I contacted Carlos on Thanksgiving, and after a quick email exchange, he agreed to come to my home the next morning at 7:00 AM. Sure enough, he showed up at 7, and immediately cleared my clogged kitchen sink. He suggested I hydro jet the pipes to make sure the line was clear to the sewer connection, so I agreed, and he came back a couple of hours later and completed the job.

I highly recommend Carlos and So Cal Plumbing. The rates he charged were very reasonable and the service was excellent!

Unfortunately, we had some plumbing issues come up this week. Washer overflowed and then the kitchen sink backed up. I called 3 companies and Carlos responded within 20 minutes and was at our house within an hour. Nice guy and a local of Long Beach. He was able to jet the pipes and clear them right away. He and Oscar also found a leak in our main sewer line and replaced the pipe within a few hours. Not knowing much about plumbing, I was comfortable with his explanation and felt he was being honest. Hopefully, we don't have any more plumbing problems however, if we do I will definitely call Carlos again! Honest, reliable and trustworthy! I will not hesitate to refer this business to anyone who needs a professional plumber! Thank you Carlos and Oscar!

Carlos & Juan to the rescue!  I had about 3-4 inches of water and dirt covering my hallway floor-my toilets and shower were backed  up and water was leaking through the light fixtures in the ceiling. All of this came to a head on a Monday night around 10:00pm when I was home alone with my kids. I called Carlos after finding him on Yelp and he answered! He was at my house by 10:30pm and fixed the blockage within an hour. My kids and I were  able to go to bed with peace of mind that the water problem was fixed. I highly recommend So Cal Plumbing. They were clean, quick, efficient, trust worthy and just genuinely nice guys.

Carlos was super responsive and scheduled a time that worked for me. When they got stuck on a previous job, he called right away to apologize and reschedule.

Juan is the technician that came out to my place. He was prompt, polite, and professional, and he worked quickly but efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company!

Carlos arrived right on time, fixed my toilet, and didn't even charge me. Then I asked him whether I needed to replace a water heater pipe. My plumber recommended that it be replaced at a cost of $400. Carlos said it looked perfectly fine and that it did not need to be replaced. Carlos will be my plumber for life. I recommend him very highly.

Today Carlos and Jose came by to fix a clogged main line for us. They were prompt, and did great work. They also recommended to do further work after visually inspecting our pipes with a camera to prevent this horrible mishap from happening like it has so frequently in the past. The cost of the work is the most competitive I've seen and the quality of work is top notch. I will recommend Carlos and Jose to anyone and everyone. Would have given more stars if possible!

So lucky to have found Carlos! He was so helpful and quick to respond. Our tub faucet was leaking and was a difficult job, requiring getting into wall and under the house, but he and Oscar did the task expertly and left everything repaired and cleaned up.

Had a tenant call with an emergency water leak in front of the house that caused the water main to be shut down for a few hours. Tenant tried to repair and no luck. Once I received the call it was dark and getting late. I called SoCal Plumbing. Carlos answered the phone and without hesitation agreed to handle the job. Within minutes of making the call Carlos was on scene. Within the hour he had replaced and reconnected all the plumbing that caused the leaking. Carlos was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and reasonable. Carlos, I appreciate the attention to detail and will definitely call you on the next plumbing job. Review is long over due! My wife and I just recently moved into our new home and needed to get our bath/shower combo fixed since it was leaking. The cartridge needed to get replaced and Carlos and Juan helped RIGHT AWAY. They took their time out of their busy schedule to squeeze us on in a short notice and we couldn't be more grateful! Before they came over, he even went above and beyond and told me that it was an fix that I could have done myself instead of charging me. After a couple of hours, I couldn't chip the remaining cartridge so the came over in less than 20 mins from a job they had nearby. In less than an hour, they chipped the remaining cartridge, installed the new shower handle and went on their way. It could have taken shorter but the cartridge has not been replaced in YEARS. Thanks guys for being so real, fast and efficient. You've attained a returning customer for my plumbing needs in the future.

Our toilet and tub backed up and I called Carlos on a Sunday and they came out within the hour. They were super knowledgeable, explained everything and prices were extremely reasonable. They came back over the next two days to complete what turned out to be a pretty big job because of the state of our pipes. We were very pleased with their service, honesty, and the quality of their work....not to mention how well they put the yard back together where they had to dig a giant hole. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly!

I called this gentleman to come by and look at my drain on the wash machine and the shut off valve came over to give me an estimate, next week he came over on time was very nice he wore a mask he was very respectful of the property and very clean and I would recommend them to anybody that needs a great plumber and also by the way he loves the Seahawks

Legit!  Honest Highly skilled Plumber! Thx Yelp! We will use him from now on for jobs.

Sent quote via yelp for toilet repair.  Got a msg from Carlos within 20min to talk on the phone.
We had a small leak on the bottom of 1side of our toilet.. needed a new seal and whatever else in plumbing speak..  

Set up for a estimate the next day.
1. He came ontime... actually early for the quote...Awesome!
2. He was dressed in his professional clothes with the name of his biz and his name on his uniform...Super!
3. Was very efficient, friendly.
4.  Told my husband how to fix it if he wanted to save additional money.. or they could do. My husband has a bad back so we opted to use them.

Their quote was well beyond fair for the work and professional time! Others wanted to charge us almost double without even coming to see the project.

They came, we got our toilet fixed in a flash, the seal and they put new screws.  He and Oscar were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after.

Where do I start with this company, or should I say Carlos, he is the man, had an emergency trying to do a DIY job, and got my main water valve stuck, out of the five company I called at 8:45pm for a 24hr service, he was the only one that answered my call, and though he said he couldn't make it out that night for the fact he had three customers ahead of me, all good cause he took the time to walk me through the emergency repair which was pretty simple because of his professional guidance, would definitely be giving him and his company my business and any of my friends or family that calls for reference, thanks Carlos, give this man your business you will not be disappointed!!

We had an issue with a backed up drain for one of our bathrooms.  Fortunately it wasn't an emergency because we could use our alternate bathroom.  But of course it happened two days before Christmas and we were hosting!  So hopefully I cooked everything so that no one got food poisoning!!  Looking through Yelp, I wanted a local plumber, with recent, good reviews and we found Carlos!  We reached out on Christmas Eve to schedule an appointment for Dec 26 and Carlos quickly responded.  

Our house piping is pretty old even though we have had various repiping and repair over the last 16 years I owned the home.  Carlos and team replaced the damaged piping, checked for any other damage, and built a clean out that was easier to access for future use (hopefully not needed... but much easier to clean the drains if necessary).  Carlos and Jose started the job immediately and was complete in two days.

I appreciated the prompt response and the ability to fix our issue for our old home!  I would definitely call again for any plumbing issues in the future!

We just purchased a home and after 3 weeks had water back up in all toilets, baths, and showers. The first plumber we called came out after the backup had drained and didn't bother to diagnose the problem. When it happened again, we called Carlos at SoCal plumbing. He arrived with 30 minutes and noted that the clean out was only a one way, and that there was a test tee that should have been removed. He came back first thing in the morning and removed the tee, which had root intrusions. He also hydrojetted the line and installed the two way clean out. This was done in a very professional and honest manner, with options given along the way. A few days later, our storm drains backed up (separate problem) and he came out and solved the clog for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I called SoCal Plumbing on a Friday afternoon after I encountered some issues installing a bidet on my toilet.  Needless to say, I screwed up the install and Carlos came to the rescue.  Carlos stated one of his crewmen was finishing up a job and he would personally come by to assess the issue. He was at my house within 5min, got on his hands and knees and fixed the issue instantly.  Not only did he address the issue but also educated me on a few things that are outside my normal wheelhouse.  There are still good people in this world and Christmas came early.  I am sure this was a minor issue but Carlos was in and out within 5min and we are extremely grateful for his help.  We will definitely be using SoCal Plumbing in the future.

Carlos was super easy to work with. I was able to make an appt straight away and he went to the store to purchase and pick up all the parts needed for the job and didn't even upcharge me!  Some other estimates I got added a huge premium for bringing the parts themselves but Carlos showed me the receipt from the store for the parts to show he wasn't charging me any more than what he paid. Honest and easy to work with!

Carlos was amazing! Highly recommend. I called last night at 4:30pm and he squeezed me in at 7am the next day. Arrived 15 mins early and called to let me know he had arrived and come fix my issue or what until our scheduled time. Upon inspection of plumbing issue he offered my husband advice on how to fix it rather than charge us for it. Honest man for sure!!

My garbage disposal stopped working. I called Carlos Barragan from SoCal Plumbing Service and asked him if he could fix my garage disposal ASAP. Carlos said no problem and he arrived at our house within an hour. He fixed the garage disposal within 10 minutes. He did not ask for payment. He only asked that we give him a good review. I was happy to do that. Carlos was very professional and cordial. Other plumbers said that they would take a week or more before coming over. On Sunday February 26, I had a water leakage in my backyard coming from underneath the cement. It was around 2:16 pm, and I was calling around on a Sunday hoping I can get someone ASAP! I called around and businesses were either not working on a Sunday, booked, or did not specialize on my particular issue. I came across So cal plumbing on yelp and send a message through the app at 2:24 pm and left my contact information. I wasn't expecting a quick response, but I definitely got one. Carlos called me at 2:25pm, a minute after my inquiry. The best thing was his flexibility with his schedule and being able to come to my house the same day and within a few minutes of talking to him On the phone to check out my issue. He came and was bilingual which is a plus. He looked around and gave me a quote/ estimate on my particular issue, which was very affordable! He came to do the job on Tuesday morning, arrived on time, which was impressive, got their equipment out of the truck, and went over the agenda for the day with me. Due to other plumbing issues I was having with the house, he explained to me what was wrong and how he could fix it. Super knowledgeable and nice throughout the entire ordeal. I'm really glad the people on the ground are flexible enough to make adjustments on the fly. That alone earned some respect. Not to mention they were working in the cold and rain! Excellent, customer oriented plumbing service.  Carlos and his crew are organized, neat, and efficient.  They give options on next steps with supporting video where gaps, old plumbing and leaks exist.  

Carlos arrives within an hour of my phone call and returns the next day with an experienced and helpful crew.

Above and beyond great service! Called at 2pm on a Sunday, everything was fixed by 4pm. Carlos was forthcoming, friendly, and efficient. We will always call Carlos first from now on!

We had a leaky hose bib so I thought I'd be a handy gal and replace it myself. I ordered the new part and planned for about an hour of work the next day I had off. That Sunday, I shut the water off to our condo unit and went to work. It was pretty corroded but I got the old hose bib removed and quickly realized the part I ordered was the wrong size. No problem, I thought. I could run up to the hardware store and get an adapter. Then I couldn't get the old part back in. Now the water is shut off to my condo and I have no way of capping the spigot!

I googled Long Beach Plumber and called all the top results (sponsored, big-name companies) hoping they'd be most likely to have Sunday/emergency services. Half didn't answer and the ones that did would not service condos. What a nightmare! Thankfully, I came across SoCal Plumbing Service.

Carlos answered right away and was very patient with my novice explanation of the issue. He asked for pictures of the situation and did his best to advise me of what would be required to fix the issue. He and Juan were able to come out within the hour and since he grew up in LB, I didn't have to explain my weird alley parking.

They got to work right away and once Carlos whipped out his blow torch, I felt validated that there was no way I could have fix the issue myself. I don't even own a blow torch! The pipe was a different size than we had discussed on the phone but Carlos was able to adapt on the spot and did not change the cost he had quoted me. They removed the corroded part and soldered the new part in place. They provided the correct size hose bib and were finished within the hour.

Carlos even came back later that week with an adapter and replaced his hose bib with an adapter so I could use the hose bib I had previously ordered (with a lock). Amazing!

Thank you so much to Carlos and his partner, came out after my kitchen got flooded, fixed part of my issue, he wasn't gonna charge me until he comes back for installing my new sink and faucet. Had a couple toilets that started running and sent a quote request through Yelp earlier this afternoon.  Out of the many reaponses, Carlos committed to having a technician out to look them over within a couple of hours.  Juan arrived in uniform and was very pleasant and clean.  He took care of the situation within an hour and we couldn't be happier woth the experience.  Highly recommend!!

Can definitely validate that these guys are a 5 star business. Responded to my message in less than 15 minutes had a specialist out within the hour. We needed a garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet they were able to provide both parts had them delivered and installed with no downtime at all. I finally got tired of trying to be a plumber since Sunday and called SoCal Plumbing this morning.  Carlos answered and said he could be out by 830.  He was on time and took a look at my Home Depot valve and adjusted it for no charge.  Wow!  I asked him to quote another leak he will work later this week.  I checked the valve again and it was wet so I ran outside to catch him.  Long story short, Carlos will buy quality parts and repair later this week.  He is my new go to plumber because I appreciate his honesty and genuine consideration for the plumbing-challenged consumer.  Thanks Carlos!

Carlos is AWESOME. I contacted him on Memorial Day because my toilet was clogged. He responded to my inquiry right away and scheduled to come out the next morning at 8:00am. He arrived early, was a complete professional and was able to help me with my issue (which turned out to be nothing) and left without charging me for the service!

My business in Long Beach had a clogged sewer line that had back up sewage going into the men's and ladies restrooms.  Awful.  It was 9:00 on a Friday night.  I learned that a lot of companies say 24 hours, but they're not serious about it.  SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company.  They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away.  
It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business.  Thank you Carlos and the rest of your team.  I'll call you again, hopefully when it's not after hours!

Carlos answered the phone right away and was able to be at my place within a hour. (Other plumbers I called couldn't get to me for days or didn't service condos.) He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work replacing the pipes under my kitchen sink. He was professional and able up clearly explain the issue to me.

Is it wrong to fall in love with your plumbers?  I had two spigots start leaking on the outside of our house.  Carlos and Oscar came out and had to go under the house to fix one of them.  I asked them to check on some other issues I was having, they were upfront and honest about what needed fixing and what did not.  I had them come out again to fix our sewer issues, they went over and above board to make sure that everything was fixed properly and was clean and neat when they left. They are professional, courteous, and honest.  I cannot recommend SoCal Plumbing Service highly enough.  Like I asked in the beginning of this review, is it wrong to fall in love with your plumbers?

What should you do if you have a gas or water leak? Call Carlos at SoCal Plumbing, is what you do, and you'll be glad you did. Carlos responded in my time of need, when I smelled gas in my home. I called the gas company and they promptly turned the gas off to my home and would return service only after a licensed plumber made the required repairs. Carlos arrived at my home on time, and prepared to work. He quickly started testing the gas lines, and was able to identify not 1 but 5 gas leaks throughout the house. Carlos was very patient with me by answering any and all questions I had, and even went as far as walking me through the painfully slow process of getting the gas company to return service. He is a consummate professional and highly skilled in his trade. He has earned a lifelong customer in me (one in which I hope he doesn't see often) and I shall call none other. Thank you Carlos. Thank you for keeping my family safe!

Thanks Yelp for the review on Carlos, SoCal Plumbing Service.  It appeared that several of the main plumbing in our home had finally disintegrated due to age and avocado tree roots, all at once.  Understandable since our home is approximately 70 years old.  We called Carlos, the owner of SoCal Plumbing Service.  He arrived bright and early and kept us apprised of all his findings.  He worked through 90F heat, as did his assistant.  Not only was Carlos a very social guy but he was highly efficient and worked through the day to complete several major projects. The cost was more than fair for the amount of work accomplished. I highly recommend SoCal Plumbing Service.  We are highly pleased with this timely service.   We have lived in the area for 43 years and are very pleased to have discovered Carlos.

Carlos Just Left my house. What a nice Guy!  I got a bill from California Water Service 3 1/2 times higher than my Normal Bill and thought I had a leak. Carlos came out and did a thorough inspection and found nothing.
I tried to give him a payment for his time, but he just told me no problem, and to call him whenever I really need a plumber. He gave me proof of an inspection and an estimate for future work, no charge.
I will be glad to call him next time. Something tells me he is an honest
businessman, the kind you want to deal with.

My water heater stopped working and before replacing it, I called these guys again because of how great they treated me last time. The call lasted 1 minute and in that short period of time the gentleman told me that they had been swapping out my brand of water heater a LOT and that I'd be better off just getting a new water heater instead of them coming out to fix it because it would just break again. These folks continue to give straightforward service, don't try to upsell, and are just awesome.

Carlos kicks butt he came out, had a sewer main line break that I had a previous appraisal from another plumbing company that was out of site 6K to be exact..Carlos was straight an to the point and gave me a quote for 3 times less then that!! An then did the job right on the spot had the job done in a couple hours worth of work where the other company just wanted to build up time and money an said it would take 3 days..Carlos and his guys are life savers..did awesome work and really appreciate the kind customer service he gave as well!!

Called SoCal Plumbing after receiving an extremely high bid from another plumber on a simple job. Spoke with Carlos and he quoted me a fair estimate over the phone, without knowing the previous estimate I received. I did tell him afterwards and he had a good laugh.

I noticed water forming on my garage floor. The garage walls were wet so I quickly ran inside to see if the upstairs bathrooms were leaking, thank goodness everything was dry upstairs. The garage drywall had a trail of water damage going down the wall. I quickly called the first plumber with a five star rating and Carlos was here in less than 30 minutes. They hammered the wet dry wall and deduced it was a leaky pipe. Sure enough there was a very tiny leak near a joint of the copper pipe. They gave me options and I told them to go ahead and repair it. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their work.

10:30 a.m., heard a strange snap sound from another part of the house, followed by spraying water. Our toilet tank had spontaneously cracked and was emptying onto the floor! Got hold of Carlos, who just so happened to be at the Ace Hardware down the street. He called in Juan, who was able to meet him at our place super-quick. It is so hard to find a good plumber. It has also been hard lately to get a plumber who will come out to a house call right away unless it's a big job. But SoCal came out next day and took care of a leak from my dishwasher. They were quick and inexpensive. An excellent company. The point man is Carlos, who does quality control and leads. He has people working under him, such as the excellent and pleasant Oscar, but Carlos DOUBLE-CHECKS all the work. They also work immediately if you need it, and FAST. They have more tools (such as pipe cameras) than most plumbers. They replaced the disgusting 95-year old corroded iron piping that took wastes away from one of my toilets, replaced all the piping, replaced the toilet, installed a bidet. This was a multi-day job. They did it with alacrity, accuracy, and good humor. Bravo!

First of all, I really appreciate it all work for us to SoCal Plumbing Service especially the owner Carlos and Oscar! We just took over restaurant located in Huntington Beach and the problem was the previous owner never cleanup and We had to find the plumbing service and we were looking through yelp and they made appointment with us on that day and cleaned up all the grease . My husband was a dumdum (am I allowed to say this on Yelp?!), and punctured the main water line while doing yard work. This was on a Sunday around 1:20pm. Called SoCal Plumbing Service. Shower stopped getting hot and after a few months of barely warm showers, decided to replace shower handle on our own but it took a quick left,  and turned into a big watery mess.  Carlos had someone over in 30 minutes and got to work right away. Turned out the valve had to be replaced so we decided to take this opportunity to put in all new fixtures.  We had been meaning to anyways.  They got everything done quickly and at reasonable prices.  Especially for an emergency call!  They cleaned up and left the bathroom like they were never there when they were done.  Now the shower runs nice and hot again and all our fixtures look great. The owner, Carlos, helped us out when we had a major plumbing issue in our neighborhood. Was doing a renovation on my  adu and came across old cast iron sewer drain pipe that started to fail and leak in to the crawl space. Carlos and Oscar were able to come out the next day promptly at 8am  to provide an estimate. Carlos provided me with 2 options , repairing the portion of drain pipe above ground that connected the tub and toilet (cheaper solution but bandaid in the grand scheme of things) or repairing the enter thing replacement of the cast iron pipe above ground and underground lateral out to the city. Ultimately went with the smart decision solution 2 which involved trenching 25' and saw cutting a concrete slab to replace the entire run. Oscar was able to start work that morning and work in a small  crawlspace area with limited access to complete the work within 2 days. This allowed me to keep my flooring installation on track which gave me peace of mind. Fair price (I received multiple bids), Great workmanship,amazing warranty and very personable. 10/10 would recommend.  Will use for all future plumbing issues!

It was just a nightmare.
After a couple of quotes from yelp, I have decided to go with Carlos to fix a bit of the leaking bathtub spout. He wasn't the lowest bid but the price of $900 was reasonable for a 4-hour project he mentioned.
A week later, his guys suddenly appeared two days earlier and wanted to start the job. I wasn't ready but I let them do it in their favor.
A couple of hours later, I found the guys cut the tile too big along with the supporting block and cement wall so they couldn't cover the area with a shower base plate. I talked to the owner about the situation, but he said that was my job to do the tile and wanted me to contact a handyman he recommended, which turned out to cost $1,300 due to the wall damage.
He mentioned he was done on his side and ran away with full payment even without any cleaning up. These guys are the worst plumber I have ever worked with. I had to have trouble hiring another plumber to finish the job.

Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and my wife and I looked up local plumbers on yelp with good reviews. We looked at SoCal plumbers and talked with Carlos. Late afternoon on almost no notice Carlos was able to make it happen. He came over and snaked our kitchen drain. It was not an easy job because it ended up being years of grease built up solid. After he got that cleared he coached us on how build up works and how to not have it happen in the future. We ended up hiring him to also add new abs (pipe) under the house and add two new sweeps for future flushing or snaking. The story goes on with a clog and us not being able to use our newly remodeled bath. After calling Carlos he was willing to come over any day that worked for us. Once again he snaked it and now everything in our home drains. To summarize how Carlos treats his clients and his knowledge that he has in the plumbing world is five star. The story goes on....lol when he came to our house he asked if we were referred by our neighbors. We were not it was just random but just goes to show he is the guy! If you need plumbing anything call him up he's the guy.

Update: My wife broke a glass and pieces went dow the drain. I was able to clear most of it but a piece or 2 jammed the disposal and I was unable to clear them. I called Carlos. He walted me through the process to clear the jam over the phone and it worked. The disposal is running perfectly. I called the listing and the agent on the phone identified himself as Carlos (later found out he was the owner) and I explained that I was having a problem with my main shower, the handle on one side was not working and I gave further details. After listening, Carlos said, Sir, I don't want to charge you for something that is a pretty easy fix for yourself, you could easily do it. I then explained that I had literally just been released from the hospital and was/am very ill and even though I could do the project, because of my illness and the fact that I wanted it done correctly, I asked Carlos if I could make an appointment? He answered that he was close to my home and said he would be there soon.

About 20 minutes later, Carlos showed up and not only checked out the issue, but told me what was wrong and then fixed the problem so that the shower had a temporary fix, until further arrangements could be made. I asked what I owed him for the fix but he refused and said it was a quick fix, don't worry about it. We shook hands, I thanked him and he left.

When is the last time you ever heard of such a thing?! An actual HONEST guy running a business? I've found my future plumber and the company that I will recommend from now on, Carlos from SoCal Plumbing Service. He was the guy that told the truth, then made time for me, then fixed the issues and didn't charge me for the small adjustments.

Carlos helped me out twice and was very responsive, so I owe him this review.  Maybe it just comes with the nature of the business, but he was willing and eager to meet me for two separate plumbing inspections to provide repair estimates at no cost to myself.  Home buying has topped my list of things I would never like to experience again, and during a time of incredible stress, Carlos was there to do the dirty work of inspecting the crawl space and save me from worrying what to do about ancient galvanized steel piping.

Even when met with a hostile response from a realtor, he kept his composure and delivered the needed quotes as promised.  I appreciate the upstanding professionalism and will be reserving future business for him.

Great service.  I had (what turned out to be) a FUBAR toilet.  Carlos came by multiple times to work on it - until we finally decided to replace it!!

He was great to communicate with, he only charged me what we had agreed upon- even though he had to make multiple calls to my home.

I had a water leak in my house that I had not been able to resolve for a long time and had almost given up on it altogether but I figured I would try one last plumber out  before throwing in the towel. I called SoCal Plumbing Service expecting to be told that they would be out asap which unfortunately based on my past experiences usually means within 12 hour but after calling and talking to Carlos, he promised and delivered on being over at my place in less than an hour. Carlos and his team arrived promptly, assessed the issue thoroughly and solved the issue matter. Carlos and his team at SoCal Plumbing are unlike any other plumbing service that I have ever used. They are HONEST and I will continue to use their service if I ever need to again.
I would recommend them to my family, friend and anyone out there who needs a true and honest professional in this industry.

Our old water heater conked out. Based on the Yelp reviews that we read about So Cal Plumbing's honesty and great service we decided to call Carlos and we were not disappointed. Our hot water heater failed and we were in a pinch without hot water for our family. Had a few of the bigger name companies come out and they wouldn't replace the hot water tank without redoing our entire piping. Called Carlos and he stopped by within 10 min, said he could do the job, came back with crew and tank 2 hours later and had it replaced within 4 hours total. All at a very fair price. I don't usually write reviews, but our existing plumber just retired (shock/tears/gnashing of teeth) and the company they recommended never returned our calls. So: we were bummed ... and we had a clogged sink ... and suddenly lost water pressure in our shower.

I did a quick search of Yelp & the first place I found was SoCal. The gods were with me. I emailed them, got an immediate response, and less than 48 hours later: the clog is gone, the shower fixed, the price was right, and we have a new plumber.

Life is good. Carlos is great. If you need a plumber, look no further.

So originally I called this company because I needed to have  my sink faucet and basket strainer replaced. I bought the strainer and faucet, but when Carlos came that same day, he advised me to get a better brand for the faucet and strainer, so I did and we set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jesus and Carlos showed up and they were so great that I decided to add on replacing my garbage disposal which needed to be replace like last year and Jesus installed for free. Jesus checked under the house and I was advised and shown a picture of the corroded pipes for my water line, so I had 10 feet of that replaced. I loved the fact that they explained everything to me. Jesus also showed me what to do to make sure my garbage disposal doesn't freeze. I've been looking for an honest and fair plumber and I think I finally found one. I will definitely call them for future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them, super friendly and I felt very informed about everything that was done.

I am so happy my husband and I found SoCal Plumbing! It's true what they say, that it's really hard to find a good plumber but now that we have found Carlos and his team we are customers for life. Long story short, a shady plumbing company came out and we almost fell victim to their scam. Never would I have imagined this happening to us...

Luckily, we called Carlos he came out with his amazing team Juan and Oscar and they did a lot of work on our home.  Such as re-piping the entire house, installing a new tankless water heater, etc.  All the parts come with receipts and when you receive your invoice it is clearly written in an itemized bill.  What I love about them is that they're super HONEST, no frills you won't be sold extra services/work you don't need, professional and friendly.

I would recommend SoCal Plumbing Service to all my family and friends and you too fellow Yelper reading this review!

I had the misfortune of needing work on our main line due to tree roots in our line on New Years Eve.  I called So Cal Plumbing and talked to Carlos. I described the plumbing situation and he knew exactly what it was.  He came out with his employee and they were friendly, professional and confirmed my main line issue with a camera sent down our pipes.  He advised me what I needed to alleviate the issue and was able to do it even working on New Years Day.  So Cal Plumbing was fast, friendly, professional, honest and the price was not cheap (given the amount of work that needed to be done, but it was 100% fair and worth it.  Thanks to Carlos and his staff my family of 5 was up and running with full plumbing, with only about 15 minutes of not being able to use water which was unbelievable.  I will never hire anyone else in the future.  Thank you So Cal Plumbing.

There's nothing better than hearing, Wow, sounds like you got a great deal! , from  friends and family, after a major, unexpected, gas & plumbing problem on the weekend  well that's exactly what I've been hearing! Carlos (owner), Oscar, and Juan are AMAZING. Very easy to work with, super efficient, and he's not out to take your last dollar. Carlos is really providing  the kind of hometown local service you hear about in the Old days. He wants your repeat business and intentionally strives to keep bids low, while providing TOP NOTCH service and craftsmanship.

So, here's the gig, I JUST moved down from the Bay Area, and when the gas guy came out to turn on the gas and light the Pilots, they found that a significant gas leak. It rated a 3, on his meter. I'm not sure what that means, so I asked. He said that's equivalent to having a burner on your stove turned ALL the way up. I'd agree that's significant.  Oh, and while he was here he found that one of our heaters was not properly install, so we got a little ticket/ notice for that and we were told to contact a plumber, who could deal with both issues.
BACKSTORY:
As I am moving back into my childhood home, which is 90 years old, I expected some repairs to be needed. The house was neglected while I was a child, and I have slowly worked on some major projects:
*new copper pipe throughout,
*relocation of electric box and upgrade to meet code, *major tree trimming,
*new kitchen cabinets, etc.

So my mental list included things like fumigation (tenants left the place in a disgusting state), electric wiring on the inside and some plumbing fixture replacement. Oh, yea and some sort of bath tub refinishing. Note my list does NOT include, 25 FEET OF SEWER LINE! (Installed on the WEEKEND!)

Well, when the So Cal Plumbing  came out to find the gas leak, take a guess what else they found!! The sewer line was all but GONE! So the sewage was just accumulating under the house (WTH! Yuck makes me throw up a little in my mouth)! Evidently, after 90 years, the dirt corrodes the pipes almost entirely! So my simple $375 gas repair ended up being a $5000 major overhaul! (Note this is one the heels of $3000 for fumigation and $1300 for carpet. Suffice it to say I WANTED TO CRY!

Back to finding a plumber... I jumped on Yelp, my go to - of course, and reached out to 4 different plumbers.  It was so cool, after you compose and send your message to one plumber, the app offers you the option to send the same request to multiple other business- with the click of a button! NICE JOB YELP!
My replies consisted of two quotes, one declined to accept as they are too busy, one who wanted to CHARGE me to come out on the weekend just to give me a bid! Wait, what???

Carlos not only had the lowest bid, but was willing to come out on a weekend for no additional cost! His crew found the sewage issue and quickly developed a plan to rectify the situation. But wait, it's not over yet, when taking a look through the camera that they go down the seer with, to make sure everything is ok, the notice it's not only the line under the house but also a span of it under my driveway and into the alley. When I heard that, I wanted to SCREAM! You're kidding me. No worries. Carlos was amazing. He worked directly with the City supervisor, telling me exactly what to say, and even came out an extra day to meet with the city and discuss the problem he discovered. (The hope being, of course, that the City would make the repairs NOT ME!). He got it done! This guy knows what he's doing. He got the city out here almost instantly, had them back the next day and we ended up with the City handling the repair ! And it was deemed an emergency sparing us the 3-5 YEAR waiting list for non-emergency repairs!

Whew! That's the most I've written since college! LOL

Short story, Carlos and So Cal plumbing have my business for LIFE!

*ps also, they were so sweet to install the new toilet seat I bought and had sitting on the side the whole time - it was a surprise!

Carlos, the owner, showed up and fixed our garbage disposal in quite a timely manner. It wasn't a big fix so he decided not to charge us, however we insisted and still politely declined charging us! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a good job! Highly recommend, honest man with a good business and when they do charge are fairly priced.

Called SoCal and spoke with Carlos, he answered on the first call and was able to give me an appointment the next day. He showed up on time, always appreciated, and  he informed me that my issue was the responsibility of the local gas company. Gave me a fair and free quote for a water heater replacement and even though my current one was a little old, he could've easily gave me some doom and gloom spiel but he didn't. He was honest an upfront and told me I could still keep using the one I currently have for a while longer.

I will definitely keep SoCal in mind for any future issues I may have. Carlos came across very sincere, honest and most of all, professional.

After calling several companies in the Long Beach area at 11pm on a Saturday, SoCal Plumbing Service was the ONLY company that picked up and was available for a stat plumbing need. We explained to them that the hose connecting to the toilet had leaked earlier in the day and then exploded at night, resulting in a fire-hydrant like flow in our bathroom. Our whole house was starting to flood, and after turning the water supply off, the leak was still leaking.

Carlos was very clear about the costs of an emergency appointment, ($450) however, because of the speed of the leak and the potential damage, we did not hesitate to confirm. Carlos and Matt came by ~20 mins after our call, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. While it was an easy fix on their end, we felt at ease knowing that it was properly taken care of.

Thank you Carlos and Matt for coming to our rescue. It's good to know when a company says they are available for emergencies, they deliver on their promise.

Our toilet backed up again (second time in a month and a half), so Carlos (owner) & Juan came out at 9pm. The back flow valve was not on correctly and was catching everything. Since they didn't have to snake the main line, they did not charge us for coming out. We were so grateful! I recommend this company because they are honest, friendly, they are open 24/7, and don't charge extra for coming out after hours!

This is the 2nd time using this company to install new pipes on the other half under my home. The first time was 4 years ago when my main bathroom stopped up and needed to replace the broken pipes leaking sewage and installing a better clean out to the front of the house. I called Carlos, the owner, on 6/6/22 after hours because sewage was pouring out of both toilets and filling up the tub when I was doing a load of laundry. He came and snaked through that clean out he had installed 4 years ago so that I can have a bathroom to use until his crew could get to replace the pipes on 6/8. I was so glad to have that toilet and shower until then! They had a big job already scheduled on 6/7, that's why he couldn't come that day. His guys, Oscar and Juan are so nice and informative. They were here for 1 1/2 days until the job was finished. They sent pictures of the pipes underneath from before and after. They cleaned up any messes made during the fix as well. I would never use a company again if I had any little bad feelings or any negative inclinations. So, for me to use SoCal Plumbing to do another huge job on my property for a second time says it in caps that Carlos and his crew are AWESOME!! They're professional with making you feel like they actually care! Now, plumbing isn't cheap anywhere. But, if you want it done right, with informative, caring professionalism, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! After hours too in an emergency!! There's nothing more stressful than to not have a working toilet..If you know what I mean! Carlos answers after hours if you run into that problem like I have. The last time was around Christmas, finishing Christmas Eve, and he was right there to save the plumbing day then!! (I forgot to do my Yelp review then because of the holidays..sorry!) He details the invoices so you know exactly what was done, and what parts used. I will use SoCal Plumbing for any services they provide in the future because I trust them. Trust is earned in my book. If you're in a crappy mess, literally in my case this last time, call them. The reviews should tell you all you need to know. That's how I contacted them 4 years ago.

I have dealt with this plumbing company with more than one project.  Brian (the owner) has the knowledge and the know how to take care of anything that you put in front of him, he may not be the fastest plumber out there, but he gets the job done and I never have to worry about him getting the job done and doing the job right.  I have used him for the smallest jobs and for the largest jobs.  He makes sure that the job is done right the first time

2 Years after the re-pipe we had an issue with our hot water not working.  I attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself (I thought the pilot light had gone out).  I went outside and smelled gas, and became very concerned that we may have a safety hazard.  I called Carlos, and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone.  Turns out it was a gas control valve that was covered by warranty.  He directed me to the local shop to get a replacement, and walked me through fixing it myself over the phone.   Stand up guy, and honest businessman.  Nothing but great things to say about this company.  Thank you!

My shower started backing up .... had other plumbers out, problem came back, no one could figure it out.  Called SoCal Plumbing Service, came out next day and within 5 mins knew the problem... my old clay drain pipe collapsed. Fixed in a day, with no more issues.  Since then they have been back to replace faucets/stems, new water heater, drain line from garage, installed new plumbing for my back yard bar.... Referred to several neighbors that now only call SoCal Plumbing.  They always call / text me back, send updates, and come by when they say they will be there. Great solutions and reasonable prices.

So thanksgiving... house smells like turkey, prime rib, and pecan pie. All my guests around and someone says is that the sound of water we all look in the hallway and the water heater is literally a water fall filling up the hall.
I yelp PLUMBER and SoCal Plumbing is close but I'm dying about what is going to be the cost. Carlos says I'll be there in 15.
He was THERE in 15 min on THANKSGIVING!!!!!!
He advised waiting a day to get top of the line for same price and got the water running again in 20 mins. He says I'll be back 7 am tomorrow. AND HE WAS BACK AT 7 am! Fixed with hot water in record time.

Had a little late Sunday afternoon kitchen sink stoppage.  Within an hour our problem was being solved.  Juan was friendly, responsive, answered all our questions, got it done.  Very reasonable price too for a Sunday 5pm (seemed like a normal price to us!).  I recommend you use SoCal Plumbing and ask for Juan. SoCal Plumbing Service was great given the circumstances of plumbing going bad at the worst time of year.  Carlos ran a camera down my clean out to show me the problem I was having with my main sewer line which made the decision to replace pretty easy.  Pricing was exceptionally fair given the amount of work that needed to be done.  They were very thorough and while under the house looked to make sure there were no other issues.  Thank god they looked, I also had a toilet that was leaking underneath the house and a rotted out kitchen drain line. None of which i would have never seen until it was too late.  It was more cost effective to have all issues fixed at the same time as Carlos worked with me the whole way.  SoCal plumbing will be my plumber moving forward for any issues.  They only need to work on is the 25 year warranty I was asking for. :-)  Just kidding,  Thanks Carlos for all the hard work!

I called So Cal plumbing service to have a toilet fixed it was leaking was leaking water. Carlos answered the phone right away and made an appointment for the next day based on my schedule. He arrived on time and fixed my toilet for a very reasonable price compared to other estimates that I got for over $600 and $900.  He charged me under $200  With parts included. I have called many plumbers and always received estimates that are way too high I will always use So Cal Plumbing Service  and Carlos for all of my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend him to all of my friends.

I noticed a problem with water backing up into my house at around 7am on Sunday morning.  I called several 24 hour emergency plumbing service companies in Long Beach with no luck or call backs.  Finally I sent out a yelp request at 8am to the same companies and yelp recommended a few more.  SoCal Plumbing was one of the yelp recommendations.  Carlos the owner called me back within 5 minutes of my request going out.  He was at my house by 9am and done with the Job by 11am.  Great service, reasonably priced and efficient.  He performed a main line clean out, pulled out a lot of roots.  Then inspected with a camera.  Identified additional roots the would require Hydro Jetting, showed me on the camera.  He then Hydro Jetted my entire line to the city sewer.  Showed me on the Camera that all was clean and roots were gone.  So many came out with the Hydro Jetting.  He also provide a 1 year warranty to the City sewer line.  Carlos is great and explained everything along the way.  Thank you for your efficient service and responsiveness.

The drain line for my laundry washer was almost completely closed up.  Carlos came in the very next morning gave me a quick estimate and worked on the problem immediately.  He ended up snaking my line,  adding a clean out, and replacing my hot and cold water valves because they were frozen.  Carlos gave me a reasonable price and quickly fixed my problem!   Definitely will keep his number in my back pocket.

This is the guy you are looking for! If you want the job done right, and at a VERY reasonable cost, call So-Cal. Carlos came out right away to look at my broken/corroded water main and gave me a quote. I had (2) other plumbers scheduled to come later in the afternoon. One showed up while Carlos was here and waited for him to leave. They gave me a quote that was $1,100 higher. Like I said, if you are like me and want the best possible price for a job well done, don't waste your time calling around.

I needed galvanized pipes replaced. I called on a Friday, Carlos and Juan came out on Monday and had the job completed on Tuesday. They re-piped an 860 sq ft house with pex and copper and threw in some extras (re-seated toilet, installed temp valve for water heater, checked my gas and sewer lines). They are fast, efficient, have good communication and super friendly. Yes, I would use again.

Our kitchen sink and faucet area started leaking.  When I put out a request here in Yelp for plumbers Carlos responded on the same day. He worked with me on scheduling an estimate and actually came out himself to do the estimate when I requested a day his team was already fully booked. When his team came the next day to do the job he was with them and everything went quickly and smoothly. They brought all the parts and their equipment and replaced the under sink valves, connecting hoses, faucet and disposal.  No leaks. His prices were fair and the best part is that they were early for both the estimate appointment and the actual work session. Professional, effective, and fair. I'll be calling these guys the next time I need plumbing help for sure.

We needed to replace a hose and when I went to turn off the water, it started leaking at the valve. I reached out to two other plumbers and was told that someone would reach out to me within 20-30 minutes. Never heard back from anyone and that's when I called Carlos. I was lucky to catch him after a job as he picked up my call right away. He was only a few blocks away and showed up at my house within 5 minutes. Half of my outside water line was  old galvanized piping from back in the day. Carlos and his team was able to fix it in less than 45 minutes. Thanks Carlos for helping us out in a pinch. I don't usually write reviews, but our existing plumber just retired (shock/tears/gnashing of teeth) and the company they recommended never returned our calls. So: we were bummed ... and we had a clogged sink ... and suddenly lost water pressure in our shower.

I did a quick search of Yelp & the first place I found was SoCal. The gods were with me. I emailed them, got an immediate response, and less than 48 hours later: the clog is gone, the shower fixed, the price was right, and we have a new plumber.

Life is good. Carlos is great. If you need a plumber, look no further.

There's nothing better than hearing, Wow, sounds like you got a great deal! , from  friends and family, after a major, unexpected, gas & plumbing problem on the weekend  well that's exactly what I've been hearing! Carlos (owner), Oscar, and Juan are AMAZING. Very easy to work with, super efficient, and he's not out to take your last dollar. Carlos is really providing  the kind of hometown local service you hear about in the Old days. He wants your repeat business and intentionally strives to keep bids low, while providing TOP NOTCH service and craftsmanship.

So, here's the gig, I JUST moved down from the Bay Area, and when the gas guy came out to turn on the gas and light the Pilots, they found that a significant gas leak. It rated a 3, on his meter. I'm not sure what that means, so I asked. He said that's equivalent to having a burner on your stove turned ALL the way up. I'd agree that's significant.  Oh, and while he was here he found that one of our heaters was not properly install, so we got a little ticket/ notice for that and we were told to contact a plumber, who could deal with both issues.
BACKSTORY:
As I am moving back into my childhood home, which is 90 years old, I expected some repairs to be needed. The house was neglected while I was a child, and I have slowly worked on some major projects:
*new copper pipe throughout,
*relocation of electric box and upgrade to meet code, *major tree trimming,
*new kitchen cabinets, etc.

So my mental list included things like fumigation (tenants left the place in a disgusting state), electric wiring on the inside and some plumbing fixture replacement. Oh, yea and some sort of bath tub refinishing. Note my list does NOT include, 25 FEET OF SEWER LINE! (Installed on the WEEKEND!)

Well, when the So Cal Plumbing  came out to find the gas leak, take a guess what else they found!! The sewer line was all but GONE! So the sewage was just accumulating under the house (WTH! Yuck makes me throw up a little in my mouth)! Evidently, after 90 years, the dirt corrodes the pipes almost entirely! So my simple $375 gas repair ended up being a $5000 major overhaul! (Note this is one the heels of $3000 for fumigation and $1300 for carpet. Suffice it to say I WANTED TO CRY!

Back to finding a plumber... I jumped on Yelp, my go to - of course, and reached out to 4 different plumbers.  It was so cool, after you compose and send your message to one plumber, the app offers you the option to send the same request to multiple other business- with the click of a button! NICE JOB YELP!
My replies consisted of two quotes, one declined to accept as they are too busy, one who wanted to CHARGE me to come out on the weekend just to give me a bid! Wait, what???

Carlos not only had the lowest bid, but was willing to come out on a weekend for no additional cost! His crew found the sewage issue and quickly developed a plan to rectify the situation. But wait, it's not over yet, when taking a look through the camera that they go down the seer with, to make sure everything is ok, the notice it's not only the line under the house but also a span of it under my driveway and into the alley. When I heard that, I wanted to SCREAM! You're kidding me. No worries. Carlos was amazing. He worked directly with the City supervisor, telling me exactly what to say, and even came out an extra day to meet with the city and discuss the problem he discovered. (The hope being, of course, that the City would make the repairs NOT ME!). He got it done! This guy knows what he's doing. He got the city out here almost instantly, had them back the next day and we ended up with the City handling the repair ! And it was deemed an emergency sparing us the 3-5 YEAR waiting list for non-emergency repairs!

Whew! That's the most I've written since college! LOL

Short story, Carlos and So Cal plumbing have my business for LIFE!

*ps also, they were so sweet to install the new toilet seat I bought and had sitting on the side the whole time - it was a surprise!

My husband was a dumdum (am I allowed to say this on Yelp?!), and punctured the main water line while doing yard work. This was on a Sunday around 1:20pm. Called SoCal Plumbing Service. Carlos picked up the call and let me know him and his crew would be out in 20 min. Got here on time and repaired the main water line. Took them 30 min. or so and they were done! Review is long over due! My wife and I just recently moved into our new home and needed to get our bath/shower combo fixed since it was leaking. The cartridge needed to get replaced and Carlos and Juan helped RIGHT AWAY. They took their time out of their busy schedule to squeeze us on in a short notice and we couldn't be more grateful! Before they came over, he even went above and beyond and told me that it was an fix that I could have done myself instead of charging me. After a couple of hours, I couldn't chip the remaining cartridge so the came over in less than 20 mins from a job they had nearby. In less than an hour, they chipped the remaining cartridge, installed the new shower handle and went on their way. It could have taken shorter but the cartridge has not been replaced in YEARS. Called SoCal Plumbing after receiving an extremely high bid from another plumber on a simple job. Spoke with Carlos and he quoted me a fair estimate over the phone, without knowing the previous estimate I received. I did tell him afterwards and he had a good laugh.

First of all, I really appreciate it all work for us to SoCal Plumbing Service especially the owner Carlos and Oscar! We just took over restaurant located in Huntington Beach and the problem was the previous owner never cleanup and We had to find the plumbing service and we were looking through yelp and they made appointment with us on that day and cleaned up all the grease . My business in Long Beach had a clogged sewer line that had back up sewage going into the men's and ladies restrooms.  Awful.  It was 9:00 on a Friday night.  I learned that a lot of companies say 24 hours, but they're not serious about it.  SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company.  They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away.  
It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business.  Thank you Carlos and the rest of your team.  I'll call you again, hopefully when it's not after hours!

An excellent company. The point man is Carlos, who does quality control and leads. He has people working under him, such as the excellent and pleasant Oscar, but Carlos DOUBLE-CHECKS all the work. They also work immediately if you need it, and FAST. They have more tools (such as pipe cameras) than most plumbers. They replaced the disgusting 95-year old corroded iron piping that took wastes away from one of my toilets, replaced all the piping, replaced the toilet, installed a bidet. This was a multi-day job. They did it with alacrity, accuracy, and good humor. Bravo!

I called SoCal Plumbing on a Friday afternoon after I encountered some issues installing a bidet on my toilet.  Needless to say, I screwed up the install and Carlos came to the rescue.  Carlos stated one of his crewmen was finishing up a job and he would personally come by to assess the issue. Today Carlos and Jose came by to fix a clogged main line for us. They were prompt, and did great work. They also recommended to do further work after visually inspecting our pipes with a camera to prevent this horrible mishap from happening like it has so frequently in the past. We had an issue with a backed up drain for one of our bathrooms.  Fortunately it wasn't an emergency because we could use our alternate bathroom.  But of course it happened two days before Christmas and we were hosting!  So hopefully I cooked everything so that no one got food poisoning!!  Looking through Yelp, I wanted a local plumber, with recent, good reviews and we found Carlos!  We reached out on Christmas Eve to schedule an appointment for Dec 26 and Carlos quickly responded.  

Our house piping is pretty old even though we have had various repiping and repair over the last 16 years I owned the home.  Carlos and team replaced the damaged piping, checked for any other damage, and built a clean out that was easier to access for future use (hopefully not needed... but much easier to clean the drains if necessary).  Carlos and Jose started the job immediately and was complete in two days.

I appreciated the prompt response and the ability to fix our issue for our old home!  I would definitely call again for any plumbing issues in the future!

SoCal Plumbing Service was great given the circumstances of plumbing going bad at the worst time of year.  Carlos ran a camera down my clean out to show me the problem I was having with my main sewer line which made the decision to replace pretty easy.  Pricing was exceptionally fair given the amount of work that needed to be done.  They were very thorough and while under the house looked to make sure there were no other issues.  Thank god they looked, I also had a toilet that was leaking underneath the house and a rotted out kitchen drain line. None of which i would have never seen until it was too late.  It was more cost effective to have all issues fixed at the same time as Carlos worked with me the whole way.  SoCal plumbing will be my plumber moving forward for any issues.  They only need to work on is the 25 year warranty I was asking for. :-)  Just kidding,  Thanks Carlos for all the hard work!

Thanks Yelp for the review on Carlos, SoCal Plumbing Service.  It appeared that several of the main plumbing in our home had finally disintegrated due to age and avocado tree roots, all at once.  Understandable since our home is approximately 70 years old.  We called Carlos, the owner of SoCal Plumbing Service.  He arrived bright and early and kept us apprised of all his findings.  He worked through 90F heat, as did his assistant.  Not only was Carlos a very social guy but he was highly efficient and worked through the day to complete several major projects. The cost was more than fair for the amount of work accomplished. I noticed water forming on my garage floor. The garage walls were wet so I quickly ran inside to see if the upstairs bathrooms were leaking, thank goodness everything was dry upstairs. The garage drywall had a trail of water damage going down the wall. I quickly called the first plumber with a five star rating and Carlos was here in less than 30 minutes. They hammered the wet dry wall and deduced it was a leaky pipe. Sure enough there was a very tiny leak near a joint of the copper pipe. They gave me options and I told them to go ahead and repair it. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their work.

I had a water leak in my house that I had not been able to resolve for a long time and had almost given up on it altogether but I figured I would try one last plumber out  before throwing in the towel. I called SoCal Plumbing Service expecting to be told that they would be out asap which unfortunately based on my past experiences usually means within 12 hour but after calling and talking to Carlos, he promised and delivered on being over at my place in less than an hour. Our toilet backed up again (second time in a month and a half), so Carlos (owner) & Juan came out at 9pm. The back flow valve was not on correctly and was catching everything. Since they didn't have to snake the main line, they did not charge us for coming out. We were so grateful! Was doing a renovation on my  adu and came across old cast iron sewer drain pipe that started to fail and leak in to the crawl space. Carlos and Oscar were able to come out the next day promptly at 8am  to provide an estimate. Carlos provided me with 2 options , repairing the portion of drain pipe above ground that connected the tub and toilet (cheaper solution but bandaid in the grand scheme of things) or repairing the enter thing replacement of the cast iron pipe above ground and underground lateral out to the city. Ultimately went with the smart decision solution 2 which involved trenching 25' and saw cutting a concrete slab to replace the entire run. Oscar was able to start work that morning and work in a small  crawlspace area with limited access to complete the work within 2 days. This allowed me to keep my flooring installation on track which gave me peace of mind. Fair price (I received multiple bids), Great workmanship,amazing warranty and very personable. 10/10 would recommend.  Will use for all future plumbing issues!

Unfortunately, we had some plumbing issues come up this week. Washer overflowed and then the kitchen sink backed up. I called 3 companies and Carlos responded within 20 minutes and was at our house within an hour. Nice guy and a local of Long Beach. He was able to jet the pipes and clear them right away. He and Oscar also found a leak in our main sewer line and replaced the pipe within a few hours. Not knowing much about plumbing, I was comfortable with his explanation and felt he was being honest. Hopefully, we don't have any more plumbing problems however, if we do I will definitely call Carlos again! Honest, reliable and trustworthy! Carlos kicks butt he came out, had a sewer main line break that I had a previous appraisal from another plumbing company that was out of site 6K to be exact..Carlos was straight an to the point and gave me a quote for 3 times less then that!! I called the listing and the agent on the phone identified himself as Carlos (later found out he was the owner) and I explained that I was having a problem with my main shower, the handle on one side was not working and I gave further details. After listening, Carlos said, Sir, I don't want to charge you for something that is a pretty easy fix for yourself, you could easily do it. I then explained that I had literally just been released from the hospital and was/am very ill and even though I could do the project, because of my illness and the fact that I wanted it done correctly, I asked Carlos if I could make an appointment? He answered that he was close to my home and said he would be there soon.

About 20 minutes later, Carlos showed up and not only checked out the issue, but told me what was wrong and then fixed the problem so that the shower had a temporary fix, until further arrangements could be made. I asked what I owed him for the fix but he refused and said it was a quick fix, don't worry about it. We shook hands, I thanked him and he left.

When is the last time you ever heard of such a thing?! An actual HONEST guy running a business? I've found my future plumber and the company that I will recommend from now on, Carlos from SoCal Plumbing Service. He was the guy that told the truth, then made time for me, then fixed the issues and didn't charge me for the small adjustments.

We just purchased a home and after 3 weeks had water back up in all toilets, baths, and showers. The first plumber we called came out after the backup had drained and didn't bother to diagnose the problem. When it happened again, we called Carlos at SoCal plumbing. He arrived with 30 minutes and noted that the clean out was only a one way, and that there was a test tee that should have been removed. He came back first thing in the morning and removed the tee, which had root intrusions. He also hydrojetted the line and installed the two way clean out. This was done in a very professional and honest manner, with options given along the way. A few days later, our storm drains backed up (separate problem) and he came out and solved the clog for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I needed galvanized pipes replaced. I called on a Friday, Carlos and Juan came out on Monday and had the job completed on Tuesday. They re-piped an 860 sq ft house with pex and copper and threw in some extras (re-seated toilet, installed temp valve for water heater, checked my gas and sewer lines). Update: My wife broke a glass and pieces went dow the drain. I was able to clear most of it but a piece or 2 jammed the disposal and I was unable to clear them. I called Carlos. He walted me through the process to clear the jam over the phone and it worked. The disposal is running perfectly. He could have easily come out and charged me for the time and a new disposal but he instead chose the righteous path and helped me over the phone for free. SoCal Plumbing is an ethical business. Is it wrong to fall in love with your plumbers?  I had two spigots start leaking on the outside of our house.  Carlos and Oscar came out and had to go under the house to fix one of them.  I asked them to check on some other issues I was having, they were upfront and honest about what needed fixing and what did not.  I had them come out again to fix our sewer issues, they went over and above board to make sure that everything was fixed properly and was clean and neat when they left. They are professional, courteous, and honest.  I cannot recommend SoCal Plumbing Service highly enough.  Like I asked in the beginning of this review, is it wrong to fall in love with your plumbers?

Outstanding Customer Service! Called SoCal and spoke with Carlos, he answered on the first call and was able to give me an appointment the next day. He showed up on time, always appreciated, and  he informed me that my issue was the responsibility of the local gas company. Gave me a fair and free quote for a water heater replacement and even though my current one was a little old, he could've easily gave me some doom and gloom spiel but he didn't. He was honest an upfront and told me I could still keep using the one I currently have for a while longer.

My garbage disposal stopped working. I called Carlos Barragan from SoCal Plumbing Service and asked him if he could fix my garage disposal ASAP. Carlos said no problem and he arrived at our house within an hour. He fixed the garage disposal within 10 minutes. He did not ask for payment. He only asked that we give him a good review. Had a little late Sunday afternoon kitchen sink stoppage.  Within an hour our problem was being solved.  Juan was friendly, responsive, answered all our questions, got it done.  Very reasonable price too for a Sunday 5pm (seemed like a normal price to us!).  I recommend you use SoCal Plumbing and ask for Juan. I contacted Carlos on Thanksgiving, and after a quick email exchange, he agreed to come to my home the next morning at 7:00 AM. Sure enough, he showed up at 7, and immediately cleared my clogged kitchen sink. He suggested I hydro jet the pipes to make sure the line was clear to the sewer connection, so I agreed, and he came back a couple of hours later and completed the job.

I highly recommend Carlos and So Cal Plumbing. The rates he charged were very reasonable and the service was excellent!

It was just a nightmare.
After a couple of quotes from yelp, I have decided to go with Carlos to fix a bit of the leaking bathtub spout. He wasn't the lowest bid but the price of $900 was reasonable for a 4-hour project he mentioned.
A week later, his guys suddenly appeared two days earlier and wanted to start the job. I wasn't ready but I let them do it in their favor.
A couple of hours later, I found the guys cut the tile too big along with the supporting block and cement wall so they couldn't cover the area with a shower base plate. I talked to the owner about the situation, but he said that was my job to do the tile and wanted me to contact a handyman he recommended, which turned out to cost $1,300 due to the wall damage.
He mentioned he was done on his side and ran away with full payment even without any cleaning up. These guys are the worst plumber I have ever worked with. I had to have trouble hiring another plumber to finish the job.

It is so hard to find a good plumber. It has also been hard lately to get a plumber who will come out to a house call right away unless it's a big job. Carlos arrived right on time, fixed my toilet, and didn't even charge me. Then I asked him whether I needed to replace a water heater pipe. My plumber recommended that it be replaced at a cost of $400. Carlos said it looked perfectly fine and that it did not need to be replaced. Carlos will be my plumber for life. So originally I called this company because I needed to have  my sink faucet and basket strainer replaced. I bought the strainer and faucet, but when Carlos came that same day, he advised me to get a better brand for the faucet and strainer, so I did and we set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jesus and Carlos showed up and they were so great that I decided to add on replacing my garbage disposal which needed to be replace like last year and Jesus installed for free. Jesus checked under the house and I was advised and shown a picture of the corroded pipes for my water line, so I had 10 feet of that replaced. I loved the fact that they explained everything to me. Jesus also showed me what to do to make sure my garbage disposal doesn't freeze. I've been looking for an honest and fair plumber and I think I finally found one. I will definitely call them for future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them, super friendly and I felt very informed about everything that was done.

The owner, Carlos, helped us out when we had a major plumbing issue in our neighborhood. He estimated some prices for us that were very fair (I've done some shopping around for plumbers...I know how cumbersome it can be) and his service is excellent. Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and my wife and I looked up local plumbers on yelp with good reviews. We looked at SoCal plumbers and talked with Carlos. Late afternoon on almost no notice Carlos was able to make it happen. He came over and snaked our kitchen drain. It was not an easy job because it ended up being years of grease built up solid. After he got that cleared he coached us on how build up works and how to not have it happen in the future. We ended up hiring him to also add new abs (pipe) under the house and add two new sweeps for future flushing or snaking. The story goes on with a clog and us not being able to use our newly remodeled bath. After calling Carlos he was willing to come over any day that worked for us. Once again he snaked it and now everything in our home drains. To summarize how Carlos treats his clients and his knowledge that he has in the plumbing world is five star. The story goes on....lol when he came to our house he asked if we were referred by our neighbors. We were not it was just random but just goes to show he is the guy! If you need plumbing anything call him up he's the guy.

Carlos & Juan to the rescue!  I had about 3-4 inches of water and dirt covering my hallway floor-my toilets and shower were backed  up and water was leaking through the light fixtures in the ceiling. All of this came to a head on a Monday night around 10:00pm when I was home alone with my kids. I called Carlos after finding him on Yelp and he answered! Carlos answered the phone right away and was able to be at my place within a hour. (Other plumbers I called couldn't get to me for days or didn't service condos.) I finally got tired of trying to be a plumber since Sunday and called SoCal Plumbing this morning.  Carlos answered and said he could be out by 830.  He was on time and took a look at my Home Depot valve and adjusted it for no charge.  Wow!  I asked him to quote another leak he will work later this week.  I checked the valve again and it was wet so I ran outside to catch him.  Long story short, Carlos will buy quality parts and repair later this week.  He is my new go to plumber because I appreciate his honesty and genuine consideration for the plumbing-challenged consumer.  Thanks Carlos!

I called So Cal plumbing service to have a toilet fixed it was leaking was leaking water. Carlos answered the phone right away and made an appointment for the next day based on my schedule. He arrived on time and fixed my toilet for a very reasonable price compared to other estimates that I got for over $600 and $900.  He charged me under $200  With parts included. I have called many plumbers and always received estimates that are way too high I will always use So Cal Plumbing Service  and Carlos for all of my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend him to all of my friends.

Had a tenant call with an emergency water leak in front of the house that caused the water main to be shut down for a few hours. Tenant tried to repair and no luck. Once I received the call it was dark and getting late. I called SoCal Plumbing. Carlos answered the phone and without hesitation agreed to handle the job. Within minutes of making the call Carlos was on scene. Within the hour he had replaced and reconnected all the plumbing that caused the leaking. I noticed a problem with water backing up into my house at around 7am on Sunday morning.  I called several 24 hour emergency plumbing service companies in Long Beach with no luck or call backs.  Finally I sent out a yelp request at 8am to the same companies and yelp recommended a few more.  SoCal Plumbing was one of the yelp recommendations.  Carlos the owner called me back within 5 minutes of my request going out.  He was at my house by 9am and done with the Job by 11am.  Great service, reasonably priced and efficient.  He performed a main line clean out, pulled out a lot of roots.  Then inspected with a camera.  Identified additional roots the would require Hydro Jetting, showed me on the camera.  He then Hydro Jetted my entire line to the city sewer.  Showed me on the Camera that all was clean and roots were gone.  So many came out with the Hydro Jetting.  He also provide a 1 year warranty to the City sewer line.  Carlos is great and explained everything along the way.  Thank you for your efficient service and responsiveness.

Carlos was super easy to work with. So thanksgiving... house smells like turkey, prime rib, and pecan pie. All my guests around and someone says is that the sound of water we all look in the hallway and the water heater is literally a water fall filling up the hall.
I yelp PLUMBER and SoCal Plumbing is close but I'm dying about what is going to be the cost. Carlos says I'll be there in 15.
He was THERE in 15 min on THANKSGIVING!!!!!!
He advised waiting a day to get top of the line for same price and got the water running again in 20 mins. He says I'll be back 7 am tomorrow. AND HE WAS BACK AT 7 am! Fixed with hot water in record time.

Our main sewer line became clogged on a Sunday night. My phone call was answered immediately, and they were onsite in less than an hour! Carlos helped me out twice and was very responsive, so I owe him this review.  Maybe it just comes with the nature of the business, but he was willing and eager to meet me for two separate plumbing inspections to provide repair estimates at no cost to myself.  Home buying has topped my list of things I would never like to experience again, and during a time of incredible stress, Carlos was there to do the dirty work of inspecting the crawl space and save me from worrying what to do about ancient galvanized steel piping.

Even when met with a hostile response from a realtor, he kept his composure and delivered the needed quotes as promised.  I appreciate the upstanding professionalism and will be reserving future business for him.

I had the misfortune of needing work on our main line due to tree roots in our line on New Years Eve.  I called So Cal Plumbing and talked to Carlos. I described the plumbing situation and he knew exactly what it was.  He came out with his employee and they were friendly, professional and confirmed my main line issue with a camera sent down our pipes.  He advised me what I needed to alleviate the issue and was able to do it even working on New Years Day.  So Cal Plumbing was fast, friendly, professional, honest and the price was not cheap (given the amount of work that needed to be done, but it was 100% fair and worth it.  Thanks to Carlos and his staff my family of 5 was up and running with full plumbing, with only about 15 minutes of not being able to use water which was unbelievable.  I will never hire anyone else in the future.  Thank you So Cal Plumbing.

Our hot water heater failed and we were in a pinch without hot water for our family. Had a few of the bigger name companies come out and they wouldn't replace the hot water tank without redoing our entire piping. Our garbage disposal was leaking just a few days before thanksgiving. I was panicking. Called the big plumbing companies and no one had time to come for over a week. Our toilet and tub backed up and I called Carlos on a Sunday and they came out within the hour. They were super knowledgeable, explained everything and prices were extremely reasonable. They came back over the next two days to complete what turned out to be a pretty big job because of the state of our pipes. Carlos Just Left my house. What a nice Guy!  I got a bill from California Water Service 3 1/2 times higher than my Normal Bill and thought I had a leak. Carlos came out and did a thorough inspection and found nothing.
I tried to give him a payment for his time, but he just told me no problem, and to call him whenever I really need a plumber. He gave me proof of an inspection and an estimate for future work, no charge.
I will be glad to call him next time. Something tells me he is an honest
businessman, the kind you want to deal with.

We needed to replace a hose and when I went to turn off the water, it started leaking at the valve. I reached out to two other plumbers and was told that someone would reach out to me within 20-30 minutes. Never heard back from anyone and that's when I called Carlos. I was lucky to catch him after a job as he picked up my call right away. He was only a few blocks away and showed up at my house within 5 minutes. Half of my outside water line was  old galvanized piping from back in the day. Carlos and his team was able to fix it in less than 45 minutes. Thanks Carlos for helping us out in a pinch. Our kitchen sink and faucet area started leaking.  When I put out a request here in Yelp for plumbers Carlos responded on the same day. He worked with me on scheduling an estimate and actually came out himself to do the estimate when I requested a day his team was already fully booked. When his team came the next day to do the job he was with them and everything went quickly and smoothly. They brought all the parts and their equipment and replaced the under sink valves, connecting hoses, faucet and disposal.  No leaks. His prices were fair and the best part is that they were early for both the estimate appointment and the actual work session. Professional, effective, and fair. I'll be calling these guys the next time I need plumbing help for sure.

Update to my previous review:
2 Years after the re-pipe we had an issue with our hot water not working.  I attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself (I thought the pilot light had gone out).  I went outside and smelled gas, and became very concerned that we may have a safety hazard.  I called Carlos, and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone.  Turns out it was a gas control valve that was covered by warranty.  He directed me to the local shop to get a replacement, and walked me through fixing it myself over the phone.   Stand up guy, and honest businessman.  Nothing but great things to say about this company.  Thank you!

Carlos is AWESOME. I contacted him on Memorial Day because my toilet was clogged. He responded to my inquiry right away and scheduled to come out the next morning at 8:00am. He arrived early, was a complete professional and was able to help me with my issue (which turned out to be nothing) and left without charging me for the service!

After calling several companies in the Long Beach area at 11pm on a Saturday, SoCal Plumbing Service was the ONLY company that picked up and was available for a stat plumbing need. We explained to them that the hose connecting to the toilet had leaked earlier in the day and then exploded at night, resulting in a fire-hydrant like flow in our bathroom. Our whole house was starting to flood, and after turning the water supply off, the leak was still leaking.

Carlos was very clear about the costs of an emergency appointment, ($450) however, because of the speed of the leak and the potential damage, we did not hesitate to confirm. Carlos and Matt came by ~20 mins after our call, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. While it was an easy fix on their end, we felt at ease knowing that it was properly taken care of.

Thank you Carlos and Matt for coming to our rescue. It's good to know when a company says they are available for emergencies, they deliver on their promise.

Carlos is not only technically a great plumber, but has a great knowledge of older homes and renovations. SoCal Plumbing is reliable,responsive (even on the weekends and after hours) and fair. Shower stopped getting hot and after a few months of barely warm showers, decided to replace shower handle on our own but it took a quick left,  and turned into a big watery mess.  Carlos had someone over in 30 minutes and got to work right away. Turned out the valve had to be replaced so we decided to take this opportunity to put in all new fixtures.  We had been meaning to anyways.  They got everything done quickly and at reasonable prices.  Especially for an emergency call!  They cleaned up and left the bathroom like they were never there when they were done.  Now the shower runs nice and hot again and all our fixtures look great. My water heater stopped working and before replacing it, I called these guys again because of how great they treated me last time. The call lasted 1 minute and in that short period of time the gentleman told me that they had been swapping out my brand of water heater a LOT and that I'd be better off just getting a new water heater instead of them coming out to fix it because it would just break again. On Sunday February 26, I had a water leakage in my backyard coming from underneath the cement. It was around 2:16 pm, and I was calling around on a Sunday hoping I can get someone ASAP! I called around and businesses were either not working on a Sunday, booked, or did not specialize on my particular issue. I came across So cal plumbing on yelp and send a message through the app at 2:24 pm and left my contact information. I wasn't expecting a quick response, but I definitely got one. Carlos called me at 2:25pm, a minute after my inquiry. The best thing was his flexibility with his schedule and being able to come to my house the same day and within a few minutes of talking to him On the phone to check out my issue. He came and was bilingual which is a plus. He looked around and gave me a quote/ estimate on my particular issue, which was very affordable! He came to do the job on Tuesday morning, arrived on time, which was impressive, got their equipment out of the truck, and went over the agenda for the day with me. Due to other plumbing issues I was having with the house, he explained to me what was wrong and how he could fix it. Super knowledgeable and nice throughout the entire ordeal. I'm really glad the people on the ground are flexible enough to make adjustments on the fly. That alone earned some respect. Not to mention they were working in the cold and rain! I am so happy my husband and I found SoCal Plumbing! It's true what they say, that it's really hard to find a good plumber but now that we have found Carlos and his team we are customers for life. Long story short, a shady plumbing company came out and we almost fell victim to their scam. Never would I have imagined this happening to us...

Luckily, we called Carlos he came out with his amazing team Juan and Oscar and they did a lot of work on our home.  Such as re-piping the entire house, installing a new tankless water heater, etc.  All the parts come with receipts and when you receive your invoice it is clearly written in an itemized bill.  What I love about them is that they're super HONEST, no frills you won't be sold extra services/work you don't need, professional and friendly.

Carlos came out right away to look at my broken/corroded water main and gave me a quote. I had (2) other plumbers scheduled to come later in the afternoon. Above and beyond great service! Called at 2pm on a Sunday, everything was fixed by 4pm. Carlos was forthcoming, friendly, and efficient. We will always call Carlos first from now on!

We had a leaky hose bib so I thought I'd be a handy gal and replace it myself. I ordered the new part and planned for about an hour of work the next day I had off. That Sunday, I shut the water off to our condo unit and went to work. It was pretty corroded but I got the old hose bib removed and quickly realized the part I ordered was the wrong size. No problem, I thought. I could run up to the hardware store and get an adapter. Then I couldn't get the old part back in. Now the water is shut off to my condo and I have no way of capping the spigot!

I googled Long Beach Plumber and called all the top results (sponsored, big-name companies) hoping they'd be most likely to have Sunday/emergency services. Half didn't answer and the ones that did would not service condos. What a nightmare! Thankfully, I came across SoCal Plumbing Service.

Carlos answered right away and was very patient with my novice explanation of the issue. He asked for pictures of the situation and did his best to advise me of what would be required to fix the issue. He and Juan were able to come out within the hour and since he grew up in LB, I didn't have to explain my weird alley parking.

They got to work right away and once Carlos whipped out his blow torch, I felt validated that there was no way I could have fix the issue myself. I don't even own a blow torch! The pipe was a different size than we had discussed on the phone but Carlos was able to adapt on the spot and did not change the cost he had quoted me. They removed the corroded part and soldered the new part in place. They provided the correct size hose bib and were finished within the hour.

Carlos even came back later that week with an adapter and replaced his hose bib with an adapter so I could use the hose bib I had previously ordered (with a lock). Amazing!

What should you do if you have a gas or water leak? Call Carlos at SoCal Plumbing, is what you do, and you'll be glad you did. Carlos responded in my time of need, when I smelled gas in my home. I called the gas company and they promptly turned the gas off to my home and would return service only after a licensed plumber made the required repairs. Carlos arrived at my home on time, and prepared to work. He quickly started testing the gas lines, and was able to identify not 1 but 5 gas leaks throughout the house. Carlos was very patient with me by answering any and all questions I had, and even went as far as walking me through the painfully slow process of getting the gas company to return service. He is a consummate professional and highly skilled in his trade. He has earned a lifelong customer in me (one in which I hope he doesn't see often) and I shall call none other. Thank you Carlos. P.S. Carlos is a very inspiring and interesting gentleman. If you have the pleasure of meeting him, try to get to know him. You might learn something positive. I know I did!

Talk about excellent customer service! Carlos is always a phone call away! I'm so grateful I found him! This is the third time I've used him & each time he's been able to come over within a few hours. He's cleaned out my pipes in a timely manner & always Quick and professional. Prices are reasonable I would definitely recommend him.

Needed my waste disposal fixed. Looked all over yelp and decided to go with this company due to quick response and answered all the questions I had prior to coming. Carlos - was the rep that came. He came early, fixed our garbage disposal and charged us a great price. Great customer service and honest. Will be calling again for any future needs.

This is the 2nd time using this company to install new pipes on the other half under my home. The first time was 4 years ago when my main bathroom stopped up and needed to replace the broken pipes leaking sewage and installing a better clean out to the front of the house. I called Carlos, the owner, on 6/6/22 after hours because sewage was pouring out of both toilets and filling up the tub when I was doing a load of laundry. He came and snaked through that clean out he had installed 4 years ago so that I can have a bathroom to use until his crew could get to replace the pipes on 6/8. I was so glad to have that toilet and shower until then! They had a big job already scheduled on 6/7, that's why he couldn't come that day. His guys, Oscar and Juan are so nice and informative. They were here for 1 1/2 days until the job was finished. They sent pictures of the pipes underneath from before and after. They cleaned up any messes made during the fix as well. I would never use a company again if I had any little bad feelings or any negative inclinations. So, for me to use SoCal Plumbing to do another huge job on my property for a second time says it in caps that Carlos and his crew are AWESOME!! They're professional with making you feel like they actually care! Now, plumbing isn't cheap anywhere. But, if you want it done right, with informative, caring professionalism, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! After hours too in an emergency!! There's nothing more stressful than to not have a working toilet..If you know what I mean! Carlos answers after hours if you run into that problem like I have. The last time was around Christmas, finishing Christmas Eve, and he was right there to save the plumbing day then!! (I forgot to do my Yelp review then because of the holidays..sorry!) He details the invoices so you know exactly what was done, and what parts used. I will use SoCal Plumbing for any services they provide in the future because I trust them. Trust is earned in my book. If you're in a crappy mess, literally in my case this last time, call them. The reviews should tell you all you need to know. That's how I contacted them 4 years ago.

SoCal Plumbing just completed a big job for us and we couldn't be happier with the service provided.  Our plumbing was full of leaks and problems (due to past unprofessional work) and we needed a major overhaul. 10:30 a.m., heard a strange snap sound from another part of the house, followed by spraying water. Our toilet tank had spontaneously cracked and was emptying onto the floor! Got hold of Carlos, who just so happened to be at the Ace Hardware down the street. He called in Juan, who was able to meet him at our place super-quick. Long story short, Juan had our new toilet installed before noon! Not to mention, new toilet was installed before any of the other plumbers we contacted even returned our call! Most painless plumbing emergency ever.  Professional and affordable!
