After reading the other positive yelp reviews for this business I decided to get a quote from them. We woke up this morning to a leaky water heater and because its a holiday weekend I was not very hopeful that I could get someone out today to fix or replace. To my surprise Mohammed replied right away to my quote request and said he could come by today to take a look!
We ended up needing a new water heater which I was not surprised about because its over 20 years old, so it had lasted me a long time. Mohammed replaced it and got it done very quickly! I am very impressed with his speedy work, his reliability, and his overall customer service. I will be calling him back for another job I need done at the house.

When the other big plumbing company couldn't finish the job and rescheduled me for the following week despite knowing I had no water, Chris came out the same day and repaired an underground water line. He was also able to find the right part at a nearby hardware store. He was prompt, fair, and professional. Thanks, Chris!

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

Jeff has helped me with plumbing repairs 5 times over the past several years.  I keep calling him because he's SO competent.  He works quickly and is very reasonably priced.  Plus, he's easy to work with -- professional yet also personable.  Most recently, my kitchen sink got stopped up.  Jeff worked me into his schedule on short notice and fixed it just over 30 minutes.  He came back later and fixed both of my toilets and mentioned that he always uses top quality parts, which I appreciate.  Thanks, Jeff!!  It's great to know I've found someone I trust to help me when I need it.

We had our house built over 40 years ago and was long overdue for a major facelift.  Every year we would go Home & Landscape Expo at Cal Expo in January.  We had several contractors come over to share ideas and give us estimates.  We just never pulled the trigger.  When we got serious about remodeling our kitchen, I started looking at contractor reviews on yelp.  JAZ Developments stood out.  I called and Joedy Zapara come out to look at our project.  I was immediately impressed with his experience, honesty and sense of humor.  His references were unanimously positive.  Joedy's bid was competitive, complete and prompt.  His time frame worked for us.  Hired.

Joedy worked with Sac County's building permit folks to get our plans approved quickly.  Demo began on the contracted date.  We only added 8.5 square feet to our kitchen nook area, but it required taking out an external deck, removing a wall and resupporting the ceiling.  We now have new cabinets, countertops, kitchen appliances, tile flooring, windows and a wall seat.  We had the house painted inside and out.

Joedy and his crew became family when they were here.  No smoking, no alcohol, and no swearing.  They showed up on time and cleaned up their mess before they left.  There was at least 2 workers (often more) here every day.  His subs were excellent (Sergio-cabinets, Capital City Granite-countertops, David-painting).

We love our new house.  We can't say enough good things about the process and the results.  Joedy is a real pro and I'm so glad we used yelp to find him.  Things worked out so well for us that our daughter is having JAZ (Joedy) build an 3-car garage with living quarters above it behind their house in Midtown.

While taking a shower today I noticed standing water in the shower and the bath tub in the other bathroom had standing water in it and the toilet would not empty so I figured that my main sewer line was plugged up.  I called Angel and  he said that he could here in a couple of hours.  He showed up when he said he would and proceeded to snake the sewer line.  After a couple of minutes he pulled out a big wad of tree roots.  He ran the snake a couple more times and had me flush the toilets with some paper so he could verify that the line was clear. Total time spent was approx 30 minutes and his rates were very reasonable.  I would highly recommend him.

New to our area, I searched Google to find a local plumber.   We had a leak in the piping to the water heater and had no hot water. I called three plumbers and no one was available. I then found Murray Plumbing, out of Placerville, and they said they would be out the next morning.  The owner Ryan and Dayton showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue.  In addition to the leak, we had a scary water pressure issue of 120 psi coming into the house.  They replaced the old pressure regulator and fixed the leak to the water heater.  They worked quickly and replaced and fixed the issues in just a few hours.  We are so happy to have hot water back!

Gabe was one of the first companies to provide a quote and it was very reasonable.

Snaked the access point for the outside and also provided a lot of insights as far as tips & tricks for keeping our plumbing up to date.

Responsive and reliable was in and out in about 30 mins.

Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

Called for a leak in my water main - they were out in less then 2 hours, dug up the main found and fixed the leak and charged a fair price at the bottom end of the estimate I was given. Very quick, competent and neat ( yard looks the same). Highly recommend.

John was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, did quality work and was available much sooner than others I contacted. My search for a good handyman is over.

The Drain Time team, led by Tommy and Mark were wonderful throughout the whole nightmare of a broken pipe in my home.  The guys were knowledgeable, patient, and walked this home owner through the process step by step. If I could give 10 stars, it would be a ten.  I will be recommending their services to friends and family.  Always answered the phone and addressed all of my concerns.  I would not hesitate to use the Drain Time team again and again.  Thank you so much Drain Time.

They answered the phone and were quick to arrive.  I hadn't heard of them before but found them through search. I had called many other companies but they were the first to answer that had a guy available. The guy was 20 minutes or more early from the estimated time which was amazing. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman was able to fix quickly. I also mentioned I had just had gotten some parts for my other toilet and needed to install. He was able to do that as well. They just charged for the hour. Which was amazing. I expected the price to be more as they arrived so quickly. I called close to 3pm on a Thursday and they were there and done well before 5 pm. A great experience.

It took several trips but they were about to get my drainage problems fixed. Robert Crum, the project manager is great and very helpful as with most of the staff. But there was one guy that came out on a Saturday, looked at what needed to be done (Roto-Rooter already knew what needed to get done) and said he couldn't help me and left saying someone else would be out the next day. If it wasn't for him, I'd be giving these people 5 stars.
