Garrett is very dependable. I called in to have two leaky shower cartridge valves and a toilet valve replaced and they were there the same day - within 3 hours. Used before, but now they seem too full of customers & themselves. Made an appt after leaving message for a person to return my call for 3 days ahead on the calendar. The day of the appointment, an hour before scheduled time, I received a recorded call saying something prevented their keeping the appointment and if I wanted to reschedule, I was to call them and reschedule another possible cancellation. They obviously have more customers than they need. So I called a competitor and had another plumber within 2 hours and not once dealt with a recording. I guess it depends on your definition of customer service. Jay

The technician ,John Lopez, was professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining everything that he was doing, and explaining what our options were as far as any recommended repairs.

Had him out for an estimate on some various jobs I needed done around the house. He was nice when he came out and sent me the estimate which I thought was very reasonable but when it came time to schedule anything. He did not respond back to any of my texts and basically ghosted me.

Fantastic Service! Reasonably Priced. David answered some of my questions over the phone, regarding a gas leak. The plumber he sent (I believe it was Jared) was on time. We didn't know where the gas leak was coming from. He checked and tested, even crawling under the house to find a carotid gas pipe. Then to my astonishment, a few weeks later, I received a check in the mail for a refund for over pay on sales tax. What company does that now a days?! So, let me add Honest to Reliable Plumbing. I will recommend this company to ALL my friends!

My furnace went out on a 30 degree night at 1am. I called another HVAC company in Elk Grove based on their Yelp reviews. In short, they tried to rip me off, saying all the parts on my 20 year old system are very expensive. I paid their diagnosis fee and sent them on their way. The next day I called Huft. I really wish I called them first. The man who made the appointment was very helpful and they fit me in the same day. The technician, Matt, showed up on time. Within 30 minutes he had a clear diagnosis of what the problem was and explained it to me very clearly. He was very honest and got my system up and running shortly after. I have 100% confidence in Huft and they will be the only company I call when it's time to replace my aging system. Thanks again!

I am writing this review for the other women out there. The technician made me feel very much less than and at the end called me
sweetheart.
I am a 40 year old woman not a child.
I sent an email to the owner and I felt very dismissed from that email. The owner missed the point. I am a capable woman who does not need to be treated or spoken to like I was born yesterday.
The way their technician spoke to me and treated me was very much less than. In the response the owner made excuses as to the intention of the plumber and stated As a professional plumber it is his responsibility to make sure you are aware of the complexities and potential risks involved in such tasks. I had already given the technician my resume of all I had done and that I was more than capable and I knew what I was doing. I also gave my full resume to the owner as well in my email. Which did not seem to matter and was never acknowledged by the technician or the owner.
Here is the last part of the email which seems very corporate and not personal at all.
Lastly, I want to address the use of the term sweetheart by ***** when he left. I want to assure you that was completely unacceptable. I sincerely apologize for any offense caused by this remark.
