Last year my AC broke on a late Friday afternoon on a weekend it was going to be 100+. They came over within the hour and fixed it with no emergency fee. Last week we had a pipe burst below our house at 7pm. They came over right away and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking. These guys are professional, prompt, and polite. Not to mention they do quick and efficient work. I can't recommend then enough.

AC Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I called them. Eddie arrived on time, like I had requested. He was a real pro, who anticipated that we needed to shut off the complex water heater prior to any work being done, in order to prevent any damage being done to the hot water system.

He finished his job of changing two shower cartridges in less than 15 minutes and then was kind enough to help me swap out seven old angle stops in the rest of our place.

I am so glad I called AC Plumbing and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Excellent service!
1, They easily reachable by phone and email, and reply in time.
2, I asked them to install a new furnace, replace the water heater, re do the piping of the washer and dryer, they are all done nice and tight.
3, I also asked them to do some small fixes, such as bath tub tap, range hood duct reconnect and kitchen sink disposal on the other day. They just came with in 24 hours and get everything done.
4, They charge at a reasonable price.

AC plumbing has been my go-to service for almost 13 years. They've repaired my gas fireplace line, serviced my septic, and today put in the second of two pressure/thermal regulators in my bathroom. They're on time, fair, respectful, clean, and they've always been honest with their estimates and advice, never nudging me into some service I didn't need. Armando and his colleague were able to come the next day to check out our broken AC when all other places were either booked or not returning calls. I'm so glad! They were so nice and quickly figured out what the problem was. And Armando even called the AC manufacturer to find out that our unit is still under warranty! They were able to get the part the next day and came to install it right away. They even put on the Nest thermostat we got for us. They were life savers during a heat wave!

They both wore masks and even disposable booties the whole time in the house, and were super friendly! I hope we won't have AC trouble again anytime soon but I know exactly who to call when we do!

My real estate agent referred them to me. I needed some piping work done in my garage to take care of an exhaust from my dryer, also a pipe to remove excess water from my water heater. And finally to fix a loose toilet inside the house. I was really happy with all the piping work they did in the garage. It was all done nice and cleanly so that the pipes were not going to be any kind of hassle, and they ran the runoffs to two nicely placed locations. The replaced a few things to fix the toilet inside the house. So everything was fixed nicely.

My first time doing these kinds of repairs, so wasn't really sure how much everything should cost. The work in the garage was good, and seemed appropriately priced. The toilet fix was different. They listed the parts they replaced. I looked them up online. One of the parts cost about $10 online, but they were charging me about $100. I know these service people usually add a mark up, but I thought this was way too much. I called them about it, and they apologized and said it was a mistake, and that they would credit money back to my card. Not sure if they were being legit about it being a mistake, or I should be upset that they made a mistake that I could have easily gone ahead and fully paid for. Overall I do think they do good work, just make sure you look at your bill and question anything that looks incorrect.

We've been using AC for all of our plumbing repairs and installations since we moved to Hermosa Beach in 2004, and we've always been satisfied with their work. Our most recent experience illustrates why we rely on AC. It involved our gas water heater, which had begun to make a loud popping noise each time it ignited the flame, and the flame itself was making a much louder noise than it it had in the past. AC sent out two plumbers on Saturday to diagnose the problem, and they concluded that although the unit was only 3 1/2 years old, the part that controls the gas and possibly the burner itself needed replacing. They ordered the parts and returned to install them on Thursday. As they were working, my wife asked me if the water heater was under warranty, so I pulled the manual and discovered that, sure enough, there was a 6-year manufacturer's warranty on parts. I went out to ask the plumber about it, and to my surprise he had already taken care of it! He said that AC would submit a claim to the manufacturer. Consequently I was charged for labor only, and AC will be reimbursed for the parts by the manufacturer. That's service!

Easy to work with, competitive rates and high quality work. Just had my house inspected as it is currently in escrow... The home inspector commented that the rewiring that was done to my home is as good as it gets. He said, it almost brought tears to my eyes. You don't often see this quality of work done. Guy came over he did not what is he doing and he made the system the way that it broke down , he was sitting reading manual in front of me it's like he has never seen the furnace before
Stay away they don't know what they are doing

And they give you a bunch of other reason for you to pay for and not related to the problem

This was probably one of the best service calls I have experienced in a very long time. My Tech's name was Armando, and he was just about perfect. Showed up ahead of the appointment time, was very professional and thorough in his explanation. My AC unit was out of refrigerant and needed filling badly. Not only did he fill the unit with refrigerant, but he also changed my dirty AC filters. Not only did he change the filters, but he completely cleaned the grills, and secured all the screws in the wall as they were very loose. He didn't have to do that, but he did. He did an outstanding job and will definitely call them again. Excellent work!!

Quick, efficient and friendly service!

We clogged our sink after cooking for Thanksgiving and Jose R. showed up within the hour of us requesting service. He was very professional, friendly and clean. I appreciated that he wore slips over his shoes when coming in/out of our house and wiped down the sink after unclogging the drain.

I was so impressed by his service that I recommended him to my parents who used him the following week. They were also very pleased with his service.

We had a new water heater installed by another company yesterday...and for some reason after we waited for 3 hours we still had no hot water. By the time I realized it and called the company was closed.
We had already been without hot water for four days. The company that installed couldn't come out on the weekend to see what the problem was so this morning I found AC Plumbling on yelp and called them. They gave us a one hour window and were here on time and went out of their way to fix a breaker box that was causing the problem

Finding a professional,friendly and honest company for these types of services are hard to find. I am so glad I found Armando and Anthony from AC plumbing. I dumped my last plumber - horrible - and searched for someone good. A friend highly recommended AC Plumbing so I gave them a shot. Eddie came a couple of times for some minor fixes but I could already tell these were the guys for me.

This morning that sentiment was verified. My hot water heater stopped working and I called the office early to see if I could get someone here quickly. Although he already had a full schedule, Eddie called and tried to walk me through resetting the water heater. When that failed, he ran up to the house at his first break. By 9:30 AM my water heater was up and running.

Hands down the best plumbing company I ever dealt with. We had a leak that we discovered around 7:10 pm by 8:00 pm Eddie was at our place and did everything he could at that late hour and returned in the morning to continue the job. He put us in contact with a restoration company and even met with them to insure everything was communicated and repaired correctly. I can not thank Eddie enough for caring about our home as if it was his own.

I had two inspections done on my wall heater before I called AC Plumbing. One company wanted to charge me $4,000 for a new heater and the other spent less than 30 minutes inspecting it, didn't even take it apart and said it just needed cleaned. I called AC and was very impressed with their service and expertise. They determined my heater was incorrectly installed and the fire box was cracked. They brought a new heater to my house within minutes and properly installed it within a couple of hours. The cost was only $1,308. I highly recommend this company for wall heater repair or installation. Jose and Armando are very professional and knowledgeable.

I can't express enough on how satisfied I am with AC Plumbing. I had a clean water pipe burst below the house and I initially called another company and they said call us back after restoration company cleans up the pool of water. Antonio from AC plumbing came out within 30 min and suited up and soaked themselves to slow the leak down. Which then allowed restoration company to clean up the water. AC plumbing stayed around and then fix and replaced the pipe burst. The work ethic these employees have and reread t their company well. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I recently used them to Hydrojet my lines. They are very reliable and they explain things very well. It was an emergency...my plumbing was backing up because the roots from the City's tree were in my pipes. The only way to clear the pipes was to hydrojet. They came out within 24 hours. It took about 5 hours to clear the lines, but it's been fine ever since.

I will always use them for any plumbing needs that I have. They are great to work with.

Contracted with AC Plumbing to install a Quiet Cool whole house fan. The installers arrived within the arrival window and installed the fan in about 2 hours including all the required electrical. The installers worked hard, worked clean, answered all my questions, and were friendly and courteous. On the subject of the whole house fan, why did I wait so long to have one installed? The advertising hype about the effectiveness of whole house fans is true. The fan pulls the hot stale air from the inside of the house and replaces it with cool clean evening air from outside. Since the house now starts out cooler in the morning, it does not get as warm during the day making it much more comfortable. We are very pleased with AC Plumbing and our Quiet Cool whole house fan.

We were referred by a friend to AC plumbing after having gone through over 10 plumbers to solve a bad plumbing stoppage after we moved into our new home. We were referred to AC Plumbing by our neighbor. My mom's house had a water line bust and we decided to do a whole house repiping. Eddie M came out and to give us a very reasonable quote. He was straightforward and honest. I was not present during the job and Eddie had an open line of communication for all our concerns. I believe Eddy R was the main technician on the job. He and his crew did an amazing job. There were a few snafus along the way (old house that wasn't up-kept at all) but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order for us. If/when you have problem with water matters, furnace etc, AC Plumbing is the people to contact. I recommend them highly,

Eddie M. recommended Nuvo filters when I replaced the pipes to PEX some years back. We've been happy with it and had filters replaced last June. The filters last about 8-10 months.
About 2 weeks ago we started noticing the tiny black granules in the bath tub....in a week the water pressure went low.
Time to call AC Plumbing!
Eddie M.came and inspected the filters to be defect. He had already contacted Nuvo and they also stand by their product.
Eddie replaced the filters, checked and cleaned all the faucets/toilets in the house and made sure no more granules were coming out.
Eddie says, we stand by our work, so all the work he was at no charge.

These guys are great! Had a badly blocked toilet after moving into our new house and Fredy from AC Plumbing came out first thing Monday morning to clear the pipes and get our flusher back in business. Like other reviewers here, I was super impressed by how clean and respectful the plumber was of our floors and bathroom. I've seen other plumbers leave a wake of destruction and filth in their path, but this was not the case with Fredy. He left the area spotless and was done within 20 minutes. AC Plumbing and Heating's number is now on my emergency contact list for the next (inevitable) plumbing disaster.

AC Plumbing was recommended by the head of my condo's homeowner association, and I can see why. When I mentioned that I had an urgent problem, they rearranged their schedule to arrange to send Henry out right away. I had a German made shower fixture that was constantly leaking, and the dial knob to adjust the temperature was difficult to adjust. The first plumber that took a look at it and was immediately intimidated by the job because he knew it would be a challenge to handle a German fixture. He told me that there will complications to replace the valve and cartridge--and needless to say, refused to do the job.

I called a second plumber, Eddie from AC Plumbing, and he immediately knew what to do and took on the job. He was able to research the replacement parts that will fit the existing fixture. When he came to perform the job, it was a cinch for him. It did not take long at all. He was quick, knowledgeable, and took necessary precautions so that there will not be any complications. His price was also very affordable.

I appreciate his knowledge, professionalism, and the care and respect he demonstrated in my house (i.e., wearing a mask and making sure his shoes were covered.)

I highly recommend Eddie without hesitation.

I wanted to install a smart thermostat in my house, had to replace my old one. I did most of the work however could not get it to turn on. I originally had an estimate done about a year ago for having a furnace installed. I called last month to make an appointment to finally have the work done. The lady and the gentleman that handle phone calls are very polite and responsive.

When they came out I was at work but my mom was home to let them in. She said they were very nice and were having to do a ton of work in our attic and under our house. This is an old house and I can't even imagine what they found during this job!

My husband is working out of state at the moment so I was communicating between him and AC plumbing. Somehow he thought they said that there would be a large hole left in our wall. I started to panic thinking the worst and called Armando in the midst of freaking out. He stayed calm and walked me through the process over the phone. When I came home I saw how hard they were working and how respectful they were of our home. The hole was small and should be easy to fix. No big deal.

In the end I think they did more work than what the estimate called for but they only charged me what the estimate was. We now have a new wall furnace and more importantly we have heat! They really do great work and Jose is the best! He took extra time to help me out and that kind of courtesy is very hard to find. Thank you AC plumbing for all the hard work and for being patient with me!

I will be calling in a few months to have my water heater replaced too. Do not hesitate to call these guys!

Oh and they cleaned up after themselves when everything was done - perfect!

3/10/16 - last night around midnight (had put a load of laundry in before bed) I hear what sounds like a waterfall in my kitchen. The washing machine was spewing water everywhere! It was such a mess. Took forever to clean up but first thing in the morning I called AC and they had two guys come out later that day. They got the clog out and they did it quickly and the price was very reasonable. These guys are great. They are always very nice and professional. Thanks once again AC!

This company was a life saver. We had another company come out and look into our furnace and the repair person immediately said it couldn't be fixed and wrote us an estimate for $3500. I called AC Plumbing based on YELP reviews and they were able to squeeze us in for a service to look at our furnace, deduced the issue and were able to fix it for $900. It was during our rare cold snap and we were really grateful. Their tech, Salvador, was really friendly and professional, too.

AC Plumbing and Heating is AWESOME! Earlier this month, my AC made a weird noise and shutdown. It even killed the power to the house. I called AC Plumbing and Heating and they were out within a day to take a look. They were straightforward and honest. Pricing was pretty competitive as well.

They will show you pictures of the issues, so you can see what is going on. After that, they broke down my options with quotes and everything. I ended up opting for the AC/Heater replacement as my unit was already 14 years old and nearing its life. Especially with the work from home, I had it running every day for the past few months.

One of my biggest pet peeves of having work done on the house is the cleanup after. I did not have to worry at all with AC! They always wore shoe coverings before coming in and lined the path to the AC and heating unit with butcher paper and tarp. All I had to do was tell my little Roomba to do a quick pass through when they left.

These guys are great! No complaints and only praise for the work these guys did! Thanks!

Good thing I go into the laundry room twice a day to put drops into my little dog's eyes (she fits nicely into the big sink there). It was a Friday when I found a small amount of water on the floor in front of the sink. It was coming from my 17-year-old gas water heater, installed when my house was remodeled in 2000. I contacted both of my neighbors asking for a referral. Imagine this...both came back with AC Plumbing. Good enough for me. My first contact was Cristina. She was extremely professional and courteous. She said a technician would be at my home at ~10am on Monday morning. Luckily the leak was manageable with a four-hour rotation of dry towels...wet ones into the spin cycle on the washer, then into the dryer. Eddie M. arrived to assess the job as promised. I explained that I wished to install a new 50-gallon gas water heater with a drain pan so I would never again have to worry about the water heater failing and flooding the entire downstairs area. I also asked to have a recirculating pump (with a timer) installed so it would not take so long to get hot water to the kitchen and upstairs guest bathroom. Eddie M. provided a detailed estimate and said they would be back on Tuesday to do the installation. Juan and Enrique arrived at 9am Tuesday morning and worked tirelessly until the job was complete (~2:15pm). Their work was top notch, and they left the area spotlessly clean. EVERYONE with whom I had contact from AC was outstanding. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in contracted services again!

Two days before Thanksgiving and we have a dishwasher problem! I called AC Plumbing (our 'go to' plumbers) and they had a same day appointment available. They even called back to ask if they could arrive earlier than the pre-determined window of arrival. Of course!!! When Eddie M. first looked at the dishwasher/under sink area, he said that I might need an appliance repair company to fix the problem. He could take a look but it would cost $92 for the service charge. I said to please go ahead. After 10 minutes, he confirmed that it wasn't a plumbing problem. Ok, maybe time for a new dishwasher but the nicest gesture came when Eddie M. said he wasn't going to charge me. But the best part of the whole experience was how professional and courteous Eddie M. was. We love AC Plumbing and won't call anyone else. Thank you, Eddie M.

We were referred to A-1 by our neighbor who advised that they did great work, at a reasonable price and were always on time. The guys showed up on time and were very careful to cover their shoes while inside our house. I explained the issues that we had and as we walked through the house Francisco made his recommendations. He also told me what didn't need to be fixed. While repairing one of our toilets they even brought a bin to set the toilet in so it didn't sit on our floor. I would highly recommend these guys.

Mario and Fredy arrived on time and did an excellent job restoring water flow to my kitchen faucet and repairing leak under sink. Had a different company come to unclog pipes but he was unable to repair kitchen faucet. Mario and Fredy had to keep blowing into hose to flush debris. Took time to explain what to do the next time I shut off main water valve. Very efficient, informative and friendly with both myself and my dogs. Found your company online through Better Business Bureau. A+ rating and close location prompted my call. Will DEFINITELY refer you to family and friends and call whenever I have plumbing problems. Cost was very reasonable. Thank You.

So I recently changed out my AC wall plate because one of the buttons broke. It worked fine once I installed it but to my luck 2 days later my AC completely stopped working. And.... To top it off we were in a heat wave. I was melting. I called this place because of all the great reviews. To my satisfaction they came out a day later... On time and replaced a fuse I blew out. Oops. Don't forget to turn off your AC system before you replace your wall plate... Lesson learned. I will definitely be calling them for service in the future. Btw $92.50 service call which is credited towards any work done. My bill for the fuse was $165. Not too shabby!

Five years ago, AC Plumbing installed our water heater. It has worked perfectly all this time. A couple of days ago it stopped working due to my own stupidity. I called AC Plumbing. The plumber came in no time and got my heater working again, also in no time. And he charged me nothing because all he had to do was press a button or two.

I appreciated his honesty.. This is worth a good review on Yelp. I recommend AC Plumbing. They are trustworthy.

I used this company on recommendation of a friend. I had a complex remodel that included a new tub and some significant plumbing challenges. These guys were the most professional group! I was stunned. Four guys showed up and worked all day. All were exceptionally polite, friendly, and asked the right questions. The supervisor met all of us at the start and came by in the afternoon to check on things. Know how plumbers are slobs and unreliable? Not even close here. I'm super picky about who I let in my house. I would hire these guys again without ANY reservation. Good job, guys!

This is our second time using AC H&AC. We had their company install a complete HVAC system at our current house, and we've had them make repairs and tune-ups here. They were very professional, and both technicians wore shoe covers. They come in marked trucks, and blue uniforms with their company name and logo on them. All of the people that work at AC are friendly, responsive, and professional.

We just had AC finish a complete HVAC system at my In Laws house. They were very accommodating to the many people who were investing in this job, and we appreciated their patience, and the many Please call so-and-so for that question. AC was the cheapest of the 3 quotes that we received. We didn't go with them solely because they were the cheapest, but because we had used them before, we liked their professional company procedures (uniforms and marked trucks), and they worked with us on pricing and minor details. The job took the whole week, but it was mainly finished in 3.5 days. There was a minor mishap that caused the extra 1.5 days, but we understand that things happen. Overall, from start to finish, our family felt that AC was easy to work with.

One of the main things that stood out to me when I went to the job site once, was that they covered everything! The floors, staircase, and everything was kept clean and tidy. The shoe coverings worn by the technicians when they first gave my MIL the estimate was a plus for her. It's a telling sign when companies respect the homes, and people, who live in them. The techs carry iPads to give you all of the information immediately. The office staff provides texts and calls with appointments and reminders. The team that came to do the install came in two marked trucks, and came consecutively each day - no days off in-between.

Our experience was great. Everyone was happy. The In Laws are looking forward to a COOL Summer. Thank you AC! (And, thank you for the memorable photo that we all laughed about on the family group text. Jokes for days for that family member. Haha!)

Fredy was the technician sent out to check on some water heater issues for me. Instead of replacing the entire system he was able to salvage the parts and get everything up to code for a home sale. I would highly recommend this company based on the service I received. I am looking into using them for my own home to upgrade my AC system and maintain my water heater.

Wow! Was I lucky picking these guys. I had used Urso Air and L&R heating and thank goodness L&R couldn't come out for almost 3 weeks and then I as sooo busy they couldn't do an install for a month after that. They told me it could be between $14k-$20k for a while new system and it was unlikely they could just fix it. Make sure you choose wisely out there. Thank goodness for Armando and his son. These guys were able to come the next day and for $245 replaced a transformer and got me cooling off again. Armando was up in my attic for 25 minutes in 135 degree temperatures! He saved the day and is as honest as a hot day without AC is long. No doubt they rely on good word of mouth so I'm giving it here. I also thought I would ask him about how much to replace the entire heating AC system. He estimated around $7k! One half a I one third of what L&R would suggest. Good grief! These guys are the best!

Jose Regalado was great! I called on a Saturday morning, to get my toilet valve replaced. They explained they actually replace that, the flapper, and as it turns out the water hose to the valve - so basically a whole new toilet! The cost was $145, which for all that seemed great to me.

He came out, put on cloth booties, and went to work. And in about 20 minutes was done! (this guy is the Nascar pit crew of plumbers!) Then brought me in to inspect his work and make sure all was done correctly.

Armando is pretty dishonest. He came over and saw me a disabled woman and really took advantage of me. I had problem with my AC unit. He went up on the roof and changed my capacitor without getting my OK first. He just changed the capacitor and came down and told me the cost was $311.89. He was here less than 20 minutes. I said just for changing a capacitor? The capacitor only costs $7.00 and he never thought in a million years that I knew how much a capacitor costs. He said well you pay us for our expertise. I am attaching a copy of his invoice. Notice how he doesn't separate parts and labor. I will not be using this company again and will let everyone in my complex know to watch out for him! Not only that, I asked him if at least he checked my freon level or other stuff? He said it would cost me another $175 for him to check the freon level.

Armando came out to fix my AC after a different company failed to diagnose the issue and did an AMAZING job! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and fixed it!
After fixing it he showed me pictures and explained to me exactly what he found and what he recommended for the upkeep.

Reliable, professional and great work! I say this because AC has pulled me out of a jamb many times and at the last minute. In the winter it's hard to get furnace repair, but they really try to respond in a reasonable time and they get to the bottom of the problem. If another issue arises, they act fast and that means a lot. I've called others and been told to wait days or weeks. At this time AC has become my only go to source for heating and plumbing because they get the job done and they respond quickly.

I first utilized A1 when I purchased our home 10 years ago and the water heater needed replacement when I was just moving in. My realtor had referred me stating they were extremely good and neat. Since then I have called on them for everything from a faucet replacement to a clogged sink and a broken gas line. I have been consistently satisfied but today - they were as amazing as it gets.

My husband and I noticed some water dripping from the window in our lower level bathroom. Upon further research we noticed that the entire support beam above our garage was dripping and there was water damage to the stucco. Of course we noticed this late on a Friday so I wasn't able to call until Monday morning. I called first thing and not only were they able to get out by 8:30 Monday morning and completely replace the water main which was spraying water everywhere inside the beam, but they were also able to extend the gas line from my furnace to my kitchen so I can finally purchase a gas stove!

I cannot say enough about how good these guys are - neat, experienced, hard working and straight forward. As we have pretty much gutted and re-built our home we are extremely experienced with both quality and non- quality workmanship. AC Plumbing as they are now named is great. I concur with others - Armando is awesome.

I called this company after a quick web search, they committed to make a house call and showed up right on time. Clean service truck and new equipment.

The tech was vey knowledgeable and unfortunately he could not diagnose the problem as my heating unit started working before he arrived and there were no issues to diagnose.

He waived the service charge and said to give him a call when the problems return and then he can come out and diagnose. It was refreshing to deal with a customer focused service provider and I will use them exclusively going forward.

I had the worth experience with this company. They canceled on me the last minute. I am an owner of apartment building and needed to install A/C unit in one of the unit. After confirming the appointment the receptionist cancel the appointment, She was rude and unpleasant!

Just experienced another positive experience with this company.
Had a problem with our toilet - - called and Henry appeared at our doorstep twenty minutes later. Quickly diagnosed the problem gave me a complete extremely reasonable estimate including replacement of the shufoff valve which had been leaking unbeknowst to me. Did a great job and the toilet is now working better than ever and left the bathroom cleaner than when he entered.
A great company - would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing work.

Armando showed up early and was as professional and nice as can be. Not only did he identify the problem with my heater spot-on, he didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need.
Instead, he fixed the heater that I had paid another, nameless, company $250 to fix and was still broken.
There are a lot of shady businesses out there that will try to get you for the big job. These guys aren't those guys.

Can't believe how lucky I got coming across this company. They were amazing from start to finish. I contacted them at 8am and the friendly woman that took my call squeezed me in immediately and they were at my house by 9:30am. Armando did an amazing job with my heater.
Him and his co-worker arrived promptly and took every safety procedure regarding Covid.
He explained everything thoroughly that was going on with my heater and all my options. Then got it up and running in no time.

To the owner: Thought you should know that I had another plumber give an estimate and he recommended I do nothing, it was just condensation. Your guys, on the other hand, recommended a FULL repiping of my house for $4,000! You might want to get them to be a little more honest (or knowledgeable or both).

If you are looking for a reliable and trust worthy business this is it! I called up and asked if someone could come help me remove the water heater to get the kitten. I had very little money and the boss (which is a pet owner :D) said they would do it discounted and send some guys there ASAP. Next thing I know 15 mins later (which is crazy fast) 3 guys pull up in my drive way with 2 big trucks! plus the boss showed up personally !!! We have hired heating and air conditioning companies for many years. Some were good enough, some fair, some poor and one a disaster.
Recently after over a year of attempting to get the disaster company to fix the leak they caused, to repair the air conditioning improper installation, and repair also the wine cellar unit, we decided to make a complete change.
We used Yelp to choose and chose AC as they had 74 five star reviews.
We noted that the owner Armando even thanked those customers who posted good reviews.
We chose AC ac-plumbing-heating-and-air-conditioning-harbor-city; Owner Armando!
We found a FIVE STAR for sure. Good looking and clean trucks, uniformly dressed employees, and the Owner was part of the team that did 2 new air installations for us.
Fantastic would not be a strong enough praise. Clean, competent, informative, fair pricing, (even got for us the utility discounts for the 2 new units), and also did some difficult changing of the duct system.
And surprise surprise even provided the installation and warranty manuals for each system at the completion of each installation.
Saying we are satisfied is not sufficient - we are ECSTATIC - Armando and team deserve Six Stars.

The AC compressor kept running; only way to stop it was to turn off the furnace. I called on Monday and they said they could be out here the next day. I wasn't expecting such fast service because I didn't see it as an emergency situation. Unfortunately a January 6 Commission hearing was scheduled for 10:00 on the Tuesday that I really wanted to watch. They were really accommodating about working around that and Armando arrived mid-afternoon. He did a little troubleshooting and in no time had located the problem inside the compressor -- a contactor. Thank you Armando. I highly recommend AC Plumbing!

We had a drainage blockage, that caused both bathrooms to overflow when we ran our washing machine, and we called them on a Sunday morning. Fredy C. came within the timeframe given by the dispatcher, and was professional and knowledgeable.

He asked to see the cleanouts, made sure there was water, then ran the snake. By feel alone he could tell that there was something serious going on down there, not just your usual stuff. He was right, as he pulled the snake out there were tangled roots at the end, which was also confirmed by another plumber that had run a camera.

He was fast, effective, professional in execution and demeanor, laid out our options with pricing that we felt was fair, without being pushy, all within 30-40 min. Very appreciative for his help and for the level of professional service that was received.

Thank you again Fredy, we'll definitely be calling you guys again.
