I just had Boden replace my furnace. Once again, the price was very fair and the service and communication were first class. After being let down by other companies, and then with the excellence of my interactions with Boden, I honestly cannot see ever calling anybody else.

I discovered Costless several years ago as it is owned and operated by a relative of a friend.  Over the years, I've had them out for both plumbing and air conditioning issues with excellent, quick and professional service.

I've had three neighbors use a different company here in town to upgrade and replace their HVAC systems and have told me, the difference is like night and day with their comfort in the home. So, with the high cost of my last two PG&E bills, and a home energy audit from about 8 years ago that suggested I had a 25% leak in my ducting, I decided to look into an upgrade myself.  My next door neighbor gave me a copy of his invoice from the other company so I had an idea of what to expect. They have a split system and only replaced the AC unit and ducting.

I contacted Costless and Nathaniel respond promptly and was out in 48 hours.  He went over several options and gave me recommendations but always let me know, we'll do what ever you want.  There was NO heavy sales tactics at all. He answered all my questions at that time, and even more impressing, responded to all my follow up questions that I submitted via email, within hours and on the weekend too.  On a Sunday, I decided what system I wanted, Monday Nate had emailed me the contract, Tuesday I took the signed contract in, and Wednesday construction began. (I just got lucky on availability) and by Friday the new unit, all new ducting, all new vents, all new registers, and demolition and removal of the old system was completed.

Rafael and Jose, the two main installers were beyond professional. They graciously put up with my asking questions through out the three day job. End of the day clean up was excellent each and every day. Thanks to these two gentlemen, things could not have gone any better.  But they were not alone. Various other technicians were on the job site too.  I'm guessing maybe 6-8 over the course of the three days, and all were professional and courteous.

The pricing could not be beat. An all new, top of the line, energy efficient, complete HVAC system, was only $200 more than what my neighbor paid for their system upgrade. From my research, I now have one of the most energy efficient systems on the market now on my roof. Professionalism of everyone I came into contact was beyond rapport. From the owner of the company Angel Hernandez, Nathaniel, the technicians,  to Lyndsay in the office who let me be creative in my payment method (building up frequent flier miles) and everyone in between. I can not recommend Costless Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning more.

Excellent. Professional. Friendly. Answered the phone on our first call. Came out quickly. They know what they're doing. Fixed our problem in less than an hour, after another contractor had failed - twice. We will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Ashley, Cal, APHA team went above beyond our expectations from from beginning to end w/ our water heater issues. I called APHA/Ashley about a week ago, she patiently answered all my water heater questions in a professional manner, and scheduled an appointment.
In my initial interaction w/ Cal (tech) and after explaining him our problem, showing him a vid clip of our unit showing symptoms, his immediate reaction was try to resolve by calling the manufacturer of our water heater to see how it can be repaired at minimal cost to us. Since it would have to cost us more replace a part, he suggested for us to replace the whole unit. He went above and beyond our expectations and provided us w EXCELLENT SERVICE. We'll definitely use APHA again and we highly recommend them for your Water Heater needs.

Requested electrical services for Fri and Safi responded first for an estimate today for some GFCI outlets in an old 1940s house. Not only did they come out to assess but was able to run to HD, get the outlets and stuff to install 7 GFCI outlets throughout the house same day. Only took a little over an hour too. Can't rewire the whole house but they were able to give us some piece of mind and a decent price at that

Answered my call on a weekend, was glad they could schedule an appointment during a late Saturday afternoon and address the overflow problem the next day. They told me I had a root invasion problem for which they quoted me $6,400. I told them I needed a second opinion and when I got that through an honest reputable company they showed me through the camera there is no major root problem that would cause that issue and that I just needed a new toilet which I got and everything works fine. I never got a receipt or report from rooter.

Integrity, that's the word that describes Ron the PlumberMan.  Ron is hands down the best plumber in Sacramento. Always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.

Do not use.  They're not licensed and do terrible work.  Do not hire this guy unless you want bad work.  Had to take him to court as he was unlicensed.  I won but he's now dodging and I turned over to collections company.  Stay away as he also took hundreds of dollars worth of supplies, admitted in via texts and still has never returned.  I can't say it enough STAY AWAY.

Had a water leak under the cement in a garage of a rental house. Premier Plumbing came out the same day I called. From the initial phone call with Abby to the technician Jim we had a great experience. Very pleased with their professionalism and they will be the first call I make for all future plumbing needs.

I was very displeased with the work done at my house. I couldn't be home when the work was done and they left my yard in a total mess. They didn't fill in the trench after they were done. They piled dirt on top of flowering plants in the flower bed even though there was plenty of room on the lawn to pile dirt. The cap on the wash out did not fit. When I called Ed he told me to just pull the enclosure up. Since it's sunk in dirt this is not possible since I have a back injury when I told him that he said he would come back out. Wouldn't say when and literally hung up on me. That was 2 months ago. Not a word from him. He took $100.00 off the bill to replace plants. I've put out more than that to fix the damage, replace the plants and fix the haphazard work. Once he's paid that's it. Rudest person I've ever done business with on top of that.

JR left a business card on my door. I really needed help with some gardening. I needed the lawn front and back mowed and some bushes and an olive tree taken out.i also wanted to see how much it would cost to put in sprinklers in just the front yard. He came over and gave me an estimate and started working. I signed a contract, and he did the work. I asked him for a copy of the contract and receipt of payment. He kept telling me he would bring it back and never did. He also told me he would be back the next day to finish up. There was some garden trash he was going to take away and to fix the sprinklers he put in. He has never cone back. I kept calling him and texting him. He finally called me back and said he had to have some surgery and would send me the copies of the contract and receipt of payment. It has been over 25 days, and I still have not received them.  It's very sad when someone in business takes advantage of the people he is doing work for. So now I am going to have to pay out more money to finish the job JR was contracted to do.
