Best Plumbing Services in California
It's about time we post a review about this company. Ramnar, the owner, installed our radiant heat almost 20 years ago before he even started his company. This is a wonderful cost efficient way to heat our large property (tile, wood and carpet floors) and it never failed us. We never have to think about it, the thermostats are set, there is no dust, no noise, it's just the best! We are thrilled that he now has his own company, he is the best we know, trustworthy and extremely skilled. We just make sure to service the system and water heater once a year this way we also get to see him and his crew and make sure everything keeps working properly. Absolute top notch, efficient, very nice and fair priced, wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!

Ryan showed up to fix a problem and was a consummate professional. Courteous, efficient, and helpful. They got out here fast, fixed the problem, and even gave me a first time customer discount that I didn't even ask for!

Im remodeling my bathroom and turning it into a master suit. That means I had to rearrange my shower, toilet and faucets. Fitzgerald plumbing came over took some measurements and had everything ready for installation the very next day. Service was great and the quote was half as much as another contractor. We are very pleased and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Fitzgerald Plumbing!!

John was terrific. He came to install two barroom faucets and was timely in his arrival and completed his work within the time he had estimated.
There was an unknown complication with the existing plumbing which he fixed for us at no charge. He is a likeable dude.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and Luis did a great job! We exchanged a few messages, I shared some pics of the existing faucet and he gave me a reasonable estimate. He was also able to schedule me in quickly. Communication was easy and I appreciated his text updates before he arrived. He brought all the tools he needed and got the faucet installed quickly. Very happy with the results and would absolutely use him again.

Andy's a great plumber for a range of tasks. I've asked him to do everything from move a bathroom vanity to replumb a previous renovation. His work is always top-notch, clean, and super courteous. And he always explains what he's doing so there are no surprises or questions. Definitely a go-to.

I needed a plumber to replace the main water pipe from the street (city source) to my house. I contacted 4 different plumbers. The first (one recommended here) advised me I had a bigger problem because I had to deal with the city first. The second wanted to charge a weekend fee because they don't do inspections on weekends. The third, the regional supervisor was supposed to call me back to arrange an inspection date. He never called back. Finally, I contacted Daniel's Plumbing. Jesus came over as scheduled. He evaluated the problem. He explained to me in detail the problem and thoroughly explained his recommendations. After consulting with his boss, they gave me as estimate which I felt was fair and reasonable. My main water pipe was replaced as scheduled. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. If I need a plumber in the future, I will definitely call Daniel's Plumbing and no one else!

They did an excellent job for me which included repiping my 1800 sq ft home with apex. They were timely, responsive, and did quality work. The work was done in January 2020. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Beware!!!
Avoid this plumbing company unless you like miscommunications, unresponsiveness, super superior attitudes at the office level and sky high prices.
On the positive side the reps who came to our house, Andres and Julian, were very nice. That's the extent of the nice in my experience with Mattucci.
Andres surveyed our issue and we agreed on a solution and how to repair and reroute a pipe. I was told they would either call with an estimate that night or email it to me the next day. Long story short, I finally got the estimate one week later and only after several calls on my part and being berated for not paying an open invoice which by the way I had never received. They finally send the phantom invoice for $250 via email and I was told ...they expected payment by the end of the day so I called, paid via credit card and waited for the estimate to be emailed. Still no estimate. The last call I made was from out of the country and luckily the operations manager answered the phone and he pulled up the estimate and emailed it right away. It had been sitting on their system and they obviously just wanted my $250 and were holding the estimate.
Their estimate was over $4,500 higher than the other estimate I received. The plumber I chose has sterling referrals from people I trust.

Handyman Heroes are truly life savers - thank you, Francisco and Ronnie! We have a tight laundry closet with a complicated setup, and our washer/dryer wasn't fitting properly after some recent plumbing work had been done. We had several contractors come out to see what could be done to better position our dryer vent hook-up, and most mentioned it would be too complicated or suggested we get a new machine instead. HH were the first ones to confidently say they could help us, and we couldn't be happier we found them. They were able to come out just days after our estimate, built us a custom dryer box solution for our small wall space, patched back up the room, and cleaned up afterwards, all within one day! Francisco and Ronnie were wonderful to work with, and we're so grateful to have a working laundry machine again!

I recently had an issue with a backed up sewer and called a few plumbers to make a determination as to what the problem was. My original estimate was that I required an additional clean-out installed and the price would be $1000 I did not think the original plumber was the right fit for the job and so was referred by a friend to Pipe Spy. At this point a few days had already gone by and I was desperate for a solution so when they told me the same prognosis I was relieved, HOWEVER their price was way too HIGH. I was shocked but also scared that I needed something bigger than originally anticipated and I did not have time for yet another estimate. Anyway, they came and did the work in a timely fashion basically they completed the job in four hours. However the price tag was and still is shocking to me as well as to anyone I have mentioned this to in relation to what they actually did for me that day.
They broke up a section of my driveway, dug a hole, installed a clean-out in the driveway and refilled the hole and replaced the cement at an outrageous price of about $1000/hour. Again the work was fine but the price was price gouging at its finest of a single scared female. yes, we do get scared when home repairs go awry.

These guys are great! Ruben knows what he's doing (I shoulda listened to him the first time when he said the dish disposal brand I owned was no good -- he managed to get it up and running for another six months, but it had a spectacular fail later, which he has since cleaned up for me.)
He had a trainee with him this time, named Ocean (great name!), and you could tell Ruben really knew what he was doing while training. Last time he did what he could to salvage an existing disposal unit (at my request since money was tight). Despite the plastic housing his fix held for another six months. At that time he also noticed and fixed a hazardous situation with the electricity connecting the disposal unit (installed by previous tenants). He also fixed an exterior garden hose leak and repaired a loose handle on a bathroom sink.
This time he installed a better disposal unit, cleared the clog caused by the old unit (now my kitchen smells much better), and installed a new set of pretty hardware on my tub/shower combo. The results were very neat and clean and look good, so they have an aesthetic sense/pride in work.

I had a leak in a pipe underground near the water main to my house. I was severely stressed about the situation, but I contacted John The Plumber and he sent one of his guys out and he found the leak and got it repaired. He was very professional and did a great job. He had to run into town to pick up a part for the repair and did not include the trip into town in the cost of the repair. It was very affordable and put my mind at ease. After the repair was completed he filled the hole back in and didn't leave a mess. I will definitely be using this company's services again, should I need them. Thank you so much.

Called because wall heater would not turn on at a apartment I manage, pilot light was fine but would not respond to thermostat. Joey called me back within 30 minutes, told him I tested the thermostat by connecting the wires and got no response from the heater. Gave Joey the age and make of the wall heater, described the problem and what I've done so far, he walks me through where to find the reset button which is hidden near the top of the heater because he is pretty sure it got tripped on a windy or stormy day as a safety precaution and to call him if this doesn't work. Saved me the service fee even though it could have been a very easy payday for him. Other jobs performed in the past were timely and fair.

Steven and his coworker were absolutely live savers. Not only did they come on a Sunday to replace my broken water heater, but they were as punctual as they said they would be. Their professionalism and quality of work were 100%.

Just don't. Yeah, you see their trucks everywhere so you think they must be good but they're not. There are so many other choices that have to be better. We used these guys for 20+ years when they actually were a locally owned company but that is no longer the case. We had 2 fairly major jobs performed by them in the last 8 months and this is not the same company they were. Nowhere close. I could go into great detail but really I have nothing to add that isn't already in many of the preceding reviews. Poor follow up, up selling unnecessary work, terrible communication, non-transparent pricing, etc. Don't be lazy like I was. Do a little extra legwork and find a better company.
