HVAC was installed and serviced by 20/20. We've had to have them out a few times. The last time, Jorge was troubleshooting what was believed to be a leak in the system, as it was running but not cooling. Jorge quickly diagnosed the problem as being a valve in the attic and replaced it at the same time. And then POOF! Cool air so my children could sleep comfortably during one of our heat waves!

Jorge was awesome! I wish he'd been out the first time to fix the problem.

Would not choose to use this company willingly. We have to use them because they are under warranty with our Builder.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. My husband called on Monday as soon as he found a leak in our kitchen but the on-call plumber said he already got home and the issue didn't sound like a big deal. On Tuesday they showed up for an appointment that we did not make unannounced. We were not expecting them so we were not available to answer the door (We were waiting on a call to set up an appointment). They were supposed to show up after hours on call wednesday but Jean one of their service guys called me to convince me to reschedule it the day after since he could only be at my house after 7:30 p.m. and would stay a minimum of 2 hours. I told him that anything would work for me as long as it got done with no additional damages caused. He convinced me that if we waited an extra day no additional damage would be caused to our home that was not already done so I agreed to see him the following day. However, the following day Thursday I was notified by our warranty guy that 20/20 refused to come to our house because we were a no-show to our appointment. This was not our fault though because we didn't schedule the appointment in the first place.
Now I am waiting for a manager to call me back because Jean the on call guy (who promised me he could come to fix out plumbing issue) is saying that he is forbidden to come to our house by Theresea, his manager and we have to make an appointment during 8 to 5. The builder is now saying this could void our whole warranty..

AVOID THE HEADACHES AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBER!!!! This is just one of the many issues that they have caused us since we purchased our home.
