Very helpful. Offered great advise at no charge regarding my broken faucet and how to fix rather than replace entire sink. Saved me about $700! I would very much recommend this company. They are honest, responsive  and provide great customer service!

Mike replaced my water heater not too long ago and it's been working great. I bought a similar unit I thought was exactly the same, but it turned out there were a few differences, but Mike was able to replace everything still. I think it was 5 or 7 hundred total, honestly a bargain compared to any of the chain places I spoke with.

Kaelin came out on a Sunday morning to see if he could help up with a clogged sump pump in a septic transfer vault. I had been desperately trying to get someone out to help us since Friday night. Those that responded to my requests didn't want to work on the pump. With two small children in the house, and unable to flush toilets, I was starting to panic. Kaelin came out without hesitation, showed up on time, and after assessing the problem, showed no fear in taking on the job. He ended up spending the better part of his Sunday working incredibly hard (in a far from desirable work environment), until the problem was fixed. I can't express how thankful we are for his help. Kaelin is very professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. He even sent me a message the following day to check and make sure the pump was still working properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Draintech to anyone in need of their services.

We had a large sewer issue that was found during a home inspection and the entire team was very helpful from start to finish. They explained the issues, we're easy to schedule with, and made sure we knew what was happening from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible, and worked hard even during a downpour while digging out a broken pipe. I recommend them to everyone now!

My family and I had a major meltdown with one of our refrigerator valves to where the water wouldn't shut off no matter what we did! (Turns out we only had to pull down on the knob and not twist it).
Ted's Plumbing answered my call immediately and promptly helped us figure out the problem just through the phone! He was so very patient with us, and stayed on the line to make sure we got everything under control.

So my kid's shower was over 40 yrs. Old, tried several times to rebuild. It's time to update that part. I checked F.B. got a few recommendations & called one. Got an answering service, that's a huge red flag for me, that is an added business expense that you pay for. Also got burned by a co. with a answering servicw. Called Ducks, he immediately set up a date, we got a txt. to let us know he was running late, no biggy. Showed up, got busy . Was very professional and super nice. He guarantees his work, I highly recommend him. I'll post again when he comes to do my house soon.!

Ben is awesome! I called this morning because my water was only luke warm all weekend and I changed the setting to almost hottest and still was warm. He knew right away what the problem was and squeezed me in his busy schedule because he was going to be in my area. Being that I had to leave for an appointment at certain time he made it way before I needed to leave. He has a list of services that I will keep in mind, being a home owner has lots a repair costs and my husband is no handy man. Lol. Just saying. I definitely will recommend and keep him on speed dial. Quick and professional.

I was referred to A1 from another company I used to use who switched from Residential to Commercial projects.

Had A1 Greer replace our old leaky galvanized main line from the street to the house.  They came out, gave me a hand-shake estimate including all the permit details needed, walked me through what was going to happen quickly but also thoroughly.  

Day of the job, they showed up on time, did a few additional things we hadn't talked about but I was happy they took care of and ended up charging me Less than the initial estimate with options on different ways I could save a buck or two here and there.

Communication was clear.
Office staff is organized and friendly.
Crew was experienced and professional.
Contractors State License Board License is current with active WC insurance listed (very important to me).

A1 Greer is as good as it gets and I will be using them in the future when the rest of the plumbing comes up for needing replacement.

Complete rip off. Guy came over and charged us near $300. Stated he can't promise it will be fixed but we will still have to pay full price. Alls he had to do was open something test the tool.. And see if it worked or not. He pretty much said if it works it's $300 if it doesn't it's $300... The job was a 5 min job. We were in a really tough spot. Welp. It didn't work!! We were very rushed. And the next day found someone who knew what they were doing (because clearly this guy didn't. OR he did.. And just wanted to come back and wanted more of our money!!) the guy who actually knew what he was doing.. Charged us $60 and actually fixed it. I do not recommend this place. And all of these 5 star ratings are from people who don't know the business. Sure they are fixing your pluming and heating.. For triple the price!!!! Beware! I wouldn't even rate one star if it would let me! Oh and the $69 service quote is a JOKE

We had an emergency and we called reliable plumbers and the response within 10 minutes and come over fixed outer leak under sink. Very reasonable price and awesome attitude. We highly recommend to all. Thank you

Talk about a Merry Christmas!! My hot water heater stopped working at the coldest part of the year just before Christmas.  I didn't need a Huge plumbing bill at this time.  I called Galt Plumbing and they responded super fast!  Gene came out and was totally professional and fixed the problem immediately.  New parts and a new wax seal on a broken bathroom too!  Very fast, efficient, professional AND at a REASONABLE PRICE!!  You have a confirmed customer for life!! I can't thank you enough.  It's so good to see a local business with true professionals and ethics. Erik was recommended to me by my contractor who helps me with my rental properties. I had a leaking water pipe under the slab foundation. Water was everywhere and the water bills were through the roof. Erik came out on short notice and took a look at it and did an initial survey and determined that he would need to break through the concrete slab in the master bathroom to find the source of the leak. Knowing the sense of urgency to get this corrected, he was out the next morning on a SATURDAY with his leak detector, jackhammer and drop cloth to get to work finding the leak. It was like a small lake outside the house. He set up a pump to evacuate the water and set to work getting through the floor and find the leak. He pinpointed the leak with amazing accuracy. He had the pipe repaired that day, and by early afternoon, there was no more leak. He was neat and tidy going in and out of the house and not making a mess at all. When the job was done, everything was as neat as could be. The sense of urgency was not lost on him, and I am eternally thankful for the work he did to get my property in good working order again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, Erik for saving the day!

Well glad I read the reviews and went with my gut instinct to cancel. Like many, my home warranty first American contracted Plumbline Plumbing. Don't bother calling the number(s) you find online. You would not get an answer. If you do need service and want to go thru your home warranty I just recommend doing it yourself or look elsewhere. Don't bother if FA sends you to this business.
