Robert has done several jobs for my family so far this year around 6 or 7. He put my kitchen faucet for a fraction of what other plumbing company was going to charge me. Everything is done right and Robert is very fast and professional. He's got amazing customers service skills as well as plumbing skills he's very knowledgeable. I really like that I can call him or message him and he's very responsive. He also works with your budget and is very very flexible. Thank you Robert.

Don't even waste your time calling around!! I did, and Ivo had the best price I could find! Other plumbers quoted me anywhere from $125 to $200 for a clogged sink drain and one even assured me I WOULD NOT find a lower price. Ivo quoted me a $95 flat rate.
Ivo was able to make it to my house the same morning I called. In short he was AMAZING! Not only did he have a low flat rate but he is the sweetest person you could meet. He told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how I could keep from clogging my sink again. He didn't make me feel silly (when I should have after throwing chicken bones in the disposal accidentally :)
Not only was he fast and efficient, but I had the greatest conversation with him also! When we weren't chatting he actually whistled while he worked!! He was done in 30 minutes and even cleaned out my sink, floor, and under my sink where water was leaking.
So here is the icing on the cake. I was so impressed with Ivo I added a $15 tip to his check in honor of the Christmas spirit and to thank him for the awesome service. 1 minute after he left, my phone rang and he was calling from my driveway concerned because I overpaid. It wasn't until he ensured I meant to pay that amount and thanked me kindly that I heard his truck start up and drive off. If you want great service from a wonderful person who won't take advantage of you then please call Ivo. Let's put it this way. I've been using yelp for years and this is the first review I've been compelled to write!

We had a leak in the main water line going to our house, buried in our front yard somewhere.  Plumbing Care fixed it for us and I am very happy with their workmanship and the overall experience!  I thought the advice we got from Plumbing Care was the most on the nose compared with others who consulted.  Also, their price was reasonable.  Previous plumbing work I've had done here in the East Bay has been extremely expensive so I was glad to be working with Plumbing Care this time.  I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done!   Keith, one of their Field Supervisors, was particularly good to work with.  Allan did the actual work and he did a great job.  Best of all - the leak is fixed!

David is an outstanding plumber and is so prompt and fair.  I feel lucky to have found him.  I highly recommend him.

We had called out a HVAC place  to check our old unit out. We were told that the unit we had was the original one that was put on the house, when we moved in we were told it was new. The old unit had broken pipes, leaking gas into our attic or into the air. Was a dangerous situation.  We tried to get it fixed, replaced whatever right away. We ran into walls trying to get quotes to repair it
We called a few places in the area for quotes and timelines. Dustin from Comfort Now was like a breathe of fresh air. He was one of about 3 people we got quotes from. Not only was his quote reasonable, but his knowledge of HVAC needs and concerns was enlightening
I cannot recommend him and his team enough.  They installed our system on a Friday, it was triple digits that day. They were wonderful. They left hardly any evidence of them even being here   They had to repair and update the returns, so they had to cut a hole in our ceiling and fix things in our attic. The work they did was great, we were so happy to have an air conditioner after a miserable summer with one that wasn't even working at 50%  
They installed a Trane unit and thermostat, they had it done within the time frame they told us.  They gave us their plan of attack, they stuck to it, we are over the moon happy to report that our unit install was amazing. We would recommend the team at Comfort Now over and over and over and over

My water heater suddenly started spouting hot water outside, called Joy, he explained what might be wrong, came over and fixed the T&P valve next day. A very friendly and honest person. He will be my go to plumber..

B&B plumbing has stepped up to the plate and taken care of the problem that I had since they replaced the sewer line back in June 2017.  They worked with Jose Ochoa from City Tree management (great tree company if you need one) and resolved the problem.  I wish that B&B had taken my first calls seriously. This would never have escalated to my giving them a negative review. I have used B&B in the past and they have always given me good service.  Thank you and I will use B&B again as needed.

Our main sewer line got clogged on the 4th of July at 5pm. H & M Plumbing answered our emergency call, coming over within an hour. John was polite over the phone and even called back to say his son will be over in 20 minutes. Mike showed up within quoted time and snaked our drain and got us flowing again. He was very professional even on a holiday when he should have been home bbqing with his family.
5 star service at a reasonable price. They have a customer for life!

Top notch service at a great price! Ed responded to our service request promptly and was able to come out the same day. Communication was fantastic from start to finish and even let us know that he was on the way to arrive early. He was able to get the parts and let us know his progress every step of the way. Would highly recommended him for your handyman needs and electrical work.

Too bad he was rude when I simply made a call to his business   We needed a plumber, found his business on Yelp. My suggestion to the owner, regardless if you are too busy, are having a bad day or, if you don't want to work during a certain time, politely let people know that you are not available. Referrals and recommendations are key to every business. You won't get one from us.

Mac's is the only plumber we use. They are prompt, reasonably priced and honest as they come. We have a high tech tankless water heater that requires experience as well as training. Steve not only fixed the tankless heater problem in a few minutes but showed me how to perform periodic maintenance to keep the system tip top all for a very reasonable service charge, considerably less than others I called. You can trust Mac and the crew!! We sure do!!

All Trades updated our kitchen lighting as well installed an ice box for our refrigerator. The owner came out and gave an estimate, we scheduled the remodel with them and they committed to the date they promised. They were very professional and very good. This was done about 3 months ago and I honestly thought I already reviewed. I would highly recommend.

Good people who give good estimates and standby them. They have completed several projects- always on time and on budget. In one instance, they were almost half the estimate of another plumber AND Pacific later came back with a lower cost suggestion they thought would work better than the original plan. I really like these people and the work they do.

Do not hire this company.  We did a remodel and our contractor used this company.  First they didn't cap off a pipe and caused a leak in our ceiling, then they dented our refrigerator moving it back in, they reversed the hot and cold on our washing machine hook up, they left a piece of plastic in the garbage disposal when hooking it up that made us think something was wrong with the disposal, and the worst was hooking up my gas stove and not checking for leaks.  Thankfully we discovered it before it blew up my house because it was leaking gas!

When you need service and can request a technician, ask for Lance.  We have had other a/c companies out to repair a serious issues with our central air and received different responses using our home warranty, not none resolved.  Lance came out and resolved three years ago and continues to resolve issues and ensure our units (two) run great.
