I'm happy to give a positive review. Alena the scheduler called me with updated statuses and was very pleasant from the get go. Esteban and his assistant were professional in their work. He offered to add some wood support and went to purchase what he needed. I was a bit surprised at the time factor we were charged and although I was told an assistant would be needed I wasn't told the separate rate prior to the guys arrival. Overall the cost was still less than another cheapest bid and B&B came recommended by Kohler in Irvine.

Called B&B for a possible slab leak at my rental. B&B was able to get out there sooner than my regular plumber. They detected the leak and we decided to go with replumbing the entire house so as to avoid future leaks. Trying to work with the tenant, she asked for a Wednesday start day as her 3 kids went to the other parents house Wed-Friday . I spoke with Brian and I asked if it comes to Friday and the job isn't done, will the tenant have to wait until Monday for you to return ?  I have to incur extra expenses to put the tenants in a hotel or compensate them if they are out of the home. He replied I guarantee we will finish on Friday- I'll bring guys from other jobs if I have to. Well Friday at 2 I get a call, my tenant is pissed- workers just said sorry. We have to finish next week. I tried calling Brian, but he's not taking calls- he went on Vacation.  It just went worse from there- so long story short DON'T USE B&B. Use  any other plumber!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B n B Plumbing Had a slab leak in the middle of our living room. Came out quickly, found the leak and stopped the source while keeping the water running in the rest of the house. Next day 2 very professional plumbers did the extensive repair quickly. I thought the price was great before they started and thought it was outstanding when I realized the scope of the work they had to do. If you need a plumber B n B are the people to call. And no I'm not related to them although this review looks like it

B&B sent me Mike to reconnect my garbage disposal to its drainpipe. I had tried several times to fix it myself without luck. He was able to explain to me why my repairs hadn't worked, and left my entire undersink assembly better than it ever was before it broke. I would definitely use B&B again!

I have my tankless replaced today, Robbie, He is great, he got the job done quickly. Very professional.  Highly recommended.

Mike is a suuuuper nice and honest guy...the kind of guy you don't see too much anymore. He did a very extensive plumbing renovation, charged a reasonable amount, followed up. I would recommend B & B to my family!

I work for a local Fire Agency and with the heavy rains we were called to a home for a flooding. Long story short we didn't have the tools to fix the problem and were getting soaked in the rain attempting to clear clogged drains with a snake that was inadequate.  I saw a random plumber driving down the street, Jose Ramirez, and asked if he had a snake we could use.  He stopped and helped us for about 40 minutes in the middle of a rainstorm and cleared the home owner clogged drain pipes and saved his house from completely flooding.  Jose was a life saver for this home owner and never asked for a dollar in return.  I was very impressed and I told him I'll be calling him to my house in the future...

We needed our water heater fixed, but I was leaving on a business trip to Asia the day B & B came out to fix the water heater. I wasn't there to witness the work done, but basically they charged us for 2 hours of work - 1 hr of work to replace the warrantied parts for the pilot (which we though was the problem) and 1 hr to drive and go get the correct part that they didn't have....really?!?! driving down to Lake Forest to pick up a part and you charge me for that?!?!

Total cost for first time - $240...I was shocked...especially for charging me  to drive to pick up a part they didn't have on hand.

In addition, the problem still wasn't fixed and the 2nd time they came out, they said the pilot was overheating resulting in an automatic shut off so...guess what...another hr of work $120.

The final total bill - $360

You be the judge of it if I overpaid...I'm just stating what happened to me and I wasn't happy about the experience at all!

I love B & B Plumbing! The plumber showed up on time and was neat and clean and polite! He put booties on over his shoes to come into my home.  He assessed the problem and gave me a few options.  I love that he recommended a few different ways to fix the  problem with my shower.  He did a great job and the price was so reasonable! The only problem was that he kept calling me ma'am! LOL! This is the third time I have used them for different things and I highly recommend them!

Joe came by to what was believed to be just a leak in the garbage disposal. Turned out to be a crack in the housing and had to be replaced. The work was done quickly and Joe was nothing but a professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and all around great guy. I will keep using B and B for any plumbing needs.

Really didn't have a good experience with them. Had a water heater replaced by them and it never worked right. Trouble lagged on for 9 months after the initial install and costs soared into the hundreds to get it working properly. I really can't recommend them...

We had a water heater problem with a water heater that was under warranty. This company respected those circumstances and didn't try to upsell us. They did great work and returned the water heater to service in a timely manner. Highly recommended

It was Sunday evening, one of the rainiest days of the year. Our patio was completely flooding over, and the grimy water was getting into our house. We were panicking, and we called the fire department to help. Meanwhile, I ran off to Home Depot with my next-door neighbor to get a water pump, a snake and a Wet/Dry Vac. As the firefighters were trying to figure out what to do, and we were desperately pumping out small amounts of water, Joe Ramirez of B&B Plumbing happened to be driving by. The firefighters flagged him down, and he went straight to work on our outdoor drain -- which was clogged with years worth of dirt, debris and neglect. He used an industrial-strength snake that we couldn't have bought at Home Depot. And sure enough, he dug through the collected mud and clog and it all came running out onto the wet street. The water level in our patio quickly started going down, and we were relieved that the whole house was not flooded. Thanks to Joe Ramirez and B&B Plumbing, the damage to our home was pretty minimal. And he never asked for a penny in return. This company is doing a great job for people in need! Thank you!

Last October, our whirlpool water heater went out.   B&B came out and charged us $120. The part was under warranty,  but they had to order it they came back and charged us another $120 to install it.  

Yesterday,  the water heater went out again with the same symptoms.  On B&Bs receipt,  they guaranteed their work for one year. However,  I was told I would need to pay $165,for them to come out.

I called B & B because of the good reviews on Yelp, and they were absolutely right.  The service was friendly, prompt and expert.  Our house has vintage 1940's plumbing which I'm sure is not the easiest to work with.  B & B snaked out the drain for the washing machine and gave me an estimate for the bathroom sink.  Mike suggested I could save money by repairing rather than replacing the sink, and I agreed.  He returned later that week , removed, repaired and re-installed the sink; it looked decidedly better than the original installation had -- and it worked properly.  I was absolutely delighted, and the charges were extremely fair.

As luck would have it, our shower faucet failed on a Saturday.  We could not shut it off, so we had to turn off the water to the house.  Since we had good experience previously with B & B, we called again, this time on an emergency basis.  They did call us back.  The technician called us to say when he would be here, and again when he was on his way.  He fixed the faucet, replacing the defective part.  The service was prompt, especially for a weekend, efficiently done, courteous, and reasonable.  He left the work area clean.  As old as our home is, we will need plumbing work again, and we will definitely call B&B.

We had an emergency leak on the weekend and tried to get Fidelity home warranty to come out. We didn't hear from them and followed up several times with no contact from their dispatch or their contracted plumber.
Called B&B at a friends reco, slightly hesitant just in case home warranty came through. But within 30 mins Adam showed up.
Water was shut off but still leaking from the second floor into the kitchen.
Adam was able to identify the issue quickly and had to open up a wall. While he was out I had him take care of an old diverter for a shower.
Today they added a water pressure regulator and ball valve bc it was recommended by the home inspector. Thankfully this time wasn't emergency rates. All in all I'm pretty happy with their service. But I have so many inappropriate words for insurance and warranty scams.

This plumbing company was everything they should be: prompt, highly competent, professional and courteous. What more can you say?

We have used B & B plumbing for 20 years because they respond quickly, do a very good job and are very reasonable.  The water heater they installed today was $1000 less than what the other vendor quoted.

Our water heater was no longer working so I placed a call to B&B plumbing on a Monday evening.By the next morning they  called me and were at my home installing my new water heater by 10 am .. I was very impressed by their professional service from the friendly office staff to the  quality installation ..   Thank you B&B plumbing for making this such a pleasant experience.. Called this morning with no hot water. Got a live person, a call back within an hour providing a scheduled time this afternoon with a two hour window, a call when technician was on his way, 15 minutes later he arrived and solved the problem. Professional, responsive, courteous.

I had a slab leak and my insurance company only covered one pipe but I decided to reroute 3 since they were all in the same footing and I didn't want to have to go through this again in the future, and a friend recommended Brian from the gym.  So I went up to Brian the next morning (yes I violated gym etiquette and interrupted his sets, but this was an emergency!) and asked if his office could call me and that very same day Alayna from B&B called and set up an appointment for someone to come out.  They gave me a very fair quote and I hired them.  They were prompt and tidy and one of them even sang a little Jimmy Buffett while he worked.  Happy employees do good work I always say.  They also installed a faucet and fixed my shower handle which I thought should have been finished that first day but they had to come back the next day and they charged another trip charge.  But the pipe reroute was such a good price I didn't complain.  A few days later there were reverb noises coming from one of the pipes and when I called they came right out and fixed it because my drywall was going in the next day.  They were also very quick in providing the paperwork my insurance company needed to reimburse me.  That's great service!  Thanks Brian, job well done and you have my repeat business.  I'm a happy customer.

Late on a Friday night I called B & B because our kitchen sink was backing up. (Did not know my daughter poured a bunch of rice down the sink.) B & B came to my house after hours and snaked the sink and that's when my husband and I found out that our daughter had poured rice down the drain. The Tech was very courteous, professional and very helpful. We didn't know also we had a leaking pipe. The tech was able to repair all in the same call. I would recommend to all my family and friends! B & B is honest and reliable company.

Needing a plumber in the middle of pandemic was nerve racking. We put it off until, well we couldn't. Thankfully everyone we interacted with at B&B handled everything with the utmost professionalism, care and efficiency - from the office staff to the technicians, all were courteous and always helpful. Our techs took care to wear shoe coverings and face masks during their visit(s). They were on-time with thoughtfully laid out options for us. We were also truly impressed how well they handled unexpected obstacles and found seamless, hassle-free solutions for us. We had a new toilet & bidet installed, as well as a new bathroom faucet (which our tech went out & purchased at Lowe's after the one we bought wasn't going to work - AMAZING!)  We were so grateful that they took old toilet and parts away, and clean-up was impeccable. My RHEEM tankless water heating was leaking  and thankfully was under warranty. RHEEM offered to replace the unit but I had to go through a PRO Partner and pay for the cost of labor. I searched the closest plumber companies and one of them was B&B Plumbing.
After calling several companies, I decided to go with B&B. Robert came to my house within the time allotted and he replaced the faulty unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions.
B & B handled the return and paperwork for the return of the faulty unit. Everything was done in 2 hours! Needless to say, I am very happy with the service and I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

We requested some assistance with our church sink leaking on the floor.

We are very happy with Adam. He arrived on the time they said he would show up. He carried booties to put over his shoes (very clean) and made sure when he carried his ladder inside, he was very cautious. Adam is very clean repair man.  Adam is very intellectual in this new plumbing industry. He knows a lot of about the Kohler shower system and was able to see the problem we were having and now we are on the right path in the process of fixing it. I called three Plumbing co. And decided to go with B&B plumbing , they did an excellent job, it's done in a timely manner as stated in the estimate, the outcome of the job went beyond my expectation , not only will I use B&B in the future I highly recommend them. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable keeping me abreat of things as repair was occurring. The leak was temprorarily sealed as described with an expectation to complete sometime in the near future. pricing was good as well. Thanks guys, and i am looking forward to the completion of this main leak. I will  lgive them 4 stars now until completion and then I will adjust accordingly.

B&B Plumbing worked on my kitchen sink pipes that kept backing up.  They patiently worked through an improperly designed system installed by the contractor.  They advised on how to minimize blockages due to the bad flow we had to work with.  Very knowledgeable, professional and highly recommended for any problems you may have.

This is the second time I've used B&B and both times they sent Mike, who is friendly, professional & efficient.  I have water pressure again, my drain is never slow and it's bone dry under the sink again.  Very reasonable rates.  
You will NOT be sorry if you give B&B a try.

Our bath faucet had been dripping.... B&B was able to get to my home the very next day. The technician was courteous, professional, and did a great job. Will definitely get my business in the future.

Second time using B&B, this time for something less dramatic than my first experience:  a clogged washing machine drain. Esteban arrived to assess the issue and it was nice to see him again. More of the B&B crew arrived to assist where multiple hands were needed and they cleared my drain for me in short time; I could immediately hear the difference in the sound of water moving through the drain instead of collecting for the eventual overflow I had been experiencing. Esteban made sure my drain tube was installed and placed correctly and the draining was tested and confirmed as the final part of the service call. The cost was much less than I thought it would be, too. I thank them all and I will be calling B&B, again, the next time I need a plumber.

Last month my Kohler kitchen faucet had a leakage at the hose connection. Kohler informed us about a hose that needed to be replaced, and referred B&B Plumbing as their authorized technician.

B&B Plumbing quoted us about 1 hour to replace the hose - fairly reasonable at first. However, things went south from there: the technician got stuck pulling the hose out of the bearing post. He tried a few times to UNSCREW the hose out of the metal bearing post but no luck. He then spent over 40 minutes looking up the manuals online and contacted Kohler customer support. Kohler support guided him to look up the installation and faucet services part diagram but he still couldn't unscrew the hose out. Finally he came to the conclusion that the connection was corroded/not fixable, and we had to buy a completely new faucet set (~$800 + installation). He was at our place for 1 hour and 17 minutes. and decided to charge us ~$300 for 2 hours of labor - completely insane given nothing was fixed. At the end we negotiated down to 1.5 hours (~$220).

Now two weeks later, I decided to try a general contractor, and it turns out that hose is NOT to be unscrewed as there's no thread at the connection end - there is a clip to secure the hose to the metal bearing post. Simply take out the clip then pull the hose out (took 10 sec). After replacing the hose, the faucet functions perfectly fine, but I was very surprised that as a Kohler authorized shop, the technician lacks this basic plumbing knowledge and had to learn it online on the spot, charged the clients for the on-site employee phone training/support, and then after all this work arrived at the wrong conclusion. Very disappointed at the least and regretted using them in the first place. If you have plumbing issues, find someone who really knows what they are doing, or save the money and look up on youtube for tutorials. Avoid those who charge only easy billable hours.

I have been needing to hire a plumber for multiple properties. Today, I decided to call B&B.  I spoke to Candace and she made the process comfortable for me.  She is willing to handle everything with my tenant, what a load off my back!  Now I hope my tenant is satisfied with their service.  I shall post again!

I bought a new Kohler bathtub and fixtures to replace my old fiberglass insert tub/shower. B&B was very familiar with this type of tub and installation. They had a fair quote and were able to begin working on the demo and installation quickly. The plumbers were on time and very efficient. I appreciated their kind nature and clear communication. The job was completed on time and there were no big surprises in the cost. Steve from the office was excellent at letting me know when they would be coming each day. Jesus and Killian are excellent plumbers and very skilled at their job. I will definitely ask for them and use B and B Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Quickly responded to emails and offered a fair and competitive price. Alaina in the office was great to work with.

We stumbled on B & B when we needed a real plumber to fix the mess from a Home Despot plumber (he came to install a new water heater, spent all day and left after he broke our water valve). B & B was out the next day, gave us an honest estimate and had it repaired in an hour. We have used them for three or four various repairs and have always gotten prompt, friendly, non-nonsense service.

Very impressed with the water pipe leakage repair work completed within the hour by Adam & Ruiz. I have been treated very courteously from the moment I called to place a work order to the finalization of the repair work. Thank you. I will definitely recommend them both & B&B Plumbing Company.

If you have someone that you really dislike, make sure that you send them to B&B plumbing. I called B&B to fix or replace the mechanism that sends the water to the showerhead or to the spout of my bathtub. The guy came over finally and stayed about 5 hours and couldn't fix it. Luckily, I purchased the mechanism at Home Depot just in case he didn't carry it with him. He didn't even have a ladder to check the outside of the opening on the second story. He hammered on the mechanism for 5 hours until I insisted that I speak to the owner's son by phone. The owner's son sent Jose Ramirez over and Jose was able to cap it and then came over the next day to fix it. The owner said that he wouldn't charge me for the first day but I was charged for a bill of around  $700.00 dollars and got a crying wife. I tried to get a hold of the owner but he wouldn't answer the phone. I have used this same company 4 or 5 times,  but the old guys that were there before are gone. I wonder why? Never again!  Anaheim Hills.

I found B & B Plumbing via the Rheem website as I was looking for a group to diagnose the issue with my water heater. Since I was looking for someone who specializes in Rheem water heaters, that is why I decided to go with B & B Plumbing. Upon calling them, and many other water heater providers, I knew that Rheem water heater parts were hard to come by and I specifically explained that to the clerk Casey as we chatted, mentioned to him that other guys told me there was a chance I would need a new water heater and only wanted someone to come out if they could fix it. He reassured me that they have parts for Rheem and they could fix it if they deemed necessary. I decided to trust them, worst mistake! They mentioned pricing, 50.00 travel fee even though they were coming from Anaheim to Tustin, how they come up with a ludicrous travel fee price for driving a city over is ridiculous. And he also mentioned a 115.00 minimum hour fee of service which I thought is IF THEY DECIDED TO FIX THE ISSUE. However that is not the case, they will charge you a 115.00 minimum fee no matter what, they should call it a diagnostic fee.

Long story short, they came down, they took a look at my water heater, did about 20 minutes of work, did not take anything apart, and claimed I needed a new water heater. The invoice for that turned out to be at 150.00. Biggest Scam of my life, how these guys are in business I have no idea. To pay 150.00 for 20 minutes of work is insane.

AVOID THESE GUYS! They will charge you an arbitrary travel fee regardless of where you're from. And a non prorated 115.00 fee, so if they finish the job in 20 minutes regardless of the effort, you're still paying it. Again I will repeat, AVOID!

I had a leaky flapper and water inlet turnoff valve. I called B&B late at night and very polite woman answered the phone since they offer 24-hour service 7 days a week. I managed to stop the leak, but I made an appointment the next day. Robert (plumber)  is a real professional, who knows what old fashion customer service is - show up on time in a clean new truck and a clean, pressed uniform with  a warm greeting. He had to put in a new Fluidmaster Pro 45 fill valve and I was lucky I had a spare Toto flapper. He fixed the inlet water turnoff valve, where a plumber on commission would have said you need a whole new valve ($300). Robert and B&B Plumbing have integrity and honesty as well as doing good work - a rare commodity these days. I have had maybe a dozen different plumbing companies over the years, B&B is one of the best.

Yesterday, $145.00 for 30 minute service call to determine what was wrong with water heater. Service technician did NOT even attempt to start burner. Just removed part. Burner Assembly failed . Today advised replacement part cost exceeds $300.00, only one year warranty; on-line pricing for similar Burner Assembly is under $50.00. In addition, another $145.00 labor charge to install. B&B expectations are that the plumber should be paid $550.00 for one hour of work! Plumbing services are not worth anywhere near this outrageous expectation. Brand new water heater costs $1000! Comes with 6 year warranty. Simple math, 1 + 1 = 2, not 600. Larceny comes in all shapes and sizes...

Very pleased with the re-pipe job done by B & B Plumbing. Joe R. was very professional, courteous, and responsive. He personally made sure the job was done right. My employer also uses B & B, so I felt confident in that recommendation. The whole crew who worked on my house were polite and respectful. Thanks B & B.

Timely, professional, efficient and clean...we've had a slow toilet for years with ineffective servicing until B&B.  They identified the problem and hydrojetted the line and we couldn't be happier :)

I chose this plumber based upon Chelsea H's review here on Yelp and because it was the only plumber anyone took the time to review on Yelp in my area.

I was very happy with the results.  We had a major clog in our kitchen sink and I got them to come over.  They quoted $95/hour for getting it done without an upfront estimate.  I was nervous at first to move forward without an estimate, but went for it.  They were very upfront and communicative about how it was going and managed their time well.  I live in an old house and they found the bigger of my problems (about 40 years worth of fermented food causing it to drain really slowly).  They were over for about 1.5 hours, but just charged me for 1 hour.

They also said they offer estimates for $40 and if you use them after the estimate, they apply that to your total, so you don't pay twice.

Had a water heater that kept breaking and needed replacement. They were recommended from manufacturer to do warranty service. They showed up on time for original call, quickly diagnosed the problem, offered multiple suggestions and guidance to address the issues, and then returned a day earlier than promised to replace the water heater.

Having a water heater located inside the house only complicated matters. When they were done, the area was cleaner than they found it, completely up to code, and masterfully installed.

I can't praise them enough for turning what was a horrible situation into one that we actually are happy about. They will be our new plumber for all future needs!

We received a good professional service. They were on time, hooked up our new dishwasher within an hour. I would have given them 5 stars if they had offered free estimates.

Very disappointed in this business, I have used them several times over the years and they seemed to have gotten very greedy. I called them out for a quote and was charged almost $300 for just the time it took to quote me. (about 30 minutes)
I ended up having to go through insurance and had to use a restoration company.
I was quoted $1675 from B&B and they were going to let me use $200 of the $300 I paid to credit towards it, then I also got a quote through the plumber that the restoration company recommended and was quoted $750 for the repair. I was honestly shocked and now I feel stupid. Will not be calling B&B again.

I will TRY and make this short - but it won't be.

We had what we THOUGHT was just a clogged kitchen line. We decided to go with B&B plumbing because of their support and contributions to our high school's football program. After calling, They sent Joe and another person out to clear our drain. After working quite a while, they were unable to clear the stoppage with their conventional methods. Joe was VERY knowledgeable, courteous and CLEANED EVERYTHING after this initial visit. After which, he explained to us our lateral line was unable to be cleared and would have to be REPLACED - which meant cutting into the concrete foundation, digging out the old cast iron pipe and replacing it. Joe said it wasn't his place to give the estimate for the job, but gave us a ball-park figure. After the initial shock of what this could cost, I asked if it would save time AND money if I were to demo the area myself. This included tearing out the cabinetry, and removing the drywall to gain access to the area they needed to work.  He said estimates were based on hourly prices for the plumbers and anything I could do to eliminate their time would help in the cost. This was on a Thursday and Joe said they were pretty much booked on Friday. If I didn't want to be charged a premium for weekend work, it would have to wait until Monday. No kitchen sink and no bathroom sink for three days. Joe called into the office and asked what we should be billed for that days work. For the amount of time they had spent there and for what they had to do, the price was extremely fair. The big cost was coming later.

When B&B showed up on Monday, I had the cabinets removed, tile was torn up in the area and the drywall was removed from the wall. I even removed the shower anticipating they would have to do it. (Mistake).  B&B came in, cut the concrete, dug up the old pipe and had re-plumbed the whole lateral line, in just about 8 hours. There work was TOP NOTCH and even if you are not a plumber, you can tell they know what they are doing. And once again, they were VERY CLEAN. Keep in mind, they had a concrete saw cutting our foundation and had to dig up the old pipe. These guys were GREAT. I had found out later Joe, our original plumber, did not work this job. He was scheduled somewhere else. This tells me B&B knows the importance of keeping jobs CLEAN!

After completing the work that day, my wife wrote the check. After going thru the invoice,  I thought they MAY have overcharged us for the work performed. I called B&B and spoke with Brian. Brian said he actually came by the job that day, saw what needed to be done. In speaking with him later, we discussed what the workers actually performed, the amount of time his workers were on the job and what I had done to get the job ready. Brian said he would re-evaluate our invoice. Brian had contacted me later and offered a partial refund for the effort performed. We had discussed the amount and both came to an agreement. It was an odd scenario since I believe I had helped out in doing part of the demo and actually how long the workers worked on our job. In the end, I was EXTREMELY happy with the work they performed, and what wound up being the final price. I received a check from B&B within the week!!!

If you're looking for a plumbing CONTRACTOR, I would highly recommend B&B. When I say CONTRACTOR, I mean just that. They MAY not be the cheapest, but they are NOT going to advertise in craigslist either. B&B is LEGIT. Don't trust your plumbing issues with someone who rents their snake or any other equipment. Plumbing issues can turn serious, and if you own your home, you want someone who is a professional and who knows how to do the work.

We had a leak in our main water line and we were able to get them out same morning before we left on vacation to take a look. They were very detailed and offered a better quote than another company in the area and provided a comfort level they were the right ones to do the job. It is clear the team cares about their customers. They scheduled us for the Monday after we returned and fixed our line in 1 day while others said it could take two days! We are very pleased with the service and will recommend them to others!

Esteban called and arrived on time we were given the hours between eight and 10 and he was around 830. He was clean and hospitable and explain what he needed to do. We were amazed at how he handled every little obstacle he encountered such as needing longer screws as we were having a new toilet installed. I was impressed he could pick up the whole toilet all by himself.  The seal he brought was too thin so he just doubled up. He cleaned up after the job and thanked us.  He also took old toilet and parts away. I highly recommend.

Our business dealt with multiple plumbers in the past - B&B were by far the best. They addressed the problem quickly, did the repair without interrupting our office workflow, and behaved with class and professionalism. They were reasonably priced as well. We will definitely use them in the future.

Our tenant woke up on his wedding day with no hot water. To add to the dire situation, his soon-to-be inlaws had flown into town and were planning to stay at the house for a couple days. B&B Plumbing responded quickly and worked into the night to get the hot water working for this new couple and their family. Thanks B&B.
