I was put in contact with Pacific Plumbing Co. through American Home Shield for repairing a 19 gallon water heather that was less than two years old. A technician was sent the following day who identified that the heating element was bad and needed to be replaced. He left the heater intact. Four days later when I called to check the status, I was told that the part was under warranty, and I had to order the part myself. I called the manufacturer, and I was told that they were a wholesale company and the order had to go through the plumbing company. More time passed as who and how the part was supposed to be ordered got tossed around between American Home Shield and Pacific Plumbing. This morning the heater leaked, damaging the kitchen floor and the wall.  I called the company and got a bureaucratic response that I needed to get the part so their technician can come and replace it. Absolutely no concern and a sense of responsibility for customer welfare, safety, and courtesy.

We had a backup today and called Pacific Plumbing. David came out and fast. He was courteous and professional and the price was fair. Fixed our problem in about an hour. I would definitely use Pacific Plumbing again.

We got Pacific Plumbing through our home warranty and had to get our sewer line fixed.  Setting everything up went fine, and everyone was polite.  They did damage my sprinkler system but fixed with no problems.  All were Professionals and we were completely satisfied when everything was done.

My shower located in the master bedroom had a leak behind the tiled wall which I was not sure was covered under my home warranty as my homeowner's insurance denied coverage for the repair. The leak had seeped into the bedroom wall causing damage to the wall and carpet in the master bedroom. I called my home warranty company around 8:30 a.m. and within a hour I received a call back from a friendly Bianca at Pacific Plumbing who wanted to schedule a technician to come out  that same afternoon and troubleshoot the leak. Dale and Tony arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the source of the leak. Dale explained the problem and the process to fix. The guys called my home warranty customer service to get authorization for the repair, shut the water off to the house and completed the repair --all within 30 minutes. I was more than happy and relieved to stop the leak and further damage to the wall and carpet. Dale and Tony were courteous, polite and efficient throughout their visit to my home. I would without hesitation recommend Pacific Plumbing to family and friends in the Fresno/Clovis area in the event they are in need of plumbing services.

We've tried several plumbers and finally found one that did a great job. In one hour, Dale and Jerry fixed what three different plumbers could not fix over many months. We will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing needs. Very satisfied customers!

Is there a zero star ?
Me:   Can you come Tuesday at 9 am and send somebody who knows about water softener?   Owner confirms.
Tuesday at 10:15.   Tech arrives and says he's never put in a water softener.    Says that the owner does this to him all the time.  Oh and btw , sorry that HE was late.
Me:   Have the owner call me to reschedule,  I have plans

Owner calls back 15 minutes later and says that he won't be able to help me, ever.

Wow.    Good luck Dave. That's not the way to do business.

Bad company was supposed to get a reroute for a cold water pipe that was buried in the ground .It was leaking pipe was to be cut new pipe would be routed above ground with all the rest of the pipes .So after five hours they said they were finished .There where I am assuming one pipe under the cement floor that runs to the bathroom in the garage. So they turned on the water I started checking everything out .All my hot water that goes into my house had cold water coming out of the hot water faucets. They routed cold water through the hot water line .I guess they cut and plugged the hot water line have no idea what they did .Also no water going to the bath room out in the garage.I guess they cut the water off to the garage bath room.So this was Monday at 5 pm no hot water no water going to the second bathroom.I guess the line was to bad to hook up water that's what I was told after they left .They told me they would have to come back to fix the problem of no hot water .Because it was hooked up wrong .They said I would get a call back no call back .I called the office now all of a sudden I got a slab leak and they said the whole house needs a repipe omg .Thats what they told my home warranty company. All the pipes in the house are above ground only one line cold water goes under the slab .The hot water line goes off the top of the water heater then to the outside bathroom .I could write a book going back and forth with this company.Bottom line they messed the job up won't come back out to fix it .Told me to get my home warranty company to get a second opinion.Friday going into the weekend no hot water . Now need another company to come out to fix the mess they made of my plumbing.

Pacific Plumbing was dispatched to my house through American Home Shield to repair a hot water dispenser. It has been over two months now. I call to find out what is going on and they say ' oh, you need to call and speak to this person'. I call and this person says they will check on it and get back to me. No call back. One week later, I call back. They say let me check. I will get back to you. One week later I call. No reply. I email them. No response. I submit another service request. No response.
What gives with this company? Save yourself the headache. Do not hire these people.

HORRIBLE service. David, the owner, could not handle things worse. We experienced flooding in our bathroom after using the washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. Pacific Plumbing sent someone over to help. They established that a tree root was growing in the pipes. They came the next day to remove the root. They had to tear up the backyard which was necessary to remove the root. During their time here, they got mud on the walls in the bathroom, removed the toilet and replaced it crooked breaking the bottom seal (as seen in pictures) and the landscaping is HORRIBLE (seen in pictures). David said the landscaping looks phenomenal. We sent him pictures and then he said you should expect that from plumbers. It is now a sink hole in the place they fixed the pipe. David said they will come back and do a good job for $400 more. Two men left our house without even telling me or checking to make sure that the flooding issue was solved. I also flushed the toilet and the reservoir was not refilling and the water in the toilet bowl was not refilling. I called David to tell him the toilet was not fixed. He got extremely sassy and said they weren't hired to fix the toilet (but they were out here the day before to fix the toilet and assess the problem). After I argued with him and my husband talked to him on the phone, he agreed to send someone out the next day to fix the toilet. Before the guy showed up, I posted a negative review on yelp and David called my husband and said I need to take it down or they wouldn't come. Pretty gutsy considering we hadn't paid them or signed anything yet. Unfortunately, we have to bite the bullet on the landscaping which is absurd, but do NOT USE THEM. Read the other negative reviews on here. I wish we had before all of this nonsense. I wouldn't even give one star, but I had to. My one star is for Dale who came out and fixed the toilet the next day. The only one to blame is David.

Wouldn't call these folks - even in a pinch. I live in Charlotte. My parents in Fresno area. I was visiting them when they had a leak that turned out to be a bad washer in a relief valve (we found this out later ourselves). The worker they sent out didn't diagnose this. He was in a hurry the whole time, asked us to supply a replacement valve (seriously), left a mess and was ready to charge us $250 for 20 minutes of work. Unprofessional. When I called the office, they lowered the price by $100 - odd. The plumber packed up and didn't turn on the water again. Said the glue needed to dry. Showed us how to turn it back on. A couple days later, we found that there was still a leak (the plumber had put on a new relief valve wrong). When I called to ask for a refund, the manager said he would give me 50%. When I asked why they were keeping the other 50% he never answered. He said case closed. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. complaint ID: 12210047

While the workers are fairly friendly they take a long time for any simple job and they charge for everything-including social pleasantries. We felt overcharged for every service. Will not use again.

We had another plumbing company come out ( they will remain nameless) and created an entire mess. We were not able to utilize either of our showers for 13 days waiting on the other company and they wanted to sent out the tech that caused the issue. We reached out to our home warranty company several times before we got a rep that could help. We were given four company's to choose from and we decided on Pacific Plumbing. I will start with the call from David to set up the appointment he listened and was very accommodating on scheduling. We had a nice conversation. The next day Tony ( was amazing) and he was able to fix the debacle that the previous company created. This whole process was a nightmare but when PacIfic Plumbing stepped in to fix the issues we were very pleased with there service. I highly recommend them if you are having plumbing issues.

Warranty service for a replacement water heater.  Contacted me within 2 hours of filing a service claim, set an appointment for the next morning.  Confirmed the appointment with a text message. Arrived and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner.  Setup the replacement for the following morning.  Arrived on time again and got the entire job done in a few hours.  Everything was clean and neat when they left.  Very satisfied!  I will use them again!

I got a referral to Pacific Plumbing from my home warranty company. They called to schedule my appointment today and scheduled it for this afternoon which is the quickest I've ever had any warranty work done!  The girl that made the appointment was extremely pleasant to deal with. Eddie was punctual and called before he came, like I had requested. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to take care of my issue in a very timely manner!  I would very highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!!!

Good people who give good estimates and standby them. They have completed several projects- always on time and on budget. In one instance, they were almost half the estimate of another plumber AND Pacific later came back with a lower cost suggestion they thought would work better than the original plan. I really like these people and the work they do.

If you need plumbing services I would tell you to RUN FROM this company.  We discovered a water heater leak and contacted our home warranty company who dispatched Pacific Plumbing.  They came out  and gave us an estimate of $2,130.  Of this total, $1.220 was our responsibility to retrofit the new water heater and bring it to code, and a city inspection.  On Friday the plumber turned off our water and removed the old unit.  Then he left, leaving us 4 hours without water while we waited for the next plumber come and install the new unit.  After they were done, the plumber told us they forgot to tell us about an overflow valve that needed to be installed, so they needed another $150 for that.  We told them we would pay the written estimate portion and no more.  They finished and left.  We went inside and immediately noticed our hot water was now cold and the cold water was now hot.  That meant hot water was going into our toilets, hoses, refrigerator, washer (when set on cold), and all other cold water connections.  We immediately called and spoke to the owner, David Mendez.  He was quite hostile.  We told him it needed to be fixed right away.  He said absolutely NOT.  He said it was to code and we could not touch anything until the city inspector inspected it.  We asked when that would be and he said the beginning of the next week.  We asked how we were going to get cold water from the cold faucet and hot water from the hot faucet again.  He said AFTER the inspector came out, we could hire him to come switch all the hoses under the sinks (9 of them).  This would not have taken care of hot water in toilets, to the refrigerator or hoses. (I would NEVER hired him again)  He was rude, hostile and threatening.  We ended the conversation.  We spent all weekend with our hot water heater running non-stop because hot water was going everywhere it wasn't suppose to.  On Monday afternoon  we called the city to see when the inspection would take place.  He had not even ordered it (passive/aggressive behavior???).  We ordered it and the inspector came out on Tuesday.  THE INSPECTION FAILED MISERABLY!  The city inspector said that Pacific Pluming made a lot of money off of us.  We then called the home warranty company and explained what transpired and told them we refuse to allow David Mendez or any of his employees to return.  We requested another company.  They sent out City Plumbing.  David from City Plumbing came out and immediately identified the problem.  He had it fixed in 20 minutes.  He told us that our recirculating pump was also installed incorrectly.  I told him how much we paid and he said he could have done it for MUCH LESS.    Pacific Plumbing is horribly incompetent, inconsiderate, rude and expensive.  I would advise you RUN from using this company.

Just want to reiterate that Pacific Plumbing is owned by two of the rudest and unethical people in Clovis.
My parents used them for a couple of their homes and when they tore into my backyard without reason AND busted a PGE line without telling me, we stopped payment, reported them to CSLB and they were fined for lack of repair order, lack of estimate, and lack of workers comp insurance which puts not only their employers at risk but the  homeowners as well.
When we tried to discuss the issue of overcharging with the Better Business Bureau, they cursed the president out and hung up on them. David, the owner, has tried to lie and state that they don't have an open case with CSLB and that they didn't have to pay big fines but it's public information so feel free to look them up on the CSLB website.
DO YOUR RESEARCH!
They are frauds and prey on people in need.
I will continue to post reviews as they aren't a highly reputable company and I would hate for them to treat others as they treated my 67 year-old mom.

I had this company through my home warranty two times for the leaking issues from bathroom and broken garbage disposal. Each time, this company arranged the appointment promptly. I had Dale as the technician who always showed up in time, very polite and professionally, diagnosed the issues very quickly and thoroughly, fixed the problems completely with no complications. I also had chance to talk to the office manager Nancy and DeAndrea( I might spell her name wrong) who are very helpful! I highly recommended this company!

I hired Pacific Plumbing to replace a shower wall and the basin.  I was given a quote and told the job could be done in one day.  They came out to measure the wall twice, however their measurements totally failed to take into account a window.  The shower wall arrived however it was too tall and would have covered part of the window, which they did not consider.  Then we were told that they would not be able to put in the shower wall afterall.  They told us that we would have to tile the wall ourselves.  As a consequence of their failing to measure correctly, we incurred an additional $1000 cost to do the tile.  Furthermore, they had told us that we could use the same shower door, but due to their mistakes measuring, the original shower doors do not fit on the tiled wall.  I now have to use a shower curtain which is not the desired result.  They completely misrepresented what they were capable of doing and the amount it would cost.  When I brought this to their attention the owner was completely rude and would not take responsibility for his  mistakes.  He stated that I should be happy because he considered the shower curtain an upgrade.

Never again will we be doing any type of business with this company, we had our main drain back up they came out and snaked it. The owner himself said that we needed out drain pipes in our washer to be 2 since our washer is tied into our kitchen main. We agreed to getting the work done when his plumbers came out the cut into our walls and his own plumber stated that the pipes where already 2 and felt back that we had to get charged for something that was already the correct size. So I order to justify the amount they charged us he added a clean out and extra long p-trap. But in the process of doing so they made 2 holes in the wall behind the washer that was out bedroom walls my wife had to point out to them the damaged they caused. They tried closing the wall and didn't want to notify their office of what they had done my wife had already taken pictures of the damages to our wall. I contacted their office and let them know what had happened they told me it wasn't their fault and that all of that was in the contract that they aren't liable for any damages they make, I tried asking them to reduce the bill by $200 since I would have to get someone to repair my wall and they refused and sent me a letter letting me know that they where going to be sending me to collections. Telling me I refused to pay them and never had any intent to pay them in the first place that I already had it planned out to get the work done for free how dare you guy say that. That's why do yourself a favor and stay away from this horrible company they are rude and don't care about their customers. Your workers used a reciprocating saw to cut out the drywall clearly that was not the proper tool to use as you can tell. I tried contacting your office regarding this matter and all I got was a rude attitude

I'm not even going to give them a star because they never came to my house!!! (Had to give one star to post) The first day they were scheduled to come out between 1-3pm they never showed. When I called to see why they never showed the guy on the phone said he was the owner and told me his plumber came and knocked several times, yet we didn't hear not knocking in my tiny thin walled condo. The owner proceeded to give me attitude and yelled me saying I was calling his plumber a liar. When I can't say they didn't call he said because they just didn't. So we rescheduled same time different day and that would give us a call before they came. That day comes and no call. So I call to ask what's doing on they say they were stuck outside the gate and couldn't get in. When we ask why didn't you call, they said they did but no one answered. I would can a place when I have my phone on me all day. There was no missed call. So they told us we still come out later on the day between 5 and 6. THIRD TIME NO CALL NO SHOW!!! I hope this helps you to decide to use this company. Do not recommend!!!

Pacific plumbing was dispatched to my home last week for my plugged drain. Blake the technician was great. When he arrived I told him I had to leave in 30 minutes he said no problem. He was able to unplug my drain in less than 30 minutes. He was both personable,  and knowledgeable.

These people are overcharging for work that they didn't even do right. Got a new quote of $1500 for the work they wanted to do in addition to what they said they fixed but didn't for $7800!!
Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Charged us $1075 and didn't even fix the problem then charged us another $75 to come back out because the new clean out valve didn't work.  Didn't even want to give them 1 star!!!

Edited 1 hour later after owners response:

Ok. Start at the beginning. Called for a clean out. Was told hair in line   But snake would only reach 18ft. Needed a new clean out installed to eliminate future issues.  For $950. Also the charge for clean out 125$. Total $1025. Done and paid. House was only occupied 12 days before backup in sewer reoccurred. Called them and needed it taken care of the next morning. Reply was not in warranty and to calm down. She said I am not going to move our appointments just to accommodate you . There would be a $75 charge. I was in no position to argue an tenants had no toilet usage. So agreed. Asked to talk to owner. Dave. Her response was he is busy and will not guarantee that he will call you this evening. He did not. I was present when his employees returned to re snake the line. Roots like spaghetti we're pulled. Camera showed them in 3 places. My question to them was this was snaked already? I said when the clean out was done did they re snake it ? Answer was a shrug ! Dave responded that the charge would be $7800. To re pipe the line. 2 days later he called me to sell the job to me I guess. I found it ironic he did not have the time to call me back when I was pissed ! He also said it could cost more than 7800$ if I waited longer.  I have been self employed 46 years and understand a lot about business and know this is not the way you do it.

It takes alot for me to take the time to write a review such as this. I am a firm believer in second chances, and i have given this company- Pacific Plumbing just that. But they seem to not care about offerring professional services. I usually depend on reviews when choosing a tradesperson to hire for a service on my property, like many of you I am sure. That is why i am writing this review- i hope it saves someone else the trouble, dissappointment and thousands of dollars of money wasted. I chose Pacific Plumbing over many other plumbers in Fresno Ca because of the sheer number of great reviews, and they did not deliver the product i asked for but charged me for it. I have attempted to have them correct this mistake and of course they have been paid so no longer care. Pacific Plumbing charges more than the average plumber, and i would be ok with that if they delievered what other plumbers do but with better service. However, i received neither from them. David Mendez-owner is unprofessional - Stay away is my advice to you.

This was an excellent company to work with.  Both Dave and Nancy were extremely friendly and professional.  We called them out for a large job at the Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno - their sense of urgency was so appreciated as we were worried about our hotel guests being without hot water.  Dave was very knowledgeable about the commercial equipment and even gave us his cell phone number so we could get in touch with him immediately to start the job.  They were also amazingly flexible regarding payment options as we were dealing with such a large expense.  I would recommend Pacific Plumbing for any commercial plumbing.  We will definitely be using this company for all future needs. Thank you for your 5 star service!

WOW...the quality and speed from the initial phone call to installation is remarkable.  Dustin was our technician that arrived at the initial call and also installed the water heater. Dustin is everything you want...he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dustin's work is impressive, he works with quick precision. When he was done with the installation it was cleaner than when he arrived. It's clear Pacific Plumbing and Dustin are a winning team! We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

A wonderful service man named Dale came to my home to assist with a plumbing problem. My toilet was backed up and overflowing he had to go through many steps to determine what the problem was but he finally fixed it totally and completely .He was professional and polite. He worked very hard to find out what the problem was and when he finally found out he fixed it immediately. I would recommend Dale and your company too anyone who had a plumbing issue. In addition he totally cleaned up all of his mess when he was done. I really really like that.

My water heater started leaking and Pacific Plumbing came right out to investigate it. They determined that it needed to be replaced since it was from 1977 and unable to be fixed. They came right back out the next day and had it replaced very quickly. They updated all my fittings and did a great job with the new unit. They even went on checked on my second water water heater just to make sure it was functioning properly without issue. I would highly recommend them! Very nice and professional.

Charged more than other companies for initial consultation and bid. His bid was much, much higher than other companies. He didn't seem to know anything about water softeners. He kept insisting that all are gravity drained when they are not. I am very glad I went with a different company and am disappointed to have been charged for his consult.

The work was sloppy. The two guys that came (I don't want to say their names) were sloppy. They made holes on my wall that were not necessary. When I invited the owner to come to my home to see the concerns I had, he flatly refused and stated that he was too busy. He got angry when I talked to him about my concerns. I won't use this company again. I wish I had gone with a second company even if their quote was a little higher.

No, just no...Caveat emptor!  This company is dishonest and severely lacking in knowledge/skill when it comes to correctly diagnosing and/or repairing in-home plumbing problems that move beyond unplugging a toilet.
This owner is extremely defensive and seemingly lacks the ability to address anything other than the most simplistic plumbing issues.
As for dishonesty, they were sent by my home warranty company to replace a hot water heater, charged me $70. for new straps and, then, proceeded to reinstall my original strapping.  When I requested a refund of $70. I was informed, no refunds. So, I sent them off to purchase new straps so I would get what I paid for...although, obviously, the original straps did not need to be replaced.
Second experience with Pacific Plumbing was worse. They diagnosed a shower valve problem but didn't move forward with the stated repairs. Instead, the owner sent someone to install a mechanism on my washer,  but that didn't correct the problem. Then, suddenly, the owner decided he needed to charge me, out of pocket, $795. to try something else with no guarantee the results would correct the issue. I said no to that idea and, as a result, the owner reported to the insurance company that the problem was due to abnormal wear and tear which, of course, was an untruth. Consequently, the insurance company closed the work order.
Also, when a tradesman leaves blank work order copies with a customer (me), I'm guessing that said tradesman will be using his imagination to fill in the blanks, charging the insurance company whatever he deems appropriate.
Furthermore, inserting a device on my washer is a far cry from replacing the shower valve. Hmmm...no favors done there.
Also, their work is sloppy and if they're entering your home to do work, good luck.
I'm wondering if the home warranty company does not pay them what they believe they're worth so they pad and/or cut corners when dealing with insurance clients.  This only goes to show the dishonest mindset of this owner and his spouse.
P.S. there is a school for those aspiring to be plumbers. It's known as  a trade school for apprentice to journeyman plumbers.  No need for a hard knocks education or employer sympathy program, mr. plumbing company owner.

Great plumber. Fast, courteous, and reasonable prices. Old garbage disposal was in the fritz (not draining), so called them up for a quote. They arrived within an hour and determined the issue. Removed old disposal, rebuilt all of the sink plumbing, and installed the new disposal in a matter of two hours. Everything worked perfectly. Will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Very unprofessional , do not know how to do their work!i will never use them again! They came to my house not only tHey did not fix my problem but broke a pipe... never came back to fix it!
I did Not interfere with any work! Your unqualified employee after 4 hours could not fix a fossil and had to LIE and say he will come back the next day to finish the job. The next day was Saturday and he never showed up ... I called your office I found out you guys are closed on Saturday and Sunday , why do u have an ADD that says open 24/7???? I have to tear up all my bathroom cabinets to get to thE mold and I can't do that. If your a reputable company you shouLd send a professional to the do job ! After all it was your mistake!

My home warranty referred me to a company that had come out multiple times over the same issue. I requested another company and was referred to Pacific Plumbing. They had come out previously, and being that the problem wasn't solved, I ended up having to go with another company. Though, looking back now, I think it had less to do with Pacific Plumbing and more to do with the home warranty company. That said, the same issue presented itself and I am very happy that Blake from Pacific Plumbing was sent out. He went out of his way to ensure that the issue was taken care of, spending his time to make sure everything was clear and that the issue was resolved. He went through each of our lines along our laundry/sink/main to ensure that there were not any blockages, going above and beyond what I think any other plumber would have done. We couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Thank you!

I called for a disposal replacement and investigation of a noxious odor that appeared to be coming into our home from the sewer. The technician was curious and thorough. He determined that the disposal was jammed not broken (and fixed it) and located the correct source of the odor - a malfunctioning home alarm system. I could have easily been charged for much more expensive services (replacement of the disposal, cleaning the sewer line), but I was not. More importantly, Pacific Plumbing correctly identified the source of the odor - something that an HVAC tech and the local fire department did NOT do and that could have caused us very serious problems (toxic fumes, fire) indeed.

I did not receive a quote and was charged an outrageous $360 for a piece of plastic and 30 minutes of work on a toilet. I pulled the toilet myself and removed the damaged flange and cleaned the surrounding area. I contacted this company in the morning about getting help putting in a new flange and they agreed to come out later in the afternoon. I did not receive a quote on the phone and did not receive a quote from the plumber who came out to do the work. He made a quick measurement and left for over an hour to 'get the part' (which was a common three inch plastic closet flange). He popped it right in with some glue, reset the toilet, and was done with the whole job in less than 30 minutes. He wrote out the receipt for a total of $357! I asked why so much and was told the boss decided on the price, and that the part itself costs over $200.

Over the next week I repeatedly left messages requesting a partial refund. The boss finally contacted me and tried to tell me I received a quote over the phone. I told him I would never have agreed to the job if I knew it would cost that much. He then told me that job usually costs between $250 and $375. Everywhere else I looked online said that job shouldn't cost more than $150. I asked why I got charged near the top of their overpriced range, and especially why it would cost that much if I already did half of the job pulling the toilet myself. I received all of the typical, beat around the bush excuses and no resolution was met. It became apparent to me that this company only cares about getting as much money as they can from their customers, and not about customer service or the value of the service provided. I do not recommend using this company for anything.

Had to call Pacific Plumbing again as I have used them in the past. Love the communication from the office. Both times they were on time if not early a fact which I appreciate. I got Dale again as my service man and he is fantastic. I like that he is prompt, listens carefully to what I have to say is the problem and then addresses is it, is honest, and what I really like is that he cleans up when he is done. Definitely would use them again.

We had this service 3 months ago. Horrible, to install the new tub. Guess what they scratched my tub. 2nd didnt clean up their mess. Greedy owner David charged us way more. So wasted money. Left all the trash here and made us to clean up afterward.
Reconsider when you think to use this service.
Shop around you will get much better deal with David.

Never ever doing business with them again. I was referred to them by my home warranty services to fix the water heater. They were quick to come and diagnose the problem but after that its been 15 days and they still haven't fixed my water heater.
Their diagnosis was that heating rod not working and needs replacement. Even after 13 days and me calling them multiple times they failed to come back and fix the problem. finally they gave the excuse that part is on back order and I have to wait even longer. They wouldn't even give me the part number.
I called the water heater manufecturer. They gave me the part number and the info of supplyhouse.com to order the parts. Guess what, I was able to order the part and even the regular delivery came on very next day. So much of not able to find  regular water heater part.
And top of that the mamufecturer trouble shoot my problem. They asked me to just clean the heating rod with sand paper before replacing it. And, that worked. The water heater is working fine with $0 out of pocket cost. And pacific plumbing gave invoice of $400 to the home warranty service to replace the part that did not need replacement. Very unprofessional and greedy company! They don't even have voice mail setup. Good luck calling them and getting them on the phone. They will never call you back to update on the status of work order. Stay away from them!

First the guy on the phone is always rude, the plumber tony fixed the issue but got the hot and cold pipes on the opposite side, we called back so many times, even texted and not even a single reply and even the lady on the phone said she would ask her manager if they could fix it, no reply there too.
All I was asking was if the issue could be fixed or not.

This company takes pride in providing amazing customer service and quality work.   They provided a same-day service call within hours (on a Friday afternoon) and provided a reasonable quote for service.  They even offered to do the repair next-day.

If you are trying to choose between the two options on Yelp: Mobile Sprinkler & Pacific Plumbing, choose Pacific Plumbing!

Here's why: I contacted Mobile Sprinkler Repair on 7/26 to repair the sprinkler line on my rental house.  I had a lengthy conversation about cost structure and my payment options since I would not be there to provide payment. in person  The soonest they could schedule the service was 8/15.  I scheduled the appointment, provided credit card information for the service call and they never arrived.  I called no less than 7 times over the next three weeks (leaving vmails each time) and never received a call back.  I was FINALLY able to reach them and was told dismissively that there was no service call scheduled.  They had multiple opportunities to fix this if they had just returned any one of my numerous calls.  I explained this to Pacific Plumbing and now they have a long-term customer.

The team that came to my house (Jerry and Eddie), were excellent. They came in very professional wearing masks and they had no problem diagnosing the problem. Nice to see they were not trying to sell or misdiagnosed a problem. They fixed a minor problem and told me what needed to be looked at by a roofer. Very satisfied! And did it in a timely fashion.

My mom accidentally stuffed way too much meat down the garbage disposal causing the kitchen sink to back-up, and washing machine to flood part of our house.  Pacific Plumbing came to our rescue!

David and Jack were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. They knew exactly what to do, and did it in a timely manner. I was appreciative of David's willingness to answer me and my father's questions, and share some education along the way.  He also showed me our main water line, so I could see just how clean and clear it was running, once everything was fixed.

Our family is very thankful for Pacific Plumbing's services, and could not have had a better experience!  We would recommend and use them again, in a heartbeat.

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company through our home warranty service. We needed our water heater replaced, which they did, quickly, but the problem is they want us to pay for things that they quoted, but was not done. Why should we pay for copper piping that was not used or installed? They want an extra $60 for modifying the T & P line with up to 2 feet of copper, but that wasn't done. Copper was never used. They also want an additional $45 to modify the gas vent line, but it wasn't modified. We have pictures proving that the gas vent line wasn't modified. Now they want to change what was put on their itemized final invoice to make it look like these charges are justified, by changing it from modified with up to 2 feet of copper to modified with galvanized steel, which was never discussed with or approved by my husband. He was led to believe he would only be charged if copper was used.

When my husband looked at the work done after the water heater was replaced he made the comment to the plumbing tech that copper wasn't used. The guy replied with it wasn't needed.

I will say the guy who came out and did they work was great. It's the office management that is terrible.

I had a leak coming from my ceiling AC vent. I went through my home warranty company and they originally set me up with City Plumbing. CP gave me an appointment 4 full days out. They didn't even answer when I called to make the appt, but they did answer when my home warranty company called them. I had gone on Yelp to see their reviews and knew I didn't want to deal with them. Soooo after throwing a fit my home warranty company set me up with Pacific Plumbing. Eddie was dispatched to come out the same day. He showed up, and showed out. He went up in the garage attic. It was probably 160 degrees up there.  I felt bad but he said it's my job. He went up the ladder, found the pinhole leak in mutes and had it fixed in minutes. He made sure to turn all the water valves on and to make sure the leak stopped before he left. Good experience with a good guy. Thanks Eddie.

Called them to check my  hot water lo flo problem, they concluded that its a leak without any actual proof ,told me its going to take 5-6 hrs to fix for $1200,i agreed ,then it took them only one and a half hrs to finish the job and the water flo still did not improve even though they assured me that once they fix the leak every thing will be ok. when i complained  that they  over charged me $1200 for two hours work  and for work that was not needed in the first place, they offered $150 back and threatened to cancel the check if i dont accept it.
First, they falsely concluded that its a leak without checking the basic plumbing abc  by checking the water heater to see if the problem is in the appliance it self  which it was and they would have saved me all the hastle and  the floor destruction because they asked me to cut a 3x3  feet opening in the floor to access the pipes..
Second ,they gave me a deceitful estimate of 5 to 6 hrs when they knew in advance it wont take them more that one and a half hour to finish the job

Unfortunately its people like this that give the industry a bad rap.
