I have hired them for dozens of projects. I'm a property manager in the East Bay and SF and they've helped us renovate kitchens and bathrooms, replace water heaters, check house water supply, remove unused gas supply (safely). Small jobs like replace a faucet or valve; big jobs like re-piping stuff behind the walls. Always tidy, friendly, and good at explaining the current project as well as pointing out opportunities to improve plumbing to prevent future problems.

I typically don't call them for major emergencies, but I can usually get them out in a couple days for less urgent drips or new installations. We mostly text or call. Highly recommended.

Received my water bill and went up $150 from previous months. Called Raytek and they came right out. Darren found the leak and made the repair. Darren was very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

When my ceiling started leaking I was freaking out, I didn't know who to call at almost 9PM, I had heard of them through a friend and I'm so glad I found ICP! Called Adam on a referral from my neighbor.   Had a shower faucet that needed replacement.  Came right over, got the part number needed and had to order it.  Came back two days later, within half an hour, all fixed and running great.  Very personable guy, does all his own work.  If you're in a hurry, make sure he is available.  Will definitely keep his name and number.

My water heater was showing signs of age for a couple of weeks and finally it gave out on me on a Saturday Morning.  Shane is very knowledgeable and spent some quality time on the phone with me to help me figure out what the best option was for our family. 24 hours later,  I have a tankless water heater installed and we couldn't be happier!  Very professional and super clean install.

I called for an estimate and the plumbers showed up and quoted 800.00
to replace the drain fitting for a shower pan and then expected the 70.00
estimate fee. after I called the office and complained  the secretary Waived the fee I  think there should be a law against price gouging

This review is loooooong over due as Bay Area Drainage has done work for me 3 times on 3 different houses.
First job:  Very old home required french drain system be installed to divert water which had been intruding under the house causing massive settling problems.  Post construction, problem solved.  Side note, workers took great care with their work and equipment as to not disturb the existing landscaping (VERY big concern of mine).  The Owner, Wane, was prompt, professional and his bid was spot on.  Staff was courteous and professional as well.
Second house:  A call to Wane, big rain late at night!!!!  Water flowing out of the pool touching the house....  Wane come out next day said We will drill those patio drain holes a little bigger.  BIG problem, very inexpensive solution!!!!
Third house:  Similar problem, patio drain clogged, water nearing the house.  Called Wane he sent one of his guys with a camera system to assess......... roots.  Again a big problem and thanks to Wane, a small fix (snake).
