Dave helped us with our sink replacement when we were putting granite on our counter kitchen counter tops. We were on a tight time line as the granite installers were coming in 2 days and we needed to get the sink in before we could proceed with the other things we needed to do to get ready for them. After calling and leaving a message he called us back within a few hours and made time for us. He showed up on time did the work, offered some suggestions we hadn't thought about and was very easy to work with. We needed to do some more work some so he did what he could and we set a time for him to return. He came back again right on time and finished. He said he'd be back after the granite was in to hook up the faucet and even though we offered to pay him he said to wait until the job was finally complete and we could pay him then. Wow! Who does that these days? Can't go wrong with Dave.

I used David with About Plumbing for a completely clogged house.   He came at 7:30 a.m. just to help us as we were pretty desperate.  He was efficient and got the job done within one hour.  Later, we had the City of Sacramento come out as part of the problem likely was a city problem.  They said whoever did your job did wonderful work so it was verified that About Plumbing is an honest and fair plumbing service.  Thank you David.  Highly recommend.

David has bailed me out of several plumbing jams over the years - from clogged sinks to trap clean out to installing a new sink disposal. He always shows up when he says he will - manages to fit us into his day and takes care of business quickly.  The latest?  He did a bang up job installing a pressure relief valve drain for my water heater which is located in a very tricky space.  His prices are very reasonable and he works quickly.  I've always been impressed with his service.  I'm sorry to be leaving the area and only hope I can find someone with his skills in my new town.

David of About Plumbing (916-213-7652  or 530-341-3573) is an EXCEPTIONAL plumber.  In my 60's, I've dealt with many plumbers, in my day, but he is the fastest, most knowledgeable, most reasonably priced, most on time (he even called just before arriving), hardest working one I've ever met.  He even solved a problem that I didn't even know I had, worked four times longer ~ faster, too ~ than I'd told him it would take, and didn't even ask for more than the original quote, which was very low to start with!  Maybe the best part was that he brought his young, preteen son, also called David, with him.  The father is definitely a great example to his son!  (I paid him extra, even though he kept refusing to take it, at first, and I still feel like I paid too little.)

About Plumbing is awesome! David really knows his stuff, and he'll even take the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. It's very obvious that this is not just a job, it's a passion. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere, anytime. David from About Plumbing is the best plumber in all of Sacramento County. Quality work  and very reasonably priced. I live in a mobile home and there are very few plumbers that will work on mobile homes but David had no problem working on mine. He had to crawl under my mobile to re-do  all of  the plumbing in my bathroom. Then he Installed a new shower faucet and drain and new shower pan and walls. He checked to make sure there were no leaks. So happy with new bathroom now. He is a super nice guy and very honest. I would not use anyone else for any plumbing needs. He is also on Angie's list . Anyone looking for a plumber needs to look no further then to David from About Plumbing .
