After graduating from Fresno State in 2008 and getting a degree in communication and environmental control technologies I wanted to start a business in Visalia to secure a future for my family and to help out our community. I wanted to do HVAC because of my family background and the high demand for conditioned air in the valley. I used their services through Home Depot and was very pleased with my service. I have had my AC unit for 4 years (brand new when I bought my house) so I figured it was due for a tune up. Patrick was my technician and very professional and polite. Setting up an appt was easy and they were always in contact with any changes and also called with a reminder of my appt. would definitely use them again!!! Good pricing too. Not pushy about adding anything else on.

called comfort now because my heater wasn't working  the guy came got on my roof and said the limit switch and tripped and said he reset it that was all it needed and also recommended me replacing the unit because it was older with a quote of 26 thousand dollars . I said I will think about it .

15 mintuse after he left the heater went back out .
called Canby's ac in Tulare and they said limit had tripped again turns out it tripped due to a dirty filter that  comfort now guy just didn't even bother to check .
asked Canby's to give me a quote for the unit to compare quotes and they gave me one for 10500 with all new duct work I gave them the job .

if you miss a filter which should of been the first thing that comfort now should have checked... I can't imagine what they would have missed on installing a unit .  will never use comfort now again.

My heating unit was acting up. Heat would not turn on when needed. I called Comfort Now and Rene a technician was sent. Upon inspecting the unit he said he found the problem. It needed a new part. He replaced part and left while unit was on. The following day the unit was not working again. I place another call and the same technician arrived. He reinspected the unit and sain he misdiagnosed the first time, and needed to replace another part. Its winter and being diabetic I get cold easy so I paid to replace another part again. It would have to be ordered and I was told it would take 2 days. After a week passed I called for status on part. The dispatcher said it arrived but no one informed her. This company charges excessively for parts and service. I got the impression these techs work on commission sales on parts and service.

We have been working with Comfort Air for a few years. Would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.Spencer was great today with just one problem he did say we didn't have a hard start on our AC system which was put on just a couple of months back. But other than that he did a great job and he was very helpful. Would definitely recommend you call if you service.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our air conditioner went out on Saturday evening so we put in an emergency call to the property mgmt company and they showed up yesterday, installed a needed part now the house is comfortable. The tech was very professional. Thanks again you guys are awesome!!!!!

Well, we needed to replace our A/C and we chose Comfort Now. It was pricey but they promised to do a lot of things like cutting our electricity usage in half, replacing the ducts, adding more insulation, replacing vents.

After 4 days of them working, they told us they were done. As they tried to leave we pointed out that a couple of the old vents were hanging out of the ceiling. They didn't show us how to turn the unit on or how to adjust the thermostat. Then pieces of insulation started to fall from the old ducts. Our water heater didn't work and the house wasn't getting cool.

A quality control man came out to fix the problems  we were finding. Like they cracked the stucco on our house. He inspected the system and found stuff the crew didn't do well or at all. They left the old vents open so the hot air was coming into the house. They left some places without insulation so condensation could collect and drip on our ceiling. They didn't connect one piece of equipment to another so we aren't getting full use.

The more this man tried to repair the flaws the more stuff he found. He said he was going to share lol the pix he took and would have the company fix things.

At this time I would NOT recommend Comfort Now to anyone who needs an A/C unit for their home. Too expensive for such a shoddy job. Maybe I'll change my mind if they correct everything. But I'm sooo disappointed.

They came 45 minutes late for our appointment but the information was good.  4 different levels of estimates was given.  John was very professional, however the estimate was huge.  I will keep looking

We had called out a HVAC place  to check our old unit out. We were told that the unit we had was the original one that was put on the house, when we moved in we were told it was new. The old unit had broken pipes, leaking gas into our attic or into the air. Was a dangerous situation.  We tried to get it fixed, replaced whatever right away. We ran into walls trying to get quotes to repair it
We called a few places in the area for quotes and timelines. Dustin from Comfort Now was like a breathe of fresh air. He was one of about 3 people we got quotes from. Not only was his quote reasonable, but his knowledge of HVAC needs and concerns was enlightening
I cannot recommend him and his team enough.  They installed our system on a Friday, it was triple digits that day. They were wonderful. They left hardly any evidence of them even being here   They had to repair and update the returns, so they had to cut a hole in our ceiling and fix things in our attic. The work they did was great, we were so happy to have an air conditioner after a miserable summer with one that wasn't even working at 50%  
They installed a Trane unit and thermostat, they had it done within the time frame they told us.  They gave us their plan of attack, they stuck to it, we are over the moon happy to report that our unit install was amazing. We would recommend the team at Comfort Now over and over and over and over

When my management company said it would take 4 days for their contracted company to fix the AC in my rental property, I went to Yelp and called these guys, mainly based on the positive reviews. They came the next day, on-time, and quickly (15 minutes) fixed the unit at a very reasonable price. The service guy (Nate) was very friendly and I will not hesitate to use them again. Only complaint is that they show a Yelp deal here, but the person on the phone seemed to have no idea about it. Thanks guys, and I'll see you next time!

Extremely overpriced had to pay 90 dollars for them to write me up an extremely high bid of $1,500 bucks for a blower motor that went out, a blower motor that cost 100-200 dollars, had another company come do it for a fraction of the cost. Wouldn't recommend this company I figured they would cut us some slack considering we've done tons of buisness with this company.

Do NOT use this dishonest company.

I had AC problems over the summer, the tech determined that the capacitor had to be replaced as a temporary fix, but eventually the entire unit had to be replaced. Being a reputable company I made the mistake on trusting their diagnosis. I decided to not replace the unit over the summer and wait until the winter in hopes of getting a better deal.

I had another company look into the unit. To my surprise, I was informed the unit was just low in refrigerant and does NOT have to be replaced. The problem has been solved without replacing the entire unit.

Stay away from this company.

WOW! A year ago this company came out to service a AC unit. At the time they advised me that AC needed a coolants, cleaning, blower fix at a total of $3k. At the time they also said that it came with a warranty and that we should be good for at least a couple years. Fast forward not even a year later and having the same issues. I of course bring them back out as they seemed professional and quick like the last time. This time they advised that coolant was low again and that the unit needed 6k worth of service even on with some of that work being on parts they had repaired. When I asked about the warranty they explained that they would give me a 1k discount on the work. At this point I spoke with a supervisor, she then tells me that what I really need is a whole new unit as my unit is old. I explained that I was upset that if this was the real case then why not just tell me a year ago instead of putting a bandied on it. I then got told that I needed to spend 13k for a new unit replacement.... (frame of reference I'm having a whole AC and furnace installed near Bakersfield hour away for 16k.) I asked why it was so much and there was not explanation. At this point I called around and got a well recommended HVAC person to come take a look. What he found was that our airfilter was dirty and needed to swapped out..... I have attached a pic... So this lead me to believe that the tech didn't even check the basics and then they assumed that since my AC unit was older that they could bait and switch me to sell me on a new unit. I cant say if they work they did back in august was real work or not. All I can say is they they are good at sales and convincing the regular joe that they need more. Do your due diligence and get more than one opinion. I was also contacted about my experience with them by a manager and I was told that they would investigate and follow up within 48 hours.... its been over a month.... I gave them a chance and never again.

Comfort Now installed my new AC unit. I have difficulty trusting AC companies, having had overcharged and lied to by more than one, and wasn't thrilled to be told by the CN Sales Rep a quieter unit would cost $2,000 more. I was also told, in order to get a $750 rebate for a qualifying energy star unit, I would end up paying another extra $2,000 (didn't do that). Was not overly happy with the installation crew, since they did not go out of their way to tell me anything they were doing. So, 6 months later, I am happy with the performance of the new unit (even though it's still noisy AF with the compressor located literally 3 feet from my head when I'm laying in bed (not their fault, gotta blame Centex for that genius design plan). ANYWAY, the bottom line is I feel I can trust this company, and that is a big deal for me. The service techs which came out after the installation were way better at answering my questions than the installation guys. Now if I could only figure out how to keep the noise level down, without spending a zillion $'s on soundproofing. So far, the only answer I have is Ambien.

Israel came over today and repaired my AC same day! They were honest and not pushy like other people I have encountered. I really appreciated that he took his time taking a look at all of the equipment to pin point what the issue with my unit was.

The initial contact was very positive and pleasant. They were able to give me an appointment within a few days. Someone stayed in contact with me between my call and appointment to confirm my appointment, name and picture of the person that would be coming. The representative called to let me know where he was and that he was on his way. The Comfort representative was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and approximately how long the visit would last. He wore a mask while in the house and covered his shoes so he didn't track dirt. He wore a picture ID that matched the picture that had been sent to me via text. Representative took picture on the roof and in the attic so when talking to me and explaining what he found I could see it for myself via his pictures. He explained in detail what Comfort Now could offer me, what my options were and the cost. I was offered multiple opportunities to ask clarifying questions. He was very patient with all my queries but answered each question in great detail and in language I could understand.

The week between the initial contact and the day of installation someone from the office stayed in close contact with me via phone and text.

Day of installation I was sent the name of the team leader and reconfirmed time of arrival. The team arrived at the appointed time introduced themselves reviewed with me what they were going to do and how long it would take. All personnel were very friendly and polite. The whole time they were here they let me updated on their progress. When the work was complete they reviewed what they had done, showed me pictures of the completed project and cleaned up the yard and vacuumed inside the house. They left my yard and house cleaner than when they arrived.

They remained in close contact between installation and inspection of completed work.

The surprise thank you gift was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend you give them a call, you won't be sorry!

I've used this service for years. They are reliable and professional. They come on time and have helped with issues I've had over the years. I highly recommend there service plan where they come out 2 times a year to check the system. It gives me peace of mind.

Very crooked!!!  Do not use!!!  Call anyone else!

1. Comfort Now lied to me about my $50 part being under warranty (it was, and I asked them).  They charged me for new part and took old part so they can submit it under warranty and have new part sent to them.  They're essentially paid twice for the same part.
The technician kept urging me to buy a $5500 compressor to replace mine that still worked!!  (I'm a woman, by the way.  No knowledge of AC units.). Technician wanted to refill my Freon for $1880.  This service call was only a $50 part replacement.  Comfort Air basically wanted to make over $7,000 off my $50 part replacement service call!!
2.  Technician and their office staff wouldn't give me their hourly rate. Charged me $464 for a $50 part, which means they charged $410 for an hours work.  I didn't know all this until I made calls later.  
3.  Grants and Arctic Air told me later they only would've charged $175 (Grants) and $225 (Arctic Air) , and would've given me credit for the $50 part.
4.  Contacted Ferguson HVAC Supplies and Trane AC unit manufacturer.  Confirmed I had warranty afterwards and Comfort Now handled this improperly.
5.  I'm submitting this to the State of CA Licensing Board.  Comfort Now is also dishonest in hiding their hourly rates and parts costs, and in telling customers the part and hourly rate are one flat rate with no itemization.  I called their office and gave manager 2 days to contact me and make this right.  They haven't!

Had a new Wi-Fi thermostat installed by Dustin and Brian from comfort now. I received a text from them 15 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. They were prompt and on time. Very knowledgeable and polite. Definitely will contact them for any heating or cooling needs in the future. Also the quote was far less than their competitors. Brandon came out to fix a job that another company botched and did a tremendous job! He took his time with the system and didn't rush the work at all. He took plenty of pictures, found leaks that the other company didn't find, solved the issue of why the system wasn't working. Not only that, but he was fun to chat with too.

My A/C was blowing out warm air so I contacted Comfort Now to have it diagnosed. A technician came out, and after about 30 mins of looking at the unit, he informed me the issue was with the condenser fan. He quoted me $1651 to replace it. I was reluctant due to my A/C unit being 15 years old, however decided to move forward. After replacing the fan, it was still blowing out warm air. The tech then told me I needed a new breaker and gave me a new quote of $2300. I was able to get him to drop the cost of the breaker (which was an outrageous $650), and allowed him to continue with the work. After replacing the breaker, my A/C was still not working. Turns out my unit had a grounded compressor. How he was not able to diagnose this initially I don't understand, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. What I could not believe is he still wanted to charge me for replacing the condenser fan. Seriously??? He misdiagnosed the issue. Had he told me upfront it was the compressor, obviously there would have been no need to replace the fan as it would make more sense to have a new unit installed! Of course I did not pay, and the tech walked away and very rudely said, Good luck. The entire situation could have been handled much differently. Due to the shady and unprofessional service I received, I will never use this company again.

Great service from installers. Concerns are now popping up with getting the last few things finished including some billing issues. I can't give a proper review until all is resolved. When I was replacing my complete units they were very attentive. 5 mos later I'm 7having some issues with my AC unit and  for about a week, they've kept putting me off stating they don't have an appointment to schedule me. I'm considered a warranty issue so that is not as important as a new purchase appointment. Also, to date I've been very patient with a replacement of my panels that they dented and tried to hide from meand have not replaced.

Not sure if our Air Conditioner was in need of a replacement or what I decided to call Comfort Now Air after having friends of ours recommend them due to the great customer service they received from Comfort Now and their employees.  Nat came out and immediately recognized the problem and fixed it!!!!!!!!  What great service and just genuinely nice person.  Thanks so much!  What I feared would cost $1,000.00's of dollars was just a few hundred we are stoked to say the least.

Good quick service.  Called at 10:00 am and got appointment. for 1 pm. Tech called a few minutes after 1 to let me know he was running late (15 min).  Fixed quick. Fair price. He let me know a concern he had with the compressor, but did not try to push a sale.

My heater was on the fritz and I had no idea why.... I called up these guys in the late morning and within a few hours, and right on time, a friendly tech named Brandon came by to help me out.

I know nada about HVAC and had no clue what was wrong with the system; only that I'm freezing in the mornings as of late..

Up to the roof went Brandon, opened up the unit - and within minutes he asked me if I had recently put on a new thermostat in the house and I told him yes. He quickly knew it was a thermostat issue and not an issue with the unit! He gave me the option; he could change the wires himself for an additional fee or explain to me how to do it myself and only be charged for the protocol home visit fee. He explained the correct positioning of the wiring so as I could save the extra fee and fix the problem myself. Within minutes of him driving off, I switched the wiring to the correct positions on my thermostat and bam; Let there be heat! Problem solved.

This is a completely trustworthy company with employees that care about their customers! I will absolutely give my business to them in the future - you should too!

Also something to consider, they are partnered with some local Lowe's stores for their customer's HVAC needs. And needless to say, that speaks volumes.

We would recommend Comfort Now. The tech came and serviced are ac. He recommend a fan cleaning and replacing the thermostat wires for new thermostat. They had problems with pulling wires, refunded money but still got new thermostat working. Had issues with fan came back next day and fixed fan and got everything running great. Are tech's were Spencer, Jose, Chris. I would like to thank them all for there great work.

We lost our A/C Friday evening when it was 107 outside.  We called Comfort Now that night to their 24/7. Of course they are swamped with this heat wave.
This morning (Sunday) at 8:00 am, Spencer Dias was here, smiling, very personable and extremely knowledgeable!! We told him was was happening and he knew exactly what our issue was. Immediately got to work and got our issue fixed.  Yesterday our house was 89 degrees INSIDE!! Thank you thank you Spencer!!! We are now at a sweet 75 degrees inside. Everyone (us and the pets) are happy and cool.

The techs are very thorough and really go through the whole machine to find what is wrong with it. Then they send you pictures of what everything looks like and explain everything they did. They also go over things to look out for and also maintenance schedules for changing filters to getting regular tunes ups. They really care about the customer and want you to be informed. Our tech was Polo and he really did a great job.

We had our heating and air conditioning go out and tried to contact a few different repair companies with many unable to come out for weeks or not even get back to us. We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house.

Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing.

We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. We are pleased, have heat and we're going to be calling Comfort Now for all of our service needs. Thank you Daniel and Israel!

The only reason we even gave 2 stars, was because of the professional attitude of our Service guy, Edwin! He was great and professional. But for $89, literally nothing was done but looking at it, and then your hit with an OUT OF THIS WORLD PRICE LIST for all sorts of stuff from the slightest band aid repair(over$1200 to total replacement!(Well over $5000) So yeah, The whole experience felt very used car sale-ish. You sign up for an $89 Tune up(which again nothing was tuned up), and are presented with thousands of dollars in fixes, like a shell game! We were shocked.

Our first review was a five as we were delighted with everything, the staff are prompt, courteous, and eager to make happy customers. When we had a technician come out to address some concerns we have been experiencing this was still the case. Brandon was on time, listened well and conducted a thorough investigation, even discovering a manufacturer's defect which could have resulted in ceiling damage from the condensate. The company deserves a five star rating but for what we have paid we are a little disappointed in the Daikin, middle of the line up, brand we purchased. We also upgraded to a two phase system and the  air cleaner system. After eight months of use there is at least as much dust now in our home as before. As for paying extra for a two phase system, we were told the two phase system is quieter and saves energy, the air volume when the second phase kicks in is loud and overly forceful especially this winter using the heater.  There also is a slight but steady vibration in the walls when the unit is running which we are not certain if this is an install or manufacturer defect. While he was out Brandon made various adjustments and told us all we had to do was give them a call and he would come out to tweak things a bit more. Brandon gets five stars but. The heating and cooling systems work well but we are worried whether we made the right decision choosing the Daikin and the upgrades.

I would like people to know that they only care when you are a new customer or they know they are going to get money. They cancel appointments or change them when the service person had given you a specific time. They called to reschedule an maintenance appointment again and this time it was a month out. I would not recommend Comfort Now.

Called Comfort Now for our check up. We got in sooner than originally planned. Rene came and serviced our unit and educated us in an extremely positive way, ok-so it will cost us too-but we now know that our unit isn't getting enough air in the in-flow. Rene was a pleasure to talk with before, during, and after the check up. His educating us enlightened both my husband and I, although my husband is very mechanical in lots of ways, just not in air conditioning. We hope all Dustin's employees are as courteous and knowledgeable about cooling/heating units as Rene. Rene took pictures and showed them to us so we could see what he was talking about and explained in lay-man's terms so that I could also understand what the main issue was with our air conditioner. We are hoping Rene is the one that comes to do the work we need done and also does the heating tune-up in September. What a great worker, since I don't know what other term to use, Rene was with and for us.

I hired comfort now as a Lowes installer for my roof mounted ac unit. Total cost for a 3 ton AC unit came out to $11,000. When everything was said and done, I got a jew ac unit, but overall, I'm not pleased with what I received. And the followup service.

So, starting with the installation. I found out the unit itself only cost $5,000, so that means that I paid $6,000 for the installation. Even after permits and crane rental, that's way too much for an AC unit installation, but I didn't know enough back then.

When it came to testing the unit, the installers managed to break the paint around every single AC register. As a first time homeowner, I've learned a lot since they installed my unit last year, including knowing that you're supposed to cut the paint around the register to prevent this exact thing. That's absolutely shameful.

Now, here's the fun part. I have a 3 year warranty on the unit and the installation. I had an issue where I needed to call the company because my AC WASN'T BLOWING COLD. I replace filters monthly or less, due to the high dust around here, but it turned out that my filter was clogged. I found this out myself. When I made a service call, I was told I'd hear back shortly. I didn't get a follow up for 3 DAYS and never even had a technician come to inspect the function of the unit.

In the end, here's my take.

Comfort now is:
Severely overpriced
Poorly trained
Negligent towards customers

I would 100% never recomend this company, unless you're looking to finance repairs. In the end, I'm absolutely disgusted  with the service that I've received.

Very disappointed in this company. They came in on Thursday to check our unit- coil was defective & they were to look for a replacement part. Saturday came & a Jennifer called to ask if we wanted to order the part- my mom gave them the go ahead. Today is Monday- my dad had to call to follow up regarding the part. I was told Jennifer would call back as she was on the other line. She called to say part still wasn't in & my dad asked if they can loan us a portable AC which she said they will. My dad stayed home until he had to pick me up at 6pm. No one called him to confirm if the would be coming. 6:19 pm, I got a notification that our doorbell was rang. I checked the camera when I got to the car & there was Brandon ringing the bell. My dad dialed the number, handed me the phone & drove back home. I spoke with Jennifer again- she insisted she told my dad that Brandon will be coming but NEVER specified a time NOR CALLED TO CONFIRM ARRIVAL of service personnel. We got home 6:31 and the personnel is gone. Now we have to go another day without AC. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They need to coordinate with customers.

I used this company for my annual Airconditioning/heater annual maintenance. My unit was working I just had them come for a routine maintenance check. I was then told that I needed about $4000 worth of work done. I felt that that could not be correct so I got a second opinion. That company came out the next day and checked my unit over and it ended up I needed a $45 part. Also my unit is only eight years old. I would never recommend this company nor would I ever trust them to do work on my unit.

We have used this company multiple times and have never been disappointed! The employees are professional and knowledgable. They also don't gouge their customer's pocket books. The receptionists are polite and always help me with what I need. I would recommend their services to everyone. Oh, and I forgot to add that they wear bootie things over their shoes when they come into your house, which scored points with me.

I wanted to have my HVAC serviced through Home Depot, and they along with Lowe's use Comfort Now. The man was clean and punctual, very pleasant and seemed professional. After inspection he concluded my HVAC had a leaking coil and I had lost half of my freon, he said a lot was covered and I would only have to pay $3000 out of pocket to them.

I decided to get a second opinion. They reported I had all of my Freon, there were no leaks and my HVAC was in great shape. They also stated that my system was a 2016 and all parts and labor were covered, but my HVAC was in great shape.

As it turns out the owner came and I went on the roof, he showed me the leak. And explained everything. He also told me that the parts are warranted, and could not have been nicer to deal with. My faith is renewed in humanity.

Our A/C unit was short cycling and the house was super hot a few days ago. Luis came out in 104 degree temperature and got the unit serviced and up and running. A couple of days later, the unit started doing the same thing. Luis came back out and replaced the Compressor Fan and once again the unit was up and running. So far so good!! Thank you Luis for doing an Outstanding job! There should be more technicians like you out there!!

Dustin Miller is the owner of Comfort Now. He is an HVAC professional who has the technical skill and college degree to back it up. He will explain in detail how to get the maximum energy output for your dollar. His crews are polite and professional. They do an excellent install job using the best materials. They clean up after they are done leaving no mess. They use HERS testing which is a state of the art system used to determine energy requirements and to do follow-up testing. A great company to do business with. Highly recommended - Jim Twamley

These guys were great. Ran into a situation with ice freezing on my cables outside my HVAC unit (as well as condensation water dripping in/around my blower on the inside fan/ducting area) which was resulting in no air getting through the system.

They diagnosed a blockage due to filthy coils. That particular part infuriated me as I had paid for a cleaning from a different service less than 2 years ago (around $400!!) and have been regularly changing filters. The tech told me nobody had cleaned those coils in a VERY long time. Very reasonable pricing (far less than the previous guys charged to clear the coils) and that included a new digital thermometer with programmable options (as opposed to one of the old traditional analog ones).

Highly recommend these guys for any A/C issues you might run into. =)

We recently had both air conditioners/ heaters replaced through Comfort Now. They are wonderful to work with and prices are comparable.  Their customer service wonderful! You will get texts with a picture of the tech that is on the way to your house! If you make an appointment, they will text to confirm that what you had set up is correct!  They bend over backwards to make you happy!  I highly recommend them when you need new units or need to have your units serviced!!

Waited 1 week for service on my air conditioning unit for them to change my appointment the day before due to an emergency like mine wasn't when the unit has been blowing hot air and my tenant had to stay at a hotel for the week. I thought I explained that to the gal I spoke with but I guess it wasn't relayed and was put down as servicing call and not a diagnostic. I did want service but I also wanted it looked at and fixed. Luckily I was able to get in with a smaller company for the same day and time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service!!! Do not go to them unless you want to be let down in this California heat!

Went to their website on a Wednesday and noticed they had an online customer support IM. I introduced myself and explained my situation. She asked for my phone number and what time is best to contact me, morning or afternoon. I said afternoon and she said someone would contact me. Monday, still no call so I went somewhere else and my AC was fixed within 3 hours. I will NOT be contacting this business again!

Dustin, thank you for following up on my review. I agree that technology is not 100% and just might take you up on your offer for a winter tune-up!  I appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation. I look forward to working with Comfort Now in the future.

Israel arrived on time with a warning call prior.   He assessed the issue quickly and provided excellent service.   His work was done and he provided above and beyond service in a clean and considerate manner.   Would definitely use again
