Why do I ONLY use George at Medina Plumbing?  Because they are GOOD at what they do  and they are HONEST!!!  Called him on 10/10/16 telling him I need a new water heater. Sent him all the info on the one I have. He says no problem I will be there tomorrow ( 10/11/16) at 10AM. Who shows up at 10AM ready to go ....George!!   Looks over the heater and thinks it is still in working order. Runs the water out and we see the reddish tint I told him about. Spends 30 minutes with me doing this. Tells me I am good to go and states if I still continue to have this problem to call him out again and we can look it over. Ask him what I owe him for his time...He states nothing. Who do you think I will be calling for ANY of my plumbing needs.....MEDINA PLUMBING!!!!!

Medina Plumbing has done plumbing work for myself and my local family. Anthony is very prompt, and courteous. He provided us a fair quote for a water heater replacement and the work was done in one afternoon. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation for this team.

Dana set appt at 1:00 and they were early it was awesome Dana sounded straight forward no BS Anthony was On it a head of appointment time done clean and in and out Awesome Job thank you will call again

Referred through another plumber. Pretty much like the other reviews: says he'll be there, doesnt show up doesnt call. When asked about it, he'll make up some excuse that sounds nice and then promise to show up again - then he just doesnt show up and doesnt call again. Two days wasted with this person.

Do not use this plumbing company!!  I paid Anthony Medina $100 cash to fix a simple problem, a running toilet, which he did not fix.  It is still running after he changed one part for $100.  A running toilet should be an easy fix for a plumber.  If he was not sure which part should be changed, a leak test could determine if a flapper issue; however, Anthony did not know what that test was when I mentioned it.  I called Anthony several times since he left our house for him to go back to resolve the issue.  Despite I paid $100, Anthony advised me he does not work for free, when I asked him to go back out to fix the problem he did not fix. Instead, he had his associate call me who agreed would go out to my home, but the associate, Louis, never showed up to his appointment and did not even bother to call me to let me know unable to make his appointment, even after I was advised I would have to pay another $75 to $150  just to fix a running toilet that Anthony never repaired correctly in the first place.  I was advised that Anthony is the new owner and George (told was his father) is in Arizona so may be the reason for the decline in service since George no longer runs the business.  Very importantly, therefore, do not be fooled by the other reviews, as I honestly believe they are not accurate reflection how the company is run now.

I was recommended to use this plumber by a customer. Customer told me that George was very upfront and no BS. Well i called the next day and explained my plumbing problem. He told me he would come over same night. About 2 phone calls later he never showed up. He told me he would call me in the morning to see what time he can come over to check out my problem. Well again he never called so i called him back and he said he would be by late. Well i waited again and once again he's a no show. Not sure what his problem is or how he runs his company but not professional at all. I will just use another company.

Medina Plumbing is the best. Reasonable pricing and quick response Both Dana and Anthony are very professional and explain any solution, with options clearly. Call them you will not be disappointed

Messaged them on yelp and asked for a quote, they gave me a quick reply and a good price. Came in the next day to fix our clogged drain. It was real fast and we were happy about what Dana had done. Thank you so much ! Will most certainly recommend to friends and family !

I got the dreaded text thanksgiving morning from the renter's at my property that the plumbing is backed up. Called several plumber's and of course the phone call started with holiday rates going to be 3x the price. Wow stick it to you where it hurts.  U kind of know your going to pay a little more on holiday. So I went on yelp and found Medina's Plumbing good reviews so called and spoke with the owner told him the problem and he said he would take care of the problem  so asked him how much at least half of what I was quoted by other businesses. So his tech was going to be at the location within the hour, he showed up within the hour. while talking with tech I found out its his son, so he explained what he was going to do. So he went to work and the job took longer then expected he was having a hard time with the drain out but assured me he would stay all day if had to to fix the problem. Finally the water goes down and pulls out the snake with the thickest roots I have ever seen. So thank you for keeping my renter's thanksgiving party on schedule. will recommend them to all my friends and family and will continue to use MEDINA' PLUMBING

It's rare to find a plumber you can trust, Medina is tops in our book! Anthony always clearly states the problem, cost and time., and offers you his opinion and options! Fast and efficient there's no one better than Medina!

Our bath tub and toilet stopped draining late in the evening.  I tried calling 4 or 5 emergency plumbers but no one picked up, well one did but she said the next appointment available was Wednesday.  Not sure how they qualify themselves as emergency plumbers.  Thankfully Medina Plumbing picked up.  They arrived within the hour and cleared our main sewer line. They are priced very well.  I was incredibly thankful for their willingness to come late on a Saturday night.  They have won our loyalty and will serve all of our plumbing needs from here on out.  Thanks Guys

I was very impressed with Dana and his crew! They were prompt, courteous and may I add VERY REASONABLE! I needed a water heater replaced and they did it quickly, efficiently, and left no mess behind! I appreciated the respectful approach to the COVID situation also! I highly recommend this privately owned company and they will be my permanent plumbers! Thank you again!

I do not know how George Medina is in business  I called him to do a big job on my house telling him I have water coming out from my concrete slab  he tells me he will be at my house by 2 pm  I waited till 3 pm and I called him, he tells me he is running late but would be at my house no later than 5 pm, well as you can guess he was a flake a no show not even a phone call !
Do not call him if you want your job done !

Best experience we've had with any plumbing service in riverside county. Dana responds promptly and will always get the problem fixed, if there's anything that was missed he's a phone call away.

I have had the great pleasure of knowing George for a LONG time, he is available, reasonable and AMAZING!!!

Excellent service!! We had a mainline clog. Anthony got here quickly, he took care of the clog fast and charged a reasonable price. I can't say enough good about this company and will definitely call them for any plumbing issue!!

They responded to fix a blocked sewer drain within a couple hours.  Their service was quick and affordable.  I would recommend their service to others.

George Medina is honest, hard working, efficient, and highly skilled and I would recommend him for any drain project!  He has cleared our main line a couple times and most recently assisted with relining our main line.  I wish all subcontractors were this impressive!

Dana at Medina Plumbing is truly a person who cares about his customers. My main got clogged and to reach the blockage he needed to put in a cleanout. I was not prepared for a hefty pricetag. He worked with me on the price and I have so much gratitude for him and his empathy. He gets 12 stars out of 5 because he's just that good.

He, Anthony, and his team worked diligently to dig the hole to discover what kind of pipes were underneath the sod. I did a happy dance once he told me it was cast iron...this house was built in 1939 and I was so afraid of it being Orangeburg or clay that I had nightmares the previous night.

Dana and Anthony also gave me advice about my obsolete toilet (which I'm going to have to replace). Who knew the innards of a toilet are not standard and at some point not being able to find parts to fix a cowbell type flapper thingy would impact your ability to use the toilet.

Medina Plumbing will get my future business and I'm telling all my friends and family to use. I hope you'll give him a call. He's local, he's caring and does excellent work. And he and my dogs got along so well - you've got to trust when your dogs love someone!

I called to request a quote to install a water heater. They were available right away and I was given a quote. They got it done in an hour. They were professional and did a clean job. They hauled away my old water heater. Great experience.

George Medina is amazing! He arrived on time, worked hard and quickly on installing a 2 way clean out for our main sewer line, and was very informative. He was also reasonably priced. I feel so lucky to have met him. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Dana has been my plumber for the last 3 years. He has installed a clean-out for my 1930s home, power jetted obstructions and roots, replumbed my bathroom faucets and recently installed my new hot water heater and fixed the pipes below that had sprung a leak.
He is incredibly sharp and knowledgeable at getting to the source of your plumbing issues and conservative at fixing them. He is very honest and thorough in explaining where the problem stems and what needs to be done.

He has a very quick response time, when you call him. He has an incredible work ethic and stands by his work. He is friendly, easy to talk to, answers your questions & cleans up the work area. His prices are extremely reasonable.

We have had many plumbers throughout the years and no other compare to his Plumbing knowledge and care for your house. I recommend him and his business, Medina and Rooter, to all my friends and family and businesses I come in contact with. I wish I would have found him years ago.

Called, Got a bad connection. He said he would call back in 5 min.  Waited 30 min and called back. Went to voicemail. Never did receive a call back.

We have used these guys several times Medina plumbing hands-down the most honest and straightforward guys I know I would highly recommend them to anyone

8:00pm at night and our main drain was all clogged! Called Medina Plumbing (after hours!) and was out within the hour-ish. He was here and done! Quick, helpful, cheapest price around here. Will be calling them again for any plumbing problems, but let's hope we don't need to.
