Our new plumber (last one retired).  These guys are great, quick response, know how to do it.  This was a simple job but one I didn't want to have any call-back problems.  Expensive kitchen faucet decided to leak after a dozen years or so.  Found a rare replacement on ebay, but no way would I want to do this myself.  Frankly, not many things of this nature do I want to diy anyway.  Based on this limited experience, I'd agree with all the other 5* reviews.  Just hope this one lasts longer, as I doubt there's another replacement for this discontinued but very cool item.

I needed backflow testing and C&L were able to come out the next day and take care of things quickly and easily. While here, Allen made some recommendations that will improve our plumbing and other water-based systems and was really easy to work with and quite helpful. He was professional, patient, and was able to answer any questions we threw at him. I would recommend this business for anything they can provide and will certainly be a repeat customer.

Turns out, it pays off to be a loyal customer. :) When the massive rains came down over new years weekend, we noticed that our sump pump was oddly quiet. Usually, we hear the boom sound every so often, loud but reassuring that it is doing its job. During the downpour, no such sounds were heard. Thankfully, we noticed and thankfully, we called Chosen Rooter right away. They squeezed us into what was no doubt a very busy schedule with all of this rain. Yup, the pump was not working. They fixed it and fingers crossed, no water issues over here. I am super grateful. They've helped numerous clients and worked on our home a few times (sewer lateral repair, installing a on-demand water heater, emergency shut off valve install, etc). They are fair, respectful, diligent and friendly. Thank you, Chosen Rooter team!

In our 2 bedroom the ceiling fans needed to be changed to to different frequencies.  My friend called one electrician who was 2 hours late to the appointment and he spent 20 min dissembling the fan before he pointed out that we need to change the circuit breakers and need to replace ceiling boxes as the weight of the fan was too heavy for the boxes.  His suggestion was to make a bigger fuse box panel as there were too many high end appliances attached to the itty bitty fuse box.  He expected a whole day to get someone to bigger hole in the cement wall and get his guys to help with rewiring the fans.  His total was about 5K but he was going to give a $400 discount like he was doing us a favor.  The only two things he did was remove the ceiling fan and turn the switch to the remote. We wanted to get a second opinion and came across these guys Thank Goodness for this team who was extremely friendly and professional and throughout the whole process knew what was going on.  The moment they came in they examined the fuse box and the complicated wiring of the ceiling fan.

Peter was very responsive to my call and texts. Our kitchen faucet has been leaking in multiple locations. From pictures and videos, he was able to help assess and determine that it needed to be replaced. I ordered the new faucet and Peter replaced it in no time.

The plumber came out with one other guy.  He was fast and got the job done.  After the last plumber came out 3 times.

He came within a few days for a small job I could not do myself. He was friendly, polite, very reasonably priced and wore a mask. I will definitely call him again.

Our plumbing maintenance tech, Riko, was right on time. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.  Performed inspections and made one recommendation for minor repair.

Today A Reliable Plumbing fixed a water heater at a rental property I own.  The technician came out earlier this week, and wanted to charge me $350 for a new burner assembly that would take a week or two to receive!  Just the part, not even labor was going to be $350.  I explained that this is ridiculous because a whole new water heater costs $350-$400.  He agreed and said that I could order my own part.  I bought the part directly from sears and I was at my house the next day for $90.  After all this I was still dumb/desperate enough to have him install this part for me.  While at the unit to install the part today, he was rude to my wife, and insulted my tenant.  After all this, he charged me $160 for labor that he said was only going to be $95.  All this headache for an easy plumbing job that I would have done myself if I had the time.  Don't use this company unless you enjoy bad customer service and deceptive pricing.
