I can't say enough great things! Joseph is very responsive, communicative, nice, and does great work! I needed to reroute my waterlines under the concrete and he did such a great job and very quickly too! he even helped me move a big console stand when he saw me struggling by myself. LOL truly was a great experience and I'll definitely use this company again for all my plumbing needs!

I had low water pressure coming from kitchen sink, so posted the job on Yelp. Joseph responded quickly and consulted with me via chat to determine the cause. I recently moved into a new home and needed a grill hooked up to my gas line.

I had multiple quotes that were all over the place. After getting 5 or 6 estimates, I picked the middle price with Trench. They were responsive, prompt, and thorough. I would highly recommend for this type of job.

What a disrespectful and lousy business. Set up an appointment and 90 min into cancel due to the family emegrency(bullshit). Didn't even have the courtesy to even call, instead just send a message.

We had a stopped up kitchen sink that we could NOT fix for the life of us with a snake. They came out and put a camera down our drain and found out the problem. Joseph explained everything in detail to us through the whole process which is a huge plus to us. Exceptional service! I reached out to Trench Plumbing among a few others but after speaking with Joseph, I felt very comfortable. He wasn't pushy and is extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the leak on a Friday afternoon... he went above and beyond to get the job done. I really appreciate it! I recommend this company and will definitely look to them for my future plumbing needs.

Had to replace angle valves, and called multiple companies to try to get that fixed. We had to shut off our main line for the day since there was a leak we couldn't fix. Joe had the first availability and gave a quick estimate on the work at around 8 PM that night, and came by the next day at noon.

Took about 1 hour to get the job done (job was a bit more tedious than expected), and even helped with the removal of a drain pipe that needed to be replaced without an additional cost.

Joseph stayed true to the estimate he gave, and water seems to be working fine throughout the house again. He definitely cares about just doing a good job for others, and his prices are fair.

Highly recommended, and will be keeping Joseph on call if any additional plumbing help is needed.

If you are looking for plumber guy, you are on the right place.  Joseph is awesome gentle guy to work with! He is prompt, easy to talk to. He response fast  and make things work prompt and smoothly as possible. He truly is a professional. Even in Corona's 99 degrees weather, he always wears a shirts; not like a simple t-shirts. That tells he stands for manner of professionalism. More importantly, he got the skill. He took about 30~40mins to replace my garbage disposal flawlessly. I liked how skillful he was! so I decided to fix my main water pipe that was leaking on our front yard. Next day, he came back and fixed up my water pipe nicely! I really like how he works. Quick, gentle, communicative, professional, and got the skill for sure! I really recommend him to everyone who needs plumbing services. Do not hesitate and call Joseph! He is the plumber for our house for now. Yay!

This is a great plumbing service that I highly recommend.  Had to replace the main water line from the meter to the house.  Got 3 estimates.  Went with Trench Plumbing because he offered the best combination of low price, great warranty, and fast, professional service.  Very honest and friendly, didn't try to upsell.  He finished the job quickly and I'm very pleased with the results.

What started as a straight forward DIY bathtub spout replacement got complicated after I removed the old spout and the pipe from the wall didn't fit standard replacements sold in stores.  The old pipes were also not copper and rusting on the inside.  Joseph responded very quickly with up front estimates.  He was easily available, very punctual and done replacing/soldering in new pipes and installing new spouts in less than an hour for two showers.  Would highly recommend!

Joseph is awesome.  I messaged a few plumbers for quotes on installation of two toilets and nobody would give me even a ball park for an estimate, they wanted to come and look and chat.  I'm very busy and wanted an estimate, Joseph gave me a good range of the cost after seeing some pics of my old toilets and the new ones I bought.  He is super responsive and we coordinated a time for him to come.  

Toilets were installed without any issues and look beautiful.  He didn't make a mess and hauled the old toilets for us.  We are having him come back to install a new tub and shower.  He advised us on which to buy, he said he does not do tile but his brother does, so we are looking forward to working with Joseph again.  

Price is very fair and he is very pleasant to work with.  Super efficient and quick!  Highly recommend.

I needed to add two main water shutoff valves, which I feel is a pretty standard service.  Two other plumbers I reached out to were requiring service call fees in order to provide me an estimated cost.  While I understand that might be required for leaks or unknowns, I found it odd that I couldn't even get a simple price estimate.  Joseph provided me an estimate, came out the very next day and got two valves installed in very little time.  I appreciate the way Trench conducts its business and the service was excellent.

Joseph is a highly rated plumber.  Was very knowledgeable and helped us with our leak detection.  With the aesthetics of the home was able to minimize the required drywall cutout size to inspect the leak, thus requiring us as the homeowners to have a smaller repair for our drywall, which we appreciated.  Would definitely recommend and use him again!

Joseph did an outstanding job at our house installing new utilities for our laundry as well as some other smaller tasks. More importantly he was honest and fair in his work and pricing. When he originally came to our home to start the job he discovered a few leaks under our home that he could've up-charged and pushed us into fixing then and there. But instead, he recommended we go through our warranty company and get them fixed as they were likely issues that would be covered (and they were!) Joseph was responsive and easy to communicate with and was someone I felt comfortable inviting into my home. I cannot recommend him enough for your plumbing needs, he's made me a customer for life.

A gas leak was reported and Joseph worked tirelessly to find the source. He made the necessary repairs and identified other potential concerns, but never pressured us to overextend ourselves financially. So appreciative of his timely assistance and excellent communication.

I needed a new water heater but it wasn't an emergency.  After dealing with two other contractors who wasted hours of my time with the we'll be by for an estimate in a 4 hour window, only to have them take a two-second glance and give me overblown, bloated estimates.  I found Trench Plumbing with Yelp's request a quote and got a few emails.  I like how Trench did things, by asking for pictures to get an idea of what he was dealing with, and Joseph was able to give me rough estimate as to cost without wasting my time.  His prices were very reasonable.  He is very knowledgeable and and I am very happy with my new tankless water heater.

About a week later, I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink and again, Joseph asked for photos of the setup, and he was able to able to come and fix that, along with replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, in a reasonable amount of time and for a totally reasonable fee.  

No offense to the big companies that have enough service people to be sent out same day, but they are the ones who tried to overcharge me for basic things.  I guess they have to pay for the branded company trucks and billboards.  Trench Plumbing is a small business and I want to support that.  I now have a plumbing guy for any future issues, and that's Joseph.

I posted my project on Yelp yesterday Friday October 22, 2021, that I was looking for a plumber, Joseph from Trench Plumbing replied within 5 minutes and he gave me a price that was affordable on my budget, the other plumber who replied to my Yelp quote request was 40% higher than him, Today he came to my house and fixed the water leak on my front yard! Very professional. I will for sure recommend him with my family friends and co-workers if they have a plumbing issues in the future!

Joe did a great job on our hose bib.  Came the next day and was priced fair.  I recommend Joe's work 100%.

Tuesday 3/22/22 I left home around 8:30 AM and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Came home around 4PM and the water meter vault was flooded as well as part of the parkway. Well shoot.

Years ago I had been a plumber for a while and knew how to diagnose the problem, Turned off the ball valve at the house and looked at the meter and the flow indicator was spinning, indicating a leak between the meter and house.

Through Yelp, I contacted several plumbers and ended up obtaining 4 quotes Wednesday and Thursday, one of which was for Trench Plumbing.

The instant I met Joseph C. and started talking to him, I was very impressed. This is a driven young man with an excellent understanding of  work ethic and customer service in an old school kind of way.   He is polite, affable, neat and clean.

Comparing  the quotes, I chose Joseph, Trench Plumbing . His quote was significantly lower than the other 3 (though the next highest was only $150 above his) and $1500 less than the highest bid. He started the work Friday morning around 11 (he had 2 jobs scheduled before me) and before sundown my water was back on.

Now to the most impressive part, the quality of his work. This was a replacement, not a repair, so there was plenty of shovel work. When the digging was done I was dumbfounded. Joseph did not dig a ditch, he sculpted a trench. Sculpted. Never in my life have I seen shovel work like it. The depth was perfectly consistent. The bottom was flat, the walls were vertical, and watching him, there was no wasted movement. Every move counted. He takes a pride in his work that is rarely seen today anywhere. Anywhere.

Joseph is a rare kind of craftsman, and 'craftsman' is a strange word to attach to someone who most would call a 'ditchdigger'. He is SO much more than that.

Joseph responded the message right away and offered great service at great rate!!! I am scheduled to change out an old water heater and I have no doubt he will do a good job by looking at what he has done already today with 4 faucet installations with new piping!

Joseph was quick to respond to my Yelp quote request with a price range and availability. I have guests arriving tomorrow and he was at my place in less than 2 hours. I was lucky since he was just completing his last job for the day. He quickly identified the issue with my shower and was nice enough to look at my kitchen faucet too. Last week I had him finish a shower project I had started, after installing the tub surround myself I couldn't find a handheld shower set-up that would work with the existing old valve. Ultimately he put in a new valve that allowed me to use new hardware I had bought (with his blessing and a suggested extra wall plate I hadn't gotten).

I didn't plan on working with him again so soon, but a few days later there was a ceiling leak at a condo I manage. He rearranged his schedule to be there for an inspection early the next day and was able to diagnose a non-plumbing roof leak so I knew to turn things over to the HOA.

Joseph installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced 3 shut off valves in my parents' home in Newport Beach for an excellent price. He was very professional and polite. The only minor problem was that he stated that he was Covid unvaccinated but tested negative earlier in the week.  Because my parents are elderly, they took precautions, but they would have felt more secure if he was vaccinated.

I had a clog in my bathtub and Joseph was quick to respond. No issues communicating and he was able to resolve the issue in minutes. Quick and easy to work with and on top of that he was very friendly. I don't think you can go wrong.

Little over due. I contacted Joseph for a garbage disposal that needed replacement. Many companies said they needed to send a guy out for an estimate. I had included the picture on my job request. Joseph gave me a quote that was fair over the messages and included the garage disposal and the labor. Many other companies wanted to charge more when they came to see the job or give me rates for labor and I would purchase the garage disposal. This day and age, something like a garage disposal does not require a in person quote. I really appreciated Joseph and he did a great job. Highly recommend.

Joseph was great.  He came at the time he said he would and was able to fix our water heater and paid a fair price for the service.  He gave us a reasonable estimate were other plumbers gave us higher estimate and some even suggested replacing the water heater.  I highly recommend Joseph and will definitely be calling him again when the need arises.

Joseph was easy to schedule with in a timely manner. He showed up looking professional and on time. He snaked two shower drains and fixed my leaky toilet - even went across town to get the non-standard part for it. Charged me only the difference in a normal part  - easy! After attempting to fix my garbage disposal and burning out the motor, I decided to hire someone to replace the disposal.  The technician was thoughtful, responsive, and provided a competitive rate for replacing the disposal.  He showed up on time and accommodated my schedule.  I would definitely recommend hiring Trench Plumbing.

Joseph seems like a nice guy, and he took his time looking through our house (we were planning a whole-house repipe). When he left, we gave him a soda and thought he'd get back in touch with an estimate.

Instead, a week or two later, I hear back from another company that he asked to call us (I didn't know that Joseph was planning to do this or that he couldn't do the repipe himself...he never told me). I spoke with the guy Joseph referred and he said he would call back to schedule a time to come and take a look at our house (he never did).

I ended up finding a reputable repipe company that ended up doing a good job on our place. Joseph's probably good at what he does. Communication could have been better, though.

So you got a blocked drain under your foundation and you look at the various estimates that you have received from your traditional plumbing operations and you don't know what to do....  Here is my suggestion....

If you have not received an estimate from Jospeh Camarena, who owns and runs Trench Plumbing - call him.  I did and I don't regret the minute that I placed the call.  He was timely and cost effective with his charges and flexible in scheduling the job on your time table (unless your job needs emergency attention, which also separates Trench from the rest).

He and his crew were respectful of the job site, laid heavy paper on the wood floors and baseboards.  Covered any exposed areas with plastic and when he drilled the concrete to access the clogged drain, he did it with minimal dust and little disruption to others working in the house.

Joseph and his assistant, Angel are licensed plumbers who repair some of the most difficult plumbing challenges.  Their work was completed as scheduled and during the process, Jospeh and Angel kept me apprise of any issues and/or needs that I needed to address.
