I have been happily married to the most beautiful girl in the world since 2011. Our first child arrives in May of 2018. We are actively involved in our church in Yucaipa, 2nd Chance Church and started the company to be a blessing to the church and the community.

Just wanna give a shout out to this company and say thank you from the bottom of my heart from my family and I not only did I call same day and got same-day service awesome quality customer service from Travis and Bob and they were reliable and had great communication with me the whole time, I appreciate you guys.
These guys are very professional and all work. Polite. Courteous. Efficient. Pride in ones work. They're a throw back to another era. A refreshing change in this day and age. .
We had a house flooding up through the toilet. Travis came out and got the stoppage cleared. Then we ended up needing to hydro jetting for the roots from a big tree in the back yard. Saw on the camera how it was all clean when finished. They also saw a leak that was on a faucet that we had didn't noticed and they were able to change the entire area and put new pipes and a turn off valve. This is very helpful for any future issues. Definitely pleased with the efficiency and the honesty. The pricing and the quality is just what you need in a reliable plumber. Highly recommend them for any plumbing services.

Before & after sink install. Other companies said it couldn't be done without removing countertops. Jonathan from Ascent Plumbing did it at a great price. Very professional company & their work is awesome.

very punctual, a little high priced but Jonathan has integrity.
We manage a shopping center in San Bernardino and Ascent Plumbing has never let us down when we inevitably have issues arise. They identify and complete repairs quickly so that the impact to our tenants is as minimal as possible. We have relied on them for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their team can fix water leaks, clear lines or install new plumbing work and they are very professional and friendly as well.

I have called this plumber twice and had a very good experience both times. My sink faucet started to leak and I called Ascent. Johnny came on time, was clean and very organized. He was friendly and very competent. He listened to me explain the problem and found a very good solution. I was very glad I had called him.
Jonny from Ascent Plumbing is wonderful!! We had a blockage that was very stressful. Jonny came to the rescue and found the problem, tree roots in the pipe, and fixed it quickly. Service is quick and pricing is reasonable. We will be calling him again for all our plumbing needs.

I appreciated that they showed up on time and wearing a mask. He was very polite and considerate and explained to me what he was doing. The sound we were concerned with was just our old house and nothing to be concerned with. He was efficient with looking at all options and put us at ease. We have used this company before and we will be using them again if needed in the future.

Jonny and Travis are Great at their jobs, very knowledge and above all they were kind and honest. We appreciate them taking the time to help us with our plumbing issues. We have a life long plumber now!!!!
Jonny Walker and Ascent Plumber is my go to for my plumbing needs. Last year the installed a tankless water heater for me. They had to install a new gas line to feed it. The work was above reproach and the price was fair and reasonable. Earlier this year they installed a new low flow toilet for me. Again, the work was excellent and the price was fair. I ordered a new dishwasher and Jonny Walker installed it for me today. Once more, the work was outstanding and the price reasonable. I would give Ascent Plumbing 10 stars if that were an option. If you need a plumber, these are the people to call.

Let down multiple times. Plumber came after service call timeframe. Had to call them back to repair a leaking toilet twice that they did not inspect after the first job and they ultimately told me I needed a new toilet.
Never got a receipt or written estimate for new toilet despite Cody/Matt telling me they were going to send me one.
I was able to find an experienced handyman to properly repair my toilet and told me I did NOT need a new toilet. I felt cheated and taken advantage of.
Won't be using Ascent for future needs.

Stop browsing and call Ascent Plumbing right away. Travis did a fantastic job with our water heater issue. He changed the thermo coupler on the spot. Great job by a great company.

Had to call them back to repair the badly executed repair job they did on my water main line. They never fixed the main line handle like I asked them to, then gave lame excuse as to why they didn't want to find a different handle. Now the handle doesn't work at all. I had to call another plumber to fix their work. They removed the old toilet along with the expensive toilet seat cover I had bought. When I asked for it, Travis told me he threw it away claiming it was old junk. Didn't bother to ask me first. They were expensive. The new plumber I found did the work for half the price. I really want my money back. Travis did a good job of restructuring the plumbing in my bathroom. I would be wary of hiring this company if I were you.
