Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! Daniel and his his team is the only plumber I rely on, and I've been working with him for the good part of a decade. Tried others, but nobody is a thorough as he is and will never gouge you. Gas, water, troubleshooting, or extensions/construction, he is a complete pro for all of those situations. He is worth the wait if you don't have an emergency but will always prioritize you if you have one. Easy 5 star rating.

I called 5-6 vendors to install a quake gas shutoff valve and nobody wanted to take our small residential project. Denver didn't size it up - he just wanted to help. He came by, installed the device, explained how it worked and even recut and fixed the pipes which another vendor had positioned incorrectly. I forgot to keep the receipt to get my homeowner insurance discount... he delivered a copy to me later. Who does that? Seriously - Denver loves his work and takes pride. He's a problem solver and I even have him in my contacts list.  I feel so much safer knowing the gas will shut off in a quake and trust Denver's work.

They do great work at great prices! The plumber who was sent out was very friendly, great attitude and really knew what he was doing. He was awesome and very considerate at cleaning up his work space when he was done with the job which he took his time on, and didn't rush. Awesome job! Will definitely call you guys again!

Last winter, I found out sooner than expected that I had to replace my roof altogether when I had 4 major leaks throughout the house. With financial concerns and having in mind what the scope of the repair altogether would be, I reached out to Frank Londono Construction for an estimate. Frank quickly responded to my questions and was able to provide an estimate and time frame within days of my inquiry. We went over the contract together as well as the logistics of how long the project would be completed and materials. As they had begun removing the first layer of the roof, he discovered major structural damage and set out a couple of recommendations and options to move forward. Although the damage would raise the cost of the project, Frank did his best in keeping us within the estimated increase and was able to complete the project altogether within a week. Frank and team were professional and ensured that no debris was left over from the immense project of replacing my 1,900 sq. ft. roof! Overall, I am been very pleased with the results of the replacement of the roof and would highly recommend Frank and his team!

I initially requested a price review on Yelp and the owner Douglas responded to me quickly. He then quoted me a fair price and I proceeded to schedule the appointment for the next day first thing in the morning. Day of appointment Jason showed up early and ready to work. He was professional and came in and assessed the issue with my shower knob quickly and got right to work. He was done within 30 minutes and problem was solved. Jason also provided me with tips for the future to prepare for any more issues with the rest of my knobs in the home. I was very pleased and appreciative with the quality of work, price, and rapid response to my issue. I HIGHLY recommend On-Time for any household issues you may have in the future. Late writing this review.  About 2 weeks ago, we had a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention.   Red Tulip was able to come out in 2 Days...diagnose the issue...and fix it.  They were very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, and very neat.   We are very satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone that needs help with a plumbing issue.

I highly recommend Barbosa plumbing to do your plumbing work. I hired Luis to install a recessed gas valve for my new slide in gas range because of his knowledge and experience working with gas lines. He was very professional and responsive and I like the fact that he personally answers his calls. He and one of his workers promptly came on time 7am on New Year's Day Saturday!  They even took their shoes off before entering which was very considerate of them. Most importantly they did an excellent job in installing the valve and done in timely fashion. I would definitely hire him again.

We first contacted them when our toilets began bubbling and shower backed up. Benito came out the next day. We didn't know where our clean out valve was (previous owners mulched over it) but he found it, cleaned it out, and gave us free advice on other projects we had in mind.

A month later the toilet bubbling began again. This time, after cleaning out the picpe, Benito used a camera and discovered our sewer pipe had cracks and roots growing into it. Our house is old, so this not unexpected.

We contracted with him to replace the pipe which he completely handled, permits and all.

Fingers crossed we won't need to call him again soon, but if we have another plumbing issue, I won't hesitate to hire Benito again.

My mom found Ayala Plumber through a family friend. We also made other inquiries through other plumbers. However, they stood out because at the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and honest with their dealings. They came early, they did the job quick and efficient, with attention to detail. Highly recommend Joaquin and his team for an excellent job. Well done

We had three plumbers check our toilet effluent line, which connected with the shower, as it would backup at times.  The first ran a rooter, which he said located a break in the line outside the house in the yard where it didn't make sense -- but he was right.  We had another come to scope the line but he didn't bring a scope and thought it just needed to be rooted with a more industrial device.  After that failed, we tried to get it scoped but again the person did not show up.  Then I contacted Trenchless, which located the break by scope at around the same place the first guy located it.  However, it turned out the previous home owners had the line plumbed into a dead line that was capped and not on the city inspector's records.  Trenchless then replumbed it to the right line and we've been good so far.

They came out quickly hence the 1 star. Agreed to do work then ghosted us on the day we agreed upon. Had a contract that they never sent. No phone call. When we called their dispatch to find out what happened we never got return calls. Waited two weeks before posting this review to be fair. Seeking alternate vendor, i suggest you do too. Will not do business with them again.

I have used Magic Plumbing since 2008 when I took over the management of a mid size apartment building here in SF. The building is very old so I have needed their services often. Since I work in construction I am in contact with many different plumbing companies as well as tradesmen. Magic plumbing has been professional and reliable on all of their service calls. They have provided me with accurate estimates, they show up on time, and I can reach them 24/7.

I hired DrainPro to redo all the plumbing in our 105 year old house in the Oleander Neighbor during our recent remodel. They did an excellent job from start to finish.  They stayed right on budget which usually isn't the normal with the contractors I have used in the past. They explained everything to me so I could understand what was required and gave me a few options so I could see what best fit by budget. The job was completed on time and they even worked around my other contractors to complete the project. My project included replacing all the plumbing under our raised foundation, replacing all the plumbing to an upstairs bathroom, adding plumbing for a new shower, hooking up a 100 year old claw foot tub (which was quite difficult due to the parts being so old), disconnecting an old water heater tank and installing a new tankless water heater, and fixing my water pressure problem.  All through the project I was kept informed each time an issue popped up and they provided options to correcting the issue.  Their price was very reasonable, coming in lower than a few other bids I got.  But when you are replacing plumbing pipes quality work is more important than the lowest bidder.  They definitely do quality work.
