I had a clogged sink so I made an appointment with Elite plumbing. I ended up getting an appointment the same day and they even called to ask if I was home and came in early for the repair. Awais was wearing a mask and took safety precautions. Price was reasonable and service was great. No complaints...I would recommend them to anyone.

Jesse helped to repair a faucet that was leaking. He really went above and beyond to go buy a new faucet and get it repaired. It has been working great ever since! He is communicative and has always been on time. Highly recommend!

Luis is amazing! He came within 10 min after I called him. He went in to the crawl space to understand the layout and investigate the problem. Our house's pipes are really long with a lot of sharp turns. He had great tools to reach the hard to reach and deep pipes. Everything went so quickly and smoothly. Most importantly, he gave 60day warranty for the same issue, which provides me a lot of comfort.  He also has a great personality. Highly recommend!

Chris is absolutely awesome. He does a great job and always is available when I need him. I have been using him for the past year and half. We moved into a 1949 house and there are always plumbing issues unfortunately. He shows up on time and let's me know when he is on his way. He also communicates every step of the process and what needs to be done before and while he is doing it. Chris takes good care of us and I am not ever going to use a different plumber. He is a great guy besides being a great plumber. A+++

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

Really came in a pinch. Had an emergency leak from a shower and our usual guys couldn't make it.  Called the Plumbing Doctor and they managed to come in within the next few hours. Was super polite to my mom and explained to her the issues and his recommendations.

We used to have good service from them, but lately it has gone downhill. Most recently, our kitchen faucet broke. They came out, they said that they could replace it so we purchased a new faucet waiting for the serviceman. in addition, we had six other non-emergency items for them to work on. Rather than come out twice they rescheduled it for five days later to do the whole work order.

That was fine until this weekend when the faucet pipe burst. We left them a message, but they didn't call back until this morning.  (They don't have an after hours: emergency number).  When we complained about their lack of response this weekend and that we would need to start looking for an alternate  plumber, they canceled the service for tomorrow but didn't tell us they were canceling it until this evening. By that time it was too late to get another plumber out.

We are now without a working kitchen sink
for almost a week. Not good

Had an A/C installed and they were all very professional and quick.  They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves, all while I worked from home.

I had given him one star because he never showed up, but he finally sent a text telling me that he had been sick. I found someone else to do the job, so I never worked with him. I'll upgrade my review to three stars for getting back to me.

Wow, the only consistent thread is one disappointment after another with this company. They promise but don't deliver, are constantly late, typically 4 hours on 2 occasions, which is a problem when you have people in 2 other adjacent units also waiting for Gorsuch to access their units for common drain pipes. This repair job is running about one month, showers in 2 units are still unusable. Repairman showed up after noon (initially, an 8 AM appointment) and didn't even know the unit number, even though he'd been there several times in the last month.

Fantastic service. We had our home warranty send these guys out to fix a few things around the house. They were very efficient, professional, helpful, informative, and flexible. I definitely recommend them and if we have anymore plumbing issues will request American Home Shield send them again.

I am so happy I found this place (Don Miller & Sons Plumbing).  I am a true #DIY person love to fix stuff myself.  There is a ample parking lot great location easy in and out drive way.  I needed some toilet accessories to complete my bathroom redo omg and the price was fantastic.   The staff was very helpful and nice, I was also given a lot of merch to distribute to my red hat sisters If I need any additional items I most certainly will patronize this neighborhood establishment....
