I had a pipe crack and had to shut off the main water to the house. I called Robert Saturday evening and he was at my house Sunday at 8:00am.
Very nice and very knowledgeable. Got everything fixed and water back on in little time. He is affordable and honest. I highly recommend him!!

Robert has done several jobs for my family so far this year around 6 or 7. He put my kitchen faucet for a fraction of what other plumbing company was going to charge me. Everything is done right and Robert is very fast and professional. He's got amazing customers service skills as well as plumbing skills he's very knowledgeable. I had a licensed plumber come out to my home to fix a leak that was found behind the shower wall (older home with steel pipes). Plumber was supposed to remove the old pipes and replace with new updated pipes. But instead, he said a repair would be fine. Not long after the repair, water found it's way to the wall again. I contacted Robert and he later came out to my home to see the job. My job was scheduled that week and he was able to get the job done correctly. Robert was on time, professional, but most of all, experienced in his profession. Definitely keeping Robert's number.

I went all agro trying to get an old toilet seat of of my old toilet, and cracked the bowl. It was hard to pick a plumber. I'm new to the area and clueless. I talked with a few and Robert was the most responsive and friendly. He texted me and offered to go to Lowe's with me to pick up the toilet. I had it shipped instead and it arrived early. He installed it the next day. He is friendly, professional, and left the space clean and dry. I will use him for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Robert responded to my project request through Yelp very quickly and gave me a quote right off the bat. He also said he could help me that same day!

He was at my place within a half hour (it did help that I live in West Sac also) and quickly went to work on my issue (dishwasher leaking from hoses that run through the cabinet). He was very friendly and kept me updated on the process.

He replaced the plastic hose that had a hole in it and let me know it could have been caused by normal wear or rodent activity. He also added an extender to the steel hose. In the midst, he also discovered a leaky valve under our sink and just charged for the part to fix that.

The total was $320, which I felt was fair...I called other places and they either couldn't give me a quote until they were able to see and diagnose the issue and many of them couldn't come out for a few days/weeks. I also spoke to another plumber that said he charges $130 per hour just for labor!

I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs- especially if you are in the West Sacramento area.

Lastly he also noticed our main water valve was leaking and let me know that that would be a pricier project and gave me a rough estimate so that I would know what to expect if I decide to go that route.

Robert did some repair work on the toilet in my master bathroom. He responded promptly to my initial contact and was available right away to do the work. He arrived on time, priced the job and completed it in timely fashion. His work was excellent. The toilet is now working perfect. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call him again if I need any plumbing or handyman work again.  I will also recommend him to any of my friends who may need any help as well. If you need some some work done, definitely give him a call.

When Robert saw, after fifteen minutes of staring at various pipes and fittings, that I had no idea what to do, he asked if he could help. Holding onto a stack of PVC pipe in a cart, he listened patiently, and then discussed possible solutions. He offered to come out to the house on a Sunday to have a look if things didn't work out...but they did. The solution he asked me to try fixed the issue, and saved me money that otherwise would have gone into his pocket. Robert will now be first on my list of plumbers to call, when another plumbing issue happens!

Robert came over and installed my dishwasher. It was a harder than normal job because the opening was rather on the small side. He was efficient, personable and fairly priced.  I would hire him again if the need arose.

I've been meaning to leave this review but it's been quite the busy month from the start! July 2nd ... we were preparing for my sons birthday party-- An hour before the party was going to start our toilets decided to start having plumbing issues, then our shower started to fill and not drain, as if preparing for a party isn't stressful enough, and we know our guests are going to arrive within 45 mins to an hour, we had no idea what to do other than possibly have to call off the party... thanks to Yelp.. that's when ROBERT'S PLUMBING came into play, I had called multiple places and Roberts plumbing came to the rescue they told us they would be to us within the hour, as we explained what was going on, Robert could already identify what possibly could be the problem, over the phone!
When they arrived, they got right to it!
They were immediate, very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, very affordable and handled business within minutes! We are so grateful for their services, they didn't take anymore than 30-40 mins! 10/10 highly recommend, hopefully we won't need their services for awhile but if we ever do we know who to call!

I recommend him for almost all your household needs. From plumbing to tree stump removal

I'm posting this review as a look out for other vulnerable customers. I called this person Robert. He is not licensed. Even with that I consulted him for a broken faucet cartridge. He wanted to come out to look at it to quote. I opted no. That I needed a quote by phone (like most do a general quote). He wanted a photo sent. I sent the photo. He called left a voicemail quoting me a minimum of $420 upwards to $740  to change a cartridge and drain my water. This is because a max a handyman which is truly what he is can charge is $750 by law. Beware! My dad luckily was able to fix this for the price of a cartridge. My usual licensed plumber who wasn't available quoted $300 total for this type of repair. To call himself a plumber as advertised and he isn't licensed (mind you a small repair like this a handyman can do) is not a way to advertise business. Until your licenses is received you should clearly state your a handyman. And that's highway robbery to quote $420-740 for a cartridge repair. See screen shot of his voicemail transcribed quote.

I need a water heater replaced. I heard lots of good things about a particular brand. I called several plumbers and water heater replacement businesses. Robert's Plumbing happened to recommend an excellent brand and suggested we get it from a plumbing supply place rather than Home Depot. That's exactly what I had read numerous times. Robert gave me a reasonable price for the labor and I paid for the materials.

Robert was considerate and careful not to mess up the house or scratch the walls. He's clearly done hundreds and hundreds of water heaters. He was a one-man operation for my job. Next time I need a plumber I am definitely going to call Robert.
