First off, Leo knows his stuff. The issue I hadn't wasn't quickly resolved. Suggestions were made to prevent this from happening. If any issues were to happen again, I'm requesting this man again.

If you run into a plumbing,gas pipeline problem, this is the guy to call. I've had a few occasions where I need it help on the spot and he was extremely responsive and efficient, great deals and service. I've used Chingons Drain for over 8 years now.

Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with. I asked him to help with a bunch of different projects at my condo and he was able to fix ALL of them in less than a few hours. His price was extremely reasonable and he didn't charge more for 1 little project that I realized when he was just about to leave. At the end of a very long work day, he still was willing to fix it!

The reason I contacted him was because of how helpful he was on a previous little project. I actually texted him a photo of what was happening with my faucet and he managed to help me through text only! He didn't charge me a dime, which shows his genuine desire to help and his commitment to forming good relationships. I insisted on paying a little bit and was able to send him a little $ for his time and energy.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Old house, old pipes,lots of plumbers. Called BP and they came exactly when they said they would. Don't you hate when they say between 8-12 and you're ready at 8 and they come at 11:55? I do! Anyhoo, they came within a two hour window as promised. They were friendly, courteous and insisted on cleaning up my floor when they were done. They worked until they figured out the problem and never gave up on my sludge! The price was more than fair and I will definately call them next time.

The pipe on our sprinkler system burst and we needed immediate assistance.   We reached out to Kody in the evening and he responded right away.  We sent him a photograph of the burst pipe and he was able to diagnose the issue prior to the visit.  He penciled us in for an appointment the following day and was able to replace the pipe with a higher quality copper pipe in less than 30 minutes.  He was very thorough in explaining what triggered the issue and how we might be able to mitigate any issues in the future.  He also identified and showed us additional flaws with our system that we called him back to replace a few days later.  We are very happy with the outcome and plan to call him for any future plumbing needs.  Thanks Kody!

Last week on a Friday, my wife called Valley Plumbing for a leak we had in our garage. They explained that due to the time in the late PM, they would have to charge us an Over Time rate. We decided to schedule them for Monday AM at straight time.
On Friday after work, I stopped the leak. We were all good, but forgot to call Valley Plumbing off for Monday. On schedule they showed up Monday AM. My wife explained the situation, and they left, and did not charge us any mobilization fee. I appreciate that. They could have charged us something for our error.

Our HVAC unit was due for a routine service inspection and we were not pleased with the last company that came out. We reached out to NEXGEN based on Yelp reviews and information on their website stating that the $88 inspection and tuneup was genuine and there would be no hidden costs. Our technician was Vincent and he was knowledgeable, insightful, efficient and friendly. Vincent patiently inspected our heating HVAC system, took photos of his work in progress and carefully explained what he found after his thorough assessment. Although there were several services that Vincent recommended, he was kind enough to prioritize which items needed more immediate attention. There was absolutely no pressure and all of the recommended services were included in the work summary and assessment along with the photos, which will allow my wife and I to discuss and work out a schedule for future service. We truly appreciate the service Vincent and NEXGEN provided to us and plan to make arrangements for future service. We enthusiastically recommend NEXGEN.

We have used A.T. Weber for our Alameda homes for many years.  Everything from replacing a well pump to garbage disposal repair to replacing hot and cold water pipes.
They have always done an outstanding job, for a reasonable price (even pointing out many things that could be done cheaper and giving us discounts on the changed work).  They are honest and dependable.  One of the best contractors I have dealt with on home repairs.

Found these guys on yelp when my regular plumber couldn't make it out to a  rental property to clear a drain. Not only did they come out same day and were early. They were $60-100 cheaper than the other quotes. $79 to clear my shower drain. Added bonus, they were kind!

Had a slab leak in our house.  Called 'The Leak Locator' and Cory came out to assess the issue and 2 days later came back to fix the problem for us.  He arrived right on time, was very courteous and professional.  Dug a hole in our living room floor (ugh,) and was finished within approximately 3 hours (he gave us a 2-4 hour window for job completion.)  He was very knowledgeable in his field and I will happily use his services again for any future needs.  He also cleaned up the area nicely as best he could before leaving and I believe his price was fair (he actually charged a little less than the original quote).  I definitely recommend him.

Andres and his team did a pretty good job in clearing the clog in the garbage disposal unit under the kitchen sink. It was super easy to schedule the appointment, showed up time and fixed and cleaned the place in no time. I would recommend Gator Rooter and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We had some drainage isssues with the the toilet that kept gurgling. We'll Andy came over diagnosed with a camera, the problem was roots in our sewer line outside of our home. He ended up installing a clean out in our planter and used a hydro jet machine which cut out the rest of the roots and gave a us a one year warranty for any clogs in the main. Now we are worry free. Was really hoping to write a positive review got my septic tank pumped $400 with no problem whole family very pleasant and helpful thought all was well then my shower was still backed up and told that happens when the septic tank was full fine got it snaked $75 let Alex know my pit was still filling up flowing down the street after being pumped at this point was informed there is no warranty on the work I had done and it's because I didn't want to spend an extra $150 for chemicals in the tank which I'm not understanding how a septic tank that takes normally takes  3 years to fill is filling after 1 week so I'm back to square 1 out of $475 and still having a swamp in my front yard not to mention the smell was hoping for a different more accommodating outcome being $475 is a lot of money in my life to still have the same problem I was hoping would be fixed as I paid for a service that obviously wasn't satisfactory

As to your response we can go back and forth with this but I know what was said at the time and Alex referred to the sludge at the bottom and chemicals for $150 would take care of that at no time was any mention of any major repairs needed but whatever statement makes you feel better about the situation  is fine with me as I know what you told me at the time  wish the outcome would've been better as I have no reason to lie I as I am the one who paid for the service in full  just hoping for a better outcome and resolution
